DoorDashed this place for the first time since I’m sick and was craving PHO!!! Amazing Pho I got the vegetarian one I also got extra soup and they gave me a lot for $3! I got 4 things for less than $40 which is hard to find these days! Try this place out!!!!

I can't rave enough about this Vietnamese restaurant. The service was top-notch, making us feel like cherished guests. The food was an absolute culinary journey; their banh mi and bun cha were exquisite. The ambiance was serene, with dim lighting and traditional Vietnamese artwork, creating an enchanting atmosphere. A must-visit spot!

absolutely love this restaurant! It's so easy to pop into for an easy dinner! We find the food delicious! Especially the Lemongrass Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken Bowl, Brisket Pho, Spicy Garlic Shrimp and Spring rolls! If you go I highly recommend sitting in Nate's section... he is a delight to have as a server! Very knowledgeable about the menu and always suggests the best options! Plus he is just plain cute and attentive! Couldn’t ask for a better server!

We use to love this place...and we use to drive 18 miles to come here to get pho but the last 2 times we feel it's gone down in quality and service. Don't get me wrong, the waiters ans waitresses are very nice and never rude but they're not as attentive anymore. Last night we had to ask for our drinks twice then our fried wontons were so greasy we could hardly eat them and the grease tasted old. Our chicken fried rice had absolutely no flavor and honestly neither did our pho which got cold because we had to ask for the plate with the beans and mint and jalapeño. It's the first time we have ever left almost all our food and went somewhere else to eat. It's like the pho had been watered down to meet the demand of all the people coming in. We will most likely not come back.

Ordered the number 24 (rare beef Pho) the broth is incredible. That might be the best Pho broth I've ever had. Price to portion ratio was incredible. Friend got the Thai Tea and it was delicious. Still delicious - 10/17/2024 Still delicious - 10/17/2025

Great food found here! Both pho and egg noodle soups are fantastic here.

Wasn't sure what to expect with some of the reviews I read...but happy my family tried it out tonight. Staff were super friendly! Food was prepared fast...and they had great Banh Mi sandwiches (tried all 3 beef, pork and chicken) loved them all. Ordered the fried wontons and egg rolls, they were really tasty and crispy. Loved the grilled pork spring rolls and lastly...absolutely loved the diced Filet mignon with mixed vegetables and fried rice...it was definitely a nice treat! Looking forward to trying more of the dishes on the menu!!!

I started going there last week with a friend of mine who said he's been there and the food was good. I tried out their food and they're delicious! I love Pho So 9 and their noodles especially rice noodles which are my favorite! I would love to come here again another time.

Incredible, we came in on a Sunday afternoon. It's clean and calm. The service is very prompt. The Pho is amazing, the pork sandwich is incredible but the chicken fried rice took the show! Highly recommend this place for a quick bite to eat!

6/30/2024 = 5 Star = 1st time here and my kids love it, the only missing in my pho soup is tge tripe , but I still give 5 star coz we enjoy it and cool server .Will visit again in the near future.

Also, the food is excellent, the pho is hot, and the customer service was terrific. I'm so happy that this is just 10 minutes away from my job, so I can get a quick good bite to eat and get back to work within 45 minutes. I will come back

We love this place since it’s clean and close to home. It’s our go to Pho stop. Hubby loves the wonton pho with rice noodles. Brisket pho for me #25. Fried egg rolls are yummy. The broth is very flavorful. Tried the pan fried noodles today (#49) and enjoyed. Ice tea is not good.... sorry. Shrimp pad thai is delicious.

Not too shabby, Cypress. We come here because our go-to spot is another 5 miles away. It's a hit or miss, but for the most part, it's a hit. Sometimes, their soup is lacking and sometimes, it's not. Service is great and there's TV for your viewing pleasure. Oh, and parking sucks when everyone decides to go to the gym.

Better than average Pho. We got the tendon, brisket and beef stew Pho. All 3 tasted very different (unlike the avg pho place), fresh and earned repeat visits from us. Wish there was a little more meat though.

Nice clean place to get Pho and other Vietnamese dishes. Pho is slightly to salty sometimes and they need to get rid of two dead potted plants by front door or they would have five stars. Very friendly young staff even though they don't know their beer selection.

I enjoyed the meal, the place was very clean. The prices were about 30% less compared to other Pho places in the area. I would have given 4.5 if the option was available.

The pho isn't bad, average at best. In this area there are better shops little more than 3-5 min away. Its a clean quiet little shop in a strip mall. My only issue with the place is that they are slow to take your order, walk past your table doing nothing when you don't have menus and overall it just takes forever to get any basic task done.

Been here numerous times but this experience sucked. Lettuce with the egg rolls had a bunch of dirt all over it. Are they even cleaning their food? Are they cross contaminating in the kitchen? Ugh makes me worried, I really don’t want to get sick. Customer service at the end of the night was ridiculous. How many times does my waiter need to let my party know that they close at 9pm? 1, 2 , no, 4 times within 8pm-9pm. Felt incredibly unwelcome - was my usual local pho spot but, unfortunately, I’ll be looking elsewhere with my party.

I had to update this review for two reasons. One, the prices have gone up on most of menu items. I understand the rise in cost of operating a business, however they should have kept the same portions as before. Two, the taste of the teriyaki chicken is good, but has changed in flavor from a couple months ago. Also, this place used to be filled with patrons during dinner time, I have been here for about an hour and we are the only table in use. I do think the price and portions has affected this restaurant. Hopefully they can do something about the portions as they used to be generous, I don’t mind paying the extra dollars but don’t make the portions smaller.

The pho was pretty disappointing. My son ordered a meatball pho and only received two meatballs (cut in half). My wife ordered a wonton pho and only received two wontons. The new owners seem to skimp on the main entree, which sucks because of the prices that you pay. Under the previous owners the food portions were better. It's gone downhill since then. 😕

My wife and I used to go here often since their broth is really good, we started getting Takeout and after consistently ordering twice a week we kept getting incorrect food orders. Often times drinks would be missing and food orders would be prepared incorrectly. I also don't understand why they started adding the stem portion of the cilantro, it becomes super annoying to eat and don't really have a taste. Needless to say, unless your eating there then your better off ordering Takeout pho from somewhere else. Pros: food is good when they get it right, lemonade is delicious. Cons: constant food being made wrong, food prep is not so good.

It seemed to be like the color from the noodles was dissolving in the hot broth. I have been to many pho places and I have never seen anything similar to what happened at this place. I am disappointed.

I used to really like this place, but they have been messing up my order every single time I come here. I asked for no cilantro, my dish is overpacked with cilantro. They give me the wrong meats. They’ll give me raw steak when I ask for cooked. It’s just a nightmare. I’m not coming here anymore. The noodles are overcook. It’s just gross.

I'm kinda confused this business opens at 11am. I arrived 11:10am, and was told the Pho will not be ready for 10 or 15 mins more. Why advertise the open time of 11am if the Pho isn't even warmed up to serve? Waist of my time to drive here and leave because the food isn't ready for the customers..

Based this review on the quality of food. Food took over 20 mins to arrive and that were only 5 people in the restaurant . I ordered the Pho Dac Biet, the nem nuong (pork pattie roll), Iced coffee. The noodle soup is supposed to have all the meats, it had 2 types. The beef were all over cooked with only 2 halves of a meat ball. The broth was very bland. I had to ask for extra fish sauce, very disappointing. The side veggies pictured there were very little and withered including the jalapeños. Moving onto the nem nuong rolls, I ordered 2 orders. I ate one order and the pork pattie’s were very bland. All sauces did not help as well. However, the veggies inside the rolls were fresh. The service overall was good. I left an 18% tip. This place is not authentic. I did not finish the soup ( took 2 bites of the noodles and a few slurps of the bland broth left the whole bowl) or the rolls. The Iced coffee was the best part of this lunch. Get the coffee for sure. I could’ve spent $5 instead of the $40. Hope this review helps those whom want authentic Vietnamese Pho. Do not have those expectations here.

$16.25 for 6 pieces of wings. I ordered as an appetizer and it was super dry and not worth the price. I think they should say on the menu that it’s only 6pcs. Ordered other rice menu as well and the meat was dry and super small portion. Pho was just ok nothing special either. I’d never order from here again.

Service is TERRIBLE! Sitting here for over 30 min before they realized our pho wasn't even in. Asking for water 3 times to then walk to the front and carry it to the table myself is beyond horrendous. Playing sexual and explicit music while my 2 & 4 year old is present is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Horrible seats that hurt your back. Worst servers ever. Even told me my food was correct when it was in fact wrong.
