Great selection of good donates. Slightly higher in price, but not the steep price of Randy's Donuts, and, I think they're better quality donuts than the cheaper shops. 5 stars for this particular location.
I love the fact there open 24hr. The only thing I love is the turkey avocado and wheat bagel with some black dark coffee and splenda the yellow packs. I'm pretty sure my physician proud of me.
Highly recommend the raisin roll. Absolutely delicious. Also, enjoyed the cake donut (my favorite) with icing and Halloween sprinkles (orange and white) and crumb glaze. Friendly service and I will definitely go back 😋
I love this place. I go early morning 3 times a week @ 3:30 a.m. right before dialysis to get the deli Turkey sandwich on an everything bagel and a coffee. Fast and friendly workers.
best apple fritter in LA, & the employees are so nice very respectful. treet you like family 🫡
Ive been coming here almost every morning (around 5:30) for about 3 weeks now, right before i go to work. The employees are very welcoming and charming, would highly recommend any person that wants to get a cup of joe and a delicious chorizo bagel sandwhich
Quick and easy ordering! Had to make a quick pit stop and bring some donuts for everyone at the office. Within a matter of minutes I had my donuts packed up and ready to go.
Their doughnuts are the freshest here than any other Winchell's I've found and no matter what time you go they are always fully stocked. Just the best!
Oh my Goodness these donuts are delicious you won't be disappointed im a big donut lover and these are delicious donuts i highly recommend coming here and getting at least a couple of them was my first time coming here I definitely will be coming back plus they are open 24 hours a day
A Clean & small donuts shop ,most of customers come and buy for to go ~the staff is helpful and introduced different flavors according to my preference ~and the price for donuts is reasonable
I love this place because my donuts, coffee, and bagel sandwiches are always great. I wish there was an option at check-out to add tip to the person who helped me. Next time I will bring cash.

Got a dozen of donut last Friday after my office. Everything looks fine but missing the glaze donut which we normally order. The cashier/person who assisted me does not speak english so you need to point each donut you want to get. I just know the numbers in spanish so we understand better a little. Aside from this issue which maybe not an issue at all, getting my donut works just fine. Peace. 😀😃😄
This Winchell's is located in a strip mall, but at the side. You will find it. It is next to Honey Baked Ham. There is plenty of free parking and I think they really are open 24 hours. We came late after an event and got a few donuts and drinks. The place inside was spotless and there are tables for you to eat at. The staff wears masks, thank you. The staff is also very nice and took great care of us. We will come back to this one. Their donuts were fresh and just great. They had a huge selection and they also have sandwiches and super coffee. Have fun.
The memories of Saturday mornings of my dad interrupting cartoons with Winchell's 🍩. Is a memory Iwill never forget!! Yummy THANK YOU WINCHELL'S

Food is good but each time I’ve been here I’ve been ignored and things weren’t ready. I typically wait 10-15 minutes even though the app says it will be ready in 5. Also coffee tasted weird. Like stale water.
Really good service in the mornings lots of employees. Cant say the same on the afternoon, they only got one person serving. Try turkey breast crosant but without chipotle sauce, my favorite with a green juice.
Overall, everytime I visit they usually have a variety of donuts available in all my favorites. Sometimes the cashiers are slow ringing people through the line otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Great location to get your sugar fix 24/7!
i was able to successfully navigate entering this establishment, purchasing a donut and coffee, and consuming those items. the experience was pleasant. this sounds pretty hum-drum and i suppose in a sense it was. if you've ever been to one of the donut shops in LA, regardless of name (with a few notable exceptions) then you've had this experience. that said, the staff was really friendly, and i enjoyed the donut to a degree that i would consider maximum given the circumstances. one cannot really ask for more than that.
OMG BEST JELLY DONUT IVE HAD N A LONG LONG TIME!!!! BUTTERY N FULL OF GOOD REAL JELLY, YUMMMMM the chocolate custard tho....yuk, wasn't regular vanilla custard it was banana and even worse artificial banana flavor, u can taste the chemical flavoring
I like their fruit juices. But they are often out of carrot. Drinking a pressed juice makes me feel better about eating a doughnut.

All pastry look & taste FABULOUS 👍💯👍💯, it's open 24hrs, the reason for my 3 stars is it tables, creamer area was emptied & filthy, girl that worked there greeted me with a Big 🥱 yawning 🥱 & asked like this""this is TO GO RIGHT!!! LOLOLOL.. Anyways just a shame reason for 3 stars.
Very hit or miss. You ever taste something after its been washed with a old sponge? Well ocasdionaly that's the taste I get here sometimes. The coffee is a miss more times than not. Still, it's the closest shop near me and so i find myself here often. Sometimes I leave happy.
Pros: - Sandwiches are good when they get order right - When fresh, donuts are better than some of their competition - This store FINALLY got a scannable payment terminal Needs Improvement: - Food quality consistency - Staff service efficiency - Adherence to COVID safety guidelines - Attentiveness to all clients (at times it seems spanish speaking clients get better service) Cons: - Franchise desperately needs their own Winchell's mobile app - Outdated menus needs an overhaul to large and bright flatscreens - Outdated store interior needs an overhaul to improve client flow in order to better adhere to COVID safety guidelines (as of now cashier window is at one side against the wall, forcing paying clients and clients picking up orders to squeeze together in one tight area)
This place is okay it's really quick if you really just need something fast I do love their ham and cheese croissants the bread alone is great make sure your cheese is melted otherwise the sandwich is not that good.
Been there many times.. When they are busy the mess up orders. They need a better way of making sure special orders and orders go out first. I waited like 25 mins for my order to come to find out they didnt make it correctly the first time and gave it to another person.
I really like the sandwiches here! One thing to note, white customers are treated more favorably than black customers. This seems to be something I notice with each visit. Winchell's, try treating each customer exactly the same regardless of their skin complexion. Thank you, from me and my unborn black children who may visit your donut shop some day.
I can’t believe I came here to order a sandwich and the clerk said “The sandwiches are not ready. Only doughnuts and coffee” I don’t even know what that means. How are you a 24 hour operation but you don’t have more than 1/2 the menu available for purchase. If he didn’t feel like making food he probably shouldn’t have come to work this night. Safe to say, I won’t be back
I've loved Winchell's as a Donut shop for over 50 years (various locations) however this location with customer service and initiating good and consistent customer service needs a lot to be desired & might I add a real and vask understanding and comprehension of the English language needs to be implemented even just on the most basic levels ..

I was a regular customer, but they tend to over charge. I asked for hot water for my wife, she was sick in the car,and they wanted to charge me the same as a coffee. That was the last straw for me. And I'm a local.
More expensive than other local options, lacking flavor, and sad it wasn’t better. Maybe just this location, but wasn’t great even earlier in the morning.
They dont wanna take a $100 bill and my order was for $78. Its suck.
I literally just walked out of this place there are 2 customers in there that already have their items in a sitting and eating. I stood at the counter waiting to be even acknowledged for 5 minutes. The Women behind the counterWe're busy gossiping instead of a of acknowledging the fact that I was at the counter. This is the worst service ever
I’m here today 3/20/19 @ 6:40, no one in here that’s in need of assistance except M E! 4 workers were so engrossed in cleaning 🧹 making orange juice and bagels and prepping that they didn’t see me for 6 minsBUT THE DOOR HAS A BELL TO NOTIFY THEM SOMEONE ENTERED!!!!!!! Plus, they were 2ft away!!!!!! I asked us there anyone to assist me? The girl said the lines over there!!! No what i inquired about-she just turned back and finished her task🤔 3 more mins later a girl comes out they all 4 spoke spanish- THE WHOLE TIME!!!!! I’m American!!!! I’m on my way to work girls!!!! It’s a quick stop Good Customer Service is so rare - but i insist on it! Smh!!! Disappointing and Ridiculous! SinCity2010
Customer service was non existent in this location. Employees talked amongst themselves with total disregard for me being there. No greeting, no thank you, no good bte?. Youre better off spending your gard earned mobey elsewhere. Last time I'll spend money here.
It took way to long for extreme melt. And they had other customers food ready before mines and they came after me. They need to work with a sense of urgency.
They always make your sandwich wrong I always ask for the same sandwich and they always get it wrong they talk amongst themselves and they don't know how to give proper service
My wife picked up a couple donuts from here today and got me a glazed twist. As soon as I bite into it I could tell it was old and closer to being stale then fresh. The glaze cracked and pretty much fell off the donut making a mess, and the dough was very dry which is how donuts get when left out too long. Due to this the donut didn't even taste very sweet. My wife also got a lemon filled powdered sugar donut which we shared. Again the dough was very dry, only countered by the lemon filling (which didn't taste like lemon much), and overall was lacking sweetness. My wife went there in the middle of the day, so these donuts should have still been fresh tasting. Instead it seemed like the donuts were at least a day old.
I’ve been coming here for years love Winchell donuts and their coffee for the past two years the staff is rude whoever’s in charge right now needs to take a class on customers services ..you can walk in there with 30 minutes of free time and end up waiting 40 minutes for a coffee and a bagel and lord behold if you order a bagel that needs to be prepared and cooked very disappointed… if you decide to go make sure you have an hour of free time .. people preparing sandwiches and bagels overexaggerate on the time they take…
I went in for for an iced coffee before work and the lady at the counter just says we don't have ice coffee and walks away. Ridiculous! Like why lie about it they have coffee they can put ice or whatever I was the only customer in there and still I couldn't get the one thing I went in for.
Every time I visit this location, it has been a disappointing experience. There is no order in the client line, and my orders have repeatedly been provided messy and inaccurate — most recently 02/23/26, even burned. The staff appeared distracted confused & disengaged, which added to the overall experience. I would appreciate more attention to quality and organization. Additionally, I have a bacon allergy, so I kindly request that my orders be handled carefully to ensure no bacon is included. Thank you!
Okay, unfortunately I have to post a poor review of this Winchell's location. Hopefully it doesn't apply to all locations. So here it goes: I ordered a hot sandwich from this store and the worker made multiple other orders for the customers who came in after me, who happened to be latinos. Mow usually, I am patient & tolerant of busy places as long as the process is fair. I had order number 352 and this worker made orders for other hot sandwiches up to order number 355. So naturally I approached the counter to respectfully inquire about my order as I observed this worker continue to make more orders. When I asked about my order she responded yeah its coming and she proceeded to make my order at that moment BUT after she called order 355 to serve them. I thought wow... no rationale, no acknowledgment, no apology, no attempt to explain why she skipped making my order. So I stated , I'd like a refund. And she hurriedly made my hot turkey sandwich and threw in in the bag and gave it to her manager (Ana) as she said in Spanish "esta lista" ( from my limited knowledge of Spanish, I believe this means "its ready"...). The manager, Ana, attempted to ring my order up and I informed her that I am requesting a refund. Ana replied, okay. She didn't ask why or anything. She simply didn't carr about me as a customer. I have no reason to take time out of my morning today to write this review except for this was a blatant act of disrespect, poor customer service, and one could deduce even racial discrimination since I was a he only African-American customer in the store at that time. Additionally, I returned to the store because my "refund receipt" did not indicate that the $11.01 that I spent at this store had been refunded to my card. The manager Ana explained to me that it showed as a "voided" transaction on her "side" in the computer but not on my receipt. She stated that the money should be returned in 3 days. Still she did not inquire about my customer experience. I guess that's the way that this crew operates at Winchell's. I certainly will not be returning here again.

I am not sure if this was racism or just not caring. I am not a complainer but I know when there is out right discrimination and disrespect. I waited for a customer before me take and have his order prepared. The service lady took notice and asked about my order and was about to prepare. She noticed a man come in with his son and immediately took his order and started flirting and the same time summoning a co-worker to make the rest of his order, it appeared to be a repeat customer. I was completely disregarded and she, said, "oh yeah I will be right with you". I understand when someone is flirting, I understand when someone is downright ignoring you. This was bad ...really bad customer service. I was put over and the cash, register. She did not even get someone to help with my order if she felt overwhelmed or felt the need to take a repeat customer so they don't get out of hand. But a new customer should always be helped no matter what. There is a thing called wait in line. This was bad
Because there is no corporate contact complaint line I can call. I went into your store in Culver City and I have been buying donuts from Winchell's for over two decades, so I assumed this would be a pleasant transaction. I was helped by Maria, and I ordered the dozen donuts. I started to order and wanted to order bear claws and apple fritters, and Maria stated those weren't donuts. I asked what bear claws and apple fritters were considered if they weren't donuts. And she could not tell me. Maria stated they would be an additional cost, and I asked how much would they cost in addition to the dozen donuts. She said she didn't know. I asked Maria again, how much were the bear claws and apple fritters, since they weren't considered donuts, and she still did not answer. I asked if she could ask someone and she did not move or ask or find out the cost. I kept hearing through the ordering process what was included and I eventually had to ask what was not a donut in this donut shop, so I could hurry up and finish my order. While choosing my remaining options, another customer came in and was helped by another staff member. That customer was attempting to order, and Maria completely ignored me and was completely engaged in their conversation so much that I had to ask Maria if we could continue with my order. When I got to 12 donuts in my box, Maria closed the box and appeared to head to the register, I had to ask about my remaining 2 donuts. Then she bagged them. Another customer was attempting to pay and the other customers' bags of donuts they were purchasing were spread out all on the counter, and I was worried our items would be mixed up. The customer was asking their sales person to re-make a drink, and Maria, who was not helping that customer, ignored me and delayed in taking my payment. I finally was able to pay and she did not provide or offer me my receipt. I had to ask Maria for a bag so that I would not struggle carrying the multiple containers of donuts. This was the most frustrating and unpleasant experience I have ever had at Winchell's. To have Winchell staff not know their product, not know the pricing, and not listening or being responsive and professional or providing customer service at all. There are two other donut shops in Culver city and multiple bakeries and I chose to support Winchell's donut, but if this does not improve, I will spend my money elsewhere.
Weird vibe in this place, the staff is friendly but then not so friendly.
I have to admit that the team if full off girls but they need proper training and proper manners in attending customers that's why they get paid for to provide good customer service. I went in there for an order and Valeria and the rest of the crew (girls) have bad attitude. If they don't like there job simply quit or find something else too do! Lifting her eyebrows and rolling her eyes ain't good for us customers! I hope management solve this issue.
This place is good as a filler if Nothing else is open. The service is so bad. Good luck trying to place an order over the phone if speak English. They dont understand. And if you try and clarify they give you attitude. I’ve ordered over the phone more than once and they constantly pass each other the phone because they don’t understand my instruction.
Not gonna sugarcoat it, the lady who was at the front literally acted like she didn't understand a word I said, plus she kept raising her voice like she had an attitude or something like what the heck. Not cool man. Unfortunately Im not seeing too much friendliness in these public places and thats just really sad, plus it pisses me off too, but what can we say.
