The morning manager the morning of 1/15 at around 4:30 was extremely rude. She gave us a lot of attitude when we asked a simple question about a deal regarding the app and mcgriddles. The food tasted great but the service was extremely short and rude, I don't need much to be satisfied but I'd rather drive to 35th and union instead of get McDonald's here.

Just want to point out, your grills need to be calibrated/gapped. They are smashing the meat and making it more of a smashed burger than a quarter pounder. Also, your ice cream machine needs to be cleaned, I could taste the milkstone/rancid product from it. People would be willing to tolerate slow service if your product is good. Had no issues with the service, but it’s possible management needs to make a call for service on the machines.

sausage mcmuffin was small, dry and bad. coffee was actually pretty good. the store is somewhat clean and decorated for christmas its a couple days after new years. this could have been a three or four star review BUT it was over $4 for my two tiny items that is sad pricing. seems understaffed they seem overwelmed for the very few customers. i may come back for a cup of coffee but that would be it fix your pricing and staff level and it could be so much better. mcd's used to he kid friendly with a playground or play area but not this one

My friend said it was THE most greasy burger she had ever gotten from a fast food restaurant. I would agree the burger was extremly greasy. Like made my lips greasy, made my forehead greasy, and I only ate it for the mustard and the pickles. Drive threw has two separate lines, I parked and went inside because there was a total of like 20 cars in the drive threw lines. Inside i had to use a huge touch screen monitor to place my order that lagged a lot. The monitor screen printed my receipt and then I had to walk to register to pay. Bathrooms have locks on them, making you have to wait for an employee to use a remote to open them. I mean my entire experience was greasy and gross. Circle K is across the street. Subway is kiddie corner. Copper State Recycling is extremly close. Right off the I17. I do not plan on returning. I paid total of $7 or $8. I got three double cheeseburgers and a mkchicken.

One of the most unwilling McDonalds to check what number toy they have for the happy meal. Why run a nationwide campaign to draw customers in with Disney toys when you are going to turn them off by your attitude and making customers feel like a hassle trying to collect these toys. It takes like 30 sec to check the back of the box to know what toy you have. I’ve driven past multiple mcd to get to ones that have the toy I need, a good way to lose business

Absolutely Ridiculous! I can't believe McDonald's would ban me for something so absurd! I went to the bathroom at one of their locations, and there was a clog in the toilet. It happens, right? No big deal. So, I politely asked the staff for a plunger to fix it, because I know how to handle these things and didn’t want to leave them with a mess. Instead of being understanding, they told me I was banned from the store for causing a "disturbance." Excuse me? I asked for help, tried to fix the issue, and yet somehow I’m the problem? This is a level of customer service I never thought possible. I’ve been a loyal McDonald's customer for years, but after this ridiculous experience, I’m never coming back. Banning me for attempting to do the right thing? Unbelievable. You’d think a company that serves millions would know how to handle a clogged toilet better than this. Avoid this location if you care about your dignity.

This is the worst McDonald’s in the area. EVERY time I’m told to park and wait an additional 10 mins no matter what I order. Yesterday was just a smoothie and frappe and I was told the same thing with one car ahead of me and none behind. This has been happening for months now with everyone else pulling over to wait as well. One of the managers that works nights is also extremely rude. I forgot to order a drink with my mobile order after waiting in the drive thru line for an entire 20 mins so I tried to order one at the window before I paid which I’ve done before, she told me no and to drive around and wait in line again. Lastly, I went one night around 11:45pm right before breakfast technically started at 12am and was told I couldn’t order for 10-15 more minutes (even tho I already did a mobile order and they cancelled it) because they didn’t want to do anymore dinner because they were prepping for breakfast but I couldn’t order breakfast yet either because of the time and wouldn’t have to park and wait to order.

Ordered online before 10:30, so it was breakfast, got here right at 10:30 and they said they already canceled it. How is it that I can order it but it not be made and canceled by the time I get here. They should make it when it’s ordered.

Rude dude always serves disgusting old food. Never fresh. I have to drive all the way acrosse town to get a decent burger at other McDonald's locations. Really inconvenient because I live so close to this location. I wish someone would clean this place up and make it more welcoming again!

Ive ordered door dash from this location 2 times in the past 2 months and have had an issue with my order both times. The first time they made my daily double with pickles which the burger does not come with. The second time I did not receive any of my drinks.

Where do I start...These ladies who work the dark morning hours are the laziest I've ever seen. They will take you order at all even when they are open. They will refuse to make mobile orders and deny it's in the system. I've waited 15 minutes once in line with no one to get a drink and they know you are there and will stare at you from the distance. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because I work nearby but they keep disappointing. Avoid this place if you can or go in the afternoon evening as there is different people working. They'll even respond to you rude right off the bat.

Terribly managed store, don’t go in to get your food unless you want to wait 30 minutes. They print off the order ticket and put it up on the machine to still hit their time stats but don’t get orders out for front of house. Management when asked where the order was threw an employee under the bus by saying she “wasn’t running front of house” the guy who was was doing the best he could. Awful management and needs retraining. Update been waiting 25 minutes and it’s been skipped over about 5 or 6 times plus for other orders. Picture of the ticket printed and not being recognized

The food here is trash, they take forever to bring your food out even with no line. Fries are either over cooked SO hard and crunchy or half filled- i happened to get the 3 for 1 special tonight and the fries are both over cooked and skimped. This location can't handle high volume requests while providing consumable food. At this point I'm just donating my money.
