Like any other pricey quickly...but it's YOUR Health, right? Unique fruits from around the Globe...Pataya and the main ingredient->let alone Goji Berries; ACA'I...dark and almost naturally...no fructose noted. Great steel cut oatmeal...and served in strange noisy metal-not aluminum (bad for ya) bowls. Give it a try instead of ice cream or Yogurt. Taste great!

The Acai bowl I had was good. Ingredients were fresh and it was fairly healthy. What was unsettling for me was the way I heard perhaps the manager or maybe even owner talk to both of the staff working behind the counter. She was working with a very friendly guy on inventory, and was very snippy and short with him. The other was a woman who was preparing the food. I could overhear the manager laying into her, scolding her, and being very abrasive. I think it had something to do perhaps with evening staff and their cleaning. Regardless, I was just shocked to hear how she was treating these employees. I was afraid the one woman was going to cry (she may have in her car after she left). I’m not sure it’s the type of environment I’d want to work in.

I'm torn because my kids love acai bowls but the service is always terrible. I order ahead of time, receive an ETA and then proceed to wait another 10-15 mins on top of an already 20 min ETA. Why it makes 30-40 mins to make an acai bowl is frustrating. When other customers walked in to order, they were rudely told the wait was 30 mins after they order from the self service kiosk. My last order was made incorrectly so I had to drive back (no one answered the phone) and then had to have them remake my daughter's order for a total time of 1 hour since I originally placed my order! Love this place but please train the staff and hire more employees!

The young man today Saturday afternoon is somewhat rude, he always attends very badly and does not give good service to customers, since he does not greet and does not attend well, he is not Cortez and attends in a bad way.

Very poor experience with the manager Bria. I ordered a power Panini and it was made wrong. To be short the manager came out with an aggressive tone and refused to remake the sandwich or even issue me a refund. Her reasoning was that it was my fault the sandwich was made wrong. Let me just say.. I order the power panini and time I order it it comes with chicken. No one aver asked me “chicken or avocado as your protein” I didnt know there was options it’s a simple misunderstanding. The cheese on my sandwich wasn’t even melted either. It was just a cold slab of cheese. I was very disappointed with the interaction I had with the manager Bria. She handled the situation beyond poorly and should really get retrained on customer service. I would t come here unless you want to wait 50 minutes for your order to be made wrong and have a bad interaction with the manager or staff. I wrote a more detailed review on yelp if you want to read that but I won’t be coming back to this location and I’m heavily suggesting you don’t come here either.

I placed an order in the app at 11:35am. Arrived at 11:45am. The place is closed with a sign that says "Lunch brake (sic) 12:15 back". I can't wait here another 25 minutes for my food that was supposed to be ready at 11:50 a.m. It's outrageous for them to accept orders when they aren't actually open.

We’ve have bad luck with this place consistently which includes: calling our order in ahead of time so we didn’t have to wait, only to arrive and at that point they begin to make our order, the consistency of the base is soupy, the serving sizes between the same bowls vary (ordered 2 of the same exact bowl only to receive one filled to the rim & the other barely half way), we request & pay for extra granola & they forget every single time. I’m not someone who typically complains but when you’re shelling out $11 for a bowl of fruit, you expect to get exactly what you ordered. It’s not rocket science. We’ve given them chance after chance because they are conveniently close to our home, however after today’s experience, we will never return. I’d rather drive across town to the Livery where the service is guaranteed to be consistent and there’s no wait required.

He just keeps pressing buttons on the cash register, nothing happening, just awkward silence. Finally I ask him to give me cash from the register, no he can't do that for some reason. So then he gets on the phone and calls the Manager. Omg. Finally they figure something out. The whole process takes almost 10 minutes, and my receipt he handed me doesn't even have the normal refund information like a negative number to indicate refund, or the word refund anywhere on it. What a joke. Good thing I was the only one in the store the whole time, or it would have been more of a clusterf*ck than it already was.
