I want to like this cafe as it is nicely decorated and could be a very chill place to hang out. BUT on both our recent visits the team of staff seem like they are just making NOISE with each other - talking loud and not paying attention to letting the customers enjoy a quiet atmosphere. Also I had a fancy frappe with an ice cream that was half defrosted and then refrozen. On asking the mesero why it looked half disintegrated, he said that’s how they are! But I’ve read other reviews here that say the freezer doesn’t work. It doesn’t!! The pasteles are good but very expensive for the cupcake size. Also we left as quickly as we could today as we were being bitten by mosquitoes!

The coffee isn't bad, but it's not great either. The milky drinks are delicious. The breakfasts look delicious but are ordinary in flavor, and both dishes were served cold. There's only one bathroom for men and women. The service is excellent, and the prices seem high.

It's not rich, there's no chantilli cream and they charge as if they had put it in. It doesn't have a caramel-flavored frappe, it's caramel.

I ordered a cappuccino, but the coffee tasted burnt. I also tried the red velvet, which tasted too eggy, had no filling, and seemed to be covered in syrup just to mask the taste. Considering the price, the experience leaves much to be desired. The cold brew also didn't live up to my expectations; it was a disappointment. Personally, I think there are better options, like Oropeza.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. We ordered a seasonal bread, "Christmas bread," which supposedly took a while to be served because the waiter was heating it up, and the center of the bread was cold. We also ordered hazelnut crepes; the menu describes them as crepes with ice cream, which they didn't offer. Despite all this, and the terrible service, we spoke to the waiter and told him our displeasure, and he only said, yes, they didn't offer ice cream because the freezer wasn't working. Anyway, AWFUL. We wouldn't return :) Suggestion: replace or train your staff.

What a mess!!! I ordered some pancakes through Uber Eats, and three inedible things arrived. They looked strange from the start, very flat. I tasted them, and they were raw and tasteless. I had already decided not to eat them, but when I kept inspecting them, I found a huge piece of plastic. I don't usually leave reviews, but I'm truly disgusted. It's unbelievable that they didn't notice. I hope they fire whoever is responsible.
