The food is spectacular and super delicious. With a huge variety of dishes we had too many favorites like the cod croquetas, an appetizer with four pieces…so good, Greek mezze, the branzino with Parmesan risotto, Mariano’s Short Ribs, mixed seafood and more. Everything was truly and delicious! Absolutely a top choice restaurant!!! ❤️
Food is delicious, the place is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had the Mediterranean Wedge salad, the Islandic Cod and the Tenderloin Milanesa. The salad was super bright and well balanced and the cod was super fresh and cooked perfectly. In my opinion, the tenderloin dish could've used more salt and the dish was missing acidity to balance the fried beef and mashed potatos (I ended up grabbing some tomatoes and capers from the cod). Overall we had a great experience and will be coming back to try other items on the menu. Congrats guys.
Great food, friendly staff and beautiful decor. The short ribs were a little tougher than I expected but the flavor was pretty good. The mashed potatoes it came with were on the drier side but there was just enough sauce from the short ribs. My husband ordered the gnocchi. Texture was soft and had really good flavor. Overall, we had a wondeful dining experience and would highly recommend it.
The atmosphere and the food of this place were excellent. To start we had the morcilla spring rolls and ceviche, everything was fresh and tasty. The main entrees were the lobster and the branzino, black ink seafood risotto and left completely satisfied. Everything was cooked to perfection. Please do not missed the pavlova. Congratulations to Gustavo the chef of this gem located at Doral. Will certainly returning to try other menu options.
Casa Mariano in Doral is an elegant and welcoming restaurant that combines fine dining with a warm, relaxed atmosphere. The food is beautifully executed every dish feels carefully thought out and full of flavor. The service is professional and attentive, and the wine list offers excellent pairings. Whether you’re coming for a business lunch, dinner with friends, or a special occasion, Casa Mariano delivers a consistently high quality experience. Prices are fair for the level of food and service, and the ambiance makes it one of Doral’s true dining gems.
Where to begin. There's nothing you can order here at Casa Mariano that will disappoint you. EVERYTHING is ridiculously good. From the starters to the desserts, just amazing. Many options to choose from which may the hardest thing you'll do when you come eat here, choosing what deliciousness you want to have. My suggestion, everyone order something different and start the sharing at least a fork full. The mussels has me sipping the plate just for the sauce seasoning, WOW! Even after being full from my entree I almost ordered another. Yes , that good. The ceviche , was just another homerun. Fresh, delicious, and served with its sauce right there and then infront of you. I can go on and on but I'll keep it short. This place is amazing for dates, friends lunch, or just to eat when your in the area. I would call and reserve just in case, I went for lunch and they were busy because it's just amazing. Prices for the quality of service and food are right on point. $25 - $45 a person but I'm talking about private chef quality and that's starter and entree. Worth ever penny. When ever the owner comes out and shakes your hand and makes sure everything is going well, that's a gem of a place. Keep doing what you do Casa Mariano 👏 👌. And lastly , you may rent out a separate area of they're restaurant that fits a pretty decent size party and you have a private quiet space just for you and your friends/family. Felt like we were VIP the entire time. I will 1000% be back for the rest of the menu and the friendly people there!
This restaurant was the whole experience! Even though is located in the middle of an office building, inside this place you will find an exquisite decoration, experienced waiters, food is in the table on time, but let me tell you: the food is AMAZING. Of course, is not a cheap place, expect to pay around $40 PP, not liquor involved.
i love this restaurant. We started with Morcilla Spring Rolls and goat Cheese Stuffed Dates... incredible too delicious. we tried the branzino and a selection of seafood from the daily special. The wine was recommended by our server Cesar who offered us a wonderful service. please if you come to this restaurant don't forget to try Hazelnut Tiramisu... Amazing … everything was perfect
Wow. I saw multiple recommendations on Reddit for this restaurant when I was looking for the “best romantic restaurants in Doral” and I am SO GLAD we came here. Our waiter Jorge was AMAZING. I haven’t seen service like this in a while honestly. He took his time to make recommendations that paired well with the wine we ordered. He even made sure they would combine well. We loved our meals. We ate everything. I would 100% come back.
I absolutely recommend this place for everyone and specially for people who are foodies. This place is located in el Doral in a shopping center where this is the only restaurant, so you will have plenty of space to park which is a big plus for people who reside in Miami. I visited this place on a Friday night and there were no tables available, however the manager was very attentive and took care of us as he kindly checked all reservation confirmations and accommodated us the best way he was able to. It seems that the manager is very competent and professional because the service is great and you can easily notice the staff is well trained. They are always asking if everything is ok and making eye contact to see if any patron would need their help. The most amazing part of your experience will be the food. The menu is a really good menu and the food is delicious, everything is well prepared and the quality is perfect. We ordered yucas bravas which were a little spicy though delicious, octopus and humita which is a grilled octopus cooked to perfection with an amazingly prepared mashed corn, goat cheese stuffed dates which have that sweet and salty perfect combination , pork belly, black rice with seafood and for desserts we had the paulova and the fig lava cake which comes warm and it is served with ice cream. I forgot to mention the restaurant is small and it’s decoration is really cozy and finely styled. We will definitely come back, this is the type of place you would go when you want to take a loved one to enjoy food. PD: Nex time I visit this place will take pictures and upload them :) PD2: I came back to Casa Mariano and have uploaded some pictures of the octopus and humita, stuffed dates, a burrata that was a special and two desserts.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Casa Mariano never disappoints! Every dish is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The staff (Cesar) is welcoming and makes you feel right at home. Whether it’s a casual night out or a special occasion, the atmosphere is always perfect. Definitely one of the best dining experiences in town!
I’ve been coming to this restaurant for over 3 years, and it never disappoints! The food is always excellent and delicious, with a menu full of options that keep me discovering something new each time. The ambiance is elegant and beautiful, making every meal a moment to remember. The service is truly impressive — the servers and busboys I’ve known for years are so passionate and attentive. The wine selection is outstanding, and the dátiles are my absolute favorite starter. Whether for lunch, a special date, or dinner, this place will always deliver. Thank you team for always exceeding my expectations.
We decided to start trying local restaurants again and that's how we arrived at Casa Mariano, they welcome us in a formal way and escort us to our table where César is waiting for us, our kind in charge waiter who recommends the chef's specialty, while we wait for our selection for dinner he uncork a Rioja of excellent tasting the same that we enjoyed during our exquisite dinner. We were pleasantly impressed with a combination of excellent service and exquisite cuisine, bravo Casa Mariano⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I was very satisfied with my entire experience. I actually found this place by accident. I drove by one day, noticed a crowd outside, and that’s always a good sign when I’m trying a new restaurant. If you drive by too fast, you might miss it because it’s a bit hidden, but it’s absolutely worth stopping for. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, and they offer a great selection of wines and food. I went for brunch and ordered the Short Rib Benedict. The dish was spectacular—the meat was incredibly tender and full of flavor. The salmon was also delicious and perfectly seasoned. For dessert, I tried the Pistachio Cheesecake. It came covered in pistachio sauce and dried fruits, giving every bite a perfect crunchy contrast. The portion is generous—definitely enough for two people. I’m already planning to come back to try the regular menu. See you all again soon.
We had a great experience here. The food had a delicious taste, like the ossobuco croquettes and the Braised Short ribs. The staff is very attentive, always on the spot and checking us up. The ambiance is tasteful and charming. Highly recommended for a special occasion.
Fantastic experience here! I went for an employee lunch and we had amazing food, service and atmosphere. If you like fancy food, fantastic service and a beautiful space stop by! The had oxtail croquetas, humus with octopus, salad, gnocchi, steak, salmon and so much more! Will go back again!
Fantastic food and great service. Unique menu options with perfect execution. Will definitely return.
This was a great experience as someone new to Doral. My Team and I had a blast. Aside from the food, the service really shine. Staff was pleasant, always making sure we were okay and offering their insights into certain dishes to try if we were unsure. I would definitely come again with my Team!
So happy we stopped at Casa Mariano’s for dinner…what a great find! The decor and layout were upscale, but comfortable. I hate when restaurants have uncomfortable seating & wobbly tables. Not Casa Mariano’s! The staff were professional & efficient, but still very friendly & helpful. Our server guided us through the menu & we were not disappointed. Even the basics, bread service with the most amazing tomato pesto, were bursting with flavors. The Provençal Shrimp were a big hit with the remaining sauce being saved to eat with the main course side of rice. The cilantro pesto served with the Grilled Avocado Salad was my favorite. For our mains we couldn’t go wrong with the Lamb Chops and Chicken Roulade. Everything was so good, my compliments to the kitchen. But wait…you can’t forget dessert! The Goat Cheese Flan hit the spot. Unique and not too sweet, just right.
One of the few restaurants where the noise of the cutlery is not heard, the excellent service offers you a dried tomato pesto and feta with warm bread rolls to start. We ordered dates, very good. Entrees ribs and snapper even better, and tiramisu for dessert. All excellent and quiet.
I had the most amazing experience- I enjoyed their Butterfly Branzino. The owner visited my table and paired the perfect wine to enhance the flavor! It was a great meal
All the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Our server Jorge was amazing, we hope to have him in all our visits. Our favorite appetizers were the lamb baklava, glazed baby back ribs and morcilla spring rolls. For dinner, we highly recommend the filet mignon or lamb chops with idiazzabal risotto. Also get the crepe brulee dessert, it is delicious. We'll be back soon!!
The food was delicious and fresh. Our waiter Jorge was so attentive, nice, had the best attitude and explained every plate.
What a wonderful experience. César was an amazing waiter. Everything he recommended was delicious. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect. The mussels, the spring roll morcilla, and the black risotto are a must. You can also bring your doggie and seat in the beautiful outdoor area.
From the moment I walked in, I kept saying "OMG it's so cute". It's truly a nice, intimate and well designed Cafe. The server was very nice and attentive. We went for brunch and they promoted their Miami Spice menu which was a hit and the best one with the most options and variety I've seen. We had almost 1 of everything and it was all flavorful and well plated. I definitely recommend the chicken & waffles & the steak & eggs. The French toast desert was so decadent.
Casa Mariano: A Culinary Gem in Doral Casa Mariano offers an extraordinary dining experience that perfectly blends Mediterranean fusion with subtle Argentinian influences. Although the restaurant does not officially label itself as offering Argentinian cuisine, the nuanced touch is unmistakable—a reflection of Chef Mariano’s Argentinian roots, as confirmed during our delightful interaction with him. The creativity of the menu is second to none, with each dish showcasing an impeccable balance of flavors, textures, and presentation. Impeccable Service From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely impeccable. We were attended to by a phenomenal professional waiter whose expertise and attention to detail elevated our experience even further. Every aspect of the service was spot-on, with thoughtful recommendations and flawless timing that ensured we felt well taken care of throughout the evening. Starters That Set the Bar High The mussels, cooked in a homemade tomato sauce, were an excellent introduction, delivering robust flavors with every bite. The dates, filled with goat cheese and honey, wrapped in bacon, were extraordinary—a perfect harmony of sweet, savory, and smoky flavors. The empanadas were another highlight, with both the pork loin and pork ribs options standing out. The execution was flawless, with a dry, crisp exterior free of excess oil, and a rich, flavorful filling. Main Courses That Shine Among the standout main dishes were the lamb chops served with risotto, a perfectly cooked and seasoned plate that was both tender and satisfying. The homemade gnocchi deserves special mention; incredibly light and fluffy, it demonstrated a masterful execution that is hard to achieve. Paired with a homemade sauce, it was a five-star dish. The duck, crusted and served atop risotto, was a delightful combination of textures and flavors. Similarly, the sea bass, with its fresh aroma and delicate crust, melted in the mouth, making it a memorable choice. Even the Caesar salad deserves praise—it was one of the most creative and flavorful renditions we’ve ever encountered. Decadent Desserts The dessert selection was the perfect finale. The chocolate cake with banana ice cream and fresh strawberries was indulgent and decadent, a must-try. The flan, reimagined with passion fruit and honey, offered a unique twist on a classic, while the tiramisu was exceptional, rivaling the best Italian restaurants. Wine Pairings and Atmosphere The wine selection was equally impressive. We enjoyed Merlot, Prosecco, and Pinot Noir, each complementing the meal beautifully. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting, enhanced by the humble and welcoming nature of both the owner and Chef Mariano himself. Final Thoughts Casa Mariano is a rare gem where creativity, quality, and hospitality converge. The impeccable service, extraordinary food, and thoughtful attention to every detail made for an unforgettable dining experience. The pricing is reasonable, especially considering the high caliber of the food and service. From the starters to dessert, every dish was executed to perfection. We left extremely satisfied and grateful for such a phenomenal experience. This is a place we’ll return to time and time again.
Top notch service with impeccable food presentation! The eclectic array of options on the menu made it easy to please every palate and accommodate all dietary restrictions and give choices for those with certain particular food allergies. Attention to detail is well observed and the ambiance and décor add to the intimate appeal and personalized dedication to customers as if they were in a private lounge or exclusive club. Cosmopolitan dining at its finest! It's a hidden gem at the edge of Doral yet an easy-to-fond location that somehow stands out without being too flashy. The small yet elegant interior is inviting and the front patio gets its romantic appeal from the lighting in the surrounding little trees and plants.

I’ve been several times now and it never disappoints. The menu is petite but changes constantly; always delicious. I specially like the fact that there are many options with veggies and proteins. I always eat delicious without cheating on my diet ✨ 5 stars!

We went to Casa Mariano to celebrate a very special date, and although our experience didn’t start perfectly, it ended up being unforgettable. When we first arrived, the reception outside wasn’t very welcoming, and we honestly felt uncomfortable enough that we decided to leave. As we were already walking away (literally in our car already), one of the waiters, Joel, ran out to us and asked us to come back. He kindly invited us in for a drink and promised to make it right. That single gesture changed everything. Once inside, our experience turned into a true private dining experience. Joel became our dedicated waiter and treated us with exceptional care, professionalism, and warmth. He took the time to explain the history of the restaurant, the passion behind it, the chef’s journey, and even shared details about the owner’s other restaurant and future plans. You could truly feel the love and passion behind Casa Mariano. The food was outstanding — honestly some of the best dishes we’ve ever had. Every recommendation Joel made was perfect, from the dishes to the wine and aperitifs. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. What could have been a disappointing evening became a memorable experience thanks to Joel’s excellent service, genuine care, and human connection. Experiences like this remind you that great restaurants are not just about food, but about people. Thank you, Joel, for caring so deeply about guests and for turning our night into something special. Service like yours makes people want to come back again and again. Casa Mariano is lucky to have you. We will absolutely be back — and we will be asking for Joel!!!
It's a small restaurant, but one of the best. The food is amazing, the staff, the atmosphere, everything is on point. I've been there twice, and I'll definitely come back.

Casa Mariano is a true gem for those seeking an exceptional dining experience. The restaurant's décor is warm and inviting, with beautifully arranged tables and comfortable chairs that make it a pleasure to settle in and enjoy a meal. The atmosphere is both elegant and cozy, creating the perfect setting for a memorable evening. The food is simply outstanding. Each dish is crafted with great attention to detail, delivering bold flavors and exquisite presentation. I highly recommend the sweetbreads with caviar, an indulgent and perfectly balanced dish. Another standout is the osso buco ravioli, which combines rich, tender meat with delicate pasta for a truly delightful bite. Beyond the delicious cuisine, the service is top-notch. The staff is attentive, welcoming, and dedicated to making every guest feel special. Their professionalism and warmth enhance the overall experience, making Casa Mariano a must-visit for anyone who appreciates great food, wonderful ambiance,
Food and Service was wonderful! They only sell wine and beer, no cocktails. Not a lot of vegan options but the chef was able to make accommodations for someone in my party. The truffle burrata and calamari was a fan favorite. Pictured was the special, truffle pasta.

The service and the place were great. Mariano had an ugly look on his face; he was going after all his staff. I couldn’t hear what he said, but it was like a bad Gordon Ramsey episode. The food was too creative. Sometimes just the right ingredients go a long way.

This is a restaurant with a nice decoration and lay out. The place is cozy, but.... If you have a palate that likes any food, this place is for you, but if you have a good palate, you know tastes, flavors and have gastronomic knowledge, this place is NOT for you.... starting with a bad service , 5 waiters and no one came to the table, not even to give us the menu, the lack of service from the waitress, it was annoying, on 2 occasions we had to call other waiters to attend us... the The first course was a carpaccio, a dish that if you tried everything together, only the flavor of the cheese reigned, and if you tried the meat separately, there was no flavor at all, we couldn't even finish the appetizer because of how bad it was. then we ordered a risotto and some ossobuco ravioli, the risotto extremely salty, and the ravioli were NOT "al dente" they were al tooth, that is, hard! a total disappointment... the idea of "good restaurants" is to give a gastronomic experience, but here what it gives is a pity to pay a whole service for bad attention and especially bad food.
Casa Mariano – Doral, FL The food at Casa Mariano is truly very good. The braised short ribs in Malta are outstanding — perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. Highly recommended. The morcilla spring rolls and goat cheese stuffed dates were also excellent appetizers, creative and beautifully presented. Service is fair — polite and attentive enough, though not exceptional. It doesn’t quite match the high quality of the food. One downside is that the restaurant automatically includes a 20% tip in the bill, taking away the guest’s choice to decide whether the service truly deserves it. This practice, while increasingly common, tends to leave a bad taste after an otherwise enjoyable dining experience.

Casa Mariano (Doral) – Horrible Experience We came here with two couples and our kids, spent around $700, and had one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Another table decided to complain about kids (who weren’t screaming or out of control, just being kids), and instead of handling it with professionalism, the owner escalated things. He actually asked my friend to stand up and talk in private in the middle of dessert — completely unnecessary and insulting. When I addressed him respectfully, he pulled the “law” card, which made no sense, and accused me of “disrespecting” him. At no point was I disrespectful. He gave a half-hearted apology, then simply walked away and ignored us. That’s not leadership, that’s arrogance. On top of that, when I asked another server for the check, his response was, “I’m not your waiter,” delivered with attitude. Meanwhile, the owner was busy apologizing to other tables instead of addressing us. Bottom line: this place is poorly managed, rude, and unwelcoming. If you have kids, avoid it entirely. There are plenty of restaurants in Miami that know how to treat their guests — this is not one of them.
We ordered appetizers and Waghu Milanesa. We couldn’t eat the Milanesa, meat was way overcooked and hard , tomato sauce was excessive and very strong and heavy. Instead of adjusting the price they charged it . We will never go back, terrible customer service.
