Cozy home style place for nice chat with a friend or a break from crazy day. Amazing staff, and they care. You will end up with a new friend if not customers sure you will befriended with one of the smiley staff.

Fun, easy going bar in downtown Danville. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the prices are super reasonable. We didn't eat any food while we were there, but the wine and alcohol selections were what you'd expect from a Danville joint. Will be going back soon!

Wine: They have some very good wines. I am partial to reds and love the new Cabernet that has won a few gold medals this year. Food: The small plates are all paired well with the wine. I suggest the tuna tartar, sliders, and pear and goat cheese. But I have not had one bad thing. Everything is exceptional. Atmosphere: On Friday and Saturday they have live music. All easy listening for everyone to enjoy.

Went here for my brother's rehearsal dinner. They shut off the lounge to the public just for us while the owners bartended. The drinks and food were great. We had a blast and absolutely loved the atmosphere. We got a chance to talk to the owners (husband and wife team) and could really see their enthusiasm for their bar. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I held our wedding rehearsal dinner (35 people) at Auburn Lounge and we had an amazing night with all our guests and the owners of Auburn. I would HIGHLY recommend Auburn Lounge for any private event/celebration. It was the perfect venue and so much fun. Auburn Lounge was so much different than any of the other places we checked out as potential venues for our wedding rehearsal dinner. From the second we walked in, we were warmly greeted by Michelle, one of the owners. She was genuinely excited to hear about our engagement and was pumped to plan the event with us. The vibe of the lounge was perfect for what we wanted and Michelle’s personal touch was the cherry on top! While working out all the details for the event, Michelle was responsive and thorough through email and phone conversations. I felt like she was always taking care of us (and to be honest, like she was just as excited for the party as we were). She made the planning process stress free and easy. Auburn closed down the whole venue to the public so it was just our wedding party. This created an intimate feel for all our guests. We decided to have our rehearsal dinner as more of a cocktail party style than a sit down dinner party. We loved this feel because it gave us and the guests a chance to talk to everyone in the room and not just be stuck talking to the same people sitting directly around you all night. Our guests got to know people that they didn’t previously know and my wife and I loved being able to cruise around and get face to face time with everyone at the dinner. There was even a nice private room off to the side with couches to sit down and take a minute to relax on the couches and have more quiet conversations, if needed. Michelle and Mark (the married couple that own the place) were INCREDIBLE. They were so fun working the bar. The checked in on us and made sure we were taken care of the whole night. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. The food selection was easy. Michelle’s catering manager (also named Michelle) has a wide variety of food to choose from (probably 30 different dishes). We chose five different food selections (3 appetizer and 2 entree style). Plenty to fill up on for a full dinner! They have every drink you can think of as well! Just to cover all of the bases... the bathroom was clean, fancy and totally fit in with the vibe of the whole lounge. It was something that I was worried about, but if you care, Auburn has that covered too! At the end of the 35 person “rehearsal dinner” we invited all of our out of town guests that were not a part of the actual rehearsal dinner to come to hang out for a few drinks. We packed the place and everyone was able to hang out for another few hours. It was so convenient to have a single, fun place for all of the out of town guests to gather. We must have had 60 or 70 people in there by the end of the night! Overall, we could not have asked for a better night. We truly lucked out choosing to host our rehearsal dinner at Auburn. Every single one of our guests told us it was the best and most unique style rehearsal dinner that they have ever been to. Michelle and Mark are two of the nicest (and most fun) people you will ever meet and they will make your whole night an event to remember. WE LOVE AUBURN LOUNGE!!! We can’t wait to stop in and visit! This will forever have a special place in our heart and will be visiting for years to come.

Auburn Lounge is such a gem in Downtown Danville - a classy spot with a great bar, warm atmosphere, and the perfect place to grab a cocktail before or after dinner. And if you haven’t experienced one of their Sunday Fundays, you’re missing out...especially in the summer when Salvage Title sets up outside in the courtyard. It’s the best vibe! A special thank you to Michelle and her amazing team for letting us rent the speakeasy room in the back for my birthday. She helped coordinate a karaoke DJ and a private bartender, and everything came together seamlessly. It truly was one of the most memorable nights and the space could not have been a cooler backdrop for a rock-n-roll inspired celebration. I can’t recommend Auburn Lounge enough, whether you’re planning a special event or just looking for a fun, stylish spot for date night or to meet up with friends. It’s always a good time and I cant wait to go back soon!

It is good as an elevated bar, not a place you would look for specialty cocktails. Beautiful interior and really friendly service.

Classy little spot in Danville with a speakeasy feel. Good service and great decor. Doesn't really fit into the cookie cutter downtown that Danville has become but I suppose that's a good thing. A little pricey but that's to be expected.

Talk seems to be that Meenar's is becoming more preferable despite the better decor and look at Auburn Lounge. 2 weeks ago the place was desolate. And last Sunday, there were more people but more than half left and as I mentioned before, went to Meenar's. I hope the owners do something about this as I love the karaoke/DJ that Jessica does for them, and would hate to see them cut her because their business has gone bad.

We ordered empanadas and they were served burned black. The bartender asked if we wanted to take them home and my wife said we didn't like them as they were burned. She still charged us for them. Won't be back.

This is not a cocktail bar, this is a fancy dive bar, no real bourbon, whiskey or rum selection, drinks made with out shakers, it might be a local hang out but it's a bad cocktail bar...sure they have all the vodka for your voka sodas.
