My partner and I went for dinner on Monday. It wasn't our first time, but this time the experience was much better than on previous visits, both at this location and at other VIPS restaurants. We were served by Estefanía, a very kind and attentive young woman. Thanks to her service, our experience was undoubtedly much more positive. Since it was Monday and we only wanted something light, we didn't order much. For starters, we ordered a Combo of Starters, which was a generous portion and tasted decent, although the cheese in the quesadillas was a bit cold. We also tried the CachoPower for the first time, which pleasantly surprised us: very tasty and substantial. Dine at VIPS, it's often a gamble: sometimes the experience is disastrous, and other times you're lucky and leave satisfied. On this occasion, what definitely made the difference was the professionalism of the waitress who served us.

Extremely poor service. They brought my food before my drinks… And if you don't ask for the bread that's supposed to be included, they won't serve it. They advertised one type of burger and brought me a different one, claiming they didn't have the one they were bringing me without warning. When I complained, they offered to change it, and I ordered meatballs, and they brought me a plate with four measly ones… Then, for dessert, I ordered caramel pancakes, and they brought me chocolate ones… On top of all these unexpected issues, she was complaining, giving us dirty looks, and serving us reluctantly. At the beginning of our visit, we asked for the menu, and she rudely told us it was on the app… What if we don't have data? What if we're elderly and can't use the internet? The whole experience was awful, especially with the waitress who seemed to be the manager. It was incredibly sad. A proper complaint for MiFi.

I ordered through Glovo, I asked for the burger well-done, and it arrived either well-done or rare, I'm not sure. They should make the options they give customers clearer or review the cooking times, because it's clear this isn't right. It's a shame I'm not at the restaurant, otherwise I'd send it back…

We ordered pancakes with Nutella, fruit, and a wafer crisp. They placed two pancakes on the edge of the plate, with literally two pieces of strawberry per pancake. The crisp, as you can see in the photo, was barely visible. When they brought them to the table, we were astonished at how poorly arranged they were, and to our surprise, they were cold. A disaster. After waiting about 25 minutes, we also ordered coffee, which arrived cold.

We went for dinner on a Thursday night and it was packed. The food took ages to arrive, and when my dish finally did, it was cold. I absolutely do not recommend it: neither the roast chicken nor the restaurant. The staff did their best, but we were a table of 10, and several dishes arrived cold and out of order (seconds before the first ones). Overall, it seems like they don't care much about the customers or their work.

Terrible friendliness and politeness from two waitresses. I ordered a mixed salad with fries, and both arrived cold. I told a waitress what was happening, and after she brought me the plate without any apology, I found a piece of what I assumed was a paper napkin sandwiched between the cheese. We also ordered two glasses of water, and another waitress brought them to us and left them on the table without saying anything, despite our thanks. The quality has significantly deteriorated, and the prices are exorbitant for the quantity and quality of the food. We do not recommend it.

I've been a few times there and there hasn't been a single time I've been swiftly attended. It didn't matter whether it was full or not. Who uses cold bread for a hamburger? Why is cheesecake hot? When asking for refills, I specified regular soda and they must think one wouldn't notice being switched to the "zero" version, which for some reason gives me a headache. It's been long since I stopped expecting good service from VIPS but this one is by far the worst one. The price is abusive for what we get in exchange.
