Actually had a solid visit here today despite the mixed reviews. The line moved fast and they didn't skimp on portions. Tables were a little messy, but the food was hot and fresh. Good quick lunch spot.
I’ve been here plenty of times, doing walk in/up every time and they are always so fast! Very generous portions and very kind employees.
Atmosphere was a 3 because I watched a dude walk out of the building and not even looking at a ball of napkins he threw at the trash! Other than that every else was great!!
Great Chipotle: PSA, if you’re using the drive thru, the app SHOWS YOU WHEN YOIR ORDER IS COMPLETE. So you can WAIT IN THE LOT TO USE THE DRIVE THRU WHEN ITS READY SO YOU DONT HOLD UP THE LINE FOR 15 MINUTES
I visit this location often and I’m always impressed by one of the employees by the name of Boss. He consistently greets customers with a friendly attitude and goes out of his way to make everyone feel welcome. When it’s slow, he doesn’t just stand around—he takes initiative to keep the dining area clean and presentable. Boss is always professional, helpful, and respectful. Thank you for your hard work and for creating such a positive experience every time I stop by!
I usually love this location but one of the employees was rushing me with the orders I was making for my friends. Please learn to be more considerate and pay attention to what customers needs are. We are spending our hard earned money.
Good location, no complaints. Food portions are reasonable. Quality is good. I've had a lot of bad Chipotle experiences in recent years (food poisoning, etc.) and while I've only been to THIS location twice, I have not experienced anything like that.
This place is a family staple 😋 they have food for the way you want it, freshly cooked. I personally love the Sofritas, but anyway it's a one stop spot, with excellent food!
sadly i dont think i will be coming back to this location! right when i walked in, the manager was yelling at one of the workers right in front of us and making the situation seriously uncomfortable for us. other than that, the food was only okay and i wanted to leave immediately. please do better!
I went today 11/8/2025 6:30 PM I went with my grandma and the supervisor was not provided great customer service and during our order he threw my grandmas bowl and another nice lady employee finished our order.
They’re always “out” of fajita veggies when I go and one time the employee told me they don’t actually run out they just stop serving them for the night when they go over on sales. This is unacceptable, if you’re going over on sales do not take it out on the customers that come later. I should have all ingredients available as any other guest does. This location and their location on 288 say their “out”. Very disappointing because I’ll to one and they’ll be out so I try the other and their out to, you’re not out because I know you have prep ready for next day.
Place was like black Friday at Wal-Mart. No employees cleaning. Out of beans chciken and steak. My online order was to be picked up at 1:20. I finally got it at 1:45. Line wrapped around the building for drive through. The inside line was out the doors onto the sidewalk. My burrito is maybe 3-4 big bites. Hot glass cokes. I will never be back to this place in my life. Lucky them.
The parking conditions are very annoying unless you have an electric vehicle, are handicapped, or doing takeout. Just went here and when I was getting my stuff at asking for some more toppings the manager said and I quote, you're killing me man. I told him this is why I come to Chipotle and give them my money he said this is not going to last and we are going to be charging for any extra toppings soon. Of course my response is then I'm going to go somewhere else and he said everybody is going to be like us. Woefully bad customer service and this manager does not care about his customers there are a lot of other Chipotle's that do give you good service this is not one of them I would avoid it
This restaurant, ever since it got a manager who mistreats customers, has become terrible. He’s rude and abusive, and on top of that, the kitchen is disgusting and they don’t wash their hands.
There needs to be consistent standards across all Chipotle locations. It’s not acceptable to receive a full, delicious bowl one week and an almost empty, flat bowl the next. If a serving size is meant to be one spoonful, then that portion should be consistent every time. Customers shouldn’t feel like they’re being shorted or scammed with smaller portions than what’s advertised. It honestly feels like the only way to get what you pay for is to order in person instead of trusting online orders.
Ran out is veggies and salad around 6 pm. So poorly run. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Freeebirds.
I normally don’t write reviews but my experience was honestly terrible. I placed a pick up order for the drive through like I always do. When I get to the window and tell the worker the name of my of my order she’s looking at the shelf’s and can’t find it. She then goes on her phone and types in Google translate “they took it” and I’m staring at her like what do you mean they took it. She proceeds to give me a look and I ask if I can speak with a manager. Manager came over I explained that she basically told me someone already picked up my order. I’m explaining to them that then that means that a worker gave my order to the wrong person. The manager gave me so much attitude and never apologized for the mistake OF THE STAFF. I totally understand mixups happens and that’s okay but they didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience and own up to the fact that they gave my bowl to someone else…
The food is great but the portion sizes are crazy not worth $10 I asked for cheese I kid you not she put about 5 pebbles of cheese how childish of your employees and then I asked for black beans—it looked like about 10 beans. Do better.
I'm very sad and disappointed. I placed an online order for pick up a few minutes ago. I had to wait because they delayed the order, but it was fine as long as I got enough food. I was so hungry and craving chipotle today, when I got home I couldn't believe it when I opened the bowl… there was literally ONE small spoonful of barbacoa, I bought 2 burrito bowls and they both came FILLED with RICE and 1 small spoonful of meat, barely any beans either. The food was completely sweet, with no salt at all. It didn't taste of anything, only the remains of the meat had flavor. I paid $24.86 to eat rice with lettuce. 😭😭😭😢 Please put yourself in the customer's shoes.🙏🏻🙏🏻 “Also the “large piece of barbacoa in the picture is not meat, is the skin of the meat.”
Had the worst Experience! All the sides were low or empty. The server Had an attitude and was really rude. The only thing that was full was the salsa and when I asked for a side of it, it seemed to bother him! Whoever was in charge really needs to work on their supervising and management skills. As u can see this all the corn I got Overpaid bowl
I am finally fed up enough with this location to give it the review it deserves. I RARELY write a bad review but seriously this place needs new management, new employees. Every single time something is wrong. From the dips missing or tge chips missing for dip. But today..... 3 tacos with literally almost nothing in them. One of them literally had 2 pieces of chicken and a little sour cream beside the whopping 2 pieces of chicken. Like what in the world is wrong with this place? They literally can't get it correct even 1/4 of the time.
We made an online order for 5 bowls, 2 chips and guac and a burrito. 3 of the bowls were made incorrectly and we were missing both chips. Contacted customer service and their response was to give me a free chip and guac on my app. I asked for a refund. Says he’d refund it and immediately ended the chat. Now our dinner is ruined and I’m out $60. Off to spend more money on food from somewhere else.
