We can say that the wings are very good. There are many sauces to choose from, and they're good for the price. However, it's worth mentioning that the burger isn't made there. It's frozen meat... even though there are options on the burger, it tastes like it was thawed... it's not good. I hope they change the meat. The rating for just the burger is a 7... the other items, like the wings and drinks, are very good.

🍃 Atmosphere: 4/5 The main attraction of this place is its location in front of Cuernavaca's main square, which offers a very pleasant view. The space is spacious, with several tables and varied background music. 🍸 Drinks and Food: 3/5 The mojitos taste good, although they don't stand out or surprise, they meet expectations. One negative point is that the prices are somewhat high in relation to the quantity and quality offered. 👨🏻‍🍳 Service: 2/5 The staff is friendly and attentive, and the service covers the basics. However, one unpleasant detail is that at the end, they assume a tip will be left, asking directly for the percentage, instead of asking if you want to leave one. This creates a feeling of pressure and that tipping is mandatory.

The staff is very nice, the girl very friendly both the one who receives and serves, the food took a while, but it is considerate, the hamburgers are not good they have many dressings and the meat is shredded, their waters only the orange lemonade was not good at all, from there on out like salads, bonnets and milkshakes very rich, the view overlooks the esplanade and gives a very pleasant view.

From what I see in the comments, we weren't the only ones who received such poor service from the woman who took our order. When we entered the establishment, we also asked for the menu, and her response was a rather unfriendly, "It's there in the QR code." When we ordered our food, she seemed impatient and wanted us to order quickly. In fact, not even a minute passed; she didn't even give us time to properly look at the menu. And the dressing was awful, so watered down it had no flavor.

Excellent service, but the burger with the blue bun was awful because the bun was dry and had a piece of meat in it. The place itself is nice, with a good atmosphere, clean restrooms, and excellent service.

It really took an hour just to get a couple of hamburgers. My daughter ordered boneless wings and they were tough. We wanted to go back because the first time the service was great, but this time Maricela Torres's service left much to be desired.

To begin with, the service is terrible. We walked in and waited about 20 minutes for someone to attend to us. When a woman finally arrived, we asked for the menu, and her response, dismissive as it was, was "there's the QR code," and she left. Obviously, they didn't give us the Wi-Fi password to scan it, so we asked another waiter for a menu. And then the same woman came back, looking like a fool, and took our order, only for them to finally bring our drinks another twenty minutes. The three mojitos we tried seemed to have no alcohol or flavor whatsoever. The only decent thing was the beer. We also tried the boneless wings, and they were awful; dry, frizzy, and chewy. The sauces saved them, but even so, I would never go back. The patio is nice, but it's not worth it if they're going to charge me extra VAT and then the "service" fee.

I was hoping for a burger that was less processed than the usual chain burgers, but surprise, surprise! The burger was bland, the meat awful, and the condiments were terrible. The only thing I liked were the fries. The service was awful, and when it came time to pay, they emphasized that "their service charge isn't included," as if they earned it by serving you. Tips shouldn't be part of their salary. In short, a bad experience. Even getting an invoice, which they said would be processed overnight, wasn't easy; you had to keep pushing them.
