I mistakenly ordered pick up from the app and call this branch if they can change it to delivery instead. They were so nice over the phone and helped me change it without any questions asked! Pizza was fresh and well packaged. Thank you!

Amazing drivers, good pizza. Can't go wrong 💗 you pay for quality and pizza is always in quantity. So win-win, you can't compare the pizza from here to a $1 slice. I'm a New Yorker but I am not oblivious. This location has never given me problems nor gotten my order wrong.

I’ve ordered twice, the first time, the driver called when he was here and I let him know that both my legs are broken and I cannot walk downstairs. This time, the driver called when he was about five minutes away. I guess he remembered me and he knew that a nurse had to come down to get it. Because he went out of his way to give me that notice, it was the freshest hottest food that I have had in the past month. I called the store because I wanted to modify the tip to give him more money, and they said it was okay, not to worry about it and just to enjoy my pizza. They have a really nice staff. I’m very grateful for them. Stuffed crust pizza with the garlic sauce- 10/10

Last night I ordered Papa John’s after many many years ! I ordered a Large Stuffed Crust with half cheese and half pepperoni. When I got their for the pick up , the establishment is so fair, they took off some money because the person who took my order over the phone forgot to give me some kind of discount , so they gave it to me even without me knowing indeed ! As for the Pizza itself.. Papa John is Papa John as they always lived up to their slogan .. better Ingredients, better Pizza indeed ! Will definitely order again in the future to come ! Highly recommended ! God Bless.

Delicious pizza, but sometimes the wait could be more than 25 minutes after you order. Also the ingredients are added sparingly compared to the amount of bread within pan pizzas

Food is really good but some workers there were disgusting. After counting money, he did not wash his hands but went on straight making pizza WITH MONEY-TOUCHED hands!! He only washed his hands after preparing dough. Worker wasn’t sanitary at all. Only have points for good food. I felt like my stomach hurt a little after eating the pizza...

I didn't order online cause I was not sure I would make it on time but when we got to there the workers were to welcoming to me and few other people who don't come here. The pizza took a while but it tastes good

I called my pizza in for pick up at 12pm was told it would take 10-15 minutes . Went out to put in a prescription and stop at Walgreens really quick. Walking to Papa John I realized I lost track of time and it was 12:30 by the time I got there . When I told them I was there for a pick up they said 5 more minutes. So I'm thinking how is it not ready yet when I called it in 30 minutes ago. Instead of waiting 5 minutes I waited a little over 10 minutes. This is so ridiculous!! How does it take 40 minutes to make a small pizza . It looked like the guy didn't start on my pizza until I got there. Very bad service but they lucky I only eat Papa John's pizza . I've never had an issue with this store until today . Specially when I'm in a rush to get to work . Not cool guys

Not the best pizza but the best that's close around. I don't like the fact that if you do ask for delivery they charge you a three dollar delivery charge. Which is not a tip but they actually give to deliver so you're paying extra money for nothing.

Service is good, prices is better than dominos... however I just dont like the taste of the pizza. Little Caesars pizza, a cheaper pizza, taste better. so, I dont think I would buy again from Papa Johns.

Pizza good but for the love of God it takes them like 3hours to deliver not only that they left me on hold for a while not only that they said we lost your order and now I have to wait 48 hours for a refund

Horrible customer service, pizza arrived an hour and a half late and arrived cold. I paid online with my credit card and they insisted that I pay with cash. I ended up getting charged even though I refused the order and low and behold when I call them to complain, they tell me they'll get back to me and never do.

Worst ever, one day got my order wrong, send me completely wrong pizza, the next time, pizza came all messed up, pizza was ruined, I’m assuming delivery had probably other pizzas on top and the pizza was crumbled... called and complained had to wait 2hrs for another one to come, every time we called they were like in few minutes, for over 45 minuets, they hung up on us, just worst business ever!!!

Very very bad experience order a pizza asked to leave it at the door, when the driver called said he left the pizza out side 2 min after I went out side to pick up the pizza but their was no pizza, called the driver the asked where is the pizza was said someone must stole my pizza lol. Checked my security camera to make sure if the pizza was stolen but there was nobody who delivered. The driver drop it of at wrong address, so I called delivery guy again still does not admitting it said its stolen and has nothing to do with him. Called the store take to the manager explain the issue, the manager gave the worst attitude and raised his voice at me, made it look like it was my fault and I was lien. Even though driver drop the pizza at wrong address. What the hell i am the customer and it’s not my fault and the manager giving me attitude and raising this voice at me. Manager does not know how to take to the customers. Never ordering from this store again.

Be very careful from ordering from here, the service that is provided by the store manager is subpar. When I tried to call about my order that was stated as "delivered" on PapaTrack, I called the store 7 times and they placed me directly on hold each time. Papa John customer service also tried to call the store and they did not answer them. The 8th time someone finally answered my call. I am pretty sure they were tired of their phone ringing so much. The manager did not even listen to my question or mention my name or order number before saying "your food will be there by bike shortly" and hanging up on me. It took my food an hour and a half to be delivered and the store is only 7 minutes from my house biking distance. This is the second time this has occurred. They have lost a customer.

It seems they don't understand the meaning of no contact deliveries. Driver expected me to bring our infant out of the apartment to meet him in the lobby. I was watching the baby and no one was home. There's a reason we're quarantined. When I explained the situation, driver then tells me that I'm not doing anything so I should go meet him. Ridiculous. Customer service on the app and at the store when I called was non existent. Store will keep you on hold until you hang up and give up. Good luck trying to get no contact delivery from this branch. You may even get a lecture about the pandemic.

If there were a way to grade with negative stars, I would!!!!!!My husband made an order and we did not receive what we were expecting. On top of the fact the delivery time was extensive. We tried to call the establishment to complain and request the appropriate either refund or order and there was NO Way of communicating with them. What gets me is that I buy here often, and this is something that is starting to become a pattern.

Ordered a pizza once cause I was tired of Domino's and its rude employees, my pizza came an hour or two later. One of my slices had a hugggggggeeeee long black hair in it! I was so disgusted. Never ordered again

horrible service. waiting an hour and half for my pizza . when it came, the order was wrong, the pizza was cold, and the delivery man didnt even came to my doorstep. i went back to the store to talk to the manager yet she kept insisting that i was wrong and that i said the orders correctly. they have voice recorders, they record everything, yet she kept ranting on and on about how i was wrong and also insulted my mother that was there. her name was Monica and she was just unprofessional and just plain rude. ive been papa johns customer for more then a decade, and this is just horrifying!!!

Papa John in Elmhurst New York not good at all. Ran by an Indian family. I waited 25 min and saw how they were all over the place. Messing w garbage and all. Had no choice it was already late. Never again.

They hung up the phone when they said they don't deliver. When I ordered online and went to go to the store they made fun of me because it "supposedly" didn't go through after showing them the confirmation order on my phone. You could say it was close to closing but it didn’t close until 3. There was more than enough hours to prepare the food. I honestly feel like anyone that orders from an establishment with minimum closing time remaining must really want that food. But that was not the case. The case is this order was sent out in complete violation of health and food safety protocols and what DoorDash should be holding them accountable for.

First time with them was the last time. Ordered yesterday and they were like an hour an a half late. Their tracking system is a lie. Tracking stated they were delivering for an hour then it stated it was delivered. Had to call to find out if they went to the wrong place. Manager said delivery guy on the way. I am only 6 or 7 blocks away. Pizza was tasteless. Topping were extremely sparse. Never again. Stay away.

He said to just give them another 5 minutes. Then I asked for the drivers number and he hung up. I called again and asked for the number and he said hold on. And that took a whole 8 minutes. I used my other phone to call them and they never picked up. I hear the phone ringing in the background through my first call that they never hung up from. That was another 8 minutes. I hung up again and called and they finally picked up and I asked them to give me the drivers number and how long it would take for my pizza to arrive. They then go ahead and said 35 minutes. I asked them why they said 5 minutes half an hour ago and their excuse was that they only have one guy doing delivery. Ok but if u only had one guy then u could of told us that it would take longer instead of going on the app and saying that it was delivered. If u said that It was gonna take longer in the first place I would wait but that was not the case. After that I asked them to just cancel my order and he said ok. Meaning that the order never left the store and they prob didn't even start my order. It's ok if you guys are busy but just don't say stuff that isn't true. Don't tell us 5 minutes when it's another hour! Can't believe how bad and rude the service was. It was a waste of my time and don't recommend anyone ordering take out from this store.
