El lugar se mantiene muy limpio, el servicio que ofrecen también es muy bueno y pues la calidad es la de cualquier otra sucursale de esta marca. Pero este en especial se destaca por tener un personal muy amable que atiende siempre de buen modo y tratando bien a los clientes, por eso es que cuanto quiero un subway voy a esta sucursale siempre.

It only has 3 narrow parking spaces, which makes parking a bit difficult.

Lo bueno, nunca me enfermado, los sabores están bien, pero el pollo está procesado que no parece pollo, es preferible una de atún o jamón.

Comida chatarra un pan grande, papas y comida congelada. Cuando no hay otra cosa que comer.

Nada de sabor, práctica cuando llevas prisa

Pedí mi subway por rappi y me comuniqué para decirles que olvide poner indicaciones y nunca supieron cómo auxiliarme el chavo que me contesto andaba de malas y no me ayudo en nada... Llega mi subway y está frío el queso no está derretido mi pan no está tostado parece que lo hicieron de rápido.. no vuelvo a pedir en esta tienda☹️ cabe aclarar que el rappi no tardó nada en llegar como para que se enfriara

El servicio de los chicos es bueno, son bastante amables, pero el lugar se ve muy decaído y descuidado.

Esta sucursal en particular no me agradó del todo, no calentaron bien mi sub, sólo tenian un tipo de pan, y el servicio no fue de lo mejor

Franchisee attention! Check the business's profitability, because it must be plummeting... There are no add-ons for the combo (only chips and cookies), the bread isn't as fresh as it should be, ingredients are missing, there are no drinks, the coolers are quite noisy, and the person serving is just on duty. It's unfortunate how some people don't take care of their businesses and become part of the statistics. Thank you for reading...

Productos de baja calidad, y fríos

La actitud del personal es pésima y no cuentan con todo lo que ofrecen en el menú... No vuelvo a ir.

Ya no es subway aunque conservan el logo afuera ya es otra marca con opción de comida similar. Poca hiegene al preparar el panini 🤢

En la mañana siempre abren tarde y supuestamente no tienen servicio.

Pésima atención por parte del trabajador en caja, mal educado y además con los mismos guantes que preparaba el pan, hizo otras cosas. Nuestro pan quedó completamente frío, no lo recomiendo para nada

Pésimo servicio y atención al cliente, la señorita de pelo rojo te atiende de mala gana y encima se molesta si le preguntas algo, parece que no le gusta su trabajo, si pudiera no le daba ni una estrella.

La lechuga en mal estado, no tenían chiles jalapeños ni aceitunas, el jitomate feo, en fin nos dijeron que no tenían tiempo de partir más lechuga 😡😡😡😡

Núnca hay pan.. Siempre dicen que falta algún tipo de pan o de plano que no hay!! 😳

They don't have air conditioning, it's a nightmare. I come four times a week for work and it's awful. You can't eat there, my eyes burn from the heat. At the very least, they should put UV filters on the windows. They're terrible, poor employees. This isn't a place to work or to eat.

The service and food are already very poor. The service is terrible, and the food is nothing like it used to be. The subs are made without any ingredients. The prices are very high for this place, nothing compared to other locations. If you have the chance to go, pass it up.

I didn't like the service at all. You order a Subway of the day and they give you the ingredients that they claim are already predestined. (I'm not from here, so I've never heard that at any other branch.) On the contrary, they let me choose what I liked and I could even add any toppings I wanted. But I'm respecting that's how they say it is, because there are ways to communicate to the customer that it won't be as you imagine. Very arrogant, I don't know what the manager is, but what a bad way of saying things. (Even the checkout guy seems scared of him because he wanted to do me a favor by adding chipotle and turned around in fear because that man was there.) And so I settled for my Subway with lettuce and a pinch of onion 🫠 I definitely wouldn't go back to that place. But they should change the staff if they don't want to keep losing customers.

The franchise is already on the decline, but they've really gone too far with a lettuce sandwich, and a bad one at that! It's terrible that they have to hire unmotivated kids to pay them next to nothing who can't even make a simple cold sandwich. Avoid it if possible.

Terrible place and service. When you go, they serve you rudely and take a long time to place your order. When you order via Uber or Rappi, they don't follow instructions, they add whatever they want, they send everything cold, and most of the time they only send you half of what you ordered but charge you the full amount. When you talk on the phone, they hang up on you while you're talking to them and never answer your call again. Terrible service, terrible customer service, and terrible food. If you don't want to work, don't do it!

This is the perfect example of how to screw a business. There's no more air conditioning, the staff gives terrible service, and they say they can't change ingredients based on orders. They don't serve Manchego cheese or any other kind anymore. It's no longer austere; it's RACHITES. If you're losing so much in profits, you might as well transfer it.

They're supposed to open at 10 AM, it's 12 PM and they're still not open…please be responsible and keep your hours updated, as this is causing inconvenience for customers. In general, the branch is clean and the service is good, but this kind of thing causes customers not to return and they lose customers, regardless of whether the service is good and the products are fresh and well-prepared.
