My Granddaughter loves your chicken nuggets! She calls them Bak Bak. If it's not from BK she won't eat them

The food at Burger King has definitely took a turn for the worst, but the customer service at this location sets the standard high. From cashiers to the kitchen area, uniforms are clean, your greeted with the smile and they really do everything they can to accommodate. I just wish the food was better, if the food match the customer service there wouldn't be a problem.

What excellent service! And they had my jelly available! The whole restaurant was clean, (i don't know about the men's restroom, but the women's was pristine) customers were hanging out, comfortable as a classic Burger King should be! Very nostalgic. And the food was typical what you Expect of a burger king.

Easily the best service I’ve received at any fast food restaurant. S/o to the manager because I saw him treat every guess like it was a family neighborhood restaurant. Place was clean and well managed. Best BK I’ve ever been too.

Best Burger King to go to. 9 out of 10 times, they're not skimpy on ingredients like other restaurants or Burger King chains. The employees are down to earth without any weird attitudes or social behavioral issues, (that's kinda common in our society, lol.)

Burger King has been one of my favourite burger spots for as long as I can remember. The taste of their flame-grilled burgers really sets them apart. The service is consistently decent. Staff are generally efficient and friendly, and I’ve never had any major issues when ordering. Prices are also quite reasonable, especially considering the portion sizes and quality. there’s always plenty of free parking, and the drive-through is a great option when I’m in a hurry.

The staff at this BK is always friendly and the food is always delivered quickly. The location is always clean and well-maintained.

This Burger King is friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. They do their best to make your experience pleasant. People come here and stay for a while to relax, eat, and talk with friends, I like it and is one of the best BKs I've seen. They have good breakfast deals that I usually get. I feel that BK is underrated

It's exactly what you would expect a Burger King to be like. Same look, same feel, same food and same service as the majority of other Burger Kings. If you're looking for the same consistent Burger King experience then you won't be disappointed with this location. Entry and exit are easy and as always much quicker if using the drive thru. Staff is friendly and have personally never gotten an order wrong.

Purchased the Impossible burger👍 (w/o mayo) should have omitted the iceberg lettuce 🙄extremely wilted (don't care for lettuce, especially iceberg🤮) lettuce was shredded for tacos. Onions rings👍will order both again. Would recommend this location. I returned once again for the Impossible burger and medium onion rings😋I'm hooked on the onion rings. Highly recommend 😋

Great service and fast. Be sure to use coupons for max savings. The Whaler fish sandwich is very filling for my fellow catholic lenten needs

The new Steakhouse burger here was sloppily put together and they forgot the Onion Rings in it. Not worth the trip! A burger is a burger, average!!

I got the Double Whopper combo, the fries were good fresh could be a little bit more salt. The drink was good the burger was okay it wasn't enough lettuce and I didn't reach lettuce, tomato or pickle till I was halfway finished with my burger. Also on the inside it was hot the air condition was out so it was hot in there and no one was coming to fix the AC until the next day, so I'm sweating in there and your employees are sweating in there. The employee said in the kitchen it was 101 degrees.

Even though the new tacos do taste good they're also too greasy mine fell apart after one bite and the grease soaked through the bag. Will not order them ever again

Unfortunately flamegrilled was the taste I was looking for, but it was a total disappointment. The quality of the Whopper has gone downhill and the prices are highly inflated. Sorry BK, with this kind of service you will definitely loose market share

Service is a two star Not based on the employees ( they seem always under staffed which is not the employee responsibility) it takes a really long time to get order, so not really "fast" food. when I have gone inside it has been clean.

Everyone was super friendly and my food was on time but when started eating it, I found a hair in my fries. grossed me out I couldn't finish it. It made my whole experience bad. The cooks should be wearing hair nets man. I gave it two stars because the service was friendly.

Staff works very slowly here. It looks more like a hang out than a restaurant, meaning the cashiers and management are hanging in the front while the store looks drab and dreary. Depending on who’s here, you will either have a great experience or an experience that makes you question why you even decided to stop at Burger King in the first place

I was I. Drive thru on 11/17/2024 @ 3pm ordered kids meal hamburger with apple juice and two crispy wrap large fries and my order was wrong tried calling phone number doesn’t work what’s happening I need my fries n wraps please

Drive-through order. Customer services was great and all, however, the food was poor quality and completely cold. To describe; as if the food was sitting up for a very long time. Assuming, I just happen to be the customer to order the wrong food at the wrong time.Not fresh at all. Additionally, the SODA was flatten like a flat club soda on ice. Ending note, just wanted to share my experience.

Terrible food! I ordered onion rings only to discover that Burger King's idea of onion rings is fake onion rings. They were batter. shaped in rings, flavored with onion powder! Really? Burger King? Believe it or not, the customer knows the difference! Rediculous waste of money!

I have been here a few times for n impossible whopper. Maybe 4 times over the past year and the only reason I remember that is becaiae burger is always way overdone and the bun is always stale. No more pit stops at this one unfortunately.

I stayed polite and just went ahead with ordering because I didn’t want to make a fuss. The bigger issue was when I got my food and found a short, black, curly hair in my fries. My hair is long and brown, so it definitely wasn’t mine. I waited until another customer left so I could quietly and discreetly let the staff know. I really just wanted to help them be aware of a hygiene issue. Instead of apologizing, the employee (who may have been the manager) kept insisting it was either my hair or something from the bag. But the bag was given to me by them, and I found the hair right there in the fries at the end of my meal. They didn’t take any responsibility and just kept arguing that it must have been my fault. I want to make it clear that I wasn’t looking for any kind of free food or compensation. I only let them know so they could improve their hygiene practices. I’m including a photo of my receipt so management can verify the visit and check any footage if needed. I just wanted to let them know discreetly and help them improve, not cause any trouble. I hope this feedback helps them do better in the future.

"Burger King's Royal Sauce is a mayo-based condiment that combines sweet ketchup with tangy vinegar, pickles, onion, garlic, and basil, plus a hint of mustard, pepper, and ranch" I literally asked the lady taking my order over the intercom TWICE if Royal Sauce had mayo in it because I can't eat it. Her reply was "No, it's Royal Sauce" Twice. If you don't know the type of sauce you're tasked with selling; maybe you're not good at your job, or you do not care much about another fellow human's well-being. What you need is training on what you're selling + training on how to approach questions; don't just say whatever pops in your head to move customers. In retrospect, I take the blame for actually going to this location in the first place. I avoided it for over 5yrs; however, proximity did me in. Never again! In fact, no more BK for me. I'm sure my arteries will thank me later. Purchased done ~5:30pm 12/19/2025

Worst experience ever with the worthless burger King app. Manager was friendly and tried to help me with the rediculous burger King app. Burger King app is worthless and a total waste of time. Water over 2 HOURS TRYING TO GET THE BURGER KING APP TO WORK! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!! The fish sandwich was not good either :( the fish sandwich tasted like a giant piece of grease with lard topping. Totally gross.
