First time guest and was very impressed. I was warmly greeted upon arrival and my server came quickly. She was extremely outgoing, made recommendations and was extremely professional. Wonderful personality. I got the pancake flight which allows you to choose any 3 types of pancakes. The pancakes were all delicious. Personally I wish the pancakes were a little bigger and just charge another $2-$3 so your u feel full when done which I wasn't. I love that they give you warm pure maple syrup. My order actually came out wrong but the server immediately noticed and made several offers to fix it but I was fine with it. But that she was apologetic and gave me options to correct it if I desired was exceptional customer service. All types of seating available such as booths, tables, bar and even a nice outside patio
Wonderful brunch today, everything we had was great! We sat at the bar and overheard the GM encouraging her team, which honestly made the experience even better. You can tell this is a place that cares about its people, and it shows in the service.
Absolutely loved this place! Came with my son after a dentist appointment. Had the bacon but different and fried rice, he had the blueberry pancakes! Super impressed! We had the best waitress, KiKi. Absolutely fabulous customer service and attitude! Highly recommend! Love the decor inside also, very old dinner but cute and nice feel to it!
My family and I visited this Snooze location a couple days ago. The food and service was great. Our family waitress was Shay. She gave good suggestions about what to order and was very attentive. I forgot to take pictures of our delicious food. But we will be returning.
What a wonderful experience for breakfast although I can believe that any meal you chose will be well worth it. We ordered a delicious pancake variety dish that sampled three differently delightful options. They were all spectacular! Alongside that, I ordered the Protein Bowl with eggs bacon, pickled onion, carrots, spinach and a wonderfully light vinaigrette. The presentation of it was beautiful, but the taste was so pleasing. I shamelessly cleaned that bowl. Sorry, no pics. Ate it all and I can't wait to go back!!
We stopped by Snooze for breakfast while in Dallas. It was a quick walk from our hotel. We arrived around 8:45 on a Saturday morning. It was busy! We sat at the bar since there was no tables available. That was a-ok with us. We prefer the bar anyway. The restaurant gets very loud due to the number of people. The bar servers doubled as baristas so the service was slow and they weren't very attentive for coffee refills or water. The food was wonderful! They have many great choices for traditional breakfast or a healthy start to your day. Overall, I would definitely recommend. Just know on the weekend it's going to be crowded and loud and don't expect a quick in and out.
Today we had Rene as our server! Super friendly & he was in the weeds but still gave everyone great service. He got sat so many times while we had breakfast and was on point the entire time. The food here is always so good. I love their biscuits & gravy! It’s newer to menu and has a great kick to it. We love their pancakes & my hubby loves the cornbeef hash. The sweet lady that runs the food is always so kind & nice as well. Every time you walk in you are greeted by 3-4 lovely hostesses that are never rude or in a bad mood. We eat her often & the servers are just so good! As usual we will be back!!
I sat outside for brunch with my best friend. We got the chocolate haze hot chocolate, biscuits and gravy, and toffee pancakes (part of their holiday menu). It was all amazing! The hot chocolate was like a dessert topped with whipped cream with chocolate and caramel syrup. The rosemary in the gravy was such a flavorful twist on a classic. And oh the toffee pancakes!! There weren't nearly as sweet as we thought they would be but had a salty twang to them instead. Our waitress was busy but attentive. Overall, we had a wonderful brunch and will be back again!
My my my!!! This place is Amazing! From the time we entered the door and being greeted by Christian and Amber such an inviting experience! They were so wonderful in making sure we had the right seating without rush or pushiness! To the complete attention we received from our waitress Zay!!! Zay was so impressive and extremely delightful! Made my worry mind relax! I truly enjoyed being apart of her service! The atmosphere was so Grand! Zay great job I wish you were in Houston with us and giving us some of your delightful service! I will and highly recommend Snooze An A.M. Eatery!!! It was truly AN AMAZING AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!
I had a great experience today! Good atmosphere and the restaurant was very clean. We sat at the breakfast bar so we wouldn’t have to wait, Mimi took care of us almost immediately and was so nice. Kiki took our order and was very attentive and caring. Just wanted to emphasize how nice they both were because they definitely deserve the recognition! I will be back!
Add a group of 8 adults and children, we really enjoyed our weekend brunch at Snooze. There was about a 15-minute wait, but we were then seated and ordered coffee while we prepared the menu. We ordered various pancake and savory dishes and enjoyed all of them. I don't think you could order anything on the menu and be disappointed. The menu is varied and well thought out, and executed perfectly. They have an outdoor patio that looks very inviting. They are open at 6:30 a.m. everyday and close at 2:00 p.m. on weekdays and 4:00 p.m. on weekends. I highly recommend Snooze for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Check out the attached photos of the dishes we ordered.
My husband and I ate at Snooze after finding it on Google. It was great! We were a little turned off by the way the front parking area looked and smelled (with only 2 non-handicap and 2 handicap spots, by the way - the real parking lot is in the back of the building and you walk around to the front). Once we got inside, though, our hesitation vanished. It’s such a cool, fun, retro vibe! We sat in a booth, which was comfortable even with the worn out seat cushion. Kiki was our waitress. She was very friendly and didn’t hover over us asking if we were ready to order yet, which we really appreciated. We like to sit and enjoy our coffee for a little bit before we order our food. I ordered the corned beef hash with eggs over medium and rye toast. My husband ordered the classic with eggs over hard, bacon, and substitute a pancake for the toast. It costs $5.75 to “swap” the pancake for the toast, which I thought was expensive. When we had the pancake last for our breakfast dessert, it was definitely worth it! The whole meal was great!! The restaurant got busier as time passed and it was never really loud. I don’t remember overhearing anyone else’s conversation or being distracted by another table, which is a huge plus in a restaurant. I ordered a lavender latte to go (as is - with whole milk) and it was excellent! This was a great place that we will recommend to friends!
This may be a long review BUT it’s worth the read. Every time I go to this Snooze, the experience is great! Mimi has been my server twice now and she’s amazing at her job, she’s fast and has amazing customer service. She’s super nice and if you get a chance to have her as server, you won’t regret it. She’s amazing!! Next time I come back, I’ll be asking for her personality. I also got to speak with Brandy, the GM. Now this woman deserves all the blessings because she is someone that loves what she does TRULY! She speaks all the language that I absolutely stand by. I loved talking to her and hearing her speak upon Snooze and it gave me more reason of why I would love to work for Snooze. She really impressed me and honestly I have no words to describe how Brandy was in person, just know she’s amazing GM and she really cares about her employees and Snooze as a whole. I do hope I get to work with her one day and experience what everyone else gets to experience with her.
First time at snooze, it was pretty good. Food is a tad on the pricey side but the quality makes up for it. The customer service was phenomenal. The hostess, i don’t remember her name. She was working today Weds 10 Dec around noon. She was extremely welcoming. It’s nice to be welcomed in and asked how my day was going. Sometimes, it’s the little things that I appreciate most. The waitress, kiki, I believe her name was, was also great. Everything was said loud, clear, and with a smile. Many options were available for both food and drinks. Bathrooms were extremely clean as well. Snooze is one of the better recommendations I’ve received since living here. Definitely recommend.
Lc Container and Family came here for breakfast as we have done in the past and once again it did not disappoint. There were plenty of new options on the new menu as well as drink options for any taste we walked in and we’re seated almost immediately and had a enjoyable breakfast/brunch This is a great location and we will definitely be back.
Snooze in Dallas absolutely nailed it! From the moment we walked in, the energy was upbeat and the service was friendly. I tried the Barbacoa Chile Verde Benedict and Juan’s breakfast tacos — both were incredible! Perfectly poached eggs, flavorful meats, and that house-made hollandaise? Chef’s kiss. But the real MVPs? The Yellowbird Serrano and Habanero hot sauces on the table. 🔥 They added just the right kick and took everything to the next level. The crispy hashbrowns were golden and addictive, and the salsa on the side had just enough bite to keep things interesting. If you’re looking for a fun, fresh brunch spot in Dallas with bold flavors and great vibes, Snooze is the place. Can’t wait to go back!
Had a great breakfast at Snooze. The decor is fun and has an older diner feel. Tried two kinds of Eggs Benedict, the Habanero Pork Belly and the Salsa Verde. Both were excellent. The habanero had a good amount of heat. Service was good, if a bit on the slower side. We went on a Friday so it wasn't as busy as the weekend. Would go back.
I absolutely love Snooze! It’s my go-to breakfast spot and I always love bringing family or friends here for the first time. The staff is always lovely, food usually comes out fairly quickly, and it’s always good. My standard order is the snooze classic with the “cinnful” (off menu item) pancake. It’s good every single time I order it, no hit or miss! Do yourself a favor and visit, bring friends and family too!!
I want to give high compliments to the server whose name is RYAN. My wife and I talked about several items on the menu. RYAN was terrific. She said several times in a very nice way that the flight of three pancakes was a wonderful choice. Except for her I’d never have ordered it. It was wonderful. Really really nicely made with wonderful three different taste. She was the best waitress I have had in a long long time. Stephen
I got breakfast and oh my goodness are the scrambled eggs are like nothing I have eaten before. SO AIRY AND DELICIOUS. Kind of delicate. If you like perfectly burnt bacon this is for you. Hashbrowns are presented in a different way than I’ve seen before but that doesn’t affect the taste. 10/10 I do have to say that the seasonal pumpkin pancakes were mid. 7/10 the service was just ok. Staff was nice but my table was left to wait more than anticipated to order and to ask for cutlery. Atmosphere was great.
I visited the Oak Lawn location. There was no waiting when I arrived. Parking was free, and because there weren't many people in the restaurant, parking was plentiful. The staff was friendly, and my waiter was good. This was my first time here, so I decided to go with one of their classic items. I ordered the Snooze Classic with chicken sausage and a biscuit. The plating was normal for a chain restaurant. Right off the bat, I noticed the potatoes were cold. However, the chicken sausage was warm. The eggs, which some of the reviews bragged about, were nothing to write home about. At first taste, the only thing that captured my taste buds was the warm, flaky biscuit. I thought, here is a plate full of food, and the only thing that would make this place different or would cause me to come back is the biscuit!! All in all, this is a normal place with not too much WOW factor in terms of food! I do want to apologize to the person who responded to my review before I completed it (not your fault). So if you look at the restaurant comment and try to match it to my review, you can't.
I had a pretty disappointing experience here. The service was friendly and the staff were polite, but the overall experience just wasn’t worth it. The wait time for the food was extremely slow, especially considering the restaurant didn’t seem overly busy. When the food finally arrived, the portion size was surprisingly small for the price they charge. For what you’re paying, you would expect a much more satisfying plate. On top of that, the toast was served cold, which made it feel like the food had been sitting for a while before being brought out. Another thing that stood out was the water—it honestly tasted like it came straight from the faucet, which didn’t make the experience any better. Between the slow service, small portions for the price, and the quality issues, it just didn’t feel worth it. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t come back again.
