Chicken tacos and enchiladas are great!! No complaints. I’d give this restaurant 5 stars but the lady receiving orders ALWAYS has an attitude, over the phone and in person. I’ve spent a lot of money ordering from them, but I’ve also saved money because sometimes I don’t want to deal with that woman and I order somewhere else just because of her.

The steak tacos and steak enchiladas was disgusting. The meat is grey/ old tough to chew. The enchiladas had the weirdest cheese poured on top- def not good. Looks like plastic. I accidentally ordered from here when i mistakenly confused the names with my go to Mexican spot. So I called them because I was missing the rice and beans for the enchiladas and the lady on the phone says I didn’t ask for it and it doesn’t come with it. So weird, enchiladas without rice??!! lol ok. So then I said hold up is this Tacos y Quesadillas on 104? And she’s like no it’s taco Mexico. And then I remembered how much I despise their food- it’s always gross and old looking meat. The mystery all started when I noticed how weird the steak taco meat looked and then I saw the enchiladas and was thinking there is no way my fave spot failed me today. But nope…it was my fault for having this place still saved to my contacts. What a waste of money. Sooo annoyed that they’re still cooking and serving this type of meat. And the no rice and beans with the enchiladas is crazy talk. Learn how to run a business with a proper menu. Felt bad but this had to go to the garbage. No way was I going to eat some mystery meat and watery brown guacamole.

Not only did they messed up my order but gave me 90 percent of guacamole and 10 percent of nachos. It’s like they gave me leftovers and called it “nachos” outrageous for the price they gave me this for.

Waited an hour for the damn delivery. On top of that they forgot an item. Called back and the lady in the phone giving me nasty attitude. Starts accusing me on the phone of TRYING to steal food. Mind you I just paid $130 not including tip. Don’t even waste your time on this place. Much better places out there. Imagine that getting disrespected over there phone because they couldn’t do the job right.

The only reason I visited this place was because I had a hair appt across the st and I had to wait and hour to be seen. I’m pregnant and was hungry so I looked for a place for a snack. I went across the st to get a torta. The lady that took my order was not friendly at all When I got my food My sandwich came with a hair informed the waitress and she didn’t care I had removed the hair because I got gross out and threw it out. Called the waitress when she approached us she asked where the hair went and was rude. Asked her what could be done and she ask where is the hair I need it to show the kitchen or else they won’t believe me. Asked the lady to make me another one as I was not eating a sanwhich which had, had a hair. The waitress responded we will have to charge you. . The waitress looked at me as if I was lying and didn’t want to pay for the sandwich . Horrible service Not once did she apologize or said anything to confort me. Everyone in the kitchen was staring me down like I would lie about a darn hair in my food. The whole place was just a bad experience I was with my friend. Will absolutely not be returning. Not to mention the sauce that they provide with the chips is horrible and the torta itself needs flavor. They need improvement.

The food is good, but the service is horrible. The waitresses are so mean, one of them is lately throwing out the stuff and if you ask something her answers are "we don't have special orders, the food is served as should by the menu"

Wost customer service the lady who answer the phone always give you attitude and she always send you wrong food and wen you call back she got angry because she said she’s right and you wrong it’s look like she give you free food but it’s not because you paid for the food and her salary because without customers she’s going to be jobless

Terrible customer service, I went there not too long ago and one of the employees gave attitude, they got my order wrong and blamed it on me when she was on the phone not acknowledging or seeming like they wanted to take my order… she’s normally on the counter while the other lady attends customers well and is very polite, I went back again to see if her attitude was fixed but nope instead she said “again them” like ok you get paid to work not to criticize, so I didn’t bother to order and left that place, ain’t going to pay for that type of service.

Horrible service. Lady who picks up the phone is rude. You call to place an order they put you on hold for more than 10 minutes or they just forget about you on hold. You ask for a delivery they always take more than an hour and I live only 5 minutes away so I always end up picking it up because they say it will take 15 min for it to be ready. However, once I get there they are NEVER busy, restaurant is empty and waitress is just standing inside the counter, their delivery people are there too. Good food but NOT worth it to order from here with the poor service they provide.

Horrible service!!! Just called and the waitress who answered the phone was really rude!!! I had been a client of this restaurant For years!! As a matter of fact all of my family!! food is great, delivery guys are nice! And even though sometimes they forgot to bring me the sodas, the sauces, etc... i didnt mind. But this “lady” wow worst ever. Hopefully the owner gets to read this review and do something about it Before losing another client. Just for the record made the call on tuesday, June 16, 11:58 pm.
