I have ordered meat twice, and both times the delivery was made on the next business day. The courier called a few hours in advance to arrange a convenient time for the meeting. The meat itself is excellent. The New Zealand lamb rack and club steak were outstanding, fully meeting my expectations. I will definitely order again.

We love the Rib Eye Club. We are from USA, and before learning about the Rib Eye Club, we were very disappointed with steaks in Cyprus. I grill my steaks and I feel like we were in a fine dine restaurant and we didn’t have to pay the expensive prices that the restaurants have. Anytime I placed the order, I got my order always correct and the next day. You have guests the next day, count on them to deliver the next day! I love everything about this company. Before moving to Cyprus, we spent 3 years in Central America. And while we loved it there, the meat was a little lacking - especially beef. So I was super surprised when I got here that The Ribeye Club has great Argentinian Beef, Iberico Pork, and more. Of course, I also love local Cyprus products which they carry as well. I have ordered several times. The products are amazing. The driver calls to let me know when he will be here - and then shows up right on time. Plus, he’s a great guy. The trucks have fridges and freezers, so everything is at the proper temperature. And they even use super high quality vac packing so the products have a long shelf life and don’t leak in the fridge. My wife and I have talked about moving - and I always say “not unless the Ribeye Club delivers there!” I love it that much. Obviously I highly recommend it to anyone who loves great meat products.

I changed my previous review because after more experience I realized the problem is bigger. I order their grass fed beef regularly. The Wagyu is excellent and I’ve had no issues with it, but the last two whole ribeyes (Argentina and Ireland) I got were disappointing. When frozen and later thawed they smelled very bad, even while still frozen the smell was strong and unpleasant. They were not slimy and still looked red, but the taste was off and I couldn’t eat them raw like I normally do for tartare. This makes me think the beef is either not fresh enough when shipped or something happens with how it is handled before delivery. It is not consistent because not all cuts are like this but when it happens it’s very bad considering the price. The positive side is that their selection is wide, service and delivery are good, and they always answer the phone politely. The issue I noticed was with the whole ribeye cuts I ordered. I haven’t had the same problem with other cuts so far, but I cant fully say about the pre cut steaks since I only recently started using them for tartare

The quality of the meat is most times very good! Unfortunately the Online Shop is in the last 2 Months mainly unavaidable or not fully stocked with the usual cuts and meats. This can't be good for their business. Usually you would build the new shop separately and just change the old one to the new one in 1-2 hours. But never build a new one on a life website...

I ordered these products from The Ribeye Club: Wild Salmon (frozen), Grass Fed Beef Burgers (frozen), and Flank Beef (chilled). Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. The biggest issue was with the Flank Beef. The first surprise was that it arrived vacuum sealed, which was not mentioned in the product description. While vacuum sealing explains the long expiry date, the problem started when I opened the pack (well before the expiry date). The meat had a very strong and unpleasant smell. I researched this and found that vacuum-sealed beef can sometimes smell and should be left to “air.” I did exactly that, but even after more than 30 minutes, the smell did not improve. I cooked half of the meat and froze the other half. Unfortunately, even after cooking, the smell was still awful and the meat was completely inedible. I contacted The Ribeye Club to explain the situation. When they replied, I offered to return the remaining half from my freezer so they could assess the quality themselves. They accepted this and even acknowledged that I returned it to their shelf (I have a screenshot confirming this). They promised to get back to me — which never happened. I sent several follow-up reminders, but received no response. Interestingly, this particular cut of meat has since disappeared from their offer, which makes me wonder whether I received old stock. The complete silence from customer service only confirms their lack of professionalism in handling this complaint. As for the other products: Grass Fed Beef Burgers were completely tasteless — not even lightly seasoned (at least some salt would help). Wild Salmon was too dry and not enjoyable. Overall, this was a very poor experience, both in terms of product quality and customer service. I expected much better from a company positioning itself as a premium meat supplier.

I’m giving this a one-star review, and it honestly sucks to write because I genuinely love this place. The food and service are usually great. Everyone is always kind, and I really respect how they stand behind their product. I’ve recommended you before, and I want to keep coming back. But a few weeks ago I saw something that completely put me off. The lady working there was handling raw chicken, then touching her phone, and you could literally see the slimy chicken residue on the phone screen. It was disgusting. Raw chicken is one of those meats that needs extra care because of bacteria like salmonella. If someone touches raw chicken and then touches their phone and keeps working, that phone basically becomes a contamination magnet. And then it’s touching counters, bags, gloves, maybe even other food. I’m not trying to be dramatic, but hygiene is non-negotiable with raw meat. A moment like that makes it hard to trust what’s happening behind the counter when customers aren’t watching. I still like this place, and I want it to succeed, but I had to be honest. Please tighten up the food safety: change gloves, wash hands properly, and keep phones away from food handling areas. If that gets fixed, I’d be happy to take down this review.
