Just wanted to say that I am impressed with the changes at Dunkin. Staff is so pleasant . Much more organized than in past years. Clean and orders are filled much quicker. Even at their busy hours , the staff is friendly and organized.
Kendra is awesome. She made my food exactly how I asked for it and got it to me fast. 😁
This was a nice stop on our way to meet some friends in Kirkwood. Pleasant staff, good coffee (of course!) and a nice brekky sammich for Spousling! Also, they had Crullers, hard to find in my life!
$6 breakfast meal. Great deal. Autumn was FANTASTIC ENTERING MY ORDER! Coffee perfect and I asked for my bagel separate, PERFECT! THANK YOU FOR THE FRIENDLY FAST SERVICE AND SMILE TO START MY MORNING OFF HAPPY!!!!

Food is always good at Dunkin. I do however have to say that the service is very poor and the atmosphere feels very rushed and uncomfortable. They are always very busy,so maybe thats why but still. Definitely should look into a better or bigger place.
Went to the drive thru, waited at the window for a good 5 minutes until someone actually opened it to talk to me. They didn't even know what I ordered (they had to ask me) and the person tried to hand me the food without even paying. They didn't even tell me what the total was or give me a receipt. Yes, there is a sign saying they're in training, but even a hello would have made this experience better. I received nothing. No hello, have a nice day, nada. The food is decent, but there was zero customer service. The staff also looked miserable.
We are from out of country and were very underwhelmed with the donuts and how long we needed to wait for them. To be fair, it was the day after Christmas, but they seemed vastly unprepared. Almost like they had closed down on Christmas Eve and failed to restock or even note that things needed to be restocked. Donuts were dry. Didn't bother ordering coffee or any other drinks as they were out of nearly everything--at 10am. Terrible value for the price as well.
The morning crew at this location are just terrible. Food is never up to par and coffee ends up almost undrinkable. How do you mess up coffee at dunkin?? The two older lady's that run the window are rude and have no customer service skills. Now for the afternoon staff. Food is always up to par and made to order. Coffee is usually amazing though sometimes it can be way too sweet. More is not always better. As for customer service? The afternoon crew are polite, happy, and have great customer service skills. I couldn't ask for a better customer service experience when I drop by in the evening.
Went to store earlier this morning.. they were out of everything, this seems to be a common occurrence.. the 3 people that were on shift were great explaining that they were out of all things to do with any type of drink… do better 😬
Hands down the worst Dunkin as far as timely. Mobil orders take 25-30 minutes and by then, the food you ordered is ice cold. The gentlemen that work there all joke around and one even said this morning "What happened to the good old days when people had a coffee maker on the counter" after customers were complaining and walking out because their order wasn't ready after 25-30 minutes.
absolutely terrible. the manager; rachael, was so rude and did not care about my service at all. employees look overworked and very unhappy. if you want good service, go to any other dunkin. will not be contributing any more of my money to this dumpster fire.
This one doesn't know how to make orders. Please don't do trick to your customers. My Macchiato and Latte taste the same! That means the same milk was used to my order.
kid at the counter had no idea how to take an order. we asked for the meal deal (all that’s included) and then for an avocado toast. the kid told us the toast doesn’t come with the meal deal and we said we knew that and just wanted the avocado toast as well as the meal deal. he repeated himself again and we finally got him to understand the 4th time we explained it. once all our food was out he gave us and extra ssg egg and cheese sandwich that we apparently paid for but had no clue. very poor service from him. they also were out of many things and did not tell us at the counter so orders had to be changed after the fact.
Hot latte was just warm and the girl at the counter was very disrespectful and denied to make a new hot one. Manager got in and she made a new one but she made it too sweet and very lite in spite of reminding her to add one less pump of caramel. She just made it for namesake. I’ve already worked in Dunking Donuts and I know how it works. Very poor customer service, rather than going here I would pay double and go to a different coffee shop.
This Dunkin is horrible, coffee always tastes horribly burned. Not knocking the teens at their first job but the supervisor/ trainer needs to train them better. The lady at the drivethu would rather practice her Matthew Mcconaughey inpersonation than listen to the person giving their order. Everytime I've gone here they always get something about the order wrong (missing or wrong item completely). They need to upgrade their menu outside to have a display so you can make sure your order is correct before pulling up to the window. Also expect to ask for a receipt cause they never give it unless asked.
large chai w/ almond milk — for the last few months i’ve constantly had issues with it never being filled to the top; nor is it ever hot. as soon as i feel the weight of it when it’s handed to me it’s always super light. always at least an inch of it is super thin foam, and another inch just empty. i only ever come here because it’s hard to come by dairy free chais. $6.50 drink and i’m being given the amount of a medium. train your employees better.. especially the ones newer to making drinks. i hate to make complaints, and the employees are usually quite nice, but as a barista myself the quality is just genuinely trash. if you’re not only looking for dairy free chai, support local cafes. 💟
Staffing and stocking problems constantly passed onto customers. They will take your order while knowing they don't have what your paying for than try to substitute other things and than give you a run around about a refund after you already waited 30 min plus in a line. Absolutely horrendous management skills. I would be so embarrassed if I owned this franchise.
I was in this morning from out of state. The drive through was 10+ long so I went inside. They were beyond busy the entire time I was there the manager stood by the office door just visiting with a friend instead of jumping in an helping her staff. In talking to some, this is the norm with the management. You truly need to rethink your management at this facility. You are very fortunate your staff cares because it was obvious your management did not. The service was as fast as the employees could work. The atmosphere, customers said the management just sits around and talks. They need to jump in an help.
