I love noodle wave especially this location. The employees are extremely nice, and the service is outstanding. To be honest, they are probably the nicest employees out there. They were so optimistic and joyful. The food was also really really good. Really recommend this location.

While in Dallas stopped for lunch at @thainoodlewave, this is a spot that I am a fan of. The Dallas location (forest & preston) is a to-go location with a few seats inside and a few tables outside. We ordered Tom Yum Soup, Satay, Wings, Steamed Dumplings, Tung Tac, and Kaow Soy. first off, the food was on point, and I enjoyed the Satay, Thai Style Wings, and Dumplings. I was really excited about the Kaow Soy since I do like the Memoni and the Burmese styles (both are quite different), so I really wanted to try it. and honestly, it is now my favorite item here. the beef was perfectly tender, and the curry was full of flavor. it all just went well together. overall, this is a great spot. I definitely will be back.

Cute Thai restaurant with great service. They have a variety on their menu that makes it hard to choose because everything sounds great. The Vietnamese noodle soup was a big portion with great flavor. Thai tea was freshly brewed and their spicy dishes are super delicious. Get the crab ragoons, they’re authentic and delicious.

Fantastic Thai food. Incredibly flavourful and large portions. One dish can easily feed 2 people. We tried the Singapore Curry Noodles, Pad See Ew, Pad Thai, and Crab noodles. We recommend all of them. The crab noodles do have a seafood scent so be mindful of that when ordering! Customer service was great and we enjoyed the Tom Yum Soup that was kindly given to us. A great spot of halal (hand cut / zabiha) food.

Great little place for take out! Lunch Specials! Orders are made to order. Friendly helpful counter service, or call ahead. Just 1 cozy table, or limited bar seating. Nice packaging. Ordered the Vietnamese Spring Rolls with Chicken, and the Spicy Beef Stir-fry, came with steamed rice and mushroom soup. The spring rolls were filled with fresh vegetables (not overly loaded with rice noodles), and came with a dressing sauce. The mushroom soup came out with hearty chunks of mushroom, celery, onion, and julienne carrots in a light broth. The Stir-fry comes with separate rice on top (great for those watching their carbs and keeps the rice from drying out). The stir-fry on bottom was steamy, vibrant vegetables, and the right amount of sauce to combine with the rice.

Thai Noodle Wave never fails us. The Chicken Spring Rolls were nice and crispy. The dipping sauce exceptional and I put the leftover sauce over the side salad. My green curry with the softest tofu ever and Number 1 heat was outstanding. I had a third last night, a third this morning for breakfast with a fried egg on top, and the rest for lunch. My husband enjoyed his Kung Pao chicken. I’m surprised I haven’t reviewed Thai Noodle before, because we seem to gravitate to them often in our choices of cuisines.

I'm a regular here, this is my go-to place and the staff is very friendly. I've tried lots of items, and they all hit the spot*! If it's cold outside, don't forget to try their Thai noodle soup. Their "soup of the day" is also worth trying. Their clear soups, curry soup, noodle soup, all are unique and worth trying. When it comes to their main courses, if you're unsure, try their bento boxes, it's like a buffet. On their stir-fried options, don't forget to try their Mongolian beef, kung-pao, and garlic with broccoli chicken. I always ask for extra vegetables because why not? Overall this place is a must try. *Taste is subjective. I love their food, but will you? There's only one way to find out!

The restaurant was clean and cozy! The staff at the front desk were super kind and welcoming! Most importantly the food was delicious. Halal certified and high quality ingredients… Highly recommend if you are wanting to try out authentic Thai flavors and classic dishes. I also appreciate that the music wasn’t too loud, so my partner and I could talk at reasonable volume. Quick service, fair pricing, and comfortable seating at the high-top table. Thank you!

First time visiting. The food and the service were phenomenal. Loved the decor and thought the atmosphere is very relaxing and enjoyable. We ordered the Rama stir fry with beef and cashew chicken. So good! No regrets. If I'm nearby I definitely plan on visiting again.

My parents like to get take-out from here but I wasn't a fan. However, they got it again tonight while I was hanging out with them and they've made very positive changes. My pineapple curry was DELICIOUS! The crab rangoons, too. My parents even commented their dishes were better than usual. Keep up the good work!

Great Thai food here! There pad kee mao is delicious and made with the ground chicken which I love. This is the best Thai I have had in Dallas. Great food!

For anyone coming here for the first time, it is not really a sit-down restaurant but more of a pick-up-and-go. I like that I can get extra sauce on my pad thai because I let it more wet. I've had places where I tell them "more sauce" but it still comes out dry.

We stopped spontaneously. The food was delicious the service was good too. It is good the offer a little small portion than normal. The price is quite high for eating out of a box. We seated outside which is okay near the street and parking. Good for take out, price a little bit too high.

The food is just ok, but dining in the restaurant with a shallow plastic bowl is a disaster for noodle soup. It’s a never visit ;93 me.

Very disappointing experience at the Dallas location of Noodle Wave. While we were ordering, one of the staff members was on the phone and spoke very rudely to customers. She acted as if customers shouldn’t clarify their orders. When I tried to explain what we expected—especially after our order was already incorrect—she responded with “You don’t have to tell me,” which was shocking considering we were paying customers. Yes I do have to tell as this is my order and I am paying . Wonder How she get hired that location with that nasty attitude!!! @ owner should check your camera 03/05/2026 at 5.20 pm who was the lady work and pick up calls with horrible, nasty attitude Our order was also messed up, and we spent around $80. When you’re paying that much, you expect at least basic respect and service. The attitude from the employee made the situation much worse. This message is really for@ the owner: I know Noodle Wave has several locations, but the DALLAS location seriously needs attention. Staff should treat customers with professionalism and respect. I hope management looks into this because no customer should be spoken to that way.

I ordered drunken noodles with spice level 1, drive 15 minutes to pick it up and 15 minutes back. When I got home and opened my order there was nothing but chilies all over the order. I called to see what can be done, the lady on the phone was extremely rude and said we don’t know what spice level people can handle. What horrible service.

Very bad experience with the front desk. We were trying to place an order just before around 8:40pm and we asked it for dine in and the front desk started saying that they accept only To-go orders and when asked once again then he said we are closing in next 20 mins, so we are not taking the dine in orders anymore and then we said to cancel the order and then he started saying that we have time. He literally changed his words 3 times and This is one of the first and worst experiences ever at noodle wave. I have been to Noodle wave Richardson and Frisco but never had this experience at all but this place is like mewh ! Never gonna come back!!!

Would like to start off by saying the Garland location is way better. While we were ordering we were not asked about our spice level, though customers after us were, presumably based on being pale skinned. Furthermore when our chicken katsu curry came out, the chicken was extremely rubbery and honestly ruined the dish. Lastly the location is very small which wouldn’t be a problem normally but there’s not even a customer restroom they just tell you to walk to the CVS.

I recently placed an order hoping things had improved, but unfortunately, this experience was an embarrassing reminder of why I stopped ordering from here previously. The amount of chicken provided in both entrees was completely unacceptable and offered zero value for the price. The Pineapple Fried Rice with chicken was severely disappointing. The rice itself was dried out and tasted stale. Worse, the "chicken" amounted to only about two small, threadbare shavings of meat. This was not a portion; it was a garnish in a dish that should have protein as a main ingredient. The Pad Thai with chicken suffered from the exact same issue. It was almost entirely noodles, contained hardly any vegetables, and again, featured only two small, thin shavings of chicken. To pay full price of $30+ for two chicken entrees and receive what felt like leftover scraps of protein is truly embarrassing for the restaurant's quality control. I strongly recommend avoiding this establishment until they address the unacceptable protein portions and poor rice quality.

I came to this establishment to order and the service was actually crazy. I’ve never walked out on an order until now. This man has his headphones in, on his phone. I asked a question and there was no indication that he heard me even though he was directly in front of me. I gave benefit of doubt until last minute, where I said what I’d like to order and he just punches it in and doesn’t say anything about my total, nothing. Just stands there. I didn’t realize he finished. Was worried he wouldn’t care less about the quality of my food either, so I said thank you and left.
