I tried this all-you-can-eat pizza restaurant with a group of friends last weekend, drawn by the idea of being able to sample every possible flavor for a fixed price. The atmosphere is welcoming, with spacious tables and a casual atmosphere perfect for an evening with friends. The service was quick and the staff were friendly, always ready to offer a new pan as soon as we finished the previous one. Pros: Huge variety: Margherita, Diavola, Bufalina, four cheeses, even "special" flavors like pistachio and mortadella or carbonara. Good cooking: the pizza is thin, well-cooked, and has a crispy crust. Excellent value: for a fixed price (around 15–20 euros), you can truly eat as much as you want.
I'm happy to have found a pizzeria that makes authentic Neapolitan pizza. I ordered the Margherita, like a true Neapolitan. The dough is fantastic, soft, and very digestible. The pizza is cooked to perfection, the ingredients are excellent, and the price is also excellent. Margherita takes away for €5. Parking is free and very large, there are plenty of tables, and the staff are very friendly. The service is fast and, above all, very courteous. Next time, we'll try another pizza, and I'll add a review.
We visited Giro Pizza on its opening day. It's located in a former gym, making it a very spacious place, capable of seating about 500 people. Despite being packed, we were greeted and served immediately, with a table right in front of the kitchen. Within minutes, they began bringing us an incredible variety of pizzas, over 300 according to the menu. We sampled fried pizza and a selection of Neapolitan and other thinner pizzas, all hot and freshly baked, with truly delicious flavors. The waitress was very kind and explained the process to us, as well as taking our drink order. We opted for the large menu, which included a liter of soft drink. Being the first day of opening, there were some technical issues, such as the lights going out twice and the air conditioning not cooling the place properly, making it quite warm. However, the staff was extremely kind and friendly, making the experience pleasant nonetheless. Definitely a place to try again!
By the standards you'd expect from a restaurant that offers pizza tours, I'd say it's the best I've ever had. The pizza is made with Neapolitan dough, the toppings are classic, the waiters seemed good and friendly, and the experience lived up to expectations. I've seen comments from people complaining about the dough being airy, that the waiters were pushy when offering pizza, or that the desserts weren't up to the standard of a pastry shop... but what do you expect from a Neapolitan pizza tour? 😅 I'll add that the price is excellent compared to what you see around. For me, it was a very satisfying experience.
One evening in Cremona, you might be very hungry and someone recommends Jamm ('let's go' in Neapolitan). It's a huge place with dozens of tables and a rather dark atmosphere, with the ceiling and walls painted black as is often the case nowadays. This pizzeria offers a round-the-pizza and round-the-dessert menu, including drinks and coffee; the price of the menu depends on the size of the drink. The waitresses go around the tables, offering a different type of pizza each time, so you can try as many as possible. Once you've had your fill, you can move on to dessert, the same menu with various cakes. The food quality isn't exceptional, but it's still satisfying, and the prices are affordable. Recommended.
Those who give it a low star rating must have had a terrible experience, because for me, paying around twenty euros for everything you eat isn't bad at all. I have to say that compared to other chains that serve pizza with this formula, I found the dough here to be significantly better. The wait staff was friendly, although overly present, and sometimes conversations couldn't be completed at the table. I think that in addition to green and red, a yellow one should be added to give people a break.
A highly regarded restaurant for its affordable AYCE service, but unfortunately, its ambiance was negatively impacted by the loud music. The service was absolutely average. The pizza, however, was excellent and rich in ingredients, and both the savory and sweet options were highly appreciated. The prices were also very reasonable. Highly recommended.
Unlimited pizza rounds, various menus to choose from, only the drinks change. Excellent quality pizza with a variety of flavors, including unique ones. The sweet version is a little less delicious, but 2-3 pieces are fine. The downside is the heat inside, which makes for a less enjoyable evening. We hope this gets resolved. Attentive and helpful staff, ample and free parking.
The food is truly excellent, and the atmosphere is refined and pleasant. A big plus goes to the waiters: kind, professional, and attentive. Unfortunately, however, we witnessed disrespectful behavior from the management toward the staff, which partially ruined the experience. It's a shame, because the staff definitely deserves more respect. We hope management will consider this, as it could really make a difference.
If your goal for the evening is to sit down, enjoy a good pizza tour, and have a pleasant conversation with your companion, this place isn't ideal. The music is so loud that it's almost impossible to talk without having to lean across the table. Looking around, I saw other customers doing the same thing, trying to hear their tablemates. Pizza tour or nightclub, only the ATECO code will tell you. 😂 After all, the food is good, average for pizza tours.
The pizza was also good, but the experience was ruined by the music being way too loud. It felt more like a nightclub than a pizzeria. Conversation at the table was difficult, and after a while, it became really annoying. I understand the atmosphere, but this is excessive. It's a shame, because turning the volume down a bit would make the place much more pleasant.
The restrooms were already dirty when they opened. Very low-quality food, heavily topped with sauce to hide the bad taste. The pizza hadn't risen properly, with very little tomato sauce and still acidic; clearly prepared by an incompetent person, the term "pizzeria" is inexplicable... My tablemate ate a first course, second course, and side dish, portions fit for an infant; the pasta was clearly precooked and had an excessive amount of garlic, the bresaola dish consisted of four slices that were dry in taste, and the potatoes on the side included a visibly rotten piece... Not recommended even to our worst enemies; we definitely won't set foot there again. PS The whole time, Neapolitan music was blasting at a nightclub volume. *ATTENTION, THIS IS NOT A CARICATURE, IT'S ALL TRUE!*
Known throughout Cremona, only because the pizza is RAW. Rude staff, especially the Albanian lady. She even yelled and insulted my boyfriend throughout the entire dinner, in front of all his friends and colleagues. Absolutely not recommended, we won't be setting foot there again!
The pizza dough could be good. The only shame is the minimal toppings. The pizza is often served cold, which is unacceptable. The desserts are completely disappointing. The positive thing is the Paulaner beer, which is delicious, and the coffee is also very good. I wouldn't recommend it to true pizza lovers.
I have been to the pizzeria several times, nothing to complain about being aware of the format that is implemented with its pros and cons (acceptable), unfortunately however, as in this case and also on previous occasions, I have to note that with home consumption, the product was of low quality and presentability (very burnt pizza, with holes and very few ingredients).
Foreword: I also work in a pizzeria and am well aware of the dynamics, especially on weekends. Precisely because I know how this type of management works, it's unacceptable to me. We ordered four pizzas on Deliveroo, two of which were blacker than the box. We called immediately to explain the problem, and the solution the MANAGER gave us was this: "Ask for a refund on Deliveroo and place another order." If I had called about a pizza that had been overturned during delivery, I might have understood, but considering the problem stemmed from the source, it's not an adequate response. When I asked, "Excuse me, but how is it possible to send a pizza out in this condition and still deliver it?" I was told, "Well, it can happen." No, it can happen that a little extra salt slips out, but considering that something like this involves AT LEAST 2 people: the pizza chef and the person who closes the box, it hasn't happened. It's simply indifference. The solution I then came up with was to take the two pizzas back to the restaurant and make two more. When we got there, we didn't hear a single apology. What a dismal service. We definitely won't repeat the experience.
"Jamm" pizza sold as Neapolitan but which has nothing to do with it at all. Baked in an electric oven and without yeast. The pizza round idea is also nice, but it's poorly executed: you have to beg the waiters to serve you pizza (they always make the same rounds), and unfortunately, those near the cash register don't eat. The staff should be doubled! The desserts are disgusting: crackers with cream on top, or sponge cake with cream. Once, to satisfy a whim, it's fine, but the second time, it's not worth returning. A concept that can only work in the north, where they know nothing about pizza!
Riders wait 40 minutes to pick up the order but no one cares if the rider is standing then stay standing
