I had to laugh when I ordered the new deli sliced ham sandwich. I asked for double meat and cheese. I was told it comes with double meat and cheese. I said that was OK and still wanted it. Good thing because I only received six paper, thin shavings of ham and two pieces of provolone on a 1 pound piece of bread.

Sandwiches are good. The owner and employees give the feeling like you are bothering them. Very cold reception. I guess that's ok, I go there for the sandwiches not conversation. Over all good food.

Ordered online because that's the only way to use the coupons. One worker was nice and friendly, the other was grouchy. When I got home and we started eating, we realized our sandwich only had 1/3 of the meats it was supposed to have. Had to take it back since the phone was never answered. Too bad considering we really do like subway as a change from all the other fast food around. I've ordered here before and it's like a 50/50 chance the service will be good.

Well, staff never makes my sandwich how I want it. Always misses something. I leave a good tip everytime too just To make sure there valued and they never get it right. I ask for toasted and they never toast it. Ask for literally one thing on a sandwich that’s it other then the main ingredient like chicken and bacon. Which is funny because they will forget the bacon. It’s always something. I’ve ordered from there 5 times and each time something wrong with it. This last time was the last straw. I paid 2 more dollars for guacamole and they forgot that and lettuce. One time they added tomatoes and I said I’m allergic. It’s on the receipt. I used to work there many years ago and I always just read the simple instructions on the receipt. And they can’t even do that. There is one lady there that is nice she aways has her nails and beautiful eye shadow to match you know who you are and your the best one there. Just wish they would do what’s on the receipt. I’m simple and it’s still too hard for them. Don’t go unless you watch them make every more. Oh and the one extra star is for that one lady.

It cost almost $43 dollars and the food tasted old like it was about to go bad. I couldn't eat all of my food because it tasted horrible. Service was slow, I had to constantly keep saying the same order over and over and a line was forming behind me. Current manager had to take over because the employee making my sandwich walked off without letting anyone know what they were doing. When I questioned the price and explained that this was unusual given what I usually pay, the manager was sarcastic. They proceeded in a sarcastic way to show me the breakdown of my order, and when I showed some annoyance on my face they started smiling like they were enjoying me being annoyed. I almost lost my cool but managed to stay calm. The atmosphere seemed off, doesn't help that there was a smoke shop directly next to the store. I cannot say whether or not possibly they were under the influence of any drugs but they had a hard time hearing and were very slow in there responses/comprehension. I don't usually do reviews but this is by far the worst Subway I've ever been to. If I could rate it a 1 honestly I would but it was definitely a 2 for me. Only thing that would have made it worse is if there were pests inside the store.

See pic below of how Jessica makes a “turkey salad”, my husband spelled it out for her over their intercom that is not worth more than one star either, and our $22 order for a 6” sandwich & and a Turkey salad 🤷‍♀️ . I’ve not been a real fan of Subway I’m Cuero… they just can’t even make a SALAD ! Looks nothing like the pic and that’s all a customer has to go by . Couldn’t rate the food because I took it back and ask her to remake it and she has to call her mgr on the phone (guess she was off on a Saturday ), so we just got our money back . Lesson learned have your husband CHECK THE ORDER BEFORE HE LEAVES THE WINDOW !

Went there for a sandwich. Just one other person ordering. 2 12inch and 1 6 inch being made. Woman comes behind the counter and starts sweeping the floor while food is out. Kicking up dust and dirt. A few minutes later, girl who was taking my order put a 6 inch bread on a very very dirty square thing that looked like cardboard. It seemed like old burnt crap on it. Told them I dont want sandwich and they should not sweep with food out. Wont ever go back to this subway.

You have to wrestle the owners kids for lettuce here and they refuse coupons as you step in the door with them. It's a family that probably owns gas stations they own all of the Subways in two towns now maybe the surrounding ones soon. They also don't like to heat anything and I suppose they are vegetarian they do not even keep the meatballs hot but we have no food inspector. Not a real one anyways.. steer clear especially with any type of coupon!

Sandwich are good from there never disappointed. Am on a fixed income and only way I can afford them is with a paper coupon was told by the manager they no longer take this that's messed there sandwiches are good but not good enough to pay full price. Lost a customer

The lady 5aking my order was very ugly to me she would not let me say anything without her snapping at me I tried to tell her what I wanted on it and she said in a minute I will get that. I was like ok, she said I'm very busy. Ok but she was so rude about and brushed me off and then snapped at me about the other sandwiches. I was trying to keep them straight

I am out of town from the Houston area and I have been to a lot Subway restaurants, but this one in Cuero, TX is worse that I have seen. The owner/manager behavior is notable rude..... no customer service skills; he rushes through making your sandwich when there is practically no customer in the store, he behaves as if he is doing you a favor serving a sandwich that you will pay for; no napkins in your bag, and attitude is nothing to be desired. This is the second time I have noticed this behavior.... I was in town last year and I noticed this attitude. My staff also experienced this behavior, and yes, the people of Cuero, TX needs another Subway in town, perhaps then, he will start checking his attitude. I will Not recommend this Subway to even my enemies, if any.

I’ve tried giving this place a chance so many times cause I really enjoy subways. The staff is terribly rude. They don’t take pride in any part of their work. My sandwich never is made correctly. I ask for it toasted it’s usually not toasted when I get it. When I go it’s usually drive through. I get a simple chicken bacon ranch sub. Today I get all the way home (25 min out of town) and realize there’s no bacon on my chicken BACON ranch. It’s not toasted. It’s extremely small and just now how it’s suppose to be. They need to realize how much money this place cost and to get home and not have your food made the way it’s suppose to is just annoying. Do better. They need to fire the staff and look for people more enjoyable to service you. I will not be spending money at this subway anymore.

Horrible service. When i take a togo order i always ask for the meat to be put in a container so the bread wont get soggy. This location told me they didnt have any containers. I asked if they can put it in a soup cup they said they would charge me for a whole soup on the side so i said never mind on the sandwich. Clerk said " ahhhhh go then bye" horrible customer service and rude as hell. Only subway this has happend to me at. It deserves a negetive star.
