Charnyce has an attitude issue. we ordered the food but as we were about to drive off we saw the image on the screen show the new midnight baja drink. we figured we would order that at the window since we were already pulling forward. it's a drink, no big deal, right? it doesn't need to be cooked, the drink machine is right there and it should not hold up the line, and i am buying something additional. when we pull up and she says the price we ask as we are handing her the card "oh can we add a drink to that?" the sentence wasn't even fully out of my mouth before she says "NO." with an attitude. as if i have asked for the world. as if another girl wasn't just standing beside her doing nothing. either one of them could have quickly done it. hell i would have paid cash if it was an issue with the system. but the curt denial to my request is what I got. if an employee loathes their job and hates customers what about putting them in a non customer facing position. Just a thought. but no worries, I will not be back.

Was not very happy with this location. Did not have a good experience with the drive-through as it took way longer than expected to just place my order and get my food. I ordered 212 packs of tacos for my office and they did a horrible job packaging and making the tacos as it tasted like the food was old and crunchy tacos were stale. They didn’t have any of the sauces or condiments along with the tacos that most Taco Bell‘s typically have I was trying to do something nice for my guys at the office and feel like I did a part, I will not be back to this location

I need to customize my order due to dietary restrictions, and not only did they get the order wrong, but when they tried to correct it, it was worse. There was no chicken in the chicken power bowls and hardly any chicken in the chicken chalupas. I was up charged for chicken that I didn’t even get. This was a $75 order! On top of the outside of the restaurant being dirty, the cashier was rude when I explained the situation and was not really wanting to correct it.

Ordered 2 10 and 2 bean and cheese tacos because the veggie tacos are no longer being sold. The bean and cheese tacos were soo poor I was eating flour tortillas. Also like people have commented on other reviews, its too cold.

This is probably one of the worst locations I've dealt with. They don't serve coffee in the mornings. I got hair in my food before. They can't get my order right. The food is poorly made. They don't always cut the food that should be cut. It's just not worth going to. If you are in this area and looking for something to eat, choose somewhere else.

This taco bell is the worst in the area. The managers don’t have ANY CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS! We have been eating at taco bell for over ten years and we can’t eat fried food so we always get Gorditas instead of Chalupas ( literally the same bread they make the chalupa out of- the gordita is simply the same bread but before they fry it) today the MANAGER of this location argued with us that she couldn’t make it because there isn’t a button for it….. 🙄🤦‍♀️🤯🤯🤯. She adamantly refused to make it for us even when we explained it is the SAME thing as a chalupa but the bread isn’t fried that is it- literally saving them a step in the process! Then we drove back around and asked for the chalupa meal but don’t fry the bread- SAME THING WE LITERALLY JUST Explained and then they were magically able to make them because the word gordita was just so confusing to them I guess even though we kindly and patiently explained to the manager what we needed. I called because I suspected that the person claiming to be a manager wasn’t actually a manager- but they don’t know how to work their phone so when I called they went to put me on hold to wait for a manager- then hung up on me. I called back 4 times and they wouldn’t answer. Just go down the road to the other taco bell. This one is trash.

The food is always great the service however was terrible, the drive through line is an automated system and its complicated to order through I drove up to the window to place my order with the Window worker, and she stated that she cant help me that I had to order through the automated system. I then stated my order is a little complicated so I will just come in. I parked and entered the establishment and the same lady told me I had to order from the kiosk. The place was empty nobody was in there except me. I understand if it was busy the kiosk is beneficial but obviously I needed assistance beyond that. SHE WAS RUDE AND UNWILLING TO HELP. But just wondering what was going on once again 9/13/21 trying to purchase something to eat and no one is opening the door being a bus driver we cant come through the drive through. But what made me change my review. I walk to the front door and one of the workers just looked at me and walk off. How and why is this place still open?!? OK February 14, 2025 went to get breakfast and the manager did not put ice in my soda. The food was not even warm and I ordered a quesadilla. The cheese won’t even melt it. The sausage is cold and he had the nerve to get an attitude before even presenting me with anything got a burrito a breakfast burrito from him and it was just as dry in the eggs was super cold. I’m so disgusted by this Taco Bell 🛎️ I opened my vegan tacos to discover that one had cheese and another had half meat and half beans…so gross as you can see in this photo!! Additionally, we waited over 30 mins in line for our order. So disappointing since we spent $50 on the party pack tacos that we couldn’t eat. We ordered it with black beans but they gave us refined beans instead. The tacos were all stale and soggy with hardly any filling… I am so grossed out by this location, we will never go here again. Sadly we wish that there were some late night vegan spots, this is definitely not worth your time or taste buds…
