Cut 432 A Modern Steakhouse

An awesome place. Bring your appetite. Great steaks. Large sides. Loved the mushrooms, and creamed corn sides. Generous portion of chocolate cake to be washed down with great coffee. Patrick the server was amazing. And the manager David was a gentleman and scholar. Our friends loved it. Will be back here again on next visit

This is a very trendy, upscale, steak & seafood restaurant. With only 1 glass of sparkling wine, the total for 3 adults was $232 - before tip. Reservations are definitely required, and there are 3 sections: indoors, indoor booths, and outside - the latter two are most frequented. Had we ordered Filet Mignon and Lobster, it could easily have been $100 each before drinks. Everything was 5 star quality.

So to beat the rush of Mother's day, we decided to take my wonderful mother and beautiful wife out to dinner the day before. My mother chose Cut 432 and I have to say, we were not disappointed. Upon entering we were immediately greeted and ushered to our table. Patrick our server was very attentive and explained our options as this was our first visit. The food was on point and cooked perfectly. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a top notch steak house visit them in Del Ray.

Excellent food and service. The place was incredibly busy and could get quite loud but the superior quality of the food made it so worth it. If you like shrimp cocktail, they have the best in Delray Beach. The wait staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we were pleased. Ordered a veal chop with hot peppers that was outstanding. Thanks again David B for making this a meal to remember! 👏👏👏

amazing food came from Jersey very fancy great seafood and the wine is to die for!!!! Atmosphere was great music was very pleasant. The servers were very attentive. Had a great time here can’t wait to come back.

Great steakhouse down Delray Beach ! There’s definitely a few options for steak houses down here but cut 432 is definitely the best one. If you plan on coming here for happy hour (which is 5-7pm) make sure you’re in line by 4:30 because the bar only holds roughly 25 people and the line fills up very fast ! My favorite happy hour item is now gone (the Cesar salad) but they have some other go to items like their sliders / deviled eggs / Mac n cheese. Their espresso martinis are also delicious. They have the best banana creme pie & cheesecakes around. Definitely a must try down Delray !

For our first night in Delray we decided to make a reservation here based on the pics and the reviews. We chose to sit outside and it was such a gorgeous view. The waiter Freddy made the dinner so much better. He was friendly, kind and it was nice meeting a NYer. The dinner was great, the food and drinks were amazing. If I could give this place 10 stars I would.

I am visiting from the East Coast and this restaurant was recommended by the locals. The service and food were amazing. The wait staff went above and beyond to ensure I had the best dining experience. Everything was fresh, hot and full of flavor. The cheesecake was my favorite after the crab cake which was all lump crab meat no filler. The manager even came by to say hello and ask about my dining experience. Well worth it!

The food was absolutely amazing. Started with an espresso martini that was extremely well-balanced. Biscuits with jam were brought next- super tasty. Next up was the grilled octopus, which was amazing! Ended with a glass of Pinot, ribeye, truffled Mac & cheese, carmelized onions and pancetta brussel sprouts. The meal was done to perfection. The steak was the perfect temperature and the crust was perfect on it. We ordered two of the sauces that were recommended by our server- I would recommend skipping these. The steak is delicious on its own (and the sauces were honestly not great). The whole dinner overall was well-worth this 5 star review. Thank you to the chef for a great experience.

The Best in Town! If you want to have a juicy tender steak with excellent service look no further, this is the Place. Visited other restaurants advertised as the number 1 in Delray but don’t let them fool you, this is our number 1 and we will definitely come back. Ronald jr. our waiter Rocks and the entire staff was the bomb. Highly recommended ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is a very upbeat and must goto steakhouse. The service here from our waiter Johnny and the bus boys was exceptional. The steak, brussel sprouts, and salad were excellent! I honestly think this is one of the best steaks I've had in a long time but pair that with the great service we received really amplifies my praise for this restaurant. Will definitely return

I’m super picky and I loved this place Alex server 5/5 he was great . Fillet 5/5 all the sauces 5/5 burger 5/5 truffle corn 5/5 mushrooms great the fries are hand cut which is rare at a steakhouse . THE BEST CHEESECAKE IN THE WORLD PERIOD. Things I would skip caeser, shrimp ( huge but just ok) oysters , chocolate cake Overall great experience would smash again

By far the best experience of our trip. The food was exceptional, the service was flawless & the atmosphere was wonderful. Manol Georgiev was our server & simply put, he was incredible. He was willing to help with great recommendations, on top of our table needs throughout our meal & full of great conversation. It's been 24 hours and we are still talking about dinner & how great it was. Everything was made from scratch, full of flavor, cooked perfect. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CUT 432!

Top of the line service, food and ambience. Hard to believe this restaurant has been on the avenue for over 17 years and the waiters are seasoned and sophisticated with many years of service. My husband and I both had fish which was excellent especially there Seabass. The vegetables were large, group size portions. Hope to return soon for steak!

What an amazing dinner! This was our first.time here. David our waiter was very knowledgeable and great! We enjoyed the NY strip, creamed truffle corn, potato gratin and cheesecake. Although this is an expensive meal, so worth it! Definitely a place to treat yourself!

Our experience at Cut 432 was outstanding. Food: their French Onion Soup is amazing. The short rib aspect takes it to a new level. My perfectly cooked medium rare filet was also delicious, accompanied by various shared sides… mashed, au gratin, creamed spinach, creamed corn, broccolini… I can only say - arrive hungry. Service: our server, Alex, was just the right amount of professional, personable and attentive. Alex and the supporting dining room staff at Cut 432 brought our experience to a higher level. Well done. Atmosphere: most of the groundwork here was laid by the excellent food and service - but the space itself was simple, elegant and clean. We were a party of six adults at a large round table with plenty of room for us, drinks and our food. Chairs were comfortable, and a couple of strategically placed TVs kept the football fans happy during our Sunday night meal. Overall 10/10 - highly recommend!

Wow!!! What an amazing meal. What was more impressive the. The perfectly grilled tomahawk was the wprld class service from our Dana. Her grace, class. humor and inability to leave you with an empty glass is why we will return over and over. Simply the best in Delray and far beyond.

Friends were in from out of town and we went here. The food was delicious the atmosphere was great and you could not have better service. We recommend starting at happy hour prior to dinner.

This was truly an outstanding meal. The service was impeccable, from the seaters to the assistants and the managers, but the best was our server Dave who was absolutely fantastic! Each dish was just beyond delicious (don’t miss out on the bacon bits) and was everything we hoped it would be and more.

The level of service here is unmatched! My family and I came for dinner on a Thursday night and despite it being so busy, the service was impeccable. We were all impressed with our meals and the ambiance is perfect! Highly recommend if dining out in the Delray Beach area. You simply won’t find better service!

One of the best filet I have had in a long time with truffle butter. A baked garlic was on the plate and was delicious. Servers were very attentive. Owner/Chef came to table to check if we were happy.

Went here with my son for dinner. Staff was so kind, courteous and food perfectly prepared. Lots of places have great steak in Florida- the service set this evening apart my son said it was the best dinner he’d ever had. Many thanks to all who made it special

I had the Margaret River Wagyu Ribeye and the steak was amazing, so delicious I highly recommend it. I also recommend asking to be seated at Jimmy’s section. He was amazing and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. Definitely going back for that steak.

The food was good the service was excellent the only thing is the restroom facility is male female and it's right by the kitchen otherwise it's a beautiful place

Fun and lively place on the Ave for happy hour. Good specials on apps and drinks. Have to get there early for a seat at the bar. I only tired the truffle Mac and cheese. Will have to come back to try more items.

I gave this a 4 star because the place did not open till 5 and ended at 7. There were many people in line to enter at 4:30 and waited until 5 when the restaurant opened. It is worth the wait. Excellent service from Kalie (spell?) at the bar and the kitchen was very fast and ready to serve. My husband and I had deviled eggs, truffle fries, and oysters. I cannot say enough of how great it all was. We found patrons to be very friendly and bartenders to all be a treat to visit with which speaks to all to return.

Service was amazing. We had a lot of requests and they were very accommodating and swift. All of the sides are HUGE. Would definitely recommend sharing. The truffle corn was absolutely delicious. The mashed potatoes didn’t have much flavor. Would for sure go back here in the future. Perfect for a nice date night.

We had a pleasant experience at Cut 432, the service was top notch and the food was delicious. Our server was very friendly and super attentive, we had an Old Fashion and a Whisky Mule to start and they were delicious. I love the biscuits they bring to the table with butter, jam and honey, yum. We shared a Ceasar salad and an order of half pound scampi king crab, the crab was one of the most deliciously prepared dishes I’ve ever had. So the reason for 4 stars is first the outdoor dinning was very loud, between the tables being so close to the people next to you that you have to mentally block out the other conversations and the occasional car with annoying mufflers passing by. Secondly, I ordered the dry-aged Delmonico and it was very bland and I was not a fan of the char on the steak either so not my favorite, but maybe that just my personal preference. I will say the truffled cream corn was very good. I would definitely visit again but I would ask to be seated inside and maybe try a different steak.

Cut 432 at Delray is packed sardine tight at the narrow bar area. The drinks are good pours with several specialty drinks on the menu. The large booth for our party of six offered sidewalk dining with an endless stream of Gen Z partiers. The macaroni and cheese with lobster and the oysters on the half shell were table favorites as we shared while waiting quite a long time to receive our main courses. Once arrived, the main courses did not disappoint. The seared tuna was particularly good as well as the shrimp scampi. Others at the table enjoyed the over the top expensive wagyu beef. All in all, it is certainly worth a visit.

Food was tasty, my daughter said her filet was the best steak she ever had. Mine was a bit pink for my liking and how I ordered it but it was a beautiful cut of meat and seasoned quite well. Mom's sea bass was a bit fishy. Service was very good. The average rating from the 3 of us is four starts.

Previous visits were much better than this one. Ordered the tomahawk steak and not impressed. We were advised to order it med rare and it came out under cooked (more like rare) and a bit chewy. Our loaded baked potato was underwhelming also. It had barely any toppings (definitely not loaded). Everything else was great.

Went to Cut 432 in Delray and while the steak itself was good (not excellent), a number of things took away from the experience. Our server asked more than once when we’d like the food to come out, and we said *as soon as it’s ready*. Despite that, they held everything until all courses were ready, so I ended up eating appetizers and salad alongside my steak instead of enjoying them separately. The steak was solid, but the sauces were a big letdown—none were worth pairing with the meat. Noone bothered to ask if I like how the steak was cooked either. On the bright side, the truffle mac and cheese was surprisingly good, easily the highlight of the night. The rest of the menu felt very plain and traditional for a steakhouse, and while the price point is about average for this area, I expected a smoother dining experience. The lack of tablecloths makes the place feel less polished, and having staff mop the A/C vents right above us while we were eating was unpleasant. Overall, decent steak but a lot of details need improvement, would not be my go to
