Great service, enclosed with AC so it’s very cool inside which is nice because a lot of places are out in the open with fans runnings. They are only open until about about 1-2:00 for breakfast and brinca. Breakfast comes with a lot food for about $6 and it includes a drink and coffee. Big menu, great place. Would highly recommend.

Great fast service. Delicious pina coladas. I had the El pastor tacos they were wonderful. They have an English menu and a Spanish menu.

No hay quejas de la comida, muy buena. Sin embargo, nos ignoraron un rato los meseros. Lo recomiendo cuando no tienes prisa y tienes bastante paciencia.

Calidad en sus platillos, porción razonable, no para entera satisfacción pero cumple la porción, costos muy accesibles como el desayuno paquete de $99 que incluye, café, jugo de naranja, fruta picada y huevos alngusto con frijoles y chilaquiles en pequeñas porciones

Four of us went for Sunday brunch. They had a decent selection of food: some hot dishes, fruit, breads and an egg/pancake station. They also offered a couple of juices and coffee. The food was pretty good - not the best buffet I've had, but definitely not the worst. I think there are better options for the price. The setting is in the middle of a small hotel. It's really cute and quaint inside.

Me gusta mucho el lugar ya que son muy amables , se disfruta de un buen desayuno.

Estuve ahí por desayuno un sábado a las 11 am, no nos toco el buffet por lo que ordenamos a la carta, en mi caso unos chilaquiles rojos con pollo, la verdad muy ricos, acompañados de un té frío, el lugar es genial, tiene zona climatizada y al aire libre, la decoración los arboles que rodean al sitio crean un ambiente muy agradable, definitivamente regresaré.

Very cute restaurant but the breakfast was super basic. My omelette was burned. Fruit wasn’t fresh (apple already browning) and the pastries were from the local grocery store. You can see the store packaging at the front. They don’t accept credit cards but have no signs saying that. Had to send my boyfriend to find an atm while I waited. Coffee was weak.

I didn't like the food. The chilaquiles were terrible. I ordered an omelet, and there was only one cook at the front with 20 orders ahead of me. He just said, "I have a lot of orders," and I told him, "Well, forget it." The waiter only came to the table once and didn't even bring us the bill. First and last time I'll eat there.

Terrible service from the staff. The coffee is always lukewarm. I've visited the one on the cross street several times. It's a bad image to serve coffee with chipped cups and tablespoons instead of coffee pots. More attention needs to be paid to these details.

I'm giving it one star because we didn't like the flavor; they've changed chefs or something happened. Additionally, the service was terrible. I don't know if it's because it's a local restaurant that the service is so unpleasant. The breakfast isn't worth the price they charge, and lastly, they don't accept card payments or bank transfers.

The service is terrible. You follow up with the weitress several times and then MAYBE you will get what you have asked for. Don't waste your time, money and nerves to come here.

Today I visited the place. The food isn't bad, and neither are the prices. However, the service from the waiters is terrible, to say the least, especially if you happen to be served by the head waiter, a certain "Don Juan." I had a bad experience with him because I requested a digital invoice, and he brought it in physical form. When I politely asked him to send it to my email, he behaved rudely and arrogantly, saying it couldn't be sent. I explained why it was necessary and that it had been requested digitally from the beginning. He then took us to the woman who handles invoices, and very angrily, he tore up my invoice in front of me, saying it was useless and that if it was sent by email, it couldn't be printed. This man was rude the entire time, even though I had been respectful. I can't believe they treat tourists like this in Cozumel. I absolutely do not recommend this place; there are much better options. If the place wants to improve, they should fire these kinds of people who lack customer service skills. You ask to speak to the manager and they say he's not there and doesn't handle complaints.

The treatment of the hotel employees is terrible, and the restaurant offers food at high prices in terms of quality and flavor. The waiters are not very attentive. The cook is very pleasant, but everyone else is not, especially the hotel manager, who is a relative of the owner and is incompetent for the position, rude, and not at all helpful.
