‘Treeana’ (who claimed to be a manager) was screaming at customers through the drive thru. Made the experience very unpleasant. I recommend avoiding this location until staff is trained in customer service or replaced.

The food was so disheveled looking.I wasn't for sure what I was eating. I was absolutely so hungry from having waited over at the hospital for a friend at a doctor's appointment that against my own betterJudgment, I decided to try this place. I will never eat there again. I know the employees don't care but the service sucks was lied to about something I ordered not being available because it wasn't available until march tenth.Even though nothing on the menu said that. It was literally on the menu available. Just like everything else on the screen. I was very pleasant and at no time did I disrespect or speak loudly. I really didn't appreciate being lied to. People should take pride in their work.Regardless of where they work.

Food is good but supper upsetting how I order a mobile order 20 minutes in advance and with 2 cars in front of me it takes 40 minutes and my order isn’t even ready when I get to the window, one day a general manager came in and it Ran so smoothly I tipped the worker because of how pleased I was, now they do not worry about how long it takes and talked back when I sincerely asked what was taking longer that usual.New management is needed.

Waited twenty minutes in line with three cars infront of me from the time they took my order only to recieve barely warm food, not a single half hearted sorry for the wait time and my regular crunchy taco shell was broken i to little pieces. I opened the wrapper grabbed it, it fell apart and I balled it up and tossed it in the trash where it belongs. Do better honestly. This isnt the only Dayton location that takes an eternity to fill 4 drive thru orders. Do better.

Very unprofessional went there last night spent over $70 whole order was messed up call this morning store manager was very disrespectful. Also, I asked them for a receipt when I ordered. They told me that they were out of receipt paper and they was very disrespectful. Food was very cold and they won’t give up corporate number.

First off it’s very obvious they have there employees write reviews for them. This is and always has been the worst Taco Bell in Ohio. I went in tonight I pick up an online order and the only cashier was outside smoking, and spoiler alert!!!! He finished his cigarette while I waited in front of the tower. He then walked in and said “got an order bub”. I don’t know who you people think you are that your cashiers are referring to customers as “bub” after making me wait so you can finish your cigarette. This place deserves less than zero stars . STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

This food was poorly made I waste my money and this store never gets your order right or the drive thru cashier will mess up your order so that causes the others to mess up your food because they are going off of what that person rung up. Also I was in the drive thru over 30 minutes because the drive thru person name Steven heavy set white male was purposely taking orders every 10 or 15 minutes with a car with not one person pulled to the window! My food should have been spectacular but it was awful I even drove back around because they messed up my order I feel if your a paying customer your food should always be made with satisfaction I hope I can post this dip straight trash I said easy beans and they filled it up wth beans I requested and pay for extra nacho cheese sauce Lord someone help these people real fast!🤬

I went through the line because they were the only ones still open , I ordered my food politely & paid $24.54 for it . I waited 30 mins for my food , just to get home and its burnt and didn’t have barely any food in it . It was super flat and hard . I’m highly disappointed because $20 is alot . I don’t want burnt or flat food . The food was hot and fresh but it was made horribly.

I ordered online. The Luxe Menu box. I only got a 6 layer burrito, drink and Cinnamon Twists. I was told that because I ordered online that's all I get. It is advertised to come with a taco and a chalupa. In what world do I get way less for the same price just because I ordered online. When I spoke to the manager she was adamant that's all I get and said she called the GM and she said the same thing. I would rather go to Wendy's or McDonald's and get their $5 deals, where I get everything no matter how I ordered. Even the food I got from the rest of my order was subpar at best. Never going back.

Very unprofessional and rude. They only was taking door dash or grub hub and mobile orders. I asked why the woman was rude and said they backed up. Which not a good reason because they are tacos. Also a 45 min wait for door dash is ridiculous. She never explain why . The sign says 24 hours. I visiting my mom in the hospital and it was the most reasonable thing I can afford. I’m very very upset by the service. Please beware they hired barbarians.
