Stopped in for lunch, a little early, but the very gracious and professional waitress seated me. I had penne with meat sauce, cooked to perfection and truly delicious. For the main course, I had Milanese and Paprika Potatoes, both delicious. I also had a Coke and coffee. Total: €15, truly excellent value. A pleasant discovery, I'll definitely be back. Impeccable service!

A timeless place where you can experience Piedmontese cuisine just a stone's throw from Casale Monferrato and Chivasso, right on the state road. Although the building doesn't do it justice from the outside, the restaurant's furnishings and menu recall Piedmontese home cooking, traditional but elegant, at reasonable prices. The manager Alfredo is always ready to welcome guests and delight them with historic cocktails.

A place with good, authentic food!!! The interior is well-maintained, but with "period" furnishings!!! Attentive service and good parking, even for heavy vehicles!!! Definitely recommended!!!

I returned to this trattoria after several years, and the good impression I had made back then was confirmed. This time, the occasion was an Easter lunch with the family. The service was very prompt, with no long pauses between courses. I ate just the right amount, without leaving the table feeling hungry or overly full. Several classic appetizers followed by agnolotti with butter and sage (a good portion), followed by roast beef and lamb with potatoes. Finally, dessert and coffee. All for €40. The trattoria is on the provincial road leading to Vercelli, with ample parking behind the restaurant. The wait staff is extremely friendly. Upon request, they also prepare boiled meats and classic Piedmontese fritto misto.

A simple but clean restaurant on the main road. During the week, Tuesday through Friday, business lunch and dinner are €15 (starter, main course, side dish, water, wine, and coffee); Saturday and Sunday, à la carte. Good food and good service. Perhaps a euro or two less per dish would have made it more affordable.

Good food, but overpriced. A small plate of panissa, which is supposed to be a humble dish, should cost 30% less... even taking into account the "tasting" portion.

A decent trattoria that unfortunately suffers from the age of both the restaurant and the management, who, with all due respect, make the service slow and confusing... The cuisine is better, offering typical Piedmontese dishes of decent quality, with the desserts being very popular. The bill is rather excessive when considered in light of the service, which unfortunately penalizes the food. In short, a place worth stopping in for a bite to eat without too many expectations if you're in the area.
