I love this place! Amazing for a healthy quick fresh lunch. Also an easy way to count macros and stay on track with your fitness goals.

Yesterday was my 2nd visit because friends strongly recommended SweetGreen. Honestly, I wish I knew and ate at this place sooner because the food's delicious. Also, the staff is very friendly and the portions are very filling.

DJ was excellent with making my bowl today! I haven’t been to sweetgreen in over a year and he advised me on the new bowls. Awesome service!

My first time here. I'm definitely keeping this place in mind when I'm out for lunch. I had the Steak Mezze and my friend had Crispy Rice Bowl. Both salads packed with a lot of taste. 😋😋

We ordered for a second time from here, for delivery for 8 people. Service was just as good as before, no issues. Everyone’s order arrived as expect, no issues. This time I ordered a create your own. It was very good, loved the flavor and freshness. See pick for my ingredients in my create your own. Will definitely order from here again. We ordered lunch from here today to be delivered for 6 people. Pretty easy ordering and delivery, happened within 30 minutes, food arrived still warm. All orders were correct, nothing missing and nothing messed up with any of the 6 orders. I ordered the Hot Honey Chicken, loved the sauce, it had a great taste and flavor. I am not one that eats at the healthiest places, but this food was great, would definitely order from here again in the future.

Visited 7/19/25 Wow! I can’t wait to visit again. Service was fast, food was fresh, and even though I didn’t “dine-in” the restaurant was nice/clean. My harvest bowl was made by “D.J” and he made it perfect. It was my first time visiting and I’m already looking at the menu for my next visit. Keep up the good work!

Finally the infamous Sweet Green is here in Dallas. I created my own bowl because I just couldn’t decide on what I wanted, there were so many choices! I basically created a Thai bowl with tofu as my protein and miso sesame ginger dressing. Everything was very fresh and delicious! The environment is chill, clean, and welcoming. I understand it was the first week, but customer service and pace could improve.

Green goddess ranch yum and sweet potatoes roasted to perfection. The curried cauliflower bowl. I enjoyed it but neither of us a fan of their tahini dressing. Not sure how to describe it but to say it's different and more bitter than I'm used to from elsewhere. I didn't care for the hot sauce they serve with it but my bf liked it better than the tahini. Staff was nice and helpful. And PATIENT with us as first time customers. A+ for that. The honey hot chicken bowl was just ok to me. Chicken flavorful but without the honey mustard sauce the rest of the bowl is pretty bland. Nothing particularly wrong with that. I feel those of who try to prioritize healthier eating know when you're going healthy you can expect only so much flavor when all the unnatural junky ingredients ... added sugars fats and such have been removed from a dish. They don't even offer any type or form of sweetener here to add to their unsweetened teas lol So just a heads up... this place is definitely healthy.

Okay so salads to go close which was my favorite and I really wanted something healthy so I Googled and I found this place. First I'm going was on a Thursday and I'm at a lovely lady I did not get her name but she was so beautiful represented the company awesome second day I went I met Josie OMG when I tell you the salad is what brought me back but those two individuals or what made me tip okay kind smooth conversation throughout the line education of the food I was able to pick something different than what I couldn't have on my salad and it was great and just in case if you were wanting I had the steak honey crunch I believe that's the name of it and it was so good plan on definitely going back I will be bringing my coworkers we are always looking for somewhere fun to eat and at the same time not become overly stressed in our digestion so sweet greens you have a customer in me see you soon.

A nice spot with plenty of veggies to choose from. I had the roasted tofu as my protein and it was yummy! The mushrooms were also good! I loved that they tossed the bowl with all of the ingredients I chose. Also, the portions are plentiful, so I have two or three servings in bowl.

This was my first time trying Sweetgreen. The vegetables were good and the customer was great. The steak wasn’t great. It was gray, chewy, and lacked flavor.

I just ordered from Uber, the delivery’s person was great, did a great delivery. The restaurant didn’t send cutlery or napkins though . I GUESS I HAVE TO EAT IT WITH MY BARELY HANDS! 👍🏻 I also paid for extra chicken, I don’t think I got it.

I usually enjoy Sweetgreen, but this order was really disappointing. I got home with my to-go meal only to realize they forgot the sauce entirely. The meal itself was fine, but without the dressing it was pretty bland and not what I paid for. Double-checking to-go orders before they go out would make a big difference.

this location is wildly inconsistent. I would stay away from the sweet potato sides, they look good on the website/app but all 3 times I have ordered they have come out basically inedible. The bowls are either a 1 star or 5 star depending on the day.

I had to wait an extra 25 minutes beyond the provided pick up time. Only receive a bowl that only had quinoa, lettuce, and dressing. Not a single piece of steak for my “steak bowl” that cost $17. What a waste of time and money.

What a bad service the workers who are in the delivery area provide by delivery you affectionately go to ask about your food and what they do is give you bad answers and turn your back very rude they should supervise their employees so that they have a good presentation before their customers and good education of very bad taste

I placed an order and purposely scheduled to pick it up at 7 PM, as I could not get over there until then. They made my order half an hour early, so it had been 45 minutes until I was able to get my order, so it was cold. To make matters worse, I open it up, and there is ONE full potato, and 2 half potatoes. I have included a picture of my order below, taken right after I opened it and put the sauce on. And just wait it get’s worse. When I bit into the sweet potato it was completely RAW. I attempted multiple times to contact management or the store directly, and it was absolutely impossible to reach anyone except for the Sweet Green support team, who was of ZERO help. I usually have a great experience with Sweet Green so this is not only unacceptable, but HIGHLY disappointing and will definitely make me think twice next time about ordering from Sweet Green.

This was my second time eating at Sweet Greens and I have to say I don’t think I will be eating here again. My first time was so amazing that I wanted to add this place to my fav restaurants but unfortunately that can’t happen. To have burnt broccoli that’s is suppose to be spicy, burnt sweet potatoes which makes the whole bowl taste burnt is disgusting not to mention all of that you are charged extra for. If you are going to charge for it at least make it edible. It was dry like you charge for everything add it on there. I had recommended to some family and friends I’m going to have to rethink that. Once it was time to pay I did tap, the tip screen came first she mentioned to click “f” for no tip which I was looking for considering it was first time there she looked annoyed as she clicked it for me and walked away. Please train her to do better as in I won’t be returning to this location.

Extremely inconsistent. I’m a Sweetgreen regular and sometimes portions are great and food is delicious, however on numerous occasions I have ordered delivery and been given a pathetically small portion. Today it was less 1oz of chicken and no more than a few pieces of sweet potatoes on my harvest bowl. So disappointing for a $17 salad.

Portions are consistently minimized, and if a topping is even slightly over, they take food back instead of simply serving it. Compared to other states, the portions here are noticeably smaller and feel stingy. 2. Dressing Issues – It’s shocking how often this location is out of balsamic vinaigrette. I understand shortages happen, but it has become a frequent problem. What makes it worse is that balsamic is usually available for delivery orders, yet customers in-store are told it isn’t an option. 3. Customer Service – Aside from a few kind team members, most of the staff seem uninterested in being there, which creates an unwelcoming experience. I hate to leave this kind of review because I truly love Sweetgreen as a brand, but this location badly needs attention from management. The standards here don’t match the quality and experience Sweetgreen promises, and it’s disappointing as a loyal customer.

This isn’t the first time this happened to me at this location I’ve ordered here three times now the first and second time I ordered two times chicken and this time I did three times chicken and this is what I got. I’m going to file fraud on my credit card because this is straight ip fraud.

I’ve ordered from this location multiple times and they are ALWAYS out of something. Today it was wild rice, avocados, and lids to your bowls. Other times it’s other menu items or the actual bowls. They are always forgetting things / doing orders incorrectly.
