Just bought a $10 ranch chicken combo with curly fries but did not get the sandwich. Instead what I got was $3 breakfast sandwich. Im always nice but this location never gets it right. I’m done! Gotta drive a little further to get to one that can get orders correct and never runs out of fountain drinks… I’d rather tho!

When we get dinner for the family from this Jack we usually get fairly good food, but as you can see this wasn’t one of those times 😭 the toppings were all over the sides of the tacos

If I could give zeros I would Went through drive thru, takes long to take your order and there’s only one person in front of you. They had a homemade sign that said no tacos…ok do I ended up ordering a cheeseburger with fries Received food. Fries were cold, no fresh and cheeseburger was slimy. I won’t be back. I can’t believe a fast food place like this actually is still open. Totally gross

This place might as well be in the middle of downtown Houston with people LIVING in the parking lot!! They are always there all day and night for the last month maybe two. It makes Cypress feel like it’s a slum not the suburbs.

Hands down this is the dirtiest jack in the box ever can't even sit down and eat ruins your appetite quick tables are so dirty floors super sticky and dirty windows drink machine so dirty I don't know how the health department hasn't closed this jack in the box due to health concerns homeless people sleeping in here making coffee and charging phones , taking showers in the restroom it's just nasty place my kids where shocked and scared we had to leave our food and go else where we didn't think it was healthy to eat our food $45 waste on have picture and video how I came back 4 days later and it was all the same way 🤢😷 this just nasty people can get sick due to being so dirty

Unfortunately, the food freshness has been a recurring issue, and the manager's demeanor is frequently rude when mistakes are made. A recent incident involved finding a sizable hairball in my child's food. I will choose to visit the Barker Cypress location instead.

I went there a little before midnight on 7/12 and the staff were very rude and unprofessional. The person taking my order was the worst. we have had the worst experience in that jack in the box and we will never come to that location again.

This has to be the worst Jack in the Box in all of Texas. The customer service is horrific. The wait is terrible. The food is always cold. This location should be shut down. Don't bother replying clearly by the reviews you are aware.

girl on drive thur doesn’t say a word when we pull up until after we sat there for like 4-5 mins, super rude. Then the lady in the back making the food i caught making the food with no gloves,have video proof and girl at drive thur went to back to get lettuce for tacos and uses her bare hands to grab the lettuce and make the tacos. The lady with pink hair then uses her bare hands also to put the chicken sandwich together. I had this issue 2 years ago they cared for a little obviously THIS PLACE DOESNT CARE ABOUT UR HEALTH who knows what they got on there hands… smh

Late night drive thru is horrible. Would give 0 stars if I could. Open up my sandwich to plain white bread and a cold patty. Get in line and wait 20 mins just for them to tell me the toaster is broke. The lady at window barely speaks English and the cook is vaping at the window touching the bread with no gloves on. Asking me if this bread is good enough. Speaking to each other in another language. When I ask for a refund they act like they couldn’t understand me. Never again will I return. Waste of $12 dollars
