El lugar es muy tranquilo, limpio y agradable visualmente el dia que fuimos era sabado por la tarde no estaba muy lleno y creo que no habia tanto personal ya que solo habia una chica en recepcion y fue quien atendio y sirvio lo cual fuera de que ella tuvo un excelente trato pues hizo la espera muy larga por falta de personal La comida ya cuando llego estaba caliente lo cual pensamos que no llegaria xd estaba muy rica pedimos parrillada para dos personas y tacos induviduales, para beber jugos naturales muy ricos ambos sin duda volveria

Un lugar espectacular. Fuimos a cenar y estuvo muy rico. Pedimos la sopa típica del region y un burrito de camarón (muy recomendado), el servicio estaba muy rápido, los meceros muy amables. El wi-fi es muy rápido.

Excelentes instalaciones, muy bonitas, muy atractivas y con un servicio y atención de primera!! Los alimentos son preparados al instante y muy ricos. Los precios son increíblemente accesibles para tan excelente sabor y atención. El restaurante está en las mismas instalaciones del hotel Cascadas Inn, con amplias, cómodas y confortables habitaciones. Esta muy cerca de todas las tiendas de artesanías y la estación del Chepe. Lo recomiendo para todo el que visite el pueblo Mágico de Creel Chihuahua. Un verdadero placer visitar este hermoso lugar!!

Wonderful stuff who worked really generously with us to determine vegan options. We speak a little Spanish and are so grateful when staff take the time to help us figure things out. the guacamole was outstanding and the bean burritos were delicious.

The dinner dishes included in our reservation were very well presented, especially the shrimp and cheese burritos 👌🏼 (they were more like quesadillas with flour tortillas, but they were delicious). The staff were friendly. Breakfast had fewer options, but the food was also good.

Excellent service and tasty food. We tried the Chihuahua salad, the Aztec soup, and the burrito, and we loved everything. For dessert, we ordered apple pie and received complimentary coffee. During our stay in Creel, we went twice, and both times we had a good experience.

The food was delicious, had amazing flavor and the service was great. 10/10. Waiters/waitresses were very friendly, active and helpful. Definitely make this your first stop to eat in CREEL.

La comida es buena, el lugar es limpio y aceptan tarjeta. Lo único que deben agregar es la atención por parte de los meseros para que estén al pendiente del cliente. Pero es un lugar que recomiendo 😃

Nice restaurant in the mountain resort town of Creel, Chihuahua. I only had breakfast there, but it was very well prepared. The decor was unremarkable. Prices are reasonable, considering it's a tourist area. Recommended.

Everything is delicious, I really recommend it. The burger is super delicious and tastes great. The service is good, except I noticed they didn't know what was on the menu. Media ora para ordenar otra media para que trajeran la comida 15min comiendo y media más para la cuenta, la comida muy barata y rica pero el servicio es muy lento

Las opciones del menú son aceptables, pero el servicio deja mucho que desear, tuve que acercarme para que me atendieran, y a pesar de que el restaurante estaba vacío estuvieron muy lentos, tardaron mucho en llevar bebidas y la diferencia de tiempo entre las entradas y el plato fuerte fue demasiado. La comida estaba bien, pero no excelente, un poco insípida la comida. El precio aceptable para un restaurante.

Had breakfast there, service was slow even if restaurant was empty, food was served cold, portions were average, my arrachera was burnt, plates were served every 15 min until order was complete, served 2 hot cakes on a 3 hot cake order, waitress never came back to offer more coffee or to check if we needed anything. The restaurant was clean and chimney was nice to have.

It was truly not a pleasant experience at all. The meat was okay, but nothing spectacular. The service was terrible, too slow. They don't give you anything to put on your tacos. The tortillas are awful—thick and bland. The salsa they give you is ridiculous; it's not even enough for half a taco, haha. I had to ask for more, and they gave me almost nothing. Honestly, I wouldn't go back. It's way too expensive for what they offer. I wouldn't return for anything in the world. We ordered menudo, and the bread was rock hard—it was terrible.

I don't usually like to speak ill of a place's food, but this occasion warrants it… The prices are high, the sides they serve with the meat are a joke—a very bad joke—and it felt like chewing rubber because the meat was so tough. The burger experience wasn't much different; I stopped eating it halfway through because it tasted like I was eating straight from the mayonnaise jar. A little over 800 pesos spent on food and beer, only to leave with a bad taste in my mouth.

Definitivamente el servicio debería mejorar, las personas que están al día de hoy parecen no querer atender a los clientes y están más interesadas en cerrar su cocina. Por si no fuera poco, los precios no son nada baratos.

We came to this restaurant because the waterfall dessert was recommended to us. The truth is, the service is incredibly slow. If you're hungry, this isn't the place for you. And the dessert is a great idea, but the execution is terrible. I'll give the service points because the young staff are very friendly.

We had to go find the waiter because he wouldn't take our order. Almost an hour passed and they still hadn't brought our food. We canceled the order and left. They gave us the Sprite and Coke as a "complimentary" gift.

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with this place. It ruined our evening, and we were so hungry when we arrived. 🥹 We ordered grilled flank steak and another surf and turf discada, a mini flank steak burger, and a flank steak. From the moment we arrived, the service time was incredibly slow. We had to wait a little over an hour for the dishes to start serving, and everything came in parts. The grilled flank steak, the flank steak, and the octopus taco were impossible to chew. We had to keep asking for what was left because it seemed like they wouldn't serve us the whole thing as indicated on the menu. Not pleasant for the price. It's disappointing to see such a nice place and have such a bad experience receiving our food. The manager wasn't around, and we had to request a phone call. No one came forward to speak to any of us. Even though they gave us a 30% discount, it doesn't make up for the bad experience. It could be understood if the place was packed with customers, but it was only there. They had at most three tables, but now we understand why it was so crowded. 0 recommended. Save yourself the wasted time and the starvation 😅
