Ice cream was good but the cashier took my card and decided to tip herself 20% with my card so was not a fan of that. Would not recommend using your card at this store.

Decided to grab a treat while visiting this beautiful outlet mall. Since it was a nice day on Saturday it was a bit busy but worth the wait. Things could've been more organized but not a deal breaker. I decided to try the brownie a la mode which was delicious. Spot is located next to the regal theater with available outdoor seating. Prices aren't too bad also. You can have cone or cup with available extra toppings.

The ice cream was great and the staff was OK — no complaints there. But since when did tipping become mandatory for counter service? I bought $20 worth of ice cream, and when paying by card, I was forced to choose a tip amount — the lowest option was $5. What exactly am I tipping for? For doing your job? I’d understand if this were table service, like a waiter bringing food to my table. But handing me ice cream over the counter? That’s your job. Don't guilt customers into tipping when no service beyond the bare minimum was provided. To make it worse, there was no way to skip the tipping screen — I couldn’t continue without choosing a tip. That’s just wrong

Um i came in for ice cream tonight and let me tell you the man working was absolutely disgusting and derogatory towards the young female employees working here. Im assuming he was either a manager or the owner but he was cursing at the girls in front of customers. The way he was speaking to them was absolutely disgusting and the girls looked to only be about 16. No grown man should ever be speaking to a child like that especially a young girl. As woman with a kid that was sad to watch i would never allow my daughters to be spoken to in such manner. i hope they report this!! He was totally rude to the customers as well denied ice cream that was clearly in stock saying it wasn’t ! he’s just an a hole!

Very rude employee, she was asking me why I was watching her make the sundae . And got very offended when I asked her to put one more topping on my sundae . The girl working at 8:30 needs to be re trained because she has a bad attitude

Very bad service. I ordered two milkshakes and waited for more than 15 minutes, but many people who ordered after me already picked up their drinks. They completely forgot my order. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back.

The guy serving ice cream had no gloves on mean while he was touching his face, nose and didn't wash his hands . Gross I didn't show his face out of respect I get it young guy trying to make a buck . This comes done from lack of leadership and proper hygiene.
