KFC

I’m not a fast food person, but I wanted to give this KFC a 5 stars for their interior design. I have visited KFCs in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau. Not one of the above can compete with this KFC’s interior design. Most of the KFCs in San Francisco area are dirty, worn out, and barely has any dine in tables. This KFC is spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. It was such an amazing experience just stopping by. I also love how their chicken sandwich was thoughtfully wrapped in foil wrap lining bag which most of the fast food restaurants don’t care to do.

Note: I haven't tried this location as of yet but: Strange that on Google search for this KFC when looking at their photos, this is a restaurant for families and they are showing 1 photo which looks like a fight, they need to take that one photo down. Nobody wants to see a photo of someone fighting! REMOVE THAT PHOTO!

This is a decent KFC location. Staff was friendly. I hadn't visited KFC in a long while. Potions seem to be smaller, specially when compared to Popeyes. But, then again, KFCs prices are lower. The taste of the soda was not great. For dinner reason it tasted a bit like chlorine. Plenty of parking.

Half taco bell half KFC. Not a bad spot chicken was fresh and the fries were good too kids loved the nuggets. Took a while to get served and took a while to get extra sauces the staff are either busy or busy looking busy and ignoring the customers. Food was still good though

The cashier got my order wrong. I apparently paid $1 more than the order that I originally wanted. So I explained to the manager/supervisor that I was owed a dollar. She took the receipt that the cashier told her that was my order and showed me that I paid $9.99. So as I was eating, I checked my online banking and sure enough I paid $10.98. so I told the manager/supervisor that I was correct. Then she started saying well I'm only going by what was told to me. Well thinking that she is in a position of leadership, it would make common sense that she should have looked at the receipt description of the item rather than assuming that I paid $9.99. I could tell right away she had a small attitude as she went to the back to give me my dollar. As she apologized for my experience, she started to say that she only went by what she was told from her subordinate. She should have checked the receipt to make sure that was the actual receipt for my order instead of insisting that I paid $9.99 passing blame to your subordinates rather than taking accountability for the experience of a customer does not exemplify what a leader/supervisor should be. Since she did try to apologize, instead of me giving a one star I will give this experience a two star.

Why is chicken side closed at 10pm if the sigh in the window says 1am why is the drive thru light off? Maybe so customers think you are closed.... because you look closed and don't have chalupas, don't have chicken. Basically nothing that is being advertised for 5$ you don't have. Also only fire sauce. How can this be possible. Where is management. Why do you look closed at 10:30. How high does the guy taking my order have to be?

I ordered a bucket of 8 pieces and the boxe of 5 pieces combo, by the time I got home and counted only receive 7 pieces in the bucket 3 pieces in the box of combo, which I short by 3 pieces. This will be my last time order from this KFC. This is the worst KFC.

Ready for dine opened the bag, chicken was stone cold it had been cooked days ago, sides were total soup and biscuits hard as rocks. Instead of honey for biscuits they gave us hot sauce. Tossed the whole thing! No receipt was offered. Horrible experience!

Management is rude very disrespectful and lacks customer service. Never eat here go to Krispy Krunchy Chicken or Popeyes better service and nicer empyees. Would give less then one star. The empyees handle or services food without wearing gloves. Told the manager and she said no they dont have too, but they should generally wear gloves as it is considered best practice to avoid bare hand contact with ready-to-eat foods like fries, which helps prevent cross-contamination and adheres to most food safety regulations; although specific laws may vary by location, most recommend using gloves when handling food directly ready for consumption. But again the manager is rude disrespectful and should take classes in Hospitality. I woulder how she has a job in the service industry. Again want to emphasize how rude, disrespectful the manager was.

Food was stone cold, despite being a decently sized order. No way it was safe to eat. Food was missing a drink and two orders of fries. Workers outside vaping every 5 minutes instead of working.

The food was cold and the prices are very high, the service is very bad, they take bad orders and are not responsible. We ordered a combo of 6 wings, a chicken bucket, 6 breads, potatoes and a soda but we only got 4 breads. They didn't hear that we ordered a chicken bucket, two SMALL potatoes for 7 dollars and enzyme. They asked us to return just to give us 2 loaves and finally they didn't even give us the bill. Check your order before you leave the drive through. My order of 24 nuggets was short 12 nuggets but didn't realize the error until I got home and it was too late to correct.
