I could write an entire book about how great this place is. They serve homemade donuts and other breakfast items. This place has a huge variety of donuts and not way overpriced like the ones found in Bishop Arts. The customer experience is amazing. I absolutely recommend eating a homemade and creative donuts from Kim’s. They really are the best in Dallas and it is not even close.
My local spot for donuts. Friendly staff, good selection, and quality donuts each time. The classic glazed is exactly what you’re looking for. Soft, flavored inside and just the right amount of glaze. They have small apple fritters in case ya just want a taste, and the sausage rolls are also good. Loyalty cards available, stamped with every $10 purchase. Highly recommend Kim’s.
So initially I thought they didn't use actual apples in their fritters. The taste and texture have always been spot on but having the apples in the fritter would have made it unmatched. Well, this last trip I made I got a smaller fritter and to my surprise had a couple chunks in it. Morning made. The only thing I'd suggest then is more apples in the fritters to make it more consistent for each fritter. Nonetheless, the fritters are unmatched and best in the area. I also tried the jalapeno croissants a couple times and have always been flaky and spicy. Would also recommend.

Kims donuts always makes the best donuts! THE BEST The consistency, the flavor, the price ALL of it🖤 Such a great place in the community also! Oak cliffs best donut shop by far!
This is one of our favorite donut shops in Oak Cliff and they have delicious donuts and treats! Great customer service and great prices!
I'm very happy to found this unique pearl in Oak Cliff. They are really friendly and helpful. I was new to the Donut store and the lady explained me all about the products they offer. Everything was made fresh and it was still warm. I bought different products to get an overview of the tastes. The price was pretty cheap compared to the high quality. I brought everything home and my family was overwhelmed by the awesome taste. I thank you guys so much for your wonderful service!!! Make your experience guys and let me know if my review was helpful for you.
The donuts are always fresh. You can tell the owners are passionate and take pride in their work. The donuts are always fresh. The prices are a little high for donuts but they are in a competitive area. This is my favorite donut spot, would definitely recommend to anyone who lives nearby or newcomers.
The best donuts, kolaches and breakfast sandwiches in all of DFW. The people here just make everything so much better for how nice they are couldn’t ask for more!
This place is the best. Family run with mom, dad and daughter making and serving some of the best donuts in town. No crazy fancy overpriced items, just classic good donuts. The staff is always friendly and you can always get a good morning laugh with Mr. Kim and his daughter Liz and they share stories about the donut biz. The cinnamon rolls are the best in Dallas. 10/10
I've been an Oak Cliff resident for nearly a decade, with the last five years spent in Winnetka Heights. After passing by this spot countless times, I finally decided to check it out—and I'm so glad I did. The donuts are absolutely fantastic, and the apple fritters are a must-try. Their breakfast sandwiches are equally delicious, and the staff is warm and welcoming. It does get busy in the mornings, but that's only because it's just that good. I love that it’s locally owned, with everything made fresh on-site. So glad to have this gem right in my neighborhood!
Ms Kim is always smiling and helpful. She’s a joy to do business with and I have never witnessed her discriminate against anyone out of the 8 years I’ve been going there.
Best doughnuts in Dallas! No frills, just tasty doughnuts at a great price.
Love this place, sweetest staff and the best quality donuts in Dallas!! Service is always 10/10
Love this place! The staff is always super friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they actually care about their customers. Prices are great too—you definitely get your money’s worth. I go for the glazed donuts… they hit the spot every time. Definitely my favorite donut shop in town!

This is a message to Kim and Kim only! I have been coming to you for years because you have THE BEST donut shop in Dallas BUT today one of your employees left some blue striped plastic in my kolache! Kim you need to tighten up so they don’t help you lose your business. That’s what happened to lone star. Love you Kim girl! Since I’m loyal… I will be back but I don’t want that happening again!

I drove past this spot and saw the donut display on the building and reviews looked good so I turned in. I only tried the apple fritter, but everything else looked good. The apple fritter was very good! I would definitely try other items if I lived in area, and would definitely recommend you give it a try.

Glad the donuts were hot and ready but multiple people were coughing & wiping their noses while handling the food without gloves. Hope you like c^vid 🫠 Their card reader was also not working and I don’t carry cash so I waited in line for nothing.
I have been a loyal customer at this establishment for over ten years. Today after my purchase I requested a mustard and 2 straws. I was informed by Liz that normally they only give out one straw but she would make an exception for me. I thought the comment was rude and offensive.
Hello don’t go out my way to much unless necessary. I came in for the first time today and stood patiently, I have a slight leg injury so stood behind everyone and even politely asked how much a coffee was, once the line was ended I was told I wasn’t in line just for not walking all the way around and was not serviced even tho customers acknowledged I was there. It’s an Asian lady and blonde white women maybe man with mask.
Amazing when discrimination can ooze from the owner of this location, Miss Kim herself! I, a black woman, was previously told that I couldn’t get a punch card for my donut purchases because I didn’t buy a dozen donuts in my purchase. Lo and behold, a Hispanic customer in front of me today purchased a whomping total of 6 donuts….SIX YALL total and was offered a punch card. Whoa…whoa…whoa…I’m sorry, here in America, a dozen is 12 and 6 is NOT 12. How you can run a business and not be able to decipher a dozen donuts is amazing. Astonishing, actually! One would say, it’s just a punch card. Sure, it is. But I also spend money here and based on the money spent, I’ve BEEN overdue for a free donut. But no worries, Miss Hó Kim and her “Orient Shop” will no longer receive business from myself or anyone I associate with who I know purchases donuts from this location.
