Nice, clean interior...has a very modern and streamlined look to it. The staff is friendly and always gets my order right. The soda machine allows for tons of variety. As far as McDonald's go,this place is very nice.

This is a very elegant McDonald's restaurant, a bit by accident we had our Christmas day dinner there (we thought we would eat out on that special day not knowing that all the restaurants are closed), and the whole family enjoyed the meal a lot. It's rarely too crowded and all the furniture is designed nicely.

The staff is extremely nice. The manager is phenomenal. Such a friendly environment. The restaurant itself is very clean and modern. The service is beyond amazing and the food quality is excellent!

My friends and I meet for coffee and breakfast at several McDonalds throughout the So bay each week. This particular one has become our "gold" standard or benchmark for judging other McDonald locations. Our hats off to the manager and staff at this location for providing outstanding and consistence service to their customers. They are always friendly and quick to wait on you from the initial order to subsequent coffee refills. In addition, they do an excellent job of keeping the premises clean and clutter free. I'm loving the hot quarter pounders. They're so much testier when they're hot. Such a big difference. I had two. There was one lady there that went to great efforts for my child when she tried to make sure he got the right toy from the Happy meal

Clean, bright and most comfortable modern fast food restaurant. Ordering is fast and easy either with self service panel or at the counter. Hardly experience and wait at the counter nowadays. The addition of table service is most welcome.

Only you know what guilty pleasure has brought you here, but at least you know 9x out of 10 you'll get it. Mocha and ice cream machines are usually in working order here vs other locations. They are fast, clean and efficient.

This is the one and only McDonald's I like going to. It's cozy clean and comfortable. With food that actually tastes fresh and ready quickly. Kind and helpful staff. I honestly only had good experiences at this location. They also have two Coca Cola Freestyle machines which are always a blast to use. If you are looking for a McDonald's, this is best location in the area!

Best McDonald's fries I've had in years. The meat tasted freshly cooked and was hot in the Quarter Pounder. Overall it exceeded my expectations of a McDonald's. Not at all like the terrible service I had at a McDonald's near SaltLake City on Friday evening.

I submitted an online order from the McD app. For some reason, it took a while for the oder to get to the store (it took 10+ min for my order to show on their screen). The staff Romeo saw me waiting there for a long time, so he asked me what happened and he simply took care of me. Very nice and kind services! A+++

I love the services Jose and other staff provided when I visited the McDonald's restaurant this lunchtime. When I was leaving, the customer first, service first and hard working Jose opened the front door for other customers and me with a kind and smiley face. He made me feel at home. The hamburger I got was delicious and fresh. The French fries were crispy and yummy tummy.

This is a 5-star McDonalds! First of all the service was great and they even gave extra sauce for free. Second the chicken nuggets were crispy and better than other places. Recommend trying the new sauce called Mamba - it is my new go to sauce at mcDonalds.

Had self serve kiosks and in person stations. Kiosks we're out of receipts. But, the workers gave me my order without my receipt. Pretty good service. Very fast.

Yesterday I was there (4/19/23) to the new guy who took our order around 1:30 pm, after being told the ice cream machine wasn't working...by "special request " we were able to get a strawberry McFlurry. My only complaint is that there was no straw with my large coke. Other than that, they followed the directions for my burger and it was hot and fresh, which was amazing.

As of June 4, 2024, this location still has an open drink station for refills. Crowded during school day lunch hours, as there is a high school nearby.

This McDonald went through renovation a few years ago. Si it is very clean and modern. It has open floor plan and feel very comfortable. The service is very prompt. The food is just what you expect from a McDonald. On several occasions, they mess up my take out order.

Clean women restroom only two stall. Handicap accessible also. French fries hot and seasoned to my liking. Filet fish fine. Medium coke was carbonated and not flat with plenty of ice.

The service is pretty quick and I've had good experiences with all the employees before. The food is obviously fast food so although somewhat greasy, it's pretty good and they have a good coffee menu. This is a nice place to hang out and do work or wait for someone because they don't care how long you stay there and there's indoor seating. It's also convenient if you need to quickly grab a meal.

My first time in a McDonald's in years. Went with my 7year old nephew, who specifically asked we go to this location. This place is clean, the decor is surprisingly modern/ sleek/futuristic. The service is nice and fast, and the food is better than I remember it being. Surpassed all of my expectations.I'm tempted to give this place a 5/5, but I don't think I've done that before, and it'd weird for me to do it for the first time here.

The last few times, the food has been a bit disappointing: the hamburger dry, the fries mostly soggy. I usually go inside to order as the drive thru line is usually a bit backed up (not overwhelming so, but clearly would be faster to park and go inside). This location does have the electric self-serve ordering kiosks which allows you to customize your food a bit. My secret to faster service however is to still go up to the counter as the employees can input the order much faster than I can (plus it removes some of the temptation to buy other things I don't need). This location also has the fancy soda fountains that really like you customize your drink. The place is clean and the employees are nice.

Went there to get a chocolate milkshake .T place was empty but was pleasantly suprised to see someone cleaning t place.while I was trying to chk where to order I saw a big electronic board with a menu. Busy at 3pm on a weekday. The bathrooms are not locked, telling you this place is relatively safe.

The place is good for quick bite and is clean. Also has a drive thru facility. Less seating option is the reason for 1 star less, went there during afternoon time and only 1 table was empty all others were occupied. I had mc flurry and strawberry smoothie which were delicious. Also the rates displayed are not what you pay, watch out for extra taxes.

This location is very calm but the service can be slow. The food is good just remember to always check your order. Maria is the sweetest, she always helps when I need something or want to add more to my order. She also knows the regulars and their coffee orders which is very nice.

As a McDonald's app user & loyal customer this is one of 3 McDonald's that I regularly visit. Their food, service levels, and atmosphere are spot on for being a Fast Food alternative to regular meals. And their low cost soda options have been especially appreciated during these summer months. For a light meal alternative or a quick pit stop for a refreshing drink, I would recommend McDonald's as a good solid viable option.

Convenient location when I’m in the area. I’ve picked up meals here several times (always takeout, eating in my car) and never had any issues. I order through the app and the deals make it a great value: first McChicken is around $4+, second one is just $1, plus there’s often a free medium fries promo. For about $6 total, you can’t complain—solid budget meal. The restaurant itself is consistently clean when I go in to pick up, and parking is easy. I haven’t tried the drive-thru so can’t comment there. Not fancy of course—it’s McDonald's—but they seem to run this location well.

This is a fairly typical McDonalds and I’ve gotten food here many times, mostly the drive thru, which is typically pretty speedy. I ate in this time. They’re really pushing app or self ordering from large touchscreens. I did the touchscreen and was surprised they also have you pulling small number stands to take to your table, so a McDonald’s employee brings your order out to you. This took about 10 minutes compared to a drive thru wait time of 1-2 minutes. Not a fan of this model. The interior is clean and well lit.

Drivethru lines typically long. Go inside if you can. It is alot faster, service inside is much better. Lots of kids weekday as it is down the st from a high school. Food is same as any other mcd. Two touch screen kiosk inside to make things faster.

Generally clean and outfitted with more modern furnishings. There are 2 long tables that multiple people can share. There are also 2 round tables with round soft stools to sit on. These are in addition to the regular table and chairs around the dining area. The place is down the street from the local high school so it can get VERY busy during lunch and the end of the school day. The parking can be a bit hard since this is in a strip mall type area with several other restaurants and businesses competing for the same parking spaces.

Food was OK but ordering process turned me off. I arrived at 5:40pm last Friday with two kids. I didn't see a cashier so I let them order from the kiosks (they looked awesome with large and colorful touch screens). It was so easy for them to pick what they wanted but the first kiosk didn't print a receipt and the order number just flashed away in a split second before we could memorize it and the second one didn't accept my credit card. I had to wait for the cashier and pay in person. It took her some time to retrieve my order and process it.

I only visit this place on Friday afternoons. For most of my visits, ice cream maker didn't work, and so vanilla cone and mcflurry were often unavailable. Empty tables were always dirty from previous customers and I didn't see any staff cleaning them whenever I was there. Last Friday, there are 4 kiosks in total but only 2 were working so there was quite a long line of customers waiting to order food. A few months back, I saw some middle school kids using ketchup cups to drink soda from the fountain machines while trying out different flavors of soda. They were fooling with the machines for at least 5 minutes and no staff came to stop them.

The inside has been recently updated. Do-it yourself touch screen ordering inside. Plenty of parking, usually busy every time I have dined. A younger staff supplies the meals. Bright and clean interior, my favorite chicken nuggets are always hot and fresh.

We were surprised that they don't deliver the food to your table anymore. So please help us to understand the logic of giving us the number plate and display it on the table. Since no service is the norm now, how do we rate the service?

Be aware: this location often closes early before the stated close time. Closed early on Xmas Eve, which is understandable, but they did not update hours on Mcdonald’s website or on Google. Another time at 0:45am I was told they’re not taking orders. That’s 15 mins before their usual 1am close time

It's McDonald's so you know what to expect. My comments are on service. I go there every week to pick up breakfast for my family, and the not so great thing is their speed and accuracy. I don't know whether you're supposed to have a seamless experience going and picking up but despite a 10 minute drive I still have to wait at the counter, it seems they often haven't started the order. The worst part is they get the order wrong twice in two months, mistaking muffins for biscuits in a breakfast platter order and missing a hash brown in another. You really have to check their work to make sure you get your order. They also forgot about the extra condiments, but that's almost to be expected.

They charge for water. Most Mcdonald’s do not. If a Mcdonald’s charges for water, the management should make it very clear to the customers. They charge 50 cents here and I didn’t see that on the menu. Not a good business practice

Slow curbside. Like 15 minute wait. MISSING ITEMS. One happy meal was missing cheese and apples. Missing 3 of the 4 drinks. Gave us 2 Apple fritters instead of pies. Large drive thru orders gets you some wait time in the “drive true parking” spots too.

I ordered daily double as usual but they gave me double cheese burger this time. When I brought the burger back, the store manager simply asked her guys to massage a cold tomato slices into the burger and give it back to me. It seems she assumes I don't know what daily double is. This is the worst service at this McDonald I ever had.

The drive through line is crazy. I thought it was because there's a lot of people, but no. It took them 12 minutes to take ONE order. I came into the drive through with a mobile order. I had to repeat my order number 3 times AND tell them my name. Picture attached is a large fry... a large? Every other McDonald's serves this size as. Medium, even a small. Yet it's the same price. I have it at a 2 * because at least the employees were friendly. But, I dont think I'll be coming here anymore. I started the drive through line at 1:36 i got out at 1:52. Nearly 30 minute drive through wait for 4 vehicles is absolutely insane, considering when I looked inside there were very few patrons in there. I RARELY rate McDonald's, because it's McDonald's, you expect crappy service and crappy food at cheap prices. But the last thing I expect from a fast food joint is to be waiting for 20+ minutes in line, for food already ordered prior to the line, during hours when it's not very busy, having to repeat myself several times because the person taking my order can't understand me and I can't understand them. It's... disappointing, even for a low bar like McDonald's. (Update : paper straws. This place is just the worst)

I thought I paid for a drink with my order. Ended up not having a drink. I asked if I could add and pay and the lady shook her head no at first then let me. The drink was supposed to be large but looks like a medium...and the fries taste stale. None of the food tasted fresh. They were not very friendly there so I don't think Illl be going back

This is truly one of the worst McDonald's I have ever eaten at. As many others have stated it is dirty, the floors, chairs and restrooms. I don't even want to think about the kitchen. But, the taste of the food makes me think the kitchen is the same as the other parts of this establishment. The food is cold, the condiments are applied haphazardly and it leads me to believe that there is inadequate supervision. If I were the CEO of McDonald's I would put this place on probation, send in an experienced manager to open a can of "whoopass." If they did not clean up their act, then I would pull their franchise. Obviously corporate at McDonald's is not what it used to be - otherwise that would not tolerate this bad apple. Don't go here, don't eat here, don't accept this inferior product and service. I hope McDonald's has someone reading these reviews. My review of this location found between 2-3 stars. Is this where the "Grand Royale," is headed???

My second time at this location. The wait is terrible via drive thru. But I can understand that, most fast foods drive thru has a long wait. Second time, mobile order. Sat in the restaurant for 15 mins watching others order and get theirs before mine. Only reason why I got my food is because I said something, otherwise, I don't even know if i would have recieved it.

Obviously bad managers are hired. New updated place but dirty as hell. The day I visited, I drove in the drive-thru first but heard the guy yelling "JUST WAIT !" in the intercom without the word "please". I got mad and parked my car, got in. The place was not busy at all. 2 managers were there with over 6 staffs on duty. Joking and laughing behind counter. Unbelievably dirty..literally every empty chair and table, and the floors too.

Went though the drive through and ordered a McGriddle meal + 3 hot cakes, with sausage, and a hash brown + 1 more orange juice. I received 1 orange juice, and 1 hash brown. I asked the lady for another orange juice and she said that the screen only said 1. This is the third time this location has messed up my order. Total was $19.31 for an I complete meal.

I came in to buy a coffee, the employees saw me and keep working on the window for a while without saying at least “Good morning, I will be right it’s you”. After 2 minutes, I asked if they have service at the front , they ignored my question. It is so sad that the effort of the owner went to the trash only for a lack of customer service. I decided to go across town to Santa Clara homestead Mc Donalds. I ask for fresh fries, I don't get fresh fries. They are old n refried. My daughter usually ask for Frozen come! They're always something wrong with machine. Or Amway's out of it! But the drive through attendant doesn't seem to let us know that they're out of it. Nor the front end doesn't informs the drive through about it. Until we get ready to pick up the order! So too many time's of our food not being fresh n too many time's out of frozen coke! I have been to this specific McDonald’s over 100 times, and I have never had an issue with the order, except the occasional ketchup. But this visit really crossed the line, ruining the chances that I would ever eat here again. First of all, they never put lettuce on my McDoubles, even though I specified it. They forgot to put sweet & sour sauce, not even one packet. They somehow even forgot the ketchup on my two large fries, and the fries were cold. This is the first time multiple things were messed up on my order, not to mention the meat tasting like cardboard and almost-stale chicken nuggets. I did not realize there was no sauces for my fries and nuggets, which completely ruined my experience. This is the first of hundreds of times that I have been so displeased over fast food. I mean, who messes up EVERY SINGLE THING in a person’s meal? Go back to cooking 101!

Walked in to get a cup of coffee and was told that I had to use the kiosk and otherwise refused to help me. There were a lot of employees there but not not one would help me. What ever happened to serving the customer.? By the way 7/11 has good coffee.

I've maid mobile order being next to counter, and got the cold fries and burger because nobody told me that my order is ready. Workers didn't react on me, I just waited until worker decided to call my number. They didn't even said sorry. About 10 minutes I saw the packet with my food onto the counter.

I ordered 2 spicy mcchickens, I asked the lady with a yellow shirt is my order almost ready because there was a good chunk of people who ordered after me and they got their orders she had stated it’s still being made I was like oh ok I’m being impatient I guess so I walked to my car which took like a minute came back saw my order still not being moved from the spot it’s been at, and I wait look at my phone play games then I realized I’ve been waiting 15 minutes already at that point I didn’t even want it I went to the front told the cashier I wanted a refund then the lady who I talked with earlier came to me and said your orders been ready we’ve been calling it. I’m like what I’ve been here waiting never heard my number once it’s not like I was far where I couldn’t hear them I was sitting right by the kiosks.

At about 11:15 a.m. today at the drive-through a boy on the headset was helping me close my order by asking what I wanted to drink. The menu showed no fountain options, so I asked what drinks they had. He replied with "There's a lot of different drinks; Coke products, coffee, tea, I don't know what you want!" Rude, not at all respectful or customer service savvy. Get that kid off the drive thru and register. This 1 star is not even deserving for has bad attitude.

I ordered the spicy Chicken burger and it was burnt. HATED IT but the atmosphere is pretty.

This jerk named “Ilberto” or something tried to kick us out because we were “using their wifi for too long” I understand you trying to kick us out because we did not order anything, but proceeds to tell us we have 30 minutes after we ordered a chicken sandwich. I asked him: do you HATE your customers or something and he said YES. First of all I’m using my personal hotspot because your wifi is garbage, and plus I’ve spent well over a thousand dollars at this point in your franchise, and is this how you treat your customers? Plus the store was pretty much empty at that point and we were not blocking other customers nor creating noises. Also you’ve messed up orders plenty of time according to people I know. I did not expect exceptional service from a late-night mobile order drive-through pickup, but the level of service I experienced was completely unacceptable. At approximately 11:30 PM on March 9th, I interacted with an employee named Edith Crus (I hope I am spelling the name correctly). When I arrived at the order point and told her I was there for a mobile order pickup, she immediately told me to proceed to the second window without asking for my order code or confirming the order. When I reached the second window, she picked up the POS machine and attempted to charge me for an order. I explained that the payment was likely meant for the car in front of me, which had just driven away without picking up their order. I then showed her my mobile order code. At that point, she told me that because I had not given her the code earlier, I needed to drive around to the back of the line and wait again. However, I had already waited about 10 minutes, and by then there were six cars behind me. Since the situation was not caused by me, it was unreasonable to expect me to restart the entire line. She went back inside, and I assumed she was preparing my order. After waiting another five minutes, she returned and again told me that I needed to go back to the end of the line. She even acknowledged that the mistake was on her side, explaining that she initially thought it was an Uber order, yet she still refused to simply prepare or hand over my order while I was already at the window. This was extremely frustrating. Even after admitting the mistake was hers, she chose not to resolve the situation or provide a reasonable solution. The entire interaction demonstrated poor judgment, lack of accountability, and a disregard for customer time. This was easily the worst experience I have had at this location, and I hope management will address both the service standards and the training of staff handling mobile orders at the drive-through.

This location is poorly managed. I am a frequent customer there, and they rarely get my order right. I don’t usually like giving bad reviews, but I think administration really needs to take a look at this chain. The cashier employees and managers are rude, and refuse to apologize when they make mistakes. This is just purely ignorant and negligent behavior. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not against McDonald’s as a franchise. I just sincerely believe there is a level of customer respect that employees should have. I don’t even care if they aren’t friendly. I don’t want free stuff. I just want them to take accountability for mistakes instead of treating customers like they are stupid. If you don’t mind driving a little bit further, the McDonald’s located on De Anza Blvd is honestly a lot better.
