Braum's employee Ninevah was awesome! We LOVE Braum's peanut butter cup ice cream. None was visible. Ninevah offered to check the backroom. She found some & served it for us. Ninevah put the "service" in "customer service".

I can't resist Braum's and this location is no exception. Their burgers are outstanding. Their sandwiches are great. The ice cream is out if this world. Stopped here on a recent road trip and it was well worth it.

We do not have a Braum's where we live, so when we travel we love stopping in towns that do. They have the best burgers and fries. The people are always friendly and the food is always good. They even have their own grocery section in the building. Try their ice cream to, it's very good!

The burgers are great and the ice cream is delicious. I live in Houston but grew up down the street from the Braums dairy. I've introduced my kiddos to Braums and love your restaurant and market. I go when I'm in a city that has one. This location was very clean and welcoming.

Braum's is the best! Their ice cream selections are always top-notch, rich with flavor, and there's enough variety to please everyone. Their burgers are also very tasty and loaded with options. Best of all, their prices are very reasonable and serving sizes are generous. Our favorite ice cream shop anywhere.

My experience at this location was better than anyone I'd ever been to before. The clerk working at the register was so wonderful and so nice, I drove 200 miles from home to get to this location and was going to drive another 200 to get back home. She made my experience there very wonderful and it was happy to end the year seeing someone in such high spirits. A short gray and black hair mixed Mexican woman is all I know to describe her as. But the ice cream from Braum's is the best and worth the trip. And she made that experience that much better.

Food was alright but loved the customer service! Whoever was working drive through around eh 6 ish 7 taking orders he really has great customer service I didn’t want a drink and he’s like you want a shake and I’m like eh that does sound pretty good lol and I got s chocolate shake it was good too got a chicken sandwich it was alright kind of greasy but eh it was fried lol I just wanted to give the person working drive through a 5 star for doing such a great job! And to the young man that brought out my food he was sweet too so nice!

I was visiting from DFW to my grandparents' ranch nearby and came by to this Braum’s like 2 days ago. It was only me, my dad, my 3 siblings and grandfather. The night we came was pretty busy, but pretty tolerable. Employees were very polite and friendly! Our food came out 5 minutes later and tasted DELICIOUS! I was waiting for my shake but then the lady that was in the food register came to give me my shake and apologized politely! This location is slightly better than the one I go to regularly (Duncanville) lol.

I was in Corsicana for 2 weeks and I unashamedly ate a scoop of ice cream here every day. It is delicious and extremely affordable. I tried different flavors and I didn't think to take pictures except for the last trip. We ended the two weeks with a double scoop. I got a scoop of French Chocolate Macaroon and a scoop of Pistachio Almond Chocolate Chip. It was the best. Highly recommend this place!

Always Great - Always Braum's

Update: since the renovation and reopening, service has much improved at this Braums location. I love Braums, so it pains me to report that I was very disappointed with this visit. The person who took my order neglected to tell me they were out of cottage cheese when I ordered my salad. When I got my food, I asked about it and was told they were out. I would have picked something else had I known. They refused to let me substitute yogurt for it. I politely expressed my disappointment. The lady then proceeded to rudely talk about me when I was within earshot. "She's mad because we don't have cottage cheese" she says to other employees. I didn't cause a scene, but she made me feel as if I had. Poor experience. I'll go somewhere else next time.

I went in for ice cream, and the new staff members were very friendly. The young lady who spoke to me was very soft-spoken; I barely heard her. She needs to speak up louder. Once I checked out, I received my sundae, and they brought my husband’s banana split to us. That surprised me.

A Love Letter to the Twist Cone (and a Meh to Everything Else) Braum’s, let’s be honest — I’m not here for the burgers, the crinkle fries, or the general grocery chaos. I’m here for one thing and one thing only: that glorious frozen yogurt twist cone. It’s smooth, it’s creamy, it’s the only reason I show up in the Texas sun with five bucks and tunnel vision. When y’all were remodeling and closed? I tried other cones. And I regret it deeply. They were all sad, overpriced disappointments that didn’t deserve the napkins they were wrapped in. Nothing compares. Period. You could have the building in flames, alarms blaring, and I’d still be standing there calmly, cone in hand, saying, “Y’all got it under control? Cool. Thanks for the swirl.” The rest of Braum’s is... fine. But that twist cone? It’s my religion. Please never change it.

This Braum's has been here forever! My Meme used to stop here on our way to see my family when I was a little bit. Now I have older kids and they love coming here. Braum's has really good ice cream, burgers, and fries. The people that work here are pretty nice and workable if I have a problem. I do love the grocery section where I get my milk and butter that has no hormones in it. The reason I'm giving it four stars, is because the bathroom is rarely clean and sometimes the dining area is not clean either. If they would keep it clean, I would definitely give it 5 stars!

There was a spill/leak near the drink machine. The floor was very slick. I slipped while going up to get my order and saw others slip as well. Although I was there approximately 45 minutes I did not see ANY effort to clean it up. RIDICULOUS! UPDATE...Didn't go inside this time, just through the drive thru. Things were fine and believe it or not, the frozen yogurt machine was actually fully functional! Sure surprised me.

I have decided to change my review because it seems the quality of the food and service has improved. I do like their burgers and fries more now. Their ice cream is also really good. They do need to work on their cleanliness though.

First time going, and I was shocked when I stepped inside. I was expecting an ice cream shop and walked into a mini grocery store with a burger counter and a creamery. The store had all the basic essentials, and the produce was fresh. The hamburgers looked and smelled delicious. I wanted a waffle cone but was told they ran out. I noticed several waffle cones behind the server and asked about them. He explained they were for soft serve ice cream only. I was a bit perturbed but did not argue it. I still got my 3 scoop ice cream in a sugar cone. It looked a bit comical but was delicious none the less.

The food and ice cream are good.Service is hit and miss. Alot of young folk employees and lots of turn overs I think reason.A decent selection of fresh fruits and veggies at competitive prices. Also milk ,bread ,eggs,hamburger meat. I go there couple times a week and glad its there.

Not bad! Only half of the employees were actually working; two of the four were on their phones; granted it was dead at the time. Manager finally appeared and cued them. I had been standing at the register for a couple minutes. I didn't want to be rude if there was something going on that required use of the cell phone, but with manager cueing the one young lady to start frying, part of the benefit of the doubt leapt out the window. Having anxiety, I'm always observant bc I don't want to be a bother or inconvenience someone. I remind myself that not every one lives with that worry. Other than, burger was good, fries were perfect and ice cream was scrumptious. Will definitely hit up Braum's again albeit probably the one in Hillsboro as coming to Corsicana is rare. The basketball games ended and the shop was swarming with hungry patrons. Everyone's meal was served up in due time. I understand down time, but still have to be observant just in case.

This Braums is very good! My parents eat there all the time and the staff knows their order before they even order it. Fresh, delicious burgers and shakes. Love their crispy fries.

Followed the signs from 1 35 from dallas to houston toncure a sundae craving. Location is in the city limits of corsicana about 15 minutes off 35 (hitting most traffic lights on green), so schedule the pit stop appropriately. Also they are in no rush to make your order, so be patient because the end result is worth it....yum.

I would have to say I do go there about once a week. I would say 8 out of 10 times it's good. Had a bad experience this last Sunday where the ladies made the wrong ice cream cone for me. Just took the top layer off and put another flavor on top. So I had my flavor and the flavor I hated in the bottom of my cone. And they laughed as they did it.

My family loves Braum’s. It’s a treat for us every time we head north out of town. It’s very disappointing to walk in to a favorite place to see it not well managed. The staff looked miserable, the floors were sticky, the bathrooms were atrocious & my son slipped in the bathroom because it was very slippery all over the floor with soap. To top off the visit, my husband ordered a chocolate malt & it came out poorly blended with 0 malt. Come on guys! The kids working there need to step it up. We will be back to Braum’s but will not be returning to this location.

Don't get me wrong when I say these people were having a day well at least one of them was lol because I working through service and I certainly know how that is. As my good friend shocked I proceeded to get some ice cream which was a simple request in my opinion, well who's here for those anyway LOL nevertheless I waited in line for about 5 minutes and I walked away and the mindset that I'm probably just going to have my number called on my name. All in all I have to say is that it has a very calm atmosphere but needs to work on the communications with the employees and the customers as to how their customer service needs to be rendered into the customer.

I can't really comment much on this as I came in just before 10am really hankering for a chicken burger only to find theyonly do biscuit meals before10.30. To say I was disappointed is an understatement as I don't really enjoy the biscuits in the USA as they are like dried scones. I ended up getting food across the road at the other chicken place. The store itself looks good, was clean and had plenty of seating for diners. The ice creamery looks good, area was clean. The grocery part of the store was well stocked

The staff is friendly and the location is kept generally clean. Not a huge fan of the interior layout, but really nothing you can do here. To be honest, it's fine. The food was mediocre which is uncharacteristic for Braum's. I've had really good burgers from this chain but this location stuck out for the wrong reasons. It was generally good, but I found the fries to be under-seasoned and the burgers overcooked. The ice cream was good. If you're travelling along I-45, I would recommend stopping at the location in Ennis. Haven't been there for a while, but it was just as good as other locations as far as I remember.

Same food, but the place was overrun with people. Dirty tables (maybe from constant use?). Insufficient staff to facilitate orders and food prep. Restaurant is small and did not facilitate a good flow between the ice cream counter, food ordering station, waiting for food or places to sit.

I'm from out of town, so visited this place with my church during the weekend. It was good.

My biggest problem with this location is the drive thru, specifically the order location. It is very unlevel and in my truck it angles my engine noise at the speaker so neither of us can really hear each other and it just slows the entire process down and leads to mistakes because we couldn't hear each other. The people are always nice and the food is good but the order experience is very frustrating

Would give them 5 stars but they are so skimpy with the toppings, every other braums gives you plenty of toppings, but I have to ask for more hot fudge everytime I order, they literally put a drizzle and not enough to even touch the side of the cup.

Sadly, I had to throw out the burger from this Braum's. The fries were great and the the shake was pretty decent, but the burger tasted as if it were old and dried out. I normally have no issues with any Braum's and am hoping this is just a one off. I would drive on down the road personally.

Food was good, but the staff didn’t understand anything about gluten intolerance and made a big deal about us eating burgers without buns and didn’t want to provide us with pickles and mustard bc we didn’t want a bun. SMH it was frustrating at the end of a long day.

Ice cream was great, but the spicy chicken sandwich was mediocre. Fries were way too salty. Men's bathroom didn't have hand towels. Wanted to buy a couple of items in the market, but nobody was at the register, so we had to find someone to ring up the purchase. Listened to off-duty staff argue with employees about the scheduling in the dining area next to our table.

Clint in drive thru window was extremely nice. However, food was soooo old I could throw one of my chicken strips through a glass window. Chicken strips and fries were all stale, dry, and terrible. I should have had a 6 piece and I got 5 measly baby chicken strips lmao. I hardly EVER post bad reviews but I keep trying to give them a chance (bc I worked at Braums for 5 years and I still love the food) and they ALWAYS let me down in one way or another smh. Pls get better I am begging you.

The store and all tables were very dirty. Lots of employees doing nothing but playing around or on there phone.... The ice cream was NOT anything special.... Actually tasted cheap and artificial. This was only my 3rd or so time to ever be in a Braums store and my employees first time. He threw his ice cream out... Maby it is a nostalgic thing for someone who grew up going, but for me.... Most likely never again.

My family and I have been to this location multiple times. I have been hoping that I would have a good experience but it seems like it just keeps getting worse. The grocery area is very clean and well kept. However the restaurant is lousy at best. Most of the staff is very unhygienic, messy, sloppy etc. The environment is the same. Everything is dirty, the floor had puddles of water, it smelled like stale water and sewage. The food is okay but prepared poorly. Very sad. Used to be a great place to visit with family.

What I read about this location was true. The food is good. The service is awful. I was told we could not get the waffle cone for ice cream and that it was only for yogurt. (Picture on wall showed regular ice cream in waffle cone.) was told we could not get two scoops for a cone. (Pic on wall showed double scoop.) First choice for ice cream we were told they were out, but would not check for more. Associate did not fill cone before smearing a scoop on top. So, if you come, you take your chances.

Our food came out incorrect. They were nice into fix it promptly but the burgers were not very good. Tasted as the meat had been sitting for a long time in warming tray.

Bought the youth to Braun's for Ice 🍨🍦. Well, the dinner room needed to be cleaned. Some employees saw the line and went to the back. There was an employee picking at their face, I stated please go wash your hands before you do anything else. WOW!

This is the worst braums I have ever been. My order was completely wrong and then I had to stand around for 6 mins before one of the 12 kids that works here ask what I needed I told them the milk shake the response was someone eles will make it after another 4 mins someone came and helped. I asked if braums makes there own ice cream and the response was i don't know I just work here.

Extremely disappointed tonight. Place was dirty. Cashier dropped cup on dirty floor and picked up and put in stack for next customer. Place smelled like mop water. Worker stood and scratched his head forever and then shook his hair out around food. It was gross. Food was nasty. I just could not believe it. Went to throw food away and flies all over my trash. Was so bad my friend and I couldnt finish eating. This needs to be looked at.

Terrible service today. Twice people behind us in line were waited upon before we were. Too many new people who had no clue what to do. Corsicana is on my way back to Houston from Dallas and that is the closest one to us. So we stop here every trip to take icream home via dry ice. Also ordered 2 shakes and a mix. The mix was horrible and one shake was wrong. They were out of so many things, both behind the counter and in the boxes. The store was dirty and chaotic. There was one poor adult working that I saw, and she was the only one who got it right. She tried to straighten out as much as she could, but they were pretty busy. I lived in Oklahoma, where Braums is everywhere, and this was the most pathetic excuse for a store I have ever seen.

I went through the drive through, had to wait five minutes for someone to take my order. I ordered chicken strip baskets, first of all, the lady handed me my bag with gravy wasted inside the bag, I gave it back to her to fix it, she got mad. She refixed it brought it back to me with the fries just thrown in the bag.I asked her for my money back and she said it will take 3 to 5 business days to put it back on my card. Most of the crew was rude,I will never go back there.

I must say that this store is very dirty. I came in about 2 weeks ago and came back today and I still see the same trash and crumbs etc under the tables behind the counters. No one greets you. No one says thank you. No one seems happy to be working there. Flies are everywhere, I get it flies are bad right now but if you clean up a little it would help. I won’t be back until I’m sure that things have changed. I couldn’t even eat my food the more I looked around the store the more disgusted I got. I’ve always been a fan of Braum’s but not so much now.

Employees in this place don't care one bit about customer service. Braum's Ice Cream & items are good no matter where we get them but customer service is something we will go elsewhere for. They'll precook burgers & keep em warm in a drawer. My mother has to sit & wait for a fresh one... & they'll have the nerve to have an attitude because a fresh one is wanted. SMH

Their customer service is not bad, its extremely bad. Today i unfortunately decided to treat my family for some ice cream. The blonde girl at the drive thru was very unhappy to be there. But when ordering at the speaker there was a second voice yelling at me when i was ordering. When I got to the window the girl said they ran out of butter pecan ice-cream so they only had 1 scoop for my sunday, so i picked another kind of ice-cream. Then she said they didnt have enough of the same ice-cream for my other banana split so we had to pick only vanilla. When i arrived at the window, i asked the blonde girl who was that rude lady n she said it was her manager Julie.😱. No wonder have bad customer service, they have a good teacher. The scoops where more like half scoops. I got home and my sunday had no butter pecan. 😡. The manager better get that restaurant in order. I wont be back on a Sunday.

Filthy filthy filthy. Can't eat here anymore. Two months ago the restaurant was incredibly dirty - I also had an ANT on my wrapped burger...kids saw a roach enter the kitchen door. We stopped by again Sunday - restaurant has NOT been cleaned at all. If what the customers see is filthy...what does the kitchen look like?

Asked to pull up and wait for our ice cream, they brought 2, then we've sat for 25 minutes waiting for the other 2 .. finally, bring the 3rd and still wait 5 more minutes for the last. Great family ice cream outing .. thanks ..

Would be a 5 star but lately when we come for ice cream they are out of everything and the ice cream station is a mess. We try not to go through drive thru because a lady named Yolanda is always working the speaker and she is so rude! One of the worst customer service experiences I have every time we go!

Place was nasty. The food didn't taste right. The hamburger head strange coloration in the meet. roaches running around on the walls. No paper towels in the bathrooms, and bathrooms were trashy Service was horrible. Took forever to get or order taken. If you are in this town and you see this place, just keep driving not worth it

The food was ok but the service was terrible, it too more than 50 minutes just to get the hamburgers and fries, then waited another 10 minutes for the milk shake. It smells dirty as well, don't go here until they get competent management!

Used to be my favorite place to get a burger when visiting Corsicana. Not anymore. Everything on the restaurant side was filthy. All tables were dirty. Had to have someone clean them so we cld sit and eat. Soda was all over the floor in front of the soda machine & you had to walk thru it to get to the tables. It was old and sticky, not a new spill. Old sticky soda on the counter around soda machine. Old dried up Ketchup smears on counter around ketchup dispensers. Trash was overflowing. Disgusting! Fries were good, but I asked for no cheese on my burger and it came with cheese. Burger was flavorless. My friend took her bun back and asked for a new bottom bun without any sauce on it. They handed her another bun....with sauce on it. Smh. Was sooo disappointed with everything! I will not be going back, and neither will our family in Corsicana. They just lost 18 loyal customers from our family based on this experience.

Went for ice cream around 6p and had such bad service. They didn't listen to the order multiple times. It was only 4 cups of ice cream. One employee was very sarcastic and rude and thought I didn't hear her. I will never go again. Good luck with that place.

After repeating our order three times.. she STILL got my order wrong. When we got to the window, the lady would not correct it and kept arguing about how she “couldn’t fix the order.” Paid extra for a cone and she just would not correct it. I’m not sure why they were refusing to correct my nieces icecream.. she just wanted a cone. After the long annoying service and hearing the older lady (who took the order) complaining about us in the background.. the icecream was TOTALLY trash. It just taste like cardboard and sand. So $14 for nothing. Yay.

One word DISGUSTING! I have never in my life seen a more filthy Braums store! And while we were there an older lady found a ROCK, yes a rock in her Rocky Road. She told the manager on duty and she could have cared less. She was rude to the lady and walked away and started taking orders at the drive up window again.

Ice cream was great like always. But this is the worst Braums i have ever been in, where you check out after getting ice cream was nasty, the tables were sticky and unclean the trash can had food and garbage all around it, the floor in the same condition. A few of the employees were just standing around playing grabass in stead of cleaning. The manager needs fired and replaced with one that will keep the place clean and employees busy

I decided to go to Braum’s after eating at the nearby Mexican food restaurant. Big back, I know. Anyway I ordered a single scoop banana fudge Sunday— Shouldn’t be too hard to put bananas, ice cream, fudge, and a little whip cream topped with nuts together, however I was clearly mistaken. I was given this monsterous-looking dessert, and not only was it ugly, but it was extremely messy. It tasted okay but the presentation was disappointing. Points to the cute guy who brought it out to me though.

But I was there for 40 minutes and from the time we walked in until we left there was a huge spill in the dining room (right in front of the front counter) that was just ignored. Employees walked through the spill to go to the bathroom, and still it remained. You could smell the place… just not the cleanest environment.
