All the workers are helpful and friendly. The food was hot and fresh and came out fast. The sitting was clean and organized.

This place is horrible. The manager was giving free food to her boyfriend instead of serving the clients and guests that were there. They were no napkins, there were no lids for the drinks, it took us an hour and a half to get our food, and she was constantly on her phone. The employees that were they were doing their best to keep up but without Pacific items and supplies it was impossible. Every time someone asked to speak to the manager she took at least 10 to 15 minutes to get off the phone to speak with someone. When I asked for ice because there was none in the lobby she brought me back a cup that had black specks of ice in it horrible horrible place

By far my fav Burger King. It CLEAN quiet and extremely speedy . They gave me a couple crowns for my nephews and a great smile while they did. Food was steller and hot fries on point (which is surprising) I will recommend to all who ask.

We went last evening through the drive thru. Received our order and it was completely wrong (happened the last time also on Sunday) I asked my husband to take it in and request a refund, I’m scared to take an order back because of horror stories and such. The manager Diana took the time to come to the car to speak with me about the issue. She was very professional, understanding, and very kind. She explained she was working with new employees and re did our order herself and at the same time trained her new employees. She went above and beyond when we thought customer service was dead. Thank you for giving us exceptional customer service and for your kindness Diana!!

The times I’ve gone they been good. Food is what it is. Thankful to buy a meal. I always go through drive through and never had problems, just once, found 2 fries not fully cooked but not gona have a heart attack.

Worst service ever! Stood in drive-thru almost 20 minutes waiting to order, I finally get to order and the cashier tells me they need to upgrade their drive-thru menu because they no longer have what I wanted to order so we decide to order two burgers and when we get to the register they're charging me $19 for two burgers only, he reads me back my order and it was totally wrong. Took him another 15 minutes just to fix it, by that time I was just frustrated and late for work so we decided to cancel the order and went to Pete's Chicken n more down the street. Best burger from Pete's ever!!! Never going back to that particular Burger King again.

Usually fast and great food. But today I Went there and ordered the new $1 bacon cheesburger. They were cold. The buns were stale, the cheese hard and brittle. They must have been made well ahead of time. I was not in the line that long. Next time, I will tell them to put mayonaise, so they will have to make it fresh. Service is usually fast here, short wait times. It would be 2 or 3 stars if not for that. Just make sure you get it hot and fresh.

Food was great! I got the 10 pc. Nuggets and chicken fry meal. I would have given it 5 stars of the workers weren't stingy with the sauces. I went with 2 friends and they only gave us 4 sauce. Other than that everything was great!

Used two coupons for a big meal. Order was exactly like I asked for. Bathroom was clean. Only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because I really shouldn't eat fast-food. But sometime you just have to scratch that itch. amirite?

I went to try out the new cha’king chicken sandwich and it was a pretty big piece of chicken. It got me full and it tasted good. The only thing is that there was a little bit of a wait but I would definitely get it again. They had the original, and the spicy (on the right). The spicy was also very delicious, it wasn’t too spicy.

I like the Burger King Whopper for its charbroiled taste. But this evening, as I was driving away from the window I grabbed a French fries and it was cold. I was too tired to go back and complain. I live less than 5 minutes from the restaurant, so I was hoping that the burger wouldn't be cold too. Well, it was! Just not as cold as the French fries.

Today's visit to this location was a little disappointing. Our meals were on the cool side like they had been sitting there ready. The appearance of the food was not pleasant, looks like they were thrown together fast. Burgers are usually juicy but today they were dry. I expected it to be better for the price of my meal being $10.

I really only fox with their classic chicken sandwich and strawberry shake. They serve it up as it they're supposed to, nothing more and nothing less. Sometimes the wait is wild though! You'll be in the whip for a hot one sometimes. I wasn't today, but there's been days I've peeled off angrily and hungry still.

They were having a mobile app promotion where you could get a Whopper for a penny, if you order it within 600 feet of McDonald's. The food was okay. Except for the " Crispy Golden Nuggets". They were not crispy at all. Service was not so good. The cashier seemed overwhelmed with all the mobile orders coming in while she was trying to take the orders from the people in line. There was only one cashier. And she and the other employees were complaining that they were running out of everything. And they all seemed rude when we ask for anything, like napkins. There were no napkins out. They gave us a roll of paper towels with 5 towels on it. We weren't even sure if there was a manager on duty. And while we were there, a couple of people came in with messed up orders. Also the drink station was very dirty. There was soda spatters everywhere. And the ice dispenser chute had mildew on it. And the floor was also dirty.

Well they gave me the wrong order so I had to go back and get my correct order. And the cashier was being sceptical about me not getting the correct order she looks through my burger to make sure it didn't have what I said it was missing she didn't even wear gloves. And the cook wasn't wearing gloves either. I didn't want to eat my new burger because I kept thinking it was the same burger and they just added on the missing ingredient. So I ordered some chicken nuggets instead.

The service was fast, but I think that's because the food had been under the warmer for a while. The restaurant was dirty too. There were flies, and old coffee stains on the window sills. It's a good atmosphere, but the employees need to take better care of it.

Lady at the window was kind. The food did NOT look like advertised it was a sad burger.A veeerry sad burger. The regular fries and mozzarella fries were alright.The drinks SUCKED so bad..we didnt get what we ordered and it tasted strange.🙄

I went through the drive thru and the girl seemed distracted kept putting me on hold and informed me that certain items were unavailable. Every item I asked for was out of stock they didn't have the birthday pie, the Hershey pie, drink carriers, and ice cream cones. Didn't ask what drinks we would like was just ready to let me drive to the window and pay. When we got to the widow it took her 5 more mins to open the window and acknowledge us and they didn't have our drinks ready so we waited another 3 mins for them. They gave us our food and drinks and asked us if we had the ice cream cone and when replied yes they took another 2 mins before telling us they were out of cones and if we'd like it in a cup which I replied that's fine and we waited another minute. Drive thru worker was nice however the restaurant manager should order more items next time so that they won't be out of stock and upset allot of customers. I feel bad for the employees having to work there and deal with upset customers over out of stock items. I'm sure I wasn't the only one.

Not a great experience this morning! I went through the drive-thru place my order the car in front of me took about 20 minutes for that car to get their order as I get to the window the girl says to me what was your order. So I told her never mind and asked her to give me my money back that I had just handed her after waiting for almost 25 mins.The truck in back of me left also.This is not the first time this has happened even in dining we are a family is six so we always spend about $30. They are short on product they don't have no ranch dressing they don't have no ketchup they don't have no barbecue sauce for the nuggets. Picante sauce for the breakfast croissants!! Not sure if it's the Manager's fault District Manager or General Manager that do not oversee the stores like they should to make sure that they order enough product for customers that want those items! There were only two vehicles in front of me at the drive thru and the wait was 15 minutes. I don't know if it is because of the construction but there should be no reason for the delay. Management needs to be more involved with handling this. I didn't even stay to make a purchase due to the frustration. Get your customer service in check guys.

Just got the ch'king for the first time, and will never get it again, @ that location at least. Top bun was hard, the breading on the chicken was soggy like they microwaved it. This is the worst Burger King location in town. I lost count how many times they screwed up my order. This location is good at messing up your order whenever you customize it like adding extra cheese. Something so simple they can't get right. Especially at the drive thru and they slow. They real good at charging you for extra cheese and not putting it on your food. Im convinced the cooks dont read the complete orders before they make them. The cashiers the only one that knows how to read. This location makes Burger King look bad. You better off going 2 Whataburger.

I shouldn't even give them one star to be honest. The lady missed up our entire order after waiting for 35 minutes. 3 cars behind us drove away during the wait. Once we came to the window. My wife asked her to repeat the order she never repeated back in the first place. She gets an attitude like it's our fault. I personally don't like burger king much the food tastes bland but recently gave them a chance and wanted their rodeo king. well for starters the drive thru person was super rude and kept saying that all and mentioned total 3 times before we were even done . so I was already annoyed so then they tell us they are out of bacon . we left well we gave them a try one more time 3 weeks layer and not only were they out of bacon again but the lady rudely said "we don't for Dr pepper " I had it and we left won't be going back between the rudeness and always being out it's not worth it truly.

When you don't have to wait 15-20 minutes for an order it's OK. If you are in a hurry skip this place and go down the road to Jack in the Box where they understand fast food.

1st off...the drive thru is so dirty and cluttered with trash, the cashiers were rude with an attitude when talking to them. This Burger King never has any biscuits. Every single time I come early in the a.m and it's always the same thing, they say they don't have any biscuits. And this isn't the only one. I went to 3 different burger kings and it's the same thing. They don't have any. It's so high in demand maybe they should order alot in their truck order. Place is ridiculous. Smh.

Don't seem to ever be able to get my order right! They don't know the difference between 8 piece and 12 piece when it comes to the chicken fries, and if you ask for a burger without bacon best believe you're getting bacon. Tried to call back so I can get my order corrected and the phone just stays ringing then picked up and hung up on!

They're open till midnight, drove like a maniac to get there in time but by 11:53pm the drive thru speaker had stopped working or something. I'm sure that's what the problem was 😇 Maybe that's why there's never anybody in line here at this location🤔 Keep up that 3.4 star reviews guys!! 👏

Order an item, waited 20 minutes then went up to the counter and was told they were out of that item I ordered. The replacement item took an additional 10 minutes.

The place was filthy, the floors were sticky you can hear the people soles sticking as they walk, all of the tables were dirty, looked like they hadn't been wiped down in all day! It's 430pm, no ice in the machine and when you ask the employees for ice they seemed bothered. Finally after several people asking for ice you can hear someone in the back say "can someone go fill the ice so they can stop asking" ketchup was empty in the dining room, asked for some i got handed 2 packets lol. I got 2 large fries and 1 medium I asked if I could get more and she jsut walks away returns with 5 more packets! Chicken fries were like biting into sticks. The burgers were made right and were fresh but other than that this store needs some leadership!

I ordered at around 10:46PM ahead of time after leaving work. Took about a 10 minute drive just to get there, waited for about an additional 20 minutes just for them to not have my meal not even started at all. Online ordering for what? Just to have the vehicle behind me that just placed their order have theirs out first? Worst of all, this place seriously needs a health inspection person to check it out, because not even 3 bites in I find a dead fly fused with the patty bun underneath my burger. I've noticed that they don't wear gloves when making burgers or handling fries and I'm in culinary class so that is a health code violation according to state law also the meat doesn't have any flavor I've called HR but not answer because they don't work on weekends if I'm hoping I don't. Haven’t eaten here in forever but decided to try it out. We went in during lunch time. It didn’t look very busy. The cashier was extremely rude when we got a bit confused on the menu. She didn’t ask if we wanted our burgers all the way or a certain way. When I asked for my burger a certain way, she got upset and grunted out in frustration. We ended up walking out.

These employees are deaf. When I placed the order I had to repeat myself several times. Right then and there I knew something about the order was going to be WRONG. I was correct I said No PICKLES, NO ONIONS... So yes it angered me when I found pickles in my burger. Pickles that I should have lunged at the entrance door glass that way they would have had to clean it up. Maybe next time? I would have had them remake it but I was not going to get back in line. Next time I will sit there and check the order to make sure it's done how I ordered it. Burger King needs to fix their intercom because it's not the first time they mess up on my order. Either that or hire bilingual employees.

So employees didnt know how to redeem crowns on app or how to use online gift card. Employee was rude and had no knowledge of anything. I had to tell them how to do these things. It's sad this use to be my favorite one. They got rid of the old manager and now it seems like they lost their way. I'm so upset at my service I'm scared to see the food. I went to buy a hamburger for dinner and the microphone in the drive thru was not audible at all and the man who served me was very rude saying that he was asking me for my drink to which I repeated that it was not audible and I told him that I wanted a hamburger without cheese and they put on it what I told them not to put on it, they gave it to me and it was open and dripping with mayonnaise and they gave it to me in a piece of paper all wrinkled, I always like Burger King hamburgers they are my favorites but today the service and the food was a disaster

Go to the drive-thru, server can't understand their own menu. Takes 30 minutes to serve 5 cars, fine okay. I get home, they gave me the veggie burger with everything when I ordered a plain double whopper with cheese. Paid $13 for a bag of garbage. Never trying BK again.
