This place was great. First of all, our server was Madison and she was so lovely and helpful. She explained all the dishes very well and answered our questions. The food was exceptional. The noodles were slightly more firm than usual but still good. The gyoza was amazing.

Very nice ramen restaurant. The food was so good. I loved the Brussels sprouts tempura. I also had the Premium Tonkotsu Red. I tried level 5 that has some spice to it but I still added more hot sauce. Antonio was are server. He was very nice and made my first time eating here enjoyable. I will be returning.

The Jinya Ramen Original was great, and the Jinya bun was so good. Our server Gracie’s service was phenomenal. She was insightful on the menu, helped provide detailed options for a friend of mine with allergies and had great food pairing recommendations.

First time eating here and it was pretty good! We had two kinds of vegan ramen. Both were great! Also tried the impossible gyoza, which was also very yummy! It’s definitely a chill vibe, just try to get a booth seat if you can! The tables were fine, there’s just a lot of foot traffic. Overall, we really enjoyed it! All the staff are super nice and helpful!

Gracie was our sever and she was so cute and recommended me something I would normally never try! The mini tacos were super good. The drinks were super refreshing too!

This place would have gotten 5 stars, but they had gotten rid o a lot of their gluten free options, but didn't update the website. That's ok ok. My wife was able to find a few things on the menu that she could eat without issue. The server we had was phenomenal, because he was willing to go back and forth to the kitchen to make sure that he got the correct answers for my wife's gluten options. The food is amazing, the staff is phenomenal, and the atmosphere is incredible.

Had some kind of chicken (karaage?) for appetizer. Very nice seasoning and texture. Ramen was decent - I ordered the premium tonkotsu red (level 8) and thought that the broth could have a deeper/stronger taste. It felt more like a regular noodle soup vs. Ramen, if that makes sense. Tony was our server and he was great 😃 even asked if we wanted our drinks for To-go. 5/5. Atmosphere was top of the notch - 6/5. Clean and nice restroom as well. 2nd best restaurant restroom I've been to in Dallas.

Ordered a Ringo Mule, Crispy Chicken, Brussels Sprouts Tempura and Tonkotsu Black. All of them were good/great. Ramen missed a bit of “umami” or depth of taste in the broth but wasn’t a deal breaker.

This is a reminder to ask your server if the food in the picture is actually how it will be when served. The tonkotsu black ramen turned out great, but my brother’s Garlic Rice bowl was not it. It was nothing like what was advertised. As shown in the picture, it’s supposed to be finished with an egg table-side. Our server informed us that the kitchen now incorporates the egg into the rice because they don’t have the equipment to do it table-side. But clearly there is a difference in execution even if the egg is still included, both in presentation and texture. Second, it’s supposed to come with chicken chashu as an add on . Instead what was included was dry shredded chicken. This was not chashu by any means, and I feel like a Japanese cuisine focused restaurant would know better. I don’t mind if food doesn’t turn out that great, but what bothers me is when you try to order based off a photo and its description of what’s included and it’s not accurate at all AND it doesn’t taste good. This isn’t necessarily the servers fault, and I hope this gets corrected by management. Also there was some sauce on my side of the table I had to wipe up when we were seated and then one of the sauce bowls were dirty.

Mixed review. Really a nice place. Service was great. The open kitchen is really nice and makes dining more interesting. Seaweed salad was good. The spicy chicken ramen was the issue. 2 really small pieces of chicken… maybe 1/8th of a chicken breast. Also pay no veg at all. Top that off and the “spicy” broth was just a basic chicken broth they dumped a bunch of their house hot sauce into. The hot sauce seems to be Sriracha. That is not a good spicy ramen broth…. The broth needs work and also stack a couple more slices of chicken and veg and also how about an egg folks. For $17 it should be a decent Ramen. I’d come back but I would skip the ramen.

I believe they are under new management! The last time we ate here we had great service! I think we caught them on a bad day! The server is obviously new or just lazy because we were waiting for everything for a while. Plus, we caught our server and another conversating several times instead of working! We came in for the lunch special just to be told that it wasn’t available today . Our server didn’t explain that. The manager said he would make an exception for today just for her to take her time bringing our appetizer! The guacamole was brown and I refused to eat it ! Overall, I will not be coming back to this location if the service is like this. The one in Carrollton near H-mart is better.
