Wow! I haven't seen a more updated starbucks before! Super modern morning staff is amazing!
The pumpkin spice latte tasted really good, and there was free refills which definitely made it worth the price. It also had a great study atmosphere which plenty of table space to work and outlets to keep devices charged. In particular I was at the booth seats which were comfortable and clean, but there were also outdoor seating and sofa chairs that looked nice for reading.
I love Starbucks nothing bad I can say about it. My order was perfect.
This is my favorite Starbucks — no doubt about it. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is always thoughtful. There’s a petite female barista who, when she’s not too busy, has brought me a cup of ice water a few times. She seems to have a daughter or maybe a younger sister — not quite sure — but she’s always very kind and warm. That small gesture really left an impression and made me like this store even more.
I have visited this Starbucks coffee shop several times in the afternoon, and I love its location, coffee, desserts—especially the Apple Croissant—as well as the clean and comfortable environment. I am particularly fond of one enthusiastic barista. Each time I step through the door, I am warmly greeted by her enthusiastic welcome. Seeing her feels like encountering a friendly family member. She patiently answers all my questions about desserts and coffee and thoughtfully helps me choose the most delicious and satisfying options. I wanted to ask for her name, but seeing how diligently she was serving every customer, I didn’t want to interrupt her work. Instead, I took a photo to express my appreciation and to encourage your company to recognize her positive and dedicated attitude. She is truly a joyful presence, making my short visits to your store delightful and memorable.
I’m only giving this place a 5 star only because if Barbra. This beautiful lady is amazing. I was sad to see her working by herself when her co-worker kept leaving her by herself. Barbra was kind, and she tried to work that floor alone and she did the best she could. I was disappointed in her co-worker because she held the long line by herself and she deserves all the credit for running her shift. The guy on the other hand, kept leaving her alone and this was really disappointing me because she shouldn’t have to work so hard by herself.
Extra special, extra smooth served in a black cup. A bag of Reserve coffee beans will cost double the regular Starbucks. The limited upscale version takes the ordinary out and replaces it with specialty producers of coffee beans that results in a very smooth coffee specifically tailored to make you feel extra entitled if only for as long as the cup last, so upgrade to the larger cup beacuse the number of Starbucks Reserve stores is extra limited.
This branch is 5 star to me in comparison with other Starbuck branches. So why?! First of all, the level of cleanness is acceptable. Per the espresso machine hopper(attache photo), along sitting and working area cleanliness the meet my criteria to trust their drink. Secondly, they are fast to manage the line. Thirdly, they are well stocked with products such as sandwiches which usually is out on evening time. (All the photos was taken around 5:00 pm.)
Just another Starbucks location in the Cupertino area. Nothing particularly special, pretty much what you would expect from a typical Starbucks. I stopped by on a weekday morning to meet someone for a professional conversation. The place was extremely crowded, with many people working, studying, or having meetings. There was a long line at the counter. In fact, it was so busy that I didn’t even end up getting a coffee. Still, the atmosphere was lively and energetic, which I appreciated. Otherwise, it’s just your usual Starbucks experience.
Great customer service. I’d love to see them put the half & half and whatnot out. It’s nice to be able to customize the coffee. Otherwise a very positive experience
This Starbucks was changed into one of the new "Starbucks Reserve" bar locations July 2017. It is one of eight Starbucks reserve locations in California, and one of three Reserve locations in the Bay Area (though I was told that a Tesla drove through the Los Gatos location... so count that as two now?). Very interesting concept. It's basically a high-end Starbucks, which is supposed to offer an "immersive" experience. To quote the Starbucks Reserve website: "Apart from the full-scale theatricality of the Starbucks Reserve™ Roasteries, our bars offer a more intimate small-lot coffee experience. These are the perfect places to pick up Starbucks Reserve™ whole bean coffee, enjoy a handcrafted Starbucks Reserve™ beverage and chat with a barista about all things coffee." Their menu items are thoughtfully-crafted. You can get a real affogato here! (with espresso over real ice cream -- not just whipped cream, as a regular Starbucks would substitute). The barista seemed extremely knowledgeable and well-trained. The only issue I had is that both restrooms were closed due to being "about to be cleaned" for over an hour. They had trash cans blocking the entry way. After waiting over an hour, one of the employees finally caved and moved the trash cans but the soap dispensers in both restrooms were still empty so obviously they didn't actually get around to cleaning them. I will update this review after a return visit in the future. 6/22 UPDATE: Their cold brew malt is amazing! It's like a milkshake made with real ice cream and espresso! They use chocolate bitters, but the chocolate flavor is very subtle and not overwhelming at all, which is great for someone like me who doesn't really care for chocolate as much as most people do. Tried the Vanilla créme anglaise macchiato for the second time, this time with less than the standard quad shot espresso they do for a venti because the espresso flavor drowned out all the other flavors, which are subtle. It's better with only 2 or 3 shots IMO if you're looking for balanced flavor. But I do appreciate the fact that Starbucks Reserve adds twice as much espresso to a venti as a regular Starbucks does! ☕ The restrooms were at least open this time, though they were out of toilet paper. Seems they could improve their upkeep. I know it's not a fun job, but someone's gotta do it. 🤷
Manager needs to train the crew more. Definitely Sofiya ordered a drip coffee that should have been served after the order taking. Food was ready and had to ask a barista for the coffee.
Smaller Starbucks. No one greeted me or asked if I needed any help. It’s not as clean or tidy as other Starbucks. I was, frankly, disappointed in this spot to review. Busy with in and out traffic. The parking lot is ample with handicapped spots. I was not impressed with this Starbucks as the other ones I have reviewed. Mainly, for me, I would not come here to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee, as I would in all the other Starbucks I have reviewed thus far. I also noticed a great deal of trash inside and outside of this Starbucks that’s stacked to the top so you surely don’t get that “wow” appeal when you enter this shop.
Staff was pleasant and it looked like in full strength but backed up. Lines for ordering (I was there for 30 min) did not fall below 6 people. Rate of coffee getting placed for picked was one every few minutes, which I think is very slow for a full staff location. There is room to sit inside and out, place was loud and parking was busy in there area also. As the name suggest, there is a Reserve location and they serve cold brew and nitro here also.
Came by this Starbucks around 7:40pm to pickup a mobile order that was supposed to be ready earlier. It wasn’t ready and I had to wait for the workers to stop talking to tell them about it. Did not even greet me and I had to interrupt their conversation. They seemed to be so rushed to close and bothered by me asking about it. They ask if I ordered to the right location, I say yes and confirm the address with them. I wait 5 more minutes and I still don’t see them making it so I ask again and they finally make it after asking a second time, not even calling the drink when it’s ready. In town for work and I will not be returning to thy location.
Starbucks is consistently good. 4/5 When I didn't have time to make coffee due to my own poor decisions, I know I can get a solid cup of coffee. Very convenient. +1 point for trying to make sustainable cups. -3 points for making me repeatedly put my mouth on this increasingly soggy and dirty hole.
Okay I’m and avid Starbucks lover and always have atleast 1-2 orders per week trying something new every time but but this particular Starbucks has gotten my drink order wrong by a bit wether it being a hot instead of a cold, a sub for whole instead of almond milk. Obviously every location has its fair share of up mess up’s but this certain location has gotten my order incorrect 7 out of the 8 times I’ve been here.
Went with a friend along with our kids and got (5)drinks for all of us plus snacks for the kids. While they had more people waiting, the barista just asked me and my friend to vacate the seats after sitting for few minutes. There were people who came before us but only we were asked to stand to give seats for others.
Customer service is terrible. I went to get a refund for a cup that I purchased. I had the receipt and the girl refunded me for $20 less than what I paid and said that she and her manager could not do anything about it. I was refunded with store credit even though i paid with a visa card. They stole my money and they don’t care. This is part of why Starbucks is failing and going out of business. They have terrible business practices.
I went to Starbucks in Cupertino to get a cup of coffee. It was Tuesday, November 18, at around 11:20 a.m. A lady took my order for a grande coffee. I asked her if there was a password for the bathroom, and she said there wasn’t. Off I went to the bathroom. When I came back to the counter, I waited for my coffee. I noticed that all the staff were gathered together, talking and laughing. A guy eventually checked on me, and I told him I was waiting for my grande coffee. He brought me a tall coffee instead, so I explained that I had ordered a grande. The lady who had taken my order looked at me, and I told them they weren’t really paying attention to what they were doing. Since it wasn’t a pleasant experience, I decided I will never return to that location. I could have gone to Philz Coffee across the street, which was actually my initial choice.
Not my go to Starbucks location and will not be visiting any starbucks in Cupertino or Mountain View anymore. City banned their plastic cups which is why I got my Iced drink in this cup. It really sucks. Its def not the same. You wont even know if they put that extra carmel drizzle that they charge for or won't even know if they did your drink the way you asked for. Dissapointed.
