Absolutely outstanding meal accompanied by delicious wine and great service. A fantastic gastronomic treat midway through our week in Courchevel and the 3 Vallées.

Amazing atmosphere and food selection was limited but the food itself tasted amazing. Service was also really good.

Wonderful contemporary restaurant parallel to the main Street in Courchevel 1650. Service is probably the best I've had for a long time in Courchevel. The food was tasty and the menu varied. Vegan and gluten free options available. Thoroughly enjoyed everything about Bistrot Le C, and it will definitely become one of regular choices.

This place is absolutely lovely. Food is really nice, but stuff is not quite well trained to actually sell the products. My personal example: I was told I have the option to have a wine pairing with the food and it didn’t happen :)). So my review is a bit personal, I recommend you have your own experience and you shouldn’t be disappointed. Also the staff didn’t bring what I ordered but they make it up really fast and in the most professional way possible…chapeaux!

We came for a family meal of 6 for a 60th birthday celebration and enjoyed our favourite meal of our trip to Courchevel. Each of our meals were delicious and the atmosphere was great, but best of all was the service - the staff are so friendly and attentive, we were never having to try and catch their attention or waiting for a drink, and always received a smile. The service was truly seamless, even with a large group of 25 people at the table next to us. Thanks for a lovely final meal of our holiday!

Food was very nice, I had the lamb shoulder which was delicious and not something you get in many places. Le religious dessert was also very tasty! The staff were all pleasant but maybe could have been a bit more attentive to make paying bill quicker. The prices are quite high and portions a bit small, but it is a good place for a nice meal.

Overall food and service was very high quality. Restaurant ambience was very modern and clean, very elegant. However it's not formal - was perfect for a relaxing dinner after a day of skiing. Had the vegetarian options on the menu - the loeuf bio and the celeriac - all very good. Very happy that there are restaurants that take the vegetarian meals seriously. Finished off with a very tasty tiramisu.

Carpaccio muito gostoso, assim como os demais pratos (ainda tiveram a atenção de preparar o prato sem lactose por intolerância de uma das pessoas). Nous avons dîné en famille le 24 décembre 2021. Equipe très accueillante, très souriante et efficace. Cuisine particulièrement raffinée et copieuse. Très bons cocktails originaux. Une décoration chaleureuse avec de beaux matériaux. Le top , nous allons y retourner souvent.

Probably the best meal we had during our stay in Moriond. The kitchen really knows what they are doing, and the sole munier was simply perfection. The service was also excellent at the beginning, until the restaurant started to get full on Valentine’s Day and we saw there was only one waitress, the bartender, and a food runner working. Total lack of staff planning. Despite their efforts, the small crew simply could not keep up with the 15+ tables, even with the bartender taking orders. For the price being paid, the level of service ended up being pretty bad. Not the staff’s fault, but rather whomever is managing staffing levels.

Très beau cadre et musique d'ambiance de qualité. La cuisine est très bien présentée, bonne dans l'ensemble. Le service très agréable malgré plusieurs erreurs. Bémol sur le Sancerre blanc servi à 12°c, il a fallu manger l'amuse-bouche à l'eau, le temps que le vin refroidisse dans le seau, dommage. Et puis je ne recommande pas le choix de la maison La Doucette, surestimée (mauvais rapport qualite prix), pour ce vin comme le Pouilly fumé. Enfin, plus gênant, est le temps d'attente. Entre la prise de commande d'un menu et l'addition 2h15 ! Sur le site les créneaux de réservation sont tous plein à 19 et 19h30... alors qu'une seule table a dîné à ces horaires ! Et donc la plupart des gens sont arrivés entre 20 et 20h30. Bouchon.

The place is nice and food was most of it delicious. We ordered the burrata which was delicious but the tacos from the chef (only option available with meat) really disappointing. They didnt have most of the things we wanted to order. Service was slow and the pomme frites never arrived. Nevertheless I have to say that they also considered that on the final bill, not charging everything. The girl serving us was really understanding and nice. I feel sorry for her as clearly the lack of organization, food and personal has nothing to do with her.

Service on entrance was excellent, but got worse as there wasn't enough staff. My starter of the leeks was very disappointing. We had to wait far too long for our plates to be collected after the starters. Escalopes with risotto. The risotto was more like a soup with rice. Presentation was very good but they tried to over complicate the dishes.

Heureusement le service était 10/10! Je vois que les avis précédents 5/5 concerne l’ancienne carte Bistrot C!

The food was ok, the waiters a bit lost but trying their best. The manager however was rude and condescending. I had called earlier asking if we (a table for 10) could bring our own special bottle of champagne to celebrate, they said yes but we would be charged 40 euros. At the restaurant, the manager said the charge is now 80 euros because the bottle is a magnum (1.5L) instead of 0.75L. When I tried to reason with them explaining it was still one bottle, and that they had not mentioned the price per volume on the phone even though they knew we were a group of 10 (so logically we won't be drinking a 0.75L bottle), the manager was extremely rude, wouldn't even let me finish my sentence, and was condescending saying "for your information a bottle of wine serves 6 glasses". We will not be going there again.

However, our experience was unfortunately marred when one of the aged beef dishes arrived tasting off—bordering on spoiled, with an unpleasant odor and flavor. We politely raised this with the staff, but the chef insisted it was intentional due to the aging process. They didn’t and adjust the bill. While the rest of the meal was enjoyable, this issue significantly detracted from the evening, especially at a total of €580. In a destination like Courchevel known for high standards, we expected better quality control and more responsive handling of feedback. Disappointing overall.”

Achtung- no Show Gebühr 25pP Achtung, 1. Man MUSS Kreditkarte Nummer + CVV hinterlegen bei einer Reservierung...no show Gebühr erfährt nan erst nach fertigen Reservierung von 25euro pro Person!!! Selbst Apartment Gäste müssen Kreditkarte +CVV (sicherheitsnummer der Kreditkarte) hinterlegen ...keine extra Wurst für Gäste. Da kann such jeder mal selber seine Meinung machen von der Kundenorientierung vom Restaurant.

20:00 First impression upon arrival is completely disappointing. We got pushed to a table on the side, cornered between a column and a wall with barely any space to move - on top of that it was under the heater which made it feel like we were the ones going through the grill rather than the meat. We tried to get the attention of several waiters and nothing. 20:10. An elderly couple arrives and requests for a table of four to be split so they are given a perfect spot. We manage to get a “nicer” waitress to move us to the other table next to this elderly couple.20:25 We then proceeded to wait another 15mins minimum before someone took our order. This despite being sat next to this elderly couple who arrived after us and got taken their orders almost immediately. Again, service is disappointingly slow. Food took almost 20 minutes to be ready, quality OK - nothing extraordinary if you consider we had almost what looked like 100gr of fat on a 350gr of premium steak. 21:20 We’ve now been waiting for the check for almost 15 minutes. The service is painfully slow. The only highlight was the wine menu, there was good variety. Summary: From someone in the events industry and is used to working on hospitality and guest experience, the whole experience at this restaurant was unorganized and underwhelming. Especially if one considers this is one of the highest rated restaurants in the area. I would sum up the expletive by saying if you’re French, a large group, or over 50s you might get good service. If you are none of those categories you will be ignored.
