I had lunch with my daughter and dinner with my son. The prices are a bit high, but the quality seems better than the fast food place next door. Of course, eating during the week and at lunchtime is much cheaper (specials starting at €10 per person) than in the evening (over €20 per person). The place is beautiful, clean, spacious, and quiet enough to chat peacefully.

Carnivorous experience at Roadhouse Mantua Pleasant meal of meat in Mantua; the staff were polite and timely; the clean and welcoming room (also has an area dedicated to children). The food is good, especially if accompanied by a good beer (unfiltered Ichnusa).

Unfortunately, the wait was ridiculous. I called and the waitress came, almost angry. Then, when she brought the glasses, mayonnaise, etc., she practically threw them forcefully on the table, almost spilling the drink that was in the glass. I would return because it's a pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere, good food, and fair prices. I hope they increase the number of staff, but in fact, there were only two waiters.

I entered this place, not by choice, with modest expectations, knowing it's a restaurant designed for committed meat eaters. However, even in such a monothematic setting, one would expect at least a vegetarian option that isn't limited to the usual French fries or the sad boiled vegetables recycled from the side dish. This would be a minimal gesture of consideration for those with friends or family who simply want to share an evening without having to forgo a decent meal. The drinks situation further degrades the experience: you're forced to choose sweet drinks—sugary teas, Coca-Cola, and little else—or a 75ml glass bottle of personalized water, as useless as it is expensive. If you prefer a simple half-liter bottle, that's out of the question: either you drink it all yourself or leave half on the table. All this at prices far from cheap. The atmosphere doesn't lift your spirits: a dull, dreary place without a shred of character, like so many others in the same chain. The service, finally, was abrupt, lacking courtesy, and surprisingly slow. It was an evening I wished I'd forgotten even as I was experiencing it.

After years and years of frequenting the restaurant, I've noticed a huge decline in quality. The last few dinners have been a disaster. Undercooked meat, cold fries, despite the dining room being empty. Perhaps the chef has changed? We tried to give it another chance, but it was a terrible experience. It's a shame, because we used to go there often.

Crazy, the less you eat, the more you spend. We went with the family for lunch on a weekday, the place wasn't very crowded, about thirty seats. Long wait times for the time. 25 minutes to serve 3 tables and quite distracted waiters. At the end of the meal I waited 10 minutes for coffee, the waiters were too busy cleaning and tidying up for the evening it was 2:20 pm! The best thing, however, happened at the cash register. We got two menus for 15.90 but we paid 20.60 for the second one. Why? The second one didn't drink the coffee!! From the bill we also discovered that they charge you €2.90 for 75cl of filtered tap water!! Speechless
