Delicious filippino breakfast! They serve a cup of complimentary soup at the start of your meal. I ordered the bansilog which is milk fish marinated in vinegar then deep fried.

I loved the ambiance! Felt like home, and it was easy to order. You order up front and find a seat. We got there before the lunch rush started, and the service was quick! The food portions were great. Self-serve area for extra silverware, water, and condiments.

This place is so so good. Will continue coming back as long as it’s open. But PLEASE please fix the god awful excruciating, painfully loud, screech that happens every time someone opens/closes the front door.

Stopped by on my way to the airport. Delicious combination of chicken and braised beef and a fried egg. Nice ambiance with soft music and warm colors. Employees are all so friendly!

Pleasantly surprised. I've heard of Tselogs before, but never had the chance to go until today. We initially drove to Gateway Kitchen (Google said they were open. Got there and saw they had a sign saying they're closed for the day), then we drove to Superstar (Same as Gateway, closed for the day). Was there something going on in the Filipino community? I had no idea. But we didn't give up. We considered Turo, but since I've never tried Tselogs, we went there instead. Parking was a bit difficult to find. We found a spot on a side street. We entered the restaurant and waited to be seated. There were 7 or 8 tables, half of which were occupied. The lone server was busy with another group of customers. After awkwardly standing by the entrance for a couple of minutes, we were told that we were welcome to pick our own table and take our seats. We were given menus and were told to order and pay at the counter. We ordered Tocilog, sisig fries, lechon kare kare, and a slice of buko pie and waited about 15 to 20 minutes before food was served. The server and the cooks sounded Filipino, so I wasn't surprised that the food tasted delicious. What started out as a budget breakfast ended up being a proper brunch (complete with a price to match). We spent about $60 before tax and tip, but we did take quite a bit of it home. Also have to mention their interiors. Love the bar and the filipino touches. The restroom was clean, too. Didn't see a cocktail menu, so I do want to come back to see what they offer. Check them out!

Thank you, Tselogs, for making my silog dreams come true! I came for early lunch and brought my appetite. I chose a seat with a view. The sisigsilog was perfect. The sisig was brought out still sizzling. The Tocilog was also amazing. They have a full liquor bar, and while I didn't partake, I did have a Red Horse! The whole experience made me feel like I was in Cebu for a minute.

I've been to Tselogs more than once, my experience has been great. Tselogs has enough business but isn't too crowded. The food and portions are great, the service is nice as well. Will I return? Of course! So you should head over and give it a shot. I always get the Noksilog (chicken) because it's really good at a great price.

I love lumpia! This place has a robust menu and awesome atmosphere. With very friendly staff and some great Filipino flavors, Tselogs has found a special place in my heart. Overall a solid A grade, I would recommend this place to all.

Street parking only. Cafeteria style of service. You order at the counter first, and then the food gets delivered to your table. Self-service water station. Tried their tapsilog and beef Mami soup. I love their decor.

Ultimate Filipino comfort food - just like how my mom makes it! We had the pancit and sisigsilog - both were absolutely delicious. The service was friendly, helpful and fantastic. Worth the 20 min drive from San Fran - MUST EAT!

My absolute favorite casual Filipino restaurant. This is a chill place where you order at the front and there is seating available in a cute dining room. Love, love the chicken sisig with the garlic rice and the slightly running egg. They also have ube pie! 🥲 So good.

One of my go-to’s for quick and delicious Filipino food. Of course, their tselog plates are the standouts, but I also really love their arroz Caldo. It’s a warm rice-based chicken soup with plenty of ginger. It’s the perfect dish for a foggy day (almost always in Daly City 😅).

Came in the other day to enjoy some Filipino comfort food! Order at the counter, get a number, find a seat, and wait for the food to be delivered. I ordered the Lechon Kawali and it was soooo good. The plate comes with fried pork belly (so crispy and tender and delicious), garlic rice, a fried egg, gravy, and cucumber/tomatoes. Also ordered the lumpiang shanghai as appetizers. Will definitely be returning here!

Cute local neighborhood restaurant with tasty silogs and other comfort Filipino food offerings. The staff is very friendly and are very conscientious about social distancing and sanitizing. Right now, they're only offering take-out but we are looking forward to the time when it's safe go back to eating indoors. There is no loss in quality with take-out. Please support this establishment!

I was working in the area and I did a Google search for restaurants and this one popped up near me. I saw they had lechon kare kare and I had to try it! I'm so glad I did. I came here for lunch on a Wednesday. The weather was nice and cold so this Filipino soul food would warm my heart. I ordered the lechon Kare Kare and garlic rice. I ordered the garlic rice in its own container so that I can eat eat it over rice. They really need to serve over rice plates other than silogs. Oh my God this is the best Filipino food I've had. I have worked in Filipino restaurants and I have eaten Filipino food my entire life. Let's start out with the basics. The vegetables were not overcooked or mushy. Perfect. The eggplant was nice and soft as it should be. The bok choy was still crisp and not mushy. The green beans were cooked perfectly and that they were not overly crispy or not Mushy. The lechon!!! don't get me started! It Was so damn good! Usually lechon is not cooked long enough and the fat is not rendered and you get a hard piece of pork with a hard piece of skin. Not here! It was cooked perfectly in that the fat was rendered and when you bite into it it melts in your mouth followed up with the crispy crunch of the crunchy skin! And that was for every bite! The sauce was so damn good over rice. I need to order some more rice next time. Order two servings of rice! This was the only thing I tried since it was just myself. But damn I want to come back and try everything else! Please try this place and keep them in business I did read the reviews that it is expensive but I have been eating out recently and the quality of the food has gone way down. Here at least the food is great based on what I had today. Everything is damn expensive now so if you don't want to pay cook for yourself

Small, authentic Filipino restaurant known for their silog and their lechon kare-kare, but save room for their buko and Ube pies for dessert. Shrimp chips are provided as a complementary starter. The staff are incredibly friendly, portions are generous, and the food has delicious flavor. Note that you order at the counter and they bring the food to you.

Great vib, great service (Ann was very friendly), great food with the perfect Filipino breakfast choices for those looking for garlic rice with an egg over easy....and a slice of their macapuno ube pie right out of the oven to top off our 1st (but definitely not our last) visit!!!

A lot of Filipino restaurants don't pay much attention to the physical aesthetics and I give these folks props. Don't get me wrong, the dish I had was excellent, perhaps the best Palabok I've had in recent years. It's the only dish I've tried yet, so I'm going out on a limb in assuming the rest of their fares are good, and by looking around, other patrons seem to love what they ordered. The prices are a bit on the spendy side, but then again, it's a nice restaurant, the kind of place where you can take group of friends, especially those who aren't familiar with Filipino cuisine and take your time experimenting and linger on a bit. I say that with pleasing approval. I guess I'm used to other Filipino restaurants where the decor takes a back seat and most patrons eat hurriedly, like a Pacman game rushing along. So this place is a good change of pace, where it feels above the average and the food presentation is more polished.

Tselogs in Daly City has been my go-to spot for years, and their Chicken Sisig with Garlic Rice and Arroz Caldo never disappoint! The flavors are bold, comforting, and authentic—exactly what you want from great Filipino food. Beyond the incredible dishes, their location also offers great drinks, making it the perfect place to bring family or friends for an amazing meal. If you’re looking for the best Filipino comfort food in Daly City, Tselogs is the place to be!

Hands down, Tselogs ranks among the Top 5 Filipino restaurants in the greater Bay Area. Serving Filipino high cuisine in an approachable, yet beautifully designed setting, Tselogs is perfect for date night or dinner with mom and dad. Highlights include: * Lumpia Shanghai, different from the rest in terms of its juicy, well-seasoned meat filling. Perfect to start the meal with some beer. * Tokwa’t baboy, a crispy sensation of deep fried pork belly and tofu, giving just the right amount of meaty crunch while supplementing with healthier veg protein. * Lechón Kare-Kare, a marriage of two great things — steamed vegetables and wonderfully elegant peanut butter sauce, topped with generous slices of crunchy pork belly. * Ube Macapuno Pie, a visual treat with an egg custard filling to die for, a wonderfully milky, earthy finish coming through from ube. Full bar, with wide array of island-inspired specialty cocktails.

Small, but nicely decorated mom and pop Filipino resto that serves different breakfast combinations. We ordered the bangsilog, longsilog, and combo longsilog with sisig. The food was delicious, and fairly priced. The service was quick and the server was friendly. Highly recommend this place!

A solid spot to grab Filipino food favorites. Whether you're a seasoned Filipino food foodie or want to try it for the first time, this is a good spot to do either. Honestly, the staff are cool, the vibes were chill, and the food was good. The only downside is that if it's busy in the area, parking can be a tad bit difficult.

Nice ambiance, quick and easy to order. But was disappointed with the tapsilog. It was very sweet. If I was looking for a meat that’s sweet, I should’ve gotten the tocino instead. Will try other dishes, Hopefully it would be good next time

Amazing buko pie. If you want buko pie, this is the only place to get it, it tastes just like it did back in the philippines! The Tocilog during happy hour is a great deal, but personally, I feel like I have had better tocino elsewhere and honestly am glad I got this Tocilog during happy hour pricing. But support this place for the buko pie alone!! I will return to try the ube pie!

Went in for brunch on a Friday and metered street parking was readily available. If it is cold outside then it will likely be cold inside the restaurant. We ordered the tapsilog, tocilog, and the sisigsilog. The tapa was nothing amazing and the tocino was tough to chew with some pieces feeling cold in temp. The saving grace was the sisigsilog! I would def come back only to eat this dish.

R

Flavorful Filipino food. The service was attentive and quick. We loved the chicken sigsig, baby milkfish, and boku pie. Complimentary chicken broth was a welcoming touch. The pancit was good but not great; same with the fried pork belly. Would definitely go back for the Sigsig and buko pie! Yum!

We ordered lumpia, Palabok, Dinuguan, spaghetti, garlic rice and the tapsilog. The lumpia was very good although quite small. I really enjoyed the dinuguan and the tapsilog with the garlic rice. Although I wasn’t quite sure why the dinuguan was black, it was quite tasty for my first experience. It has a nice hearty and savory flavor and the tapsilog was very yummy and sweet to pair with the rice. The spaghetti and palabok didn’t stand out to me. However I will say the cheese on the spaghetti did taste better and fresh compared to jollibees. Overall, pretty good value and food. The service was ok, water and extra utensils were self service but the waitstaff would assist you if you requested it.

The tocilo is great—sweet and savory. The restaurant is comfortable with a nice atmosphere and decorations. Not much service — you order and pay at the counter, yet the cash register still asks for a tip.

This was an impromptu dinner choice after some back-and-forth, and we landed here. As soon as we sat down, we were informed of an automatic 18% gratuity for parties of 5 or more. Normally not an issue, but since this is a self-service setup (order at the counter, grab your own utensils, etc.), it felt mismatched with the level of service provided. We ordered several rice plates and sides. Highlights: • Chicken Sisig – Packed with flavor, favorite dish of the night. • Lechon Kare Kare – Delicious sauce, helped balance the roast pork. • Lechon Kawali – Good flavor but a bit dry. • Lumpia – Tasted like frozen ones from the store. • Wings – Mild heat, but still tasty. Overall, food was solid (4/5), service setup was just okay (3/5). Final Rating: 3.5/5, rounded to 4. Would’ve loved to see Halo-Halo on the menu to complete the experience!

Came on a weekend, didn’t have to wait! We ordered a lot of food which tasted decent. We orders the silogs: tocilog (sweet pork), longsilog (sausage), noksilog (fried chicken), lechon silog (crispy pork belly). Shares: lechon kare-kare and chicken sisig. Overall, the garlic rice that comes from the silogs is fragrant! Lechon was good! Tocilog was a little sweet. The kare-kare’s peanut sauce is a little diluted but okay. We felt like the food quality was decent for the price. Service was friendly and attentive.

Authentic Filippine comfort food!!! Lumpia and Sisigsilog were bomb! So delicious. The service was great even though you need to order from the cashier desk. They are really friendly. The place is lovely and nicely decorated. Can’t wait to try the desserts next time.

My boo recommended this spot for lunch and I haven’t been before. Service was quick and the food came out relatively fast. I had the cornbisilog and thought it was good. The runny egg and garlic rice was a good combo with the meat. I tried my boo’s chicken dish (I think it was Sisigsilog) and I think I liked it a little bit more than mine. Would come back for the chicken dish.

I saw online reviews that piqued our interest so we made it a point to check it out. The tapsilog and lechon dishes were tender, tasty and rich. The accompanying egg was cooked to perfection--the way my dad used to do. The unexpected surprise was the full bar on site! Finding street parking is tricky because Mission is a busy street.

Nice and clean restaurant, but it is a bit hot in there. I got a longsilog, which is with rice, half fried egg, and 3pcs Filipino sausages. The rice is nice and flavored, and the sausages are quite nice, not too salty. They have some sweetness and are quite flavorful. I love it. The vegetables aren't very fresh. The atmosphere is peaceful with nice Filipino music. They have the little condiments and water station. Overall, nice decoration, delicious food, and friendly staff.

Pricey for what you get. The food was on par with other places in the area but the portions are half or less what you get at the other places for the same price. There's also no parking lot. So be prepared to feed the meter or park across the street at the shopping center.

The place is clean. Great service. Food are good. Here are the downside. Parking in the street is the only option and theres not much of it. Probably the only Filipino restaurant that does not have halo halo dessert. I did see a buko pie which is usually good dessert but this place run out of it. So no dessert for us today. They give you hot chicken broth for free to warm you up in the beginning. I thought that was a good touch. Price is in the medium. Not cheap and not expensive.
