Franchisee attention! Check the business's profitability, because it must be plummeting... There are no add-ons for the combo (only chips and cookies), the bread isn't as fresh as it should be, ingredients are missing, there are no drinks, the coolers are quite noisy, and the person serving is just on duty. It's unfortunate how some people don't take care of their businesses and become part of the statistics. Thank you for reading...

The most disgusting thing you'll ever eat is the inedible, stale bread, the tiny portions of dressing, the cold food, and the gelatinous chicken breast. It's the height of cynicism that they have the nerve to call that food...
They don't have air conditioning, it's a nightmare. I come four times a week for work and it's awful. You can't eat there, my eyes burn from the heat. At the very least, they should put UV filters on the windows. They're terrible, poor employees. This isn't a place to work or to eat.
They recommended me one of those chef selected subs and didn’t let me add anything to it, they added almost no ingredients and it tasted very disgusting, worst subway in Queretaro
The service and food are already very poor. The service is terrible, and the food is nothing like it used to be. The subs are made without any ingredients. The prices are very high for this place, nothing compared to other locations. If you have the chance to go, pass it up.
I didn't like the service at all. You order a Subway of the day and they give you the ingredients that they claim are already predestined. (I'm not from here, so I've never heard that at any other branch.) On the contrary, they let me choose what I liked and I could even add any toppings I wanted. But I'm respecting that's how they say it is, because there are ways to communicate to the customer that it won't be as you imagine. Very arrogant, I don't know what the manager is, but what a bad way of saying things. (Even the checkout guy seems scared of him because he wanted to do me a favor by adding chipotle and turned around in fear because that man was there.) And so I settled for my Subway with lettuce and a pinch of onion 🫠 I definitely wouldn't go back to that place. But they should change the staff if they don't want to keep losing customers.
The franchise is already on the decline, but they've really gone too far with a lettuce sandwich, and a bad one at that! It's terrible that they have to hire unmotivated kids to pay them next to nothing who can't even make a simple cold sandwich. Avoid it if possible.
Terrible place and service. When you go, they serve you rudely and take a long time to place your order. When you order via Uber or Rappi, they don't follow instructions, they add whatever they want, they send everything cold, and most of the time they only send you half of what you ordered but charge you the full amount. When you talk on the phone, they hang up on you while you're talking to them and never answer your call again. Terrible service, terrible customer service, and terrible food. If you don't want to work, don't do it!
This is the perfect example of how to screw a business. There's no more air conditioning, the staff gives terrible service, and they say they can't change ingredients based on orders. They don't serve Manchego cheese or any other kind anymore. It's no longer austere; it's RACHITES. If you're losing so much in profits, you might as well transfer it.
They offered two bread options: garlic and oregano. I ordered the garlic bread, which was from the day before; it was stale! The lettuce and tomato weren't fresh.
While they were making my sandwich, the employee coughed on it. The vegetables were overripe, especially the lettuce. I paid for it to avoid making a scene. First and last time I'll be there.
The lettuce was already wilted, as were the tomatoes. They had no olives, no focaccia, no jalapeños, and hardly any chipotle dressing. We asked if they were going to add more, and they said they hadn't had time, even though the place was empty. A real disappointment at this particular branch.
They're supposed to open at 10 AM, it's 12 PM and they're still not open…please be responsible and keep your hours updated, as this is causing inconvenience for customers. In general, the branch is clean and the service is good, but this kind of thing causes customers not to return and they lose customers, regardless of whether the service is good and the products are fresh and well-prepared.
