I come everyday and get a medium fry extra salt, I get extra salt because they do not salt their fries today my boyfriend was yelled at by a worker saying that they can’t put extra salt on my fries because they come with salt and that we have to get it as is and we can have salt packets and then never gave us the salt packets I go through this everyday and it’s ridiculous and half the time the fries are cold and hard

Whole night shift staff needs to be replaced, everytime I come there I have to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to take my order. And they will tell me to pull around for something as simple as a cheeseburgers and fries, and then make me wait another additional 10+ minutes untill I have to walk in to ask them about my order, just to be ignored for another 10 minutes, and then finally served my food just for it to be messed up. It’s ridiculous and it happens almost everytime throughout 6-9 pm. Staff is lazy and rude.

Every now and again there are no other options but to return to the ABSOLUTE WORST McDonald's in the world. The owner of this franchise should be absolutely ashamed of themselves with the cleanliness, food quality, service, promptness, and employee competency of this store. All are ZERO stars and a complete joke. It is impossible to get the correct order here and it is even harder to get that order in under 30 minutes if there are more than 2 other customers in line. Today I figured maybe if I use the mobile app they can't possibly get my order wrong and I won't have to wait my whole life to receive my food, right? WRONG. Put in a mobile order. Arrived at the store to find the drive thru backed up to the road so I went inside. When I went inside, the person in front of me was complaining to a manager about their incorrect order, so great start. After waiting 15 minutes behind him for the "management" to resolve his problem.... I stood for another 15 minutes before somebody came up to me and asked for my order. I gave them the mobile code that was placed 30 minutes prior. They had not even started my order yet. So I canceled the order, left, and am here writing another terrible review for this terrible restaurant. No matter how much my kids beg, we are never coming back here again. SHAME ON YOU OWNER. Get same damn pride and control over your operation.

Ordered only fries and a coke. And, it was right after they had switched from serving breakfast to lunch. The fries were horrible! They were cold and stale. They should have been piping hot and fresh but tasted like they had been sitting out all night and morning from the previous day.

it’s no wonder these companies are having record low numbers in profits. Their customer service is horrible!!!! Absolutely disgraceful. there’s clearly no push for employees to do their jobs correctly or even care. I ordered an M&M Mcflurry, they gave me just ice cream (no m&ms) in their new cheap, pos cups, so of course I said something and asked them politely to fix it. the employee was just soooooooo annoyed that god forbid I wanted an m&m mcflurry with m&m’s in it. god forbid I get what I overpaid for: so this is what they gave me……. a giant pile of m&m’s literally 90% of the cup was just m&ms with like not even half a scoop of ice cream, not blended. An absolute joke and i’m soooo happy to see McDonalds losing millions and millions of dollars lost with record breaking lowest quarterly profits. That makes me so happy because these are all so fixable issues yet they do nothing but expect people to put up with it. Picture below or my cup of m&ms (I got more m&m’s than a regular pack) 🤣🤣🤣🤣 last time I ever go to this location and I swear by that. A solemn oath to NEVER go back to this location.

This McDonalds has the worst customer service , I ordered a breakfast sandwich instead of it getting cooked when i arrived in the restaurant my food was sitting on the counter it was ice cold to the point the cheese was not melted on my sandwich i asked for a remake the employee caught an attitude. The restaurant is empty & no cars in the drive thru i don’t understand why they always getting mad when they have to do their job . It’s alway the same 2 old ladies in the restaurant in the morning when I go & they’re both rude . I wouldn’t even recommend eating here at this point the customer service sucks . This restaurant needs a new morning crew . The guy that makes the food is always nice & cool but the old ladies need a attitude check

So McDonald's just plain sucks. All food places in Delhi suck anymore with the exception of Penn Station(update negative) and Skyline. It's easy to tell why. I literally ordered at 9:33am. through the mobile app. I figured I would wait about 20 minutes before going to pick up my food. It's now 10:03am, what is happening with customer service? Will the owner please respond to this review with an explanation? Do your workers even know how to read and count to 10?

Everytime we come to this location we are always asked to pull around. Even slow times and order a single item its pull around. How bout being prepared for your rush and not pulling everyone around till the drive thru is wrap with people waiting.

This is the 4th time I've order door dash from this location and even though the bag receipt is the correct order the food is always 100% wrong inside the bag. I do not recommend eating at this McDonald's. Me and 5 other cars waited over 10 minutes for our food I only got one sandwich and when I went to ask about my food with 2 other customers the manager got mad she was very rude, that's not any way to treat paying customers, people don't have 15 minutes to wait for food especially when they're stopping at a "FAST" food restaurant that's the point of stopping there but they were not fast, far from it no sense of urgency. And on top of all that my food was not even fresh barley warm
