The atmosphere was very pleasant. We celebrated my mom's birthday, and everything was excellent, including delicious food. We were served by the waiter Enrique, who provided excellent service, very friendly and prompt. A very good experience in San Pedro Coyoacán. The cantaritos are 10/10.

My boyfriend and I went to eat tonight for his birthday. The waitress was very attentive and kind. We both did the "come todo". The alitas were hot and crispy - loved them! The costilla was flavorful. I ordered boneless without sauce and they had a great taste. I loved the costilla de elote! I've never had anything like that and fell in love. The natural lemonade was amazing. I'll get it when I go back, which I can't wait to do!! Totally worth the price. My boyfriend liked the tacos, gringa, and banderilla. The only thing he didn't like was the hamburger, but we received it when they were closing the kitchen. It wasn't cooked enough and was cold. Otherwise, flawless experience. We'll be back !

This place is new, spacious, and has an industrial feel. We ordered the buffet, which requires a drink. We started with burgers. I ordered the BBQ onion, my friend Pich ordered the Bourbon Hawaii, which was a thousand times better. We ordered wings, boneless tacos, tacos al pastor, gringas, Parmesan corn ribs, and coleslaw (it looked strange but was excellent). It also helped us get rid of the enchilada from the boneless ones (a beast). If you don't like spicy food, don't even think about ordering them. I suggest coming really hungry to order the buffet, or ordering à la carte, which also looks very good.

The place is good! It's a great option for a big meal, because the buffet is really worth it; you'll leave completely full for only $240.00. The service is friendly, very friendly, but sometimes slow. The food is good, but not everything. The ribs were delicious, but I didn't like the wings, drumsticks, or the al pastor. There were some good things, and there were some things that were seriously lacking; the same goes for the drinks. It's a good place, but it has room for improvement.

You should order a drink to enjoy the feast; on average, you'll spend 400 to 600 pesos per person. The small portions allow you to try several dishes. The boneless wings have too much coating, but the hamburgers, burritos, and corn ribs are good. The gringas and tacos could use some salsa. The mango habanero boneless wings are indeed habanero and incredibly spicy—good for those who like hot sauce. The cantaritos are light drinks, and the prices are fair. It's better than other similar restaurants. 👌🏼

The place was fine, the atmosphere was fine, the food was generally fine, except the chicken legs and wings were very dry, but the gringas, the banderillas, the hamburgers, and the ribs were all very good. Fui a las 6pm poca gente y muy poco personal tardaron demasiado con los platillos el mesero nunca se acercó para ver si faltaba algo o si queríamos algo más ,solo.cuando pasaba y se le llamaba acudía ! Para comer ahí estuve 2 hrs y media por lo tardado que atienden !!!

Comida: pedimos un pescado empanizado, sabía a aceite. La sopa de tortilla el caldo estaba demasiado aguado. Lo único atinado fue el caldo tlalpeño. Servico: un poco tardado en que alguien nos atendiera, cuando al fin pasó, fue un servicio más fluido. El único gran inconveniente por el que pongo 2 estrellas es porque la mesada traía las cucharas sobre la charola sucia. Deberían de tener un mejor cuidado de este tipo de manejo de los cubiertos. Ambiente: había una mesa de 14 personas que hacía demasiado ruido, gritaban y algunas personas tuvieron que pedirles que modularan la voz y gritos, el staff no hizo nada al respecto.

El restaurante está en buena localización, pareciera que al ser cercano al centro Coyoacán tendrían buen servicio, sin embargo aunque fueron amables nunca atendieron nuestros requisitos y la comida no tenía buena imagen, las porciones son pequeñas en comparación de otros VIPS, tienen poco personal y los meseros no tienen sentido de servicio al comensal. No es recomendable este restaurante

El lugar es muy tranquilo pero el servicio es pésimo. No tienen personal y el personal que tienen de distrae con cualquier cosa y ya no te entregan lo que pediste a menos que les estés recordando constantemente. Las mesas estaban sucias, jamás la limpiaron, tuve que ir por la señorita para que me hiciera el favor de atenderme porque no se podía. Se tardaron años con los alimentos y llegaron fríos. 0 control. No regresaría a este Vips a menos que no tuviera otra opción.

Mala experiencia en el servicio, no sé si les falta personal pero siempre en las ocasiones que fui, tardan mucho en atender, tomar la orden y traer la cuenta. Los alimentos tampoco tienen buena calificación, sin sabor, sin buena presentación. En total mala experiencia para mí y mis acompañantes.

There were very few staff members working when I went (only one waiter), so the service was extremely slow. It wasn't the waiters' fault, but rather the ridiculously slow hours they probably keep there. The rest of the staff only started arriving just as I was about to leave. The food wasn't good or bad, but it was definitely worse than other buffet-style restaurants. It didn't make me want to go back, and I wouldn't.

Pedí servicio a domicilio. P E S I M O Tardaron muchísimo en entregarlo al repartidor. Las dobladitas de papa, chiclosas, corriosas y solo una pequeña embarrada de papa que ya estaba pasada. Sabía a vinagre. 🤢 Decía que las acompañaban de salsa verde, pero yo creo que se dio a la fuga. Estaban servidas sobre una cama de Lechuga reciclada de otros platos. Ya que tenía granos de arroz y otros pequeños objetos que no eran propios de una Lechuga fresca y recién desinfectada. La dona de chocolate sin chocolate. Ya que la envolvieron en una bolsa de papel y la colocaron sobre el envase “caliente” de las dobladitas. La rebanada de rosca seguramente era la del año pasado. Tiesa y seca. PÉSIMA CALIDAD DE SUS ALIMENTOS 🤮

Muy sucio, bajo bastante la calidad del serivio, me dieron un solo pan y los cubiertos mal lavados, las papas no las dejaron dorar bien y el pollo ya un poco seco

El día de hoy fuimos a cenar , todo mal poco personal, nada atento . Tardaron mucho en tomarnos la orden , el mesero nunca se acercó tuvimos que levantarnos para solicitar servilletas , salsa … todo . Pedimos New York grill , Filete de pescado y hamburguesa champions. La sopa fría y las bebidas calientes . Pedimos la carne aparte en la hamburguesa la pusieron junta , el arroz en el filete estaba descompuesto el olor era horrible y estaba hasta baboso , pedimos la mitad de la carne y el filete para llevar ya que había niños gritando y corriendo por todo el lugar . La comida nada de sabor . Y las porciones nada adecuadas . No nos pusieron la carne 😡. Nos levantamos para pedir la cuenta tardaron 20 minutos en entregarla , Nada que ver con otras sucursales . Tres personas platicando en caja y se molestaron muchísimo por que pedimos nuestro ticket las porciones no corresponden a las habituales . Urge tomen cartas en el asunto supervisores o gerencia .

Tuvimos muchos temas, no había nadie para recibirnos, el capuccino y el chocolate estaban muy rebajados con agua y estaban insípidos, cuando llegamos nos querían dejar en la mesa a fuerza un guacamole con chicharrón y hasta que dijimos no con más seriedad dejaron de insistir. Solo había dos meseros y no se veía nadie más a la vista. Pésimo.

El servicio es PESIMO, muy lento, muy desatento, pasan mucho tiempo entre cada que se acuerdan de que les estás consumiendo. Los alimentos son standard, cumplen con el sabor básico, hay buenas opciones de combos. Pero si es de destacar el pésimo servicio de la sucursal.

No hay personal para asignar mesa. Me atendieron 20 minutos después de que llegué y yo tuve que buscar mesero. Pedí un desayuno mexicano, la fruta estaba insípida, los chilaquiles no llevaban crema, los molletes estuvieron durísimos, el cuchillo se sierra no los pudo cortar. El jugo de naranja no es natural, es de empaque. Los platos estaban sucios al igual que el recipiente del azúcar. Después ya no me ofrecieron nada, ni café. Pedí la cuenta y tardaron 30 minutos en cobrar.

Yo me tuve que poner mi mantelería, mis cubiertos, nadie me atendió por 30 min. Ni un gerente o sub gerente en servicio, ni en caja, es increíble 2 meseros y 1 garrotero para todo el servicio. No cabe duda que vips o alsea están de lo peor cada vez más. El mesero no atendió bien, Pero como no? Si tenía muchas mesas y 2 personas no pueden con tanto. No pude ordenarme porque de plano no tengo para hacer su pedido, Pero ya solo faltaba que hasta cocina tendría que meterme para atenderme yo solo. Mal, mal, mal...

YA HEMOS DECIDIDO NO VOLVER A COMER EN VIPS NO VALE R LA PENA 👎🏼 preferimos gastar nuestro dinero en otro lado

Ayer Fui con mi familia a las 8:30 am a intentar desayunar, digo intentar porque de entrada nadie nos recibió para asignar una mesa, al sentarnos tuve que ir por una periquera por mi cuenta y durante algunos minutos nadie se acercó siquiera a dar el menú. Tuvimos que salir ya que fue nula la atención. Ahora entiendo porque estaba vacío el lugar.

El peor de todos Ni siquiera te llevan la comida, tuve que cancelar después de esperar 1 hora. Todo el personal te ignora y aunque te ven se dan la vuelta, solicite un pan de mesa más de 5 veces y nunca llegó, hasta después de 50 minutos y eso que no tenían gente. Para el colmo la comida estaba mal cuando llego y ni para comerla Si pudiera dar una calificación negativa lo haría.

We ordered the buffet for 240 pesos. For that price, don't expect much quality, because it wasn't. The wings smelled like old grease, the ribs were poorly seasoned and had a heavy odor, and it was very difficult to even eat a single plate. To make the 240-peso deal worthwhile, you have to order a drink from the menu, which has few non-alcoholic options. I ordered a blackberry lemonade... I couldn't finish it because it had an unpalatable, artificial taste. If you want to fill up on food that isn't good, this is the place.

Honestly, a terrible experience. The wings were awful and of very poor quality, the lemonade was just ice, and to top it all off, the service was terrible. The waitress wasn't paying any attention; she spent her time dancing, goofing around, and swearing along with the other waiters. I definitely won't be back, and I don't recommend it at all.

IF YOU GO, DON'T LEAVE A TIP I used to go to the restaurant to eat in or sometimes for takeout. I'm one of those customers who leaves a 15% tip even for takeout, no matter the bill. I always noticed their service wasn't the best, but they tried, and even though the only worthwhile items on their buffet were the wings and tacos al pastor—hard to believe, I guess—I was a frequent customer. Except today, when I went to order takeout, like many Fridays, and to begin with, when I walked in and told the hostess I wanted a 10-piece order of wings to go, she just said they didn't have any, which is strange since it's not the first time I've bought from a place and they always have them. I asked to speak to a waiter, and the waiter repeated the same thing. Honestly, I insisted, saying, "Are you seriously going to tell me no? Are you going to refuse service?" He replied that if I wanted, he could speak to the manager. I took him up on it, but the manager didn't even introduce herself. She sent her captain—if that person was even the captain, by the way—who rudely said, "There are no wings to go because the prices are going to change and they've disabled it in the system." I immediately thought that was a really stupid reason to lose sales, especially for a chain like this. Anyway, it was clear he wasn't going to sell me any to go, so I asked the guy if he had any wings to eat there. He said yes, so I replied, "Then sell me some of those and put them in something for me to take with me." He said, "Okay, so what drink are you going to order? Because the policy is that you need to order a drink to eat in." And I said, "So all this is just to sell you a damn drink?" That's when I stopped it, I gave up. I just told him that they were really letting me down with the service, that the manager hadn't even shown up, we called her and she didn't even come near, that they were losing a good customer (because that's what I consider myself to be) and that I wasn't coming back. The guy never stopped talking, I don't think he even heard me, and his tone of voice was super arrogant. I told him I was going to leave a bad review on Maps and he said "okay." I think it's rude that the hostess was yelling at her coworkers about the situation when you and the other customers could clearly hear her, embarrassing you. I don't know if all this was to avoid increasing sales and getting the waiters penalized for tips (if they even have any), or if it was to force a sale on you. I just wanted to get some wings for my girlfriend who had fallen off her motorcycle in the afternoon, and these jerks refused to serve me. There was never any intention of listening to the customer, just to keep quiet and make you understand. If you don't go, you'll miss out on a team of very unprofessional, poorly educated young people with zero customer service skills. Plus, the micheladas with clamato at this place are a waste of money; they don't even taste like clamato. Or well, they do, but it's a really bad, cheap kind, the kind that tastes artificial. I feel sorry for them.

The waiter offered me ranch dressing for my boneless wings, but then charged me for it on the bill. He never told me it was extra. I ordered a Pepi Virgin, and it was extremely sweet. Nowhere else do they charge extra for dressing. The good thing is, I didn't leave them a tip. They're idiots.
