This crew was great they kept themselves busy when it was quiet and handled the bursts of activity in stride. They addressed challenges such as equipment failure and selections not made. I've managed teams and I'd say they did well. Sorry for no photos, I was working and busy preparing cases.

The reason I gave a 3 was we only had two coffees We could have any donuts because they had lost power registers couldn't take any orders.

One of the best few Dunkin’s I’ve been to. Great staff & service and the drinks were made very well. We ordered a hot chocolate, hot coffee, cold brew, raspberry watermelon refresher, and the pina colada energy drink. Especially great when consistency was always a problem with Dunkins. They are getting better now it seems.

Love the staff there, they are super friendly and nice. My orders are always right and good. There are certain times of the day where they are very busy, but what do you expect?, It's Dunkin Donuts! The food is mostly good but the donuts are always good. When it's not really busy the place is always clean.

I am a frequent customer here and this is hands down one of the best dunkin's in the area of upstate New York! The crew is always professional,very kind, and accurate with every order I've requested. The inside of the restaurant is always clean, welcoming, and relaxing. And they offer great in store products to purchase. Food is always tasty and fresh, and the coffee is always hot and is a great start for any morning or day! ☕

Came here today and was met with the best customer service I’ve ever had at a Dunkin. Placed a pretty big order last minute and they brought it out to my car & everything. The whole nine yards. I love this place!

I like Dunkin. Their frozen drinks have great flavor. Especially their new cotton candy drink. I suggest downloading their app as well because there are more perks. The interior was nice and their prices are decent for what you get. I have also found that if you go there near closing and get donuts, you might get more for free.

America runs on Dunkin. And that is exactly what I was doing - running, well my car was running I was technically driving. Even with this unexpected stop I was able to keep my time schedule they were quick and precise I got a steaming hot cup of coffee just the way I like it extra extra sweet and extra extra light!

Had to wait several minutes while the cashier joked and talked with the customer ahead of me. Then, my coffee was made completely wrong, and I caught an attitude when I stated it was wrong. Ordered a seasonal flavored iced latte and got a regular iced coffee.

Recently remodeled, this place has a constant stream of customers, both inside and at the drive thru. I have always received good customer service, even when they are slammed and a bit overwhelmed. Sometimes I feel they are understaffed for the amount of traffic they get, but they do handle it well. Consistent DD quality coffee and food. I stop here often.

Took over 5 minutes to get our teas and then I had to let them know they had never given us our bagel. Only took about 2 more minutes after that. Staff was very pleasant, possibly just understaffed and overworked.

Dunkin is dunkin. Everyone was very nice, and my order was spot on. Friendly atmosphere.

The coffee was hot and fresh. The bathroom was clean. And the peanut doughnut was smothered in big peanut pieces. I would certainly go back on my way home from the Corning half marathon.

Frustrating lately!!! I order on the app for convenience but seems the order is always messed up lately. Don't offer something if it's not regularly available. Phylicia is awesome though! I walk in and she just says "what kind today?" and knows what goes in my coffee ! She's 5*s 😊

The coffee and bagels are standard for Dunkin so they are tasty and good quality. The service is good. There were a lot of insects outside the restaurant but not inside. There are benches outside. The restaurant could have been cleaner.

This place was okay. Got there around 7:30 and saw that most of the chairs had already been put up off the floors. Had to take them back down since this established. It meant does not close until 9:00 p.m.

Update 5/16/23: They've retrained and gotten rid of some dead weight, and they're much faster in the AM. Original: I reiterate what everyone else has said about this place being slow. Regardless of the size of any line, or whether you order ahead for walk-in, this place is always slow. Wait times are regularly more than 10 minutes in the mornings, sometimes 15. This morning: 9 cars in line, 6 ppl waiting inside, & ppl who ordered in person after I placed my mobile order got their stuff before mine was ready. There seem to be plenty of workers, so the problem is the process or training, but something needs to be fixed. ASAP.

I went twice before submitting my review. My 1st experience there was terrible. We were in the drive-through for about 5 minutes for a very small order. The coffee tasted like mud water and was not made how we had asked it to be made. The 2nd time but I went was a much better experience. The coffee was great, the service was fantastic and perky, and they even had my favorite doughnut as the Baker's choice! I would say that it's very hit-or-miss with this place.

Took to long in line. There was only my self an the car in front of me thru the drive thru. They messed up her order. Then when I got to the window they messed mine up also. Took 20mins for me to place order an sit in line to get one drink with 1 car ahead of me.

It is worth noting that it's a nice easy stop right off I-390! Very quick off and very quick back on, it's close to the ramps! It *may* have simply been a fluke, but I stood for quite some time before anyone came over to take my order, despite there being four people working behind the counter. It really may have just been the people working, I have stopped at this particular Dunkin' Donuts before with no trouble at all! Aside from this, my order came out promptly and was exactly what I wanted.

busy all the time. cars wrapped around the building. I go every weekend to get 3 donuts for my kids. I wait inside for atleast 15 minutes. if I ordered a breakfast sandwich, it'd be so long of a wait I don't even bother. there is a sign that says they are training but the kid at the register is by himself, and is so slow. someone should be helping him especially during the rush at 11 . only DD around the area so only reason I go for my kids.

Order through the app if you can! We’ve noticed our coffee gets made the way we want it when they’ve got a ticket to go off of, otherwise just ordering through the drive thru speaker usually results in something missing.

The service is incredibly slow. After having ordered and paid from the app while we were on 390, we sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes waiting to get to the speaker. The redeeming qualities include friendly staff at the window and attention to the details of my order. I will probably not go here again unless I have plenty of time to spare.

Food is always good at Dunkin. I do however have to say that the service is very poor and the atmosphere feels very rushed and uncomfortable. They are always very busy,so maybe thats why but still. Definitely should look into a better or bigger place.

Went to the drive thru, waited at the window for a good 5 minutes until someone actually opened it to talk to me. They didn't even know what I ordered (they had to ask me) and the person tried to hand me the food without even paying. They didn't even tell me what the total was or give me a receipt. Yes, there is a sign saying they're in training, but even a hello would have made this experience better. I received nothing. No hello, have a nice day, nada. The food is decent, but there was zero customer service. The staff also looked miserable.

Is rather make my own donuts than be over charged for that cheap franchise dough they distribute to all their stores. The coffee tastes like shrek washed his socks in it and they misspelled cappuccino. Its really crappachino directly hooked to the restroom toilets.

The staff is selling donuts they ran out of. There is no situational awareness what's so ever. They forgot my daughter's drink and donut... How do you do that when your single job is to sell drinks and donuts. Horrible run store with incompetent employees.

Half the time I come here I'm satisfied with my service for the most part .. but the lady with red hair has been rude and I don't much care for her service personally. Went thru the drive thru and saw their iced pumpkin spice latte on the window. Looked amazing. Had whip cream on top. Some sort of drizzle. So I ordered it of course. Get to the window with a big smile on my face. Pay the cashier. Then he hands me out an iced drink that looked absolutely nothing like the picture. Didn't even give us a chance to ask him to put some whip cream on. Shut the window in our face with no smile no nothing. Im sorry but if I'm spending 6 to 7 bucks on a drink, I expect the workers to at least try to make it look like the picture and serve it to me with a dang smile. Those workers make double the amount most normal workers make. The least yall can do is be happy about it and make my drink correctly.

We are usually pleased with Dunkin. At this location, we stopped for a quick snack lunch. We ordered two toasted bagels with creamed cheese, hashbrowns, a few donuts and two small coffees for our family. Neither bagel was toasted and the has browns were uncooked...yuck! Thankfully, the donuts and the coffees saved the day. My son was disappointed about his uncooked hashbrowns because we wouldn't let him eat them after the gross discovery.

The espresso here was incredibly burnt. The regular coffee was okay, but not the best. My partner said the donuts were pretty good too, but I wasn't able to try any due to allergies. Overall, I'd pass on this one and hit the next coffee shop.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered a med iced pumpkin coffee w/cream and 2 sugars, a small dragon fruit refresher, a bacon/egg/cheese on a plain bagel and an everything bagel with cream cheese. Our order was screwed up multiple times. First they tried to give me 2 coffees, then they said my total was over $20. We finally ended up with the right drinks but with 2 bagels with cream cheese instead of 1 and the breakfast sandwich. Was charged $15 didn't receive a receipt....

I went inside to order. 7 people behind the counter but messed up my order. Ordered 2 coffee's to go. Only got 1. Told the worker and said they would look into it. Kept getting ignored. Already paid and got tired of trying to get the rest of my order after 10 minutes. Left without 2nd coffee. Won't stop in Dansville again.

Placed a mobile order for pick up in the drive thru because last time I tried going in and I waited forever so thought DT would be quicker.. it wasn't. It was 25 minutes from time I placed order until I got it. I was in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. I ordered frozen drinks so they were half melted by the time I got them. We still drank them but it defeated the purpose of placing an order ahead since i waited that long anyway.

We are from out of country and were very underwhelmed with the donuts and how long we needed to wait for them. To be fair, it was the day after Christmas, but they seemed vastly unprepared. Almost like they had closed down on Christmas Eve and failed to restock or even note that things needed to be restocked. Donuts were dry. Didn't bother ordering coffee or any other drinks as they were out of nearly everything--at 10am. Terrible value for the price as well.

The morning crew at this location are just terrible. Food is never up to par and coffee ends up almost undrinkable. How do you mess up coffee at dunkin?? The two older lady's that run the window are rude and have no customer service skills. Now for the afternoon staff. Food is always up to par and made to order. Coffee is usually amazing though sometimes it can be way too sweet. More is not always better. As for customer service? The afternoon crew are polite, happy, and have great customer service skills. I couldn't ask for a better customer service experience when I drop by in the evening.

We were travelling and stopped here for a quick bite. First time ever for us at dunkin donuts. I guess their canadian equal is tim hortons. The quality and taste of food at timmies is so so much better than what we had. The bagels were so dry and the coffee was meh. Dont know if all dunkin donuts are likenthat.

Very slow service. Ordered a toasted poppyseed bagel with cream cheese. To go. Ended up throwing it out. Bagel limp. Tasted horrid. I think the cream cheese was rancid. Friend wanted a chocolate eclair but chocolate hardly covered the top.

Aside from the curb appeal of seeing Dunkin lit up in the early morning. There was absolutely nothing of flavor or substance. And speaking of substance there was definitely some substance other than food in the breakfast sandwiches and hash browns. Even the pancake and eggs were inedible. Coffee is as it has always been, and donuts of course were just fine.

SO disappointed. they were super slow, my mother ordered a donut that was supposed to have peanut butter in it. it was empty and hard. we ordered a chips ahoy latte, and there was NO flavoring or sugar in it-tasted like coffee and milk. we also ordered an iced coffee with blueberry and skim milk and it didn't have any blueberry-just the skim milk. absolutely terrible service.

I was here with my family. These “white workers” are racist. I was there with my family and one worker was in the drive thru and the other one was in the front but we were the only customers there. She decides to walk back and forth and say “she’s busy and to give her some time” then as soon as some white folks came she comes right up to the register. Get some better workers and stop being racist. If you dislike people of color maybe you shouldn’t have a job. I will definitely be reporting this. I just walked out from the store right now and will not be coming back.

The English muffin sandwich look like it was just tossed in the bag with the cheese folded over on one side. The latte that I ordered only had one shot of toasted almond flavoring for a large . And I had to remind them to grab my donut.

Ordered a Cinnamon raisin bagel with veggie cream cheese yesterday morning around 10 a.m. Waiting for it where I pick it up and the this blonde haired girl employee tosses my bagel in this bag across the counter carelessly as she called out the order. Shes lucky I didnt catch her name tag because I wouldnt be writing this review, higher authorities would of been notified.

I wish I could give this location 0 stars. No matter what time of day I go it takes so long to get my order. I just went and had to say hello twice at the drive thru for someone to take my order when there was no one even in front of me in the drive thru. They have had the same sign on the drive thru that they’re training new people for awhile now, but I keep seeing the same people, so that isn’t the issue. I order an iced drink and a baked good when I go, so it isn’t the oven problem either.

Came to Dunkin this morning at 530am ,no one was in line at the register nor the drive thru , after standing at the register for 5 minutes I yell "hello is anybody there " ? , no response , so I decided to call them on the phone , it rings, she answers with , welcome to Dunkin how can I help you today? And I reply ,just wondering if anyone is coming to the register to take my order and I hear it go "click" and she hung up . Why she hung up idk , I wasn't being rude , simply trying to get coffee. After that a young guy came out to take my order but by then I was furious so I walked out . Not to mention the coffee the last 2 times I've went there was sour like it was underbrewed at the incorrect temperature. This Dunkin is getting on my last nerve

With two cars in front of me, I waited 17 minutes until I got my drink and food. I ordered three items, two of the three were incorrect. I ordered a 10 ct of munchkins and only received 9. I asked for butter on my bagel and got cream cheese. I tried going to the website to email my issues instead of posting publicly, but there was no way to do that. Extremely disappointed.

This place is terrible. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee and had to have them remake the coffee because it was all creamer. Then I reached into the bag to get my bagel while driving down 86 and found they burned the bagel and forgot the cream cheese. Never again.

I’m not one to write reviews or jump to bashing companies. But I spend a lot of money on Dunkin and have been giving dansville Dunkin a few chances thinking maybe they were having a rough week/month but wow. Waited 18 min in line this morning with only TWO cars in front of me. Sandwich was cold and coffee was not what I ordered AND I was late to work. Last week my order was so wrong after waiting 20 min in line I didn’t have time to have them correct it. Only having two young girls working during busy morning hours when people are trying to start their day and be to work on time is how you get the young to quit! Shame on you Dunkin!

Unless there’s one specific person working I refuse anymore to get the stuffed bagel minis because nobody else apparently knows how to cook them so there HOT!! I went to drive thru today 4/18 and got cold hard bagel minis, even the cream cheese inside was ice cold so I went inside and the manager was rude and redid them haha what a joke she is, apparently she needs further training because they were still cold inside and only a touch WARM on the outside so definitely didn’t cook them the way they should be!!!! Maybe they should be turned into the health dept for not cooking their foods properly 😡 When I pay for MY stuff I expect it to be the way it’s supposed to be not the way you feel like doing it

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this Dunkin is the worst unfortunately. I live in Dansville but I’d rather drive to Lakeville at the truck stop gas station to go and get Dunkin, they are AMAZING. Everytime I go to the Dunkin in Dansville my order is always messed up and never accurate. For example one day I’ll get hash browns that are frozen or I’ll get hash browns that are burnt to a crisp or I’ll get hash browns that taste like plastic. Another example I always ask for an extra amount of cream cheese on my bagel and I get about none or I’ll get 2 blocks of cream cheese. Also my coffee is never ever made right, I order the same coffee everytime but it’s always different. The customer service is horrible there!! I always see horrible reviews and horrible posts on Facebook about this Dunkin. Something needs to change, maybe ALL new staff/management with the proper training. Dunkin is my favorite place to get breakfast in the morning like everyone else, hence America runs on Dunkin, more like run from this Dunkin. Again I hate leaving bad reviews but something needs to change.

Mobile orders are pointless when you still have to sit around and wait for over 25 minutes…rude people, watered down drinks and burnt food :( not worth the price! Two years later: Not sure what is worse, the drinks or the attitude of the staff. My order was messed up and I asked politely for them to fix it. I got an eye roll, attitude and the window slammed in my face. All while smiling and saying thank you! Really just unacceptable.

We spend our summer near this store and like to get Dunkin often. We had problems last year with poor customer service and slow order fill time. We visited again today and did a mobile order knowing that the order time would be slow. It took 20 minutes for us to get two refresher drinks, two frozen chocolates, a donut and a toasted bagel. The bagel was the first item out so by the time we got everything else my daughter had a cold bagel. One of the refreshers and the frozen chocolate empty cups sat on the counter untouched for almost ten minutes until we probed what was taking so long. When we questioned this, we were greeted with they are almost done and then rude looks. They serviced several walk-in orders and drive through orders who ordered after us before our order was completed. I would much rather drive twice the distance to another location that takes pride in their customer service and cares about their customers than visit this location.

Do not go here! Breakfast sandwich inedible. Ordered two on English muffins and muffin had a funky smell and was stale. Husband felt ill after one bite. Hashed browns soaked in grease made us want to barf. How is this place in business??? Gave them one star because you can’t give them zero.

This Dunkin is the worst! To go in or drive thru you have to wait 30 minutes or more and have the time your order is not even right! I love Dunkin and I go about every day but I hate when I have to go to this one because of the waiting and sometimes my order not being right then when you say something they are mad about it but it there job right?

The one star was generous considering they deserve no stars, I go to dunkin everyday for my girlfriend and she gets the same thing every time but yet everyday I’m charged something different and besides them openly stealing money the managers there have no respect for there customers. My order is also messed up everyday which is frustrating too. I wanted to handle this situation that I’ve been going through everyday but the last time I reached to someone in higher management they just offered to give a free coffee and breakfast sandwich., which at this point I’m looking for some comprehensive money for the money they’ve stolen from me and all the times they made me late to work when I get to the line with 20-30 mins to order with maybe one other in the line when I go. I suggest avoiding this dunkin… very shady management and I feel bad for the hard workers there that have to deal with them.

First time I went I had a good experience. Last time I went a woman brought her dog (not service animal) with long hair into the dining room to order. Was basically holding her dog over all of the counters (order and pick up) nobody said anything. Then the manager came over and pet the dog with both hands over the counter and did not wash her hands as she went back to preparing and serving food and drinks. I was so disgusted by this I will not be returning. Long wait times are one thing but the condition of the restaurant and knowing your food is coming into contact with someone’s animal is completely another. Gross.

Terrible service. I walked in with no one else in the store. Nobody asked for my order or even greeted me although I’m there were four staff on with a couple just leaning on the counter. I left and got a coffee from McDonald instead.

Went to store earlier this morning.. they were out of everything, this seems to be a common occurrence.. the 3 people that were on shift were great explaining that they were out of all things to do with any type of drink… do better 😬

Hands down the worst Dunkin as far as timely. Mobil orders take 25-30 minutes and by then, the food you ordered is ice cold. The gentlemen that work there all joke around and one even said this morning "What happened to the good old days when people had a coffee maker on the counter" after customers were complaining and walking out because their order wasn't ready after 25-30 minutes.

kid at the counter had no idea how to take an order. we asked for the meal deal (all that’s included) and then for an avocado toast. the kid told us the toast doesn’t come with the meal deal and we said we knew that and just wanted the avocado toast as well as the meal deal. he repeated himself again and we finally got him to understand the 4th time we explained it. once all our food was out he gave us and extra ssg egg and cheese sandwich that we apparently paid for but had no clue. very poor service from him. they also were out of many things and did not tell us at the counter so orders had to be changed after the fact.

Hot latte was just warm and the girl at the counter was very disrespectful and denied to make a new hot one. Manager got in and she made a new one but she made it too sweet and very lite in spite of reminding her to add one less pump of caramel. She just made it for namesake. I’ve already worked in Dunking Donuts and I know how it works. Very poor customer service, rather than going here I would pay double and go to a different coffee shop.

This Dunkin is horrible, coffee always tastes horribly burned. Not knocking the teens at their first job but the supervisor/ trainer needs to train them better. The lady at the drivethu would rather practice her Matthew Mcconaughey inpersonation than listen to the person giving their order. Everytime I've gone here they always get something about the order wrong (missing or wrong item completely). They need to upgrade their menu outside to have a display so you can make sure your order is correct before pulling up to the window. Also expect to ask for a receipt cause they never give it unless asked.

large chai w/ almond milk — for the last few months i’ve constantly had issues with it never being filled to the top; nor is it ever hot. as soon as i feel the weight of it when it’s handed to me it’s always super light. always at least an inch of it is super thin foam, and another inch just empty. i only ever come here because it’s hard to come by dairy free chais. $6.50 drink and i’m being given the amount of a medium. train your employees better.. especially the ones newer to making drinks. i hate to make complaints, and the employees are usually quite nice, but as a barista myself the quality is just genuinely trash. if you’re not only looking for dairy free chai, support local cafes. 💟

Staffing and stocking problems constantly passed onto customers. They will take your order while knowing they don't have what your paying for than try to substitute other things and than give you a run around about a refund after you already waited 30 min plus in a line. Absolutely horrendous management skills. I would be so embarrassed if I owned this franchise.

I was in this morning from out of state. The drive through was 10+ long so I went inside. They were beyond busy the entire time I was there the manager stood by the office door just visiting with a friend instead of jumping in an helping her staff. In talking to some, this is the norm with the management. You truly need to rethink your management at this facility. You are very fortunate your staff cares because it was obvious your management did not. The service was as fast as the employees could work. The atmosphere, customers said the management just sits around and talks. They need to jump in an help.
