This Flame Broiler is clean as a whistle and the staff is courteous. The owner takes pride in his business. Currently, there is no dine-in option due to the pandemic, only take out. Come in and pick you their healthy food.

If you're in a mood for something warm, tasty, on the "healthy side" and like teriyaki - this is for you. My kids love it too, you get a good portion of rice, meat and veggies (need to ask for them). They have white and brown rice 👍 and choices of sauces.

I live in Riverside and drive all the way to this place just to get me a chicken plate...there is no other Flame Broiler that is better than this one. The other ones tend to always have rude employees, their food portions are way smaller and the atmosphere sucks. The customer service in Riverside and the one off McKinley is horrible. This is the best one!!!

It goes without saying if you have been to one flame broiler you have been to them all. This particular location has extremely friendly staff that is very helpful and kind. The service is great. When they noticed I was taking pictures and I told them it was for Google they wanted to be a part of the fun. The food was also great, the meat was fresh off the grill and the veggies freshly chopped.

Good but when busy, social distancing is not observed and they don't do much as far as signage to enforce it. I always preorder, but I need to wait in line to pick my food that is sitting on the counter. They need two lines. I waited 15 min in line the other day. Food is great otherwise.

I think Juan was stoned. I ordered a chicken bowl, wife ordered a tofu bowl. When my number was called there were two chicken bowls. I told him one was supposed to be tofu. He charged me an additional 16 cents even though he wasn’t listening when the order was placed. Waited additional time for tofu bowl. Then he failed to give me any sauce. I didn’t realize the sauce was missing until I got home. Had to eat bowls dry. Pay attention Juan!

Review from October 26; 2020 Very disappointed in my chicken bowl today! The chicken wasn’t caramelized like usual and the broccoli was mostly stems. As you can see in my photo I was actually given mostly broccoli stems, very few crowns. I am downgrading my stars from 5 to 2. I have noticed a falling off of quality over my past few visits. Review from 2018 I love this place! My daughter told me about it. I get the regular size chicken with 1 scoop brown rice and carrots and broccoli. This size leaves me some for leftovers. Love the magic sauce! I tired the steak once but like the chicken better. The have a frequent buyers plan. Free bowl after you buy 10.

This place is usually really good, but this is insulting. Barely any steamed veggies, one thin layer of chicken, and too much rice, compared to how it always is. Will steer clear from here for a while.

The lady working was a little rude when we asked if that was our order because we did not know our number. The food was overcooked and very dry, both the beef and chicked.

Had to drive all the way back because my daughter has a gluten allergy. They replaced the bowl but said they could not do anything about the convenience. Oh.. they said I could keep the wrong bowl.

Chicken tasted like tough leather bits. I used to love flame broiler. Don't eat here.
