⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Crepe Suzette 💕 He estado en Republic Dénia durante mis días en la zona y acabé yendo cuatro días seguidos, ¡con eso lo digo todo! El restaurante tiene una ubicación espectacular, con vistas al mar por un lado y al puerto con barcos por el otro, un entorno perfecto para disfrutar con calma. La comida es fresca, de primera calidad y elaborada con cuidado, y eso fue lo que me hizo volver cada día. Probé la ensalada César con pollo empanado, el pulpo con parmentier de patata y alcachofa, la hamburguesa de angus y el fish & chips… todos estaban riquísimos, no podría decir cual es mis favorito, todo estaba espectacular. Los postres son otro nivel. Probé el Crêpe Suzette y el coulant, ambos deliciosos, aunque la crêpe fue una experiencia increíble. La preparan en la mesa, y ver cómo la elaboran mientras el aroma de la naranja y el azúcar caramelizado llena el aire es todo un espectáculo. Cuando la probé supe que volvería al día siguiente y me la volvería a pedir .. simplemente “Es de otro mundo” y además cada uno lo prepara y presenta de una forma sutilmente diferente lo que la hace realmente especial. Pero si algo marca la diferencia en Republic Dénia es su personal. Son profesionales de verdad, amables, atentos y con una sonrisa constante. Te hacen sentir bienvenida desde el primer momento, pendientes de cada detalle sin resultar invasivos. Se nota que disfrutan con su trabajo y eso se transmite en el ambiente. El entorno es mágico: música suave, luz agradable y la brisa del mar crean una atmósfera relajante que te envuelve. Es uno de esos lugares donde no quieres que se acabe la comida ni levantarte de la mesa. Un sitio imprescindible en Dénia, con una combinación perfecta de buena comida, trato excelente y un ambiente inmejorable. 200% recomendable y mi restaurante favorito en Dénia. Repetiré sin duda alguna 🥰

Amazing experience. Staff is very professional but very young and that is something you don't see every day!!Some food they are preparing infront of you,and the waiters are doing it. Food is amazing both from the kitchen and the one prepared next to your table by lovely young staff. I am amazed how they do it, with confidence and smiles. Phenomenal 5 course ( read tasting plates) menu that they have 3 days a month of unbeatable value (@21,95 euros)! Service by Alejandra was top notch and she was totally attentive to all our needs including my little dog! And the most fantastic energy! I am sold and will be a regular fixture at this restaurant every month for this menu.

Beautiful spot with great quality ingredients, the seafood risotto is out of this world, however, not as impressed with the yellow finn tuna tartare, which was roo salty and included some ingredients I wouldn’t personally add. None the less, the drinks and food was great overall, and the service and location is amazing.

The food was really good. You can taste the high quality of it. We ordered the Sushi P.P and the Duck. Both dishes were really good but the crepes, (for the duck), were kind of dry. It wasn't cooked enough so it was hard to eat. I put a 4 on the service because even if the waiters/waitress were very nice and Professional, it changed each time so we had 3 people to take our order, and 4 other people who served us so it was really confusing (but it could be commis so I'm not sure) and one of the waiters were kind of unpleasant. But overall experience, 4.8/5!!!

Lovely setting in La Marina in Denia overlooking all the yachts. Atmosphere is good quality, stylish and relaxed. Staff is courteous and attentive. The food is of high quality and with good taste. The beef tartar is made to order at the table, as it should be. The tuna ceviche had a nice mix of acid and sweet with the coconut milk. Points for improvement: The fillet was not a real soft tenderloin but a fillet steak. The krupuk was old (not crunchy) and the toast with the tartar was also not crunchy enough. But all n all, good value for money and a nice experience!

With a gorgeous setting above the marina and a very friendly and attentive staff, we really enjoyed our time here. The tomato soup was amazing! It was more accurately a bisque. It was served with fried cheese, cherry tomatoes, and an anchovy. It was the best tomato soup I have ever had!

They serve all kinds of amazing food, steaks, salads, sushi, etc. Usually with such a big menu, you'd expect less quality but the food was a total succes. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. The only point of critism is that they do serve Foie Gras and I don't think that's something that should be served in this day and age.

Suelo venir con frecuencia a tomar algo en la terraza ya que la ubicación del Republic Launge es ideal para disfrutar de las vistas y el entorno. La comida está bastante bien y el servicio suele ser amable, pero si que es un poco caro para lo que esperarías de un lugar con estos precios. Restaurante confortable en la Marina de Denia. Buena calidad de los productos que comimos, vistas en una gran cristalera y acogedor en su interior, con chimenea a leña. Relación calidad un poco elevado para nuestras expectativas, pero repetimos seguro. Trato y atención buena.

Fuimos a celebrar un cumpleaños. La realidad es que el sitio es muy caro, aunque las raciones son muy generosas y todo estuvo muy rico y de buena calidad. Además el personal fue muy amable. La carta ofrece muchas opciones dispares (gastronomía asiática, italiana o de la zona), lo que en un principio hace desconfiar de la cocina y difícil elegir varios platos que combinen en un mismo menú. Nos gustó mucho el aperitivo que sirven, con el pan tostado a la brasa, alioli con topping oriental y unas aceitunas aliñadas super ricas. Pedimos una bandeja de sushi, con mucha variedad: rolls, nigiris, sashimi, temakis… con atún, salmón, vieira… Nos gustó muchísimo y nos dejó llenos. Completamos con una pata de pulpo a la brasa, ensalada de burrata y linguini frutti de mare. Todo muy bueno. Además tuvieron el detalle de sacarnos un trozo de tarta con bengala por el cumpleaños. Pagamos 55€ por persona, comiendo por encima de nuestras posibilidades. Recomendable para celebraciones.

Muy bueno pero muy caro. La verdad es que es excelente la comida, todo lo que probamos estaba espectacular. Cuesta un poco llegar por estar dentro del club náutico. Las vistas son un espectáculo. Recomiendo probar el poke.

Venimos todos los años a Republic, un clásico en el puerto de Denia. Restaurante con vistas muy bonitas. El alioli con curry nos encanta!! Respecto a los entrantes y platos principales, siempre pedimos lo mismo y nunca defrauda (curry, pato pekin, gambas al ajillo, dim sum y mejillones). Esta última vez probamos el sushi (maki de california roll y nigiri de anguila) y estaba bien. Sin embargo, tardaron demasiado en servirnos la comida y la cena se los hizo larga.

My fourth visit this month. We asked to sit in the sun which was great. After 10 minutes another table asked for the blinds to be put down putting us in the shade. We were told we would have to move table if we wanted sun, which we did. Plenty of tables in the shade but no, move us! Food was amazing as usual but the service was difficult. 5 staff chatting and laughing in the doorway and about 7 tables with diners. Getting their attention was not easy. The positive of this was we spent significantly less than usual. This was not indicative of our other visits hence 4 stars. We have 5 star reviewed this place before

The first thing I want to mention is the location: the yachts are set against the backdrop of Denia's sunset. It's a beautiful sight. The relaxed atmosphere allows you to unwind and enjoy delicious cocktails or a glass of wine. While we didn't find anything we particularly liked in the food menu, we ended up ordering a large selection of various appetizers, including homemade focaccia. This was a great decision! We were able to try a wide variety of appetizers from a single large platter! It was delicious! It's advisable to make reservations in advance by phone.

This is where you go for a change. Despite your passion for paellas, there's always a day when you look for something more fusion, and Republic is an interesting option. Only five years ago, there was nothing in this area of Denia, and now a whole new atmosphere and cuisine has emerged. The SuperFood for instance is a spinach salad with avocado and a flavor of Asia. Super cool!

He estado en Republic un par de veces, tanto para tomar un cóctel como para cenar, pero haciendo referencia a este último caso, siendo un restaurante de alto nivel, salí con mal sabor de boca, ya que fuimos a cenar siendo uno de los meses de temporada más baja del año (enero). La comida estuvo buena, pero nada del otro mundo; el servicio del personal (camareras y barman) dejó mucho que desear, ya que fue una noche muy tranquila, en la cual durante cuatro horas, tan solo tuvieron 6 mesas, pero no hubo nada de organización entre ell@s para atender ni servir adecuadamente, además de que fue un servicio lento, los detalles a la hora de pedir y ser servidos no fueron muy propicios ni placenteros por parte de un restaurante correspondiente a su nivel propuesto. Aunque el restaurante esté en una localización excelente y el entorno sea muy bonito y acogedor, el servicio ese día fue un punto bastante débil, por tanto, mi experiencia no fue muy satisfactoria.

No sé si sería el día (sábado), pero acudí a cenar y me encontré con un concepto invetido, esto es, un lugar con la música altísima donde no se podía hablar....y donde daban de comer. El resultado, comida y servicio correcto, ambiente insufrible. Coste 3 personas 160€

Comida muy rica (lubina espectacular, hamburguesa sabrosa, risotto muy rico, linguini igual) pero la larga espera (casi una hora) y la música discotequera a la hora de la comida no han ayudado a disfrutar de la comida y las vistas (muy bonitas)....

It had to have been an off day in the restaurant. Previous visits have been much better. I had the menu del día. First course I had a hard seed in my order - not even close to the ingredient, but sloppy kitchen food handling. 2nd course was sub par. The fish course was excellent and the duck course was poorly cooked - both the duck and inedible veg. Service was SLOW. Our 2pm luncheon ended at 6pm. So happy I was dining with interesting people . Sadly, with so many restaurant choices in Denia, this will not be a repeat.

Hace un par de días fui a comer en familia con la ilusión de probar platos nuevos o mejorados ya que al tener buena imagen de local y estar ubicado en el puerto se comería de lujo pero fue todo lo contrario la calidad de la comida y el precio fue desagradable el ambiente era agradable pero lo único bueno que puedo decir y mostrar son los postres,el show de uno de los camareros al hacer el crepe que estuvo bueno pero por lo demás todo lo contrario apuntes a notar mejorar la calidad de los productos porque la presentación si no acompaña del buen sabor no es calidad tanto de alimento como de precio
