Walked in a couple days ago, I was on the hunt for the best empanadas in queens and a friend sent me there. The place is super small and busy. BUT... OMG those empanadas did not disappoint. Amazing!!! Everything you want a traditional Colombian empanada to be. Crispy on the edges and meaty on the inside. Not oily or greasy. Just perfect! I got one of each; beef, chicken, and cheese. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because they forgot my aji and when I went back in to ask for it the guy told me it was in the bag.. I drove off and the aji was not in the bag :( Otherwise definitely a must try if you are in the area. I will be returning to get the full experience with that aji hopefully they don't forget it this time.

I've been buying empanadas here for many years, everything was fine so far, but I didn't like the one who attended me today, she was kind of bad-tempered, but I'll keep coming back.

Food was awesome, service lacked attentiveness. I get its a small place, but I'm sure with a little more attention to dine in costumers, it would be less awkward to ask your server for a knife and fork to eat the food. Walked in at a kind of busy lunch, 12:30 Saturday, today. -a disappointed costumer.

Good empanadas but the workers here are slow and give horrible service especially if you don’t speak Spanish. They gave my order away right infront of my face and tried to play it off like I was dumb and proceeded to attend other people before me.

they’re adding tip without your knowledge at the cashier for TAKE OUT. probably illegal. forced her to refund us the tip she illegally added. don’t come here

This place used to be great and has gone terrible. I placed an order which I picked up (chicken, rice, and beans) today and received the smallest portion I’ve ever seen from a restaurant. The rice was a thin layer which sat on top of a layer of oil. I’m attaching a pic of my freshly opened order for reference. Not ordering here again.

The ladies that are in the front near the cashier, they need to fully understand what they are doing and how they can help customers. They don't even try to help you, their response is "I don't know, or don't worry about it". They need to understand or comprehend the skill of problem solving. This happen at 4:30 today. Not only once but three times. If you are not aware what you buy they will charge you with whatever and won't even bother to resolve it. I've been coming here for years. They need to learn how to communicate with their customers and amongst themselves. Manager needs to see what they are doing or teach them about problem solving.
