I went and got my grandson a meal so I thought I’ll order a little chicken sandwich from the value meal and a little cheeseburger. My chicken was so hard and chewy I knew they must have put it in the microwave quickly:( the cheeseburger wasn’t fresh either you could just tell, I was disappointed but because it wasn’t expensive I just let it go. And the reason I gave 5 stars was because this was the first time this happened usually it’s really fresh and good:) always good service and yes we will go eat there again:)
The manager here was amazing. I didn't get his name. But, i drive semi truck and it was around midnight. There isn't many places open to where i can just walk in. Plus, i can't fit in any drive thrus, so i walked up to the window and asked if i could order something to eat. I know normally this wouldn't be allowed, but he was amazing And was very happy to help. He saw my truck and knew i wasn't making it up. So he let me order and get a nice warm meal to finish out my route. That's customer service and how we should all treat each other. I thank him and hope he sees this.
Everyone is always nice. Our food is always hot and fresh. Tonight, I ordered Door Dash from this location and my food was clearly tampered with. The seal was broken and part of my order was missing. I went up to McDonalds and showed them the box. They remade my entire order fresh and apologized for what happened even though it was not their fault in the least.

Very fast and freindly. For a drive thru is has to one my better experiences. The food was made to order and food was checked before it was given to me. The drive was full I expected a long wait but I was surprised how fast it was . They were running a very tight ship . My compliments to the team . Way to go
I came out here for Mcteacher night for Sanders elementary school. The worker that took my order was very friendly/ courteous😁 & the worker that got my order together was also very friendly & prompt💯. Customer service was on point🎯 considering how busy & slammed they were. I give them a thumbs up👍.
I went to this McDonald’s and let me tell you they were busy and some lady that was in the drive through was being a Karen but the tall skinny manager guy with glasses handled that with grace & while i was there i got great service everyone seemed so friendly and i had my weenie dog(service dog) don’t come for me and one employee even offered to make him a pup cup her name was Mya she was the sweetest …. Thanks yall guys for having good vibes because all the employees that went by me had such great vibes despite them being busy …….i forgot the date i think i went 5/17 ❤️ it’s the little things in life❤️
The manager at this location George (hope I spelled his name right) provided me with incredible customer service today!! I was on a short lunch break during my work shift & was in a rush he had no idea of this but I had an error after ordering on the mobile app after making him aware of my error he proceeded to help me & bring out my food within minutes! My food was fresh & hot too! He impressed me so much I HAD to leave him a review!! Thank you again!
The ONLY McDonalds that has made my order in the drive-thru exactly how I ordered it didn't get it wrong didn't overcharge me didn't tell me the credit card machine was down and they set the cash only The only one in corpus Christi I will ever go to thank you for doing such a good job at this McDonald's. The customer service was fantastic! The food was quick, hot, fresh fries, and ready in a flash. I was able to get in and out quickly the way a fast food facility should be. Love that they now have a 4 for 4 like Wendys!
McDonald's has really stepped it up when it comes to fast food restaurants. The servers are very polite and fast and efficient. The food is very good compared to over the last 5 years and the Coffee drinks with Cream in them are just out of this world. I highly recommend any of the McDonald's in the City.

My spouse and I placed an order through the drive-thru and were asked to park in a numbered space while we waited. After some time passed and we noticed other customers being served, we asked JT (Jeremy), who was outside, if he could check on our order. He was more than happy to help and promptly looked into it. When he returned, he asked whether we had a receipt; although we had declined one, we explained what we had ordered and that we had received our drinks but not our food. JT immediately apologized and assured us he would follow up. Shortly after, a shift leader or manager came out, asked a few questions, remembered the order, and also apologized, letting us know it would be out shortly. When our food was delivered, JT apologized once again, and his apology was clearly genuine and heartfelt. I wanted to recognize JT for his professionalism, kindness, and sincere customer service. It is truly refreshing to see someone so young take such pride in their work and offer such genuine care—service like that goes a long way and deserves to be acknowledged. We will be back.
The only bad thing about this site location is that when it's after hours and both drive thru lanes are open, is they get busy they tend to move slower. I do door dash and was there for an additional 30 mins just waiting. Other than that, it's a great place to go, and it's family friendly.
The experience was lovely and the service was immaculate, the food came out quick and the employees were so friendly. I can only give it a 4 stars on atmosphere due to only going through the drive thru, but it was a 10 out of 10 experience.
This McDonald's location always impresses! The staff is fast, friendly, and gets the order right every time. The food is hot, fresh, and the restaurant is clean and well-kept, even during busy hours. Drive-thru is quick and efficient, and mobile orders are ready on time. Easily one of the best-run McDonald's I've been to-great job to the team

Had breakfast here with a kind lady taking our order. Very kind. Very nice. The Breakfast was very hot and fresh. OH yes. Veery fresh. The drive through has veery cool electronic screens that display everything so its very futuristic.

I placed my order. At the window I was handed the drink from a happy meal. Told to move up & my order would be brought to me. My order was finally brought to me. Sauces & napkins in the bag she said. Well, I'm not used to ordering happy meals, been a long time. Of course it was not brought to me & I didn't think about it till I got to my destination. Good thing I had extra nuggets & a large fry. The deal was buy nuggets & get a 2nd one for a dollar. That saved me with my 6 year old nephew. Didn't mention a toy & neither did I. The nuggets were very fresh. I did call them to let them know. It took 15 to q7 minutes before they answered the phone. I kept calling back over & over till someone finally answered. Young woman was very polite & apologetic about the situation.
Drive through was down, associates were taking orders. We were told to pull up and wait after we paid. We watched about 10 customers come and go and finally our order came and we wanted to know what took so long they didn't know why, we started to drive off and noticed 1 of the 2 sandwiches we ordered was missing! We had to get back in long line again only to be just made order again and comped large fries for the trouble. Terrible.
Purchased through drive through and received the wrong item. After getting home ten minutes away we noticed that they got it wrong. We drove back and they were happy to replace it with the correct item. Be sure to check your order before you leave!
First time going to this McDonald's, went to this location because they have a play place. The service was really slow. I stood in line for about fifteen minutes, with only three people in front of me. It seemed like the employees were more concerned with getting people out of the drive thru fast. After placing my son's order, we waited another 15 minutes to get his food. The employees were nice though and the place was very clean.
Normally ,I have no problem here. But last time they didn't super-sized and even when told about it, they gave a measley tiny bag of fries to make up for their admitted mistake to go with my MEDIUM fries. How about doing it right? 1 super-sized 🍟. It was for the kids,they notice these things. But food is still good in a pinch.
10-30-2024: ordered a 4 PC chicken nugget happy meal but was charged and got a 6 PC. Not a big deal on that but the fries were thrown in the happy meal box and they were cold. Typical fast food service from people who don't care
The wife and I came in to grab a quick bite. We both got the dollar menu chicken burgers. We also got fountain drinks, too. The wife and I ordered a basket of fries to go with it. The food was great quality as McDonald's should be. However, the service was poor. They don't take your order at the registers anymore, and lazily told me to go to the kiosk and order. So I did. I ordered the fountain drinks and there was no indication that I was supposed to go to the fountain myself and get the drinks. The cashier just came with a server tray and gave me and the wife empty cups when I ordered the drinks on the kiosk. Asked the cashier for some napkins and they said they'd get me some. Two minutes into my meal, I had to get up and go get them myself. Horrible service!
When I said dry. I meant dry as in no sauce of any kind. You think I'd learn my lesson. It's happened 4 times of my 4 visits. The biggest complaint is that all the staff is incredibly friendly and polite. But my goodness, they can't get an order right to save themselves.
What can I say? It's a McDonald's. Couldn't get a receipt at first. Then the person at the counter says they don't serve what the robot sold me, she had to be trained. Burger came out sideways, cheese smeared all over the wrapper. Watched the manager practice poor hygiene while working the pass. I mean, it's corpus customer service all the way.
After waiting for curbside for a good 45min, food finally came (cold), & didn’t notice till I was gone already that they didn’t bring one of my drinks. The ice cream machine was broken which meant no frappes either. Parking lot was not overly busy or crowded.
Odered Uber eats and half the order is missing. Try to call to report the issue so it can be corrected,but no one answers the phone. Have to leave work to show up in person and then drive home to get the rest of the food to my kids. Update... I showed up and explained the issue, Joshua explained to me the process of having to go through uber to rectify the problem and then saved me yhe hassle and corrected the order and made it right Thank you Sir for your understanding and willing to help me. Increased the star rating for the fast correction on Joshua's part.
My son and I love to go through the drive through late at night but the one thing that really bothers me about McDonalds is it never has ice cream. Why have all those things on the menu that call for ice cream?
I hesitate taking my kids here but they like playing. The playplace area is gross and sticky but I’m not shocked.
Went there with my wife during a not very busy time. She got her food and was finished eating before I got my food. All I ordered for me was two Artisan Grilled Chicken sandwiches. I watched five or six other people order after me and get their food before me. My order took 27 minutes to fill.
Really disappointed in this location particularly. Order to sausage egg and cheese McGriddles. I have never had these McGriddles burnt before around the rim of the edges. The customer service and everything was perfectly fine up until I got home and gave the food to my girlfriend and she bit into a hard piece of the breading which is never hard or crusted for a mcgriddle. Ask for a remake but didn't even give me a second to speak about anything and just said we're going to remake it. It's like the customer service was perfect in the beginning and then when I come back for a remake when it's their fault I get an attitude for something that I didn't even do that was their mistake. Not worth my money here anymore
Went on a Saturday, before 3... kinda busy at first but slowed down. Play area was disgusting. Spills & overfilled trash cans. Order came out at a timely manner. But cashier Britney had attitude all over her face, like i was a bother. Went back to ask for a plastic utensil package... she brought me napkins in a baggy. When i repeated my request she got ugly & asked "what do you want". I said it slow & she behaved like it was a large request. Customer service. 🖓🖓
Disappointed again... kept waiting for to go order of 2 chicken sandwiches a1 LG fries 🍟... 9 cars behind me were served before we finally got our order... live really close to this store. Fries were hot ... goy home and still warm however, the chicken 🐔 sandwich was so overcooked I could have played ice hockey 🏒 with it. Another Epic fail! That makes me think the chicken was already cooked but kept warm. Disappointed yet again 😞 Fast food should not be this hard.

Horrible experience! I wait in one of the lanes, and was not assisted as the other lane continued to be assisted. I eventually went inside to get some clarification of this issue. The manager, Amber was not helpful at all. Absolutely rude! She looked like she did not care and literally left me waiting and did not offer a ungenuine apology. Bad service, management, and half made food :(

Food took FOREVER to come out! We ordered our food inside and it wasn't busy but we waited for about 15 minutes. It wouldn't have been a big deal but we ordered 2 orders of 20 piece chicken mcnuggets and some were hot and some were stale. My husband came a little after we got there and ordered for himself and his order took long too. We will never come to this McDonald's again.
The trend location is horrible slow service. My wife waited over 30 minutes yesterday. She payed and pulled up to the second window and they immediately made her pull into a parking space. This happens everytime we go to this location, but this was the longest wait yet. I ordered a big mac meal last week and was told to pull in to a parking space. Don't go to this location if you can avoid it.
Worst experience ever! I was just kicked out of the dining room by the manager, serenity , when I complained about the food and service. The door was locked at 630am and had to bang on the door while the employee looked right at me. Serenity told me to use the drive thru. We complained about the chairs not being down and the food being not eatable. The sausage McMuffin was so hard it would break your teeth. Serenity had her hands in her hips the entire time was very defensive and NEVER apologized or tried to remedy the situation. The employee refused to give managers name and Serenity refused to give her name until she asked if we were to complain. She said I don’t care my name is Serenity. And then she told us “you can leave now”. You can bet I’m driving 5 miles out of my way to Yorktown where the experience is over the top. Maybe this location needs some new training from Yorktown. I hope the Acosta’s see this. This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to eat. We eat at McDonald’s every morning !
By far, it's the worst service here! I should have known there would be no ice cream, but i gave them the benefit of the doubt. The iced tea was overloaded with sugar. I couldn't drink it.
I ordered from the app. It's states it takes 5 minutes to prepare. The food took 15 to 20mins . They forgot the nuggets, I live around the corner. The fries were barely warm. The quarter pounder tasted old and that was also barely barely warm. I didn't want to go back bc I feared they would do something to my food. Used the app for the first time. Not good. I thought it was faster. Nope. Order took longer. We told the app we were on parking space 4. But the Lady did not know where we parked. We did not get our drinks lady had to go back. Then she gave us an extra drink.Did not like it.
Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They screwed up my order last week and I called up there to tell them and she said she would give my boyfriend the burgers for free next time he went. We never got a managers name nor did we get a receipt when we paid because we paid with cash. He just went to try to get the burgers and they told him they couldn't because he had neither of those. Even though the rude lady I talked to took his name and said that's all he would need. If we were trying to get free food out of y'all, do you really think it would be two DOLLAR cheese burgers? Their staff is rude, slow and incompetent. Do what the customer asks. It's not hard to only put ketchup on a burger. You're getting paid $10 an hour to screw up the simplest thing. A monkey could do better than these employees here. And they would have a better attitude doing it.
I ordered door dash from this location and now I gotta go back because they didn’t even put the right food in the bag. And the Larger fry I ordered look like a medium fry. It wasn’t even filled. A very unorganized location. Incapable of handling a rush in a timely fashion. We dined in and waited 40 minutes for our food, order numbers 773 and 774 (10/31/21). When we received our food the orders were prepared incorrectly. I literally had to take our sandwiches back twice before it was made according to our order. In short I will not be returning to this location every again. SMH.

I totally understand that we r advancing with technology self check outs are everywhere.. but I didn't want to click click click click for a single burger I wanted to order ...not the meal just a burger. So I send my son to the front register, n the MANAGER sends him back to the kiosk and I was like well I just thought it was a burger he could order with u up in the front, no lines no customers nothing he was just standing up front on his phone , manager proceeds to say I can help u with kiosk I said never mind don't want the burger ... I mean he wasn't doing anything the registers are still up front for a reason to order and pay ... horrible manager staff was friendly but him, nope u can just tell lazy... good was horrible as well bread was all hard n my patties u can tell we're just sitting there waiting to be placed in a burger .
This may possibly be the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The staff is always rude and sometimes to the point of confrontational, the customer is not always right here. They frequently mess up your order and if it's a special make, its probably wrong. It's worth the drive to skip this one and find the next closest one, SERIOUSLY!
After waiting in my car almost 35 minutes for my curbside order, I decided to go in. There was another lady standing at the counter looking to get her order corrected as they had forgotten one burger and also made something wrong. She said she had been standing there for almost 10 minutes and no one had acknowledged her. I then poked my head around the corner and asked for someone to help both her and I, that I had been waiting for over 30 minutes in the curbside spot. I then proceeded to stand there for almost another 10 minutes before I received my order. When I checked my bag, I was missing my chicken nuggets. I can understand being understaffed and overwhelmed but at least communicate to people so that they know to expect a wait. 40 minutes from the time I checked in to the time I walked out with my food is completely unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. 20+ minute waits at Curbside have kind of become a norm for this restaurant :(
There have been several instances of incorrect order fulfillment, including the recent failure to properly mix a McFlurry. Unfortunately, most McDonald's restaurants share similar shortcomings. They frequently appear to be understaffed, and the limited staff they do have often exhibits unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Additionally, there are frequent malfunctions with equipment, resulting in an inability to fulfill customer orders accurately. Despite these issues, McDonald's continues to raise prices while reducing the quantity of food provided. If there were a more conveniently located alternative, I would no longer patronize McDonald's.
Time and time again we have visited this location and have been disappointed. It is convenient being only a block away but employees forget to bring orders out to vehicle resulting in 30 min + waits with cold and /or missing food.

After I paid I went to the second window to get my order, the person in the second window gave me my drink and it was half empty and I asked him if he can fill it up he just put ice in it. I got my food and I doubled checked if anything was missing and I was missing a 4 piece nugget and a mcdouble and the in one of my French fries had a hair it. I was not happy with my order.

Well 30 minutes of sitting in stall 5 as they requested. I took my receipt in to wait another 10 minutes to get order… watched at least 15 cars come and go through drive thru! 2 toddlers screaming for there food was fun too! Won’t go to this location again!
No Frappe so We ordered a shake. Waited in line for them to tell us at window that shake machine is down. We said would have been nice to just get a notice that it was down as well instead of waiting. Employee was argumentative as if it was our fault for waiting. Poor communication from yalls end. Not returning to that specific location.
Workers are scared to encounter or greet customers at the counter managers shouldn’t be the only ones greeting or talking to the customer at the counter. The kiosk ain’t gonna do the yellow shirts job. There’s times when you were in there for 5 to 10 minutes because yellow shirts are just walking by you or just straight up ignoring you. This isn’t the only McDonald’s that does it. Maybe there’s a new policy that us customers don’t know about but this is unacceptable. Ever since McDonald’s installed the kiosk. It’s like the customers are ghost now when they go to the counter. And hopefully this reaches upper management, but please install fly traps or something because every McDonald’s in corpus has at least 20 flies and Nats around their fountain drink area.
The cashier was very rude to my mother. She threw not only the receipt at my mother but the kids drink cup, because my mom asked her for it since the cashier forgot. She even rolled her eyes at my mom. This is very unprofessional behavior and it's so sad that customers have to go through this everywhere. It's not only the customer that can be this toxic, so can employees. And when my mother told her she got the order wrong she gave my mother attitude, but before that she threw the bag of food at us where we were sitting at. Don't know if anyone else knows, but that is clearly like being a victim of someone using physical violence on you. So that just makes me not want to bring my family here ever again if people like her acting like this are going to be working here. Plus, before my mom told her about getting the food order wrong she had been flirting with men, but if a woman politely tells her something that was mistaken for the order. She just says I'm busy and takes off. I hope in the future McDonald's can have a better teaching of the employees not to take their own personal anger and frustration out on someone they don't even know.
Went thru drive thru paid 23$ for 40 piece nuggets 2 lg fries & a burger waited in a parking space for 30 minutes I kept calling store after so many attempts someone finally answers. I came for breakfast and ordered a sausage McGriddle and to add bacon. The girl in the drive thru proceeded to ring me up for a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle add bacon and when i told her that’s not what I wanted and she’s overcharging me she started to argue with me. I told her to ask her manager who then changed it to the correct order. I then ordered fries and they said they wouldn’t do it because it’s breakfast but they had no problem doing it last week. I ended up leaving to another McDonald’s who didn’t argue with me and said of course they’ll drop some fries. If the managers are not on the same page about fries for breakfast then they should really have a meeting about that. I’ll keep my business at the McDonald’s on SPID.
The food was TERRIBLE !! The burgers were cold and the buns were soaked in mustard..The fries were super old, cold, & brown...what happened to hot white crispy fresh French fries...my goodness change the cooking oil...n learn to take our orders correctly...oh let's not forget when I asked the young man handing out the orders to please double check my order they yelled at him from the back yeah we got it..Apparently someone needs to teach that guy back there to listen...will not return to that location...these are my opinions

Come on McDonald's what's the problem?????? Went drive thru for two quarter pounder with cheese and an order of fries and two ten peice nuggets. Got two burgers that looked like they had been sitting for hours and the fries were COLD and only one 10 peice nuggets. We doubled back to the store for a full refund. What is the problem with your management? What is the problem with your regional manager? We were given a refund without being asked how they could make it better. What is the problem corporate??????? Trying to save money? You are making the experience horrible for everyone because you think a skeleton crew is going to make your profits better. Get over yourself McDonald's... get back to the time when you cared about your crew and customers. Your save on payroll mentality is what is going to keep driving customers away to other establishments.

Upcharged for watered down sweet tea. No zero cal drink options, only diet (yes, there's a difference). Jas seemed very dismissive and put out when I had to ask for ketchup.
Ashley the manager was very rude and told me to have the night I deserve because I told her That both the girls at the drive-through window were on their phones, just scrolling without a care in the world . She didn’t wanna let me know her bosses name at first, which is the GM. His name is Bruce and I will be contacting him in the morning. You should check your cameras around 745 Bruce and see what your employees were doing !!
Don't do Curbside. Ordered at 12:55pm arrived, I got to spot 7 and checked in on the app. 1:25pm and over 10 cars later I decided to go in. I asked if they had my order and they said yes but that It didnt show anyone checked in. I didn't argue and left. The burger showed it was ready at 1:05. What pisses me off is I was the only vehicle in curbside waiting for the longest time. They had a curbside order just sitting there for over 20 minutes and a vehicle park in a curbside parking space. I would use common sense to put 2 and 2 together. Just incompetence.
Some of the rudest staff ive experienced. The girl running the line was so incredibly rude to everyone around her, customers and staff. Not only did I wait 40 minutes for a 10 piece, I had to get my own drink cup from behind the register because the staff just ignored every customer in the lobby standing there waiting for help. On top of it all the food came out cold. Probably the worst experience ive had at mcd's. Will not return to this location.
Every day, my granddaughter stops by there after school to get her a snack because she doesn’t eat lunch at school and every day there’s something wrong with her food today she ordered a five dollar meal, which is the double cheeseburger and the nuggets and then she also ordered an extra double cheeseburger Well, the nuggets were fine, but the cheeseburgers had nothing on them no cheese no ketchup no pickles no nothing just meat and bread the other day she ordered a five dollar meal. She got an extra six piece nugget when she got home she had only six nuggets when she should’ve had 10 then a lot of times their sodas are flat are they have only carbonation we’ve tried to call many times, but no one ever answers the phone no matter what time of the day we call this is a little ridiculous
I decided to take my daughter to breakfast before school. We both were at the door by 6:34am. The door was locked and employees (2) inside having breakfast. Not one employee opened the door for us to enter. My daughter was so disappointed we planned on having our time together before school and have breakfast together. We went through the drive thru and ordered since they failed to open. Before pulling away I asked the Supervisor what time the doors open. She smiled and said usually when we have the time because we get busy. I then asked so at 6:45am they open not 6:30am? She rolled her eyes and said we had a line so thats why can't you see that? I told her I was here at 6:34am and no one but you all were here. She looked at me and rolled her eyes again, by that time it was 6:56am doors still not opened. So disappointed in the service and the lying they do to the customers. Check the Drive thru cameras to learn better customer service skills for the future.
Horrible McDonald's they don't hire like they say it's just all lies and the food was really cold the fountain machine didn't work the employees are nice but the manager and management should be fired for good for deceiving people about them hiring. Wendy's is a better fast food restaurant at least their food is nice and fresh and better management. There are roaches also crawling in this McDonald's and the men's restroom is always out of hand soap i hope at least the employees are washing their hands in the back because I was sick for a whole week after eating here be careful of this place. I hope corporate reads this and shut down this McDonald's for good.
They closed early, but didn't shut down their doordash or mobile app. Google didn't reflect it either. I purchased a meal for pickup, drive there, and they're closed for cleaning. The door had a hand written sign saying they closed early for cleaning. I cancelled the order via the app and now its taking a week for a refund. One star because this is annoying. If you close early then change your app to reflect this. Now my money is frozen. I was using points for a free sandwich so now I can't do that.
Horrible service. Had to go back for food. The manager and her employees don’t think to speak to customers. From what the manager told me the look she gave me was her letting me know that was my food and I should’ve known that. I was one of three people waiting on an order. The first and last time I go to any McDonalds.
They always forget something and then give you attitude if you bring it up. They park you somewhere and then forget about you until you have to go hunt down your food. This has happened multiple times. The location on Yorktown is better, and I’d rather drive further.
they took too long to order the pizza. it's supposed to be for kids. they have a jumper in there that you have to pay $30 for socks to get into the jumper. it's ridiculous. it's supposed to be something for kids to enjoy, but it's just a big old bill. it's not fun. it cost me about $400 for nothing. not a good place to enjoy yourself. Chucky comes out maybe 30 minutes. don't even know he comes out and he goes back in there. he doesn't even sing Happy Birthday like you used to
Literally went here ordered on the app 15 mins before gettign there they had me park up front for 20 mins for food. Everyone behind me and before me got thier food. They finally come to me and realize they forgot my food and blamed it in someone taking it off screen. This is beyond unprofessional and a waste of my time. 3 fries and 3 burgers take 30 mins and more because i had to wait for them to make my order? Insane.
Crew member wendee & manager Marie on the overnight shift completely ruined our meal. So we ordered on the app & we arrive to grab our food & were told that they didn’t have McFlurrys because it’s late & the machine is off; but they can’t refund us because we used the app. So then offered us to come back another day we said no , she gave us cards for a free sandwich. Ok i guess. So we waited about 15 minutes for our order , then we get the bags and the fries were STALE & OLD . I immediately, very frustrated but calmly asked “ can you please remake the fries? These are old i want fresh fries. “ she says ok then takes the bag. Well like 1-2 minutes : later she comes back & gives me the same fries we gave back but they are hot!? So what she THEY did was throw the same fries back into the fryer. & hand them back to us & we didn’t notice till we drove off. i called & Marie was rude & unhelpful & said they wouldn’t do that & its not her floor anymore.??? We spent $40 on food & this is what we got for our 2 large fries . No McFlurrys and no refunds. McDonald’s has gone down so badly but this store specifically needs some serious training on working fast food.
