The portions are good, the flavor is good, the service is good, the prices are fair, and they have almost everything. My only concern is why they refill the Heinz ketchup bottles with "Capsu" (a brand of ketchup). This really detracts from the quality and makes me think the same thing might happen with the meat. Otherwise, I have no complaints about the food. The service is inconsistent; some staff are friendly, others aren't. They could also improve the speed, but I understand that sometimes you have to be patient. The fries are delicious, and I love that they include Tabasco sauce, if you're lucky enough to get a table. Again, the burgers are good; they're very tasty.

It's delicious! I hope they can address the space issue, because that's why many customers leave—long lines, a somewhat tedious delivery process, and you need a bit of patience to enjoy it. The food is very, very good; the hamburgers are a delight. They're my favorite hamburgers in the area.

However, the price-performance ratio and the structure of their extras are their main weaknesses. ​The prices are high (between $100 and $150 MXN per burger, a range comparable to that of commercial chains). This means that, when ordering for a group of 2 or 3 people, the total cost can easily reach $400 or $500 MXN. ​The simplest burger option has very little meat, forcing you to consider the more expensive options to get a decent portion. ​IMPORTANT NOTES about extras: ​“Double” Option: You can order the “double” burger for about $40 MXN extra, but the portion difference is not very noticeable, and I don't consider it a good investment. ​“The “Package”: Definitely not a good option. If you order the burger as a "package," they charge you an additional $60 to $70 MXN just for a can of soda and a tray of fries. This additional cost is very high for what it offers. The package option is not recommended. Recommendation: Order the burger as a "burger only" option. It is recommended to avoid the package, as both it and the individual sides are expensive. About the location: They do have a dining area, but it is usually crowded, which often causes orders to take longer. For this reason, it is much better to order takeout. Bottom line: Good flavor if you're on the go, but it is expensive for the product they deliver, and their packages are not convenient. It's best to order just the burger.

Pros: The food is delicious and the wait time is reasonable; they don't keep you waiting too long. Cons: The service and the staff are rude, and I don't think they're well-organized. I don't know if there are any servers, but no one brought my food to my table; I had to get up to order it myself. They offer delivery service (I think it's Didi Food), and tables outside and inside. They have a toilet and sink. It's clean and nice, although I insist, given the service and lack of friendliness of the staff, I don't recommend it highly.

Today I went to the branch around 7 pm, placed a takeout order, and returned because I had a question about the fajitas I ordered. When I approached and asked, a tall, thin guy said, "No way!" I don't think that's the way to respond! People eat there because the product they offer is good quality, but with employees like that, it leaves much to be desired.
