We like to stop by this branch. The coffee is delicious, and the times we've been there, they serve us quickly. The downside is that we've NEVER received friendly service; the baristas are always rude and make faces.

I didn't like it as much as other branches I've been to. My Serrano ham panino wasn't as good as others I've had, but I did like the mocha coffee! ☕️ Plus, the place was a bit dirty!! 🙁 I really like this chain, but not this particular branch ☹️

Practical please to stop, no so good coffee and bad service

El servicio que no solo es detrás de la barra, cada que paso me paro con un café ya es la segunda vez que me siento y las mesas están sucias y no de la persona anterior de varias mas, deberían de limpiar cada que sale un cliente, no pido que recojan mis desechables sino que limpien la mesa, son 6 personas as atras de la barra y platicando.

This place had its prime. Expensive and horrible. Bolillo panini. The Americano coffee was lukewarm. The saving grace is that you can stop, sit down, and use the bathroom after the traffic jam after passing the toll booth. Not recommended at all. It's a shame.

A relatively clean place to use the restroom because of the traffic... but really EXPENSIVE for what you get! Beware!! $80 pesos for a Serrano ham panini where the chili strips are HUGE compared to the panini itself.

I'm a fan of this chain's coffee, but the truth is that it depends a lot on the branch you visit to ensure you get good coffee, well presented and served properly. We stopped by one on the Mexico-Queretaro highway, and the cream on the iced coffee I ordered was very watery, and the double espresso my husband ordered was lukewarm and tasted like Americano. Terrible service from this branch.

La cajera que es una señora tiene un pésimo servicio al cliente. Me estaba presionando para que pidiera algo pese a que no había nadie más esperando. Se molestó y se fue pero antes les gritó a todos que no tenían permiso de tomar ninguna orden hasta que ella regresara. Fue muy obvia su actitud inmadura. Me tuve que ir sin pedir nada. Soy solo un cliente pero supongo que se lo ha hecho a varias personas y lo malo es que no es solo está representando a ese establecimiento si no a una franquicia. Eso me sucedió hoy 11/07/25

La barista que se encuentra en el café , atiende de pésimo humor como si trabajara más de afuerzas que de ganas, aparte ahuyenta a los clientes y atiende como si fuese su tienda

Híjole, la verdad el peor italian en el que he comprado, el frappé estaba dividido a la mitad, no era frappé al 100%, no sé si por qué tenía poco lla mezcla en la máquina o porque no funciona bien, pero creo que deberían advertirlo al cliente previo a la compra, no se siguel las solicitudes de entrega como indica el cliente. Los baños en muy mal estado, no creo que sea difícil comprarle un tapa al tanque del wc, o cambiar el jabón roma por uno líquido para manos, urge mantenimiento, está todo maltratado y sucio.

Pésimo servicio!! Acabo de pasar al drive thru y sí, el chico que nos atendió muy amable, pero por hacerse el gracioso no pone atención al pedido. Solo pedimos un chai mediano y un café americano chico. Se tardan para entregar el pedido y lo llevan mal, chai chico y americano grande; se lo hacemos saber y nos entregan de regreso el chai en un vaso grande, como ya nos habíamos ido en la carretera me di cuenta después que solo lo rellenaron con más leche!!! Y ni siquiera lo calentaron!!! Solo tiene sabor a leche de almendra tibia! De verdad qué tan complicado es tomar una simple orden y hacerla tal cual.

Pésimo lugar, sabían que el agua que se usa para los cafés está conectada directamente a una cisterna y que no tiene ni un solo filtro de por medio la cafetera??? No sé cómo no se le ha enfermado o muerto alguien... Los cafés fríos y/o frappes están rebajados, se ve que al dueño le vale madre la cafetera, pero siempre habrá quienes compren... Suerte si no agarran una infección, por cierto muchas veces venden pan caducado, solo le borran la fecha con acetona.

The truth is the food and the environment are the least of it, I am a disabled person and I entered in a walker, if they have a camera they will be able to see it, I even entered the counter and they didn't even look at me, terrible service, I left and they didn't even ask what I wanted, this was today Wednesday April 23 and it's 5 PM, this happened 10 minutes ago
