This morning got off to a terrible start. When I pulled up at the drive-thru I was extremely emotional. I attempted to stop crying before I got to the window but the tears kept flowing. I pulled over to eat my food because food usually brings me comfort, but not this time. I was still sobbing while I was eating and then I needed to wipe ketchup from my fingers so I reached for a napkin. This is when my day got a little brighter. The napkin read: Hope your day gets better! ❤. There are still kind and empathetic people in the world and one of them works at this burger King. Thank you love, I pray that God grants you the desires of your heart and that this cruel world doesn't dim your light. You are an awesome person!

Sandra and Christina Gave me a Wonderful Feeling of being at Home. Food was Fresh Service with Wonderful Smiles. Had a little issue with the popping from there TV, but with those Smiling and asking me if i needed anything. Made me miss home... Thank you Ladies I'll be back again and again.

I must say did not expect the whole staff to greet me. The woman doing the cashier had a friendly atmosphere about her. As soon as I ordered, within a minute, food was already done right temperature. The whole staff also said goodbye upon walking out the door. Restroom is clean with a cool black toilet and sink. Whoppers taste great. Best experience I had, must had a change in management.

We ordered here Saturday night and we're pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very on point, even when I went back through the drive thru and told them I was missing a burger. They replaced it with no question, and apologized. I then found said hamburger on the floor board next to the passenger side door. 🙄 Sorry guys, my bad. Even though I waited a minute for a new burger, the fries and burgers were all still warm and fresh when I got it home. Thank you for not being rude, and doing a great job. We'll be coming back very soon!

this team stepped up. i put an order in at 10p door dash delivered to the wrong address so I had to re order and they had it to me by 1040p. And this was know easy feat i ordered like onion rings and stuff so yea anyway. I've never had an issue with door dash so when this happened tonight I didn't know how to handle it. Thanks to the staff in Denton for taking one for the team and doing a great job! and feeding me!

Today was my Birthday I went inside and ordered my Birthday Chicken sandwich so after I ordered it I asked if I could get a crown 👑 the Young lady said yes then I got my food she asked if I will like cup water I said yes please then I got my food and it was good as I went out door to my car I said Thank you but they were busy getting ready to close i went out to my car and the Young men said they won't you to come back in he said also Happy Birthday i said Thank you so I went back in and the head Young lady said. that My coworker said its Your Birthday Yes Thank then she handed me tiara and a bag with a Hershey pie for my Birthday then her the coworker song me Happy Birthday and won't everyone to they went out of there way it was the Special thing anyone has ever done for me it made me cry Happy tears i hug them they and Thank them so God bless the Buger king Employee's and your Family's 💞

I was there on a quick visit through the window and I ordered a whopper combo, I forgot to take a picture of it but I really want you to know the quality of food they offer there, I got my super hot fries who doesn't love that? I also ordered 4 ranch and I thought they would charge me because I was looking at the previous reviews and I had very bad expectations of this place I was surprised to receive the opposite, they gave me free sauces that I could order they also offered crowns which I did not know existed For me this was one of the best experiences I've had at Burger King Go and see for yourself, don't let someone else's bad day ruin your expectation of this place.

I had a Long time of not going to burger king but I decided to go to this location in loop 288 and I was surprised by the attention and quality food my God the fríes don’t say they Were crispí and the amount of salt added was the exact one. First Time going into Burger King and I was surprised of how clean and polished the store was!!! It didnt look like a Fast food place We felt like eating in a fine dine restaurant. The staff was friendly and they had a huge smile as they loved It working there and the lady at the front corner (Joseling) was very kind, offer my son a crown and helped me thru my order, It was delicious!! Fresh and hot. I am glad to see that there are Fast food restaurant still doing the things the right way and it seems this one and the manager really cares about her team and they care about their job.

The staff was very friendly though there was a language barrier that prevented detailed communication which is honestly a failure on my part for living in Texas my entire life and still not knowing any Spanish. This is no fault of the staff but I used Google translate and boom problem solved. Dined in and I have to say the place was very clean which is pleasant. The playground was the biggest sell for me as a parent. It's huge and my tots loved it. There's even tables in the playground area to allow you to eat while being close by your little ones. The food is standard Burger King fair so if you like BK this is a good one. The staff totally went above and beyond for me as they brought my food out to the playground and even brought refills to me and asked for more. Was very impressed.

I would have given it a five stars but they need to remodel the inside, new tables and chairs and bathrooms also. They need new containers to hold straws and utensils and lids. They need new baby chairs also. They look old and out dated and dirty. But the food is great and the kitchen is clean from where I'm looking. The lady Manger I forgot her name is very hard working and friendly, the staff also.

Food was fresh & hot! But there was a disgruntled employee using loud & obnoxious profanity at the start of their work shift. She was walking all over the dinning area cussing while my children & other children were trying to eat their meal. It was really a total disappointment. I wanted to ask the Mgr to calm her down or do something about this behavior in front of our children. I ended up minding my business so I didn't endanger anyone in the restraunt. Idk if I'll ever go back inside to dine. She was out of control!

Nice and friendly staff who make accommodations for my gluten-free needs by placing my croissant on the side, putting eggs and cheese into a separate container. The potato crowns at this location are always crispy and hot.

I hadn't been to a BK in a while. I must say BK has always been consistent with their flame broiled flavor. I had a regular old school whopper, and it hit the spot. I got my fix in. The burger was fresh and hot off the grill. The staff was polite, kind and quick. I'll be back again.

The lady at the front counter was nice but smelt of cigarettes really heavily. The pancakes were over cooked and the cinnamon rolls were undercooked. The croissants were cold in the middle. The part i can say was the tables were clean and the soda not flat!!

This restaurant is hit or miss. A few weeks ago I had some of the worst experience here because there were consitently no cooks making food! But going here recently, I had a good experience: the employees were finally wearing face masks and gloves (first time I've seen this restqurant do so) and they were nice and courteous. If they would keep up this service, as well as renovate the place so it doesnt look like its falling apart, then it'll be much better.

Son said food tasted good. They need to fix the drive thru speaker and pay attention. It's annoying to say your order, and get asked to repeat everything. Which part do you want me to repeat? It wasn't a hard order. Kids meal cheeseburger with dp. Then get told they can't hear me. After I raised my voice, they said they still couldn't hear me. My wife then screamed it at them and asked did you hear that? She said that was absolutely ridiculous. She agreed I said it plenty loud without screaming. Next time, I'll just drive off.

It seems like a lot of people have had a really bad experience with this place just based on the reviews, but I can’t say the same. It was actually pretty decent. I went here late after a shift and was expecting it to be absolutely terrible, but that’s not really the case. I got the Bacon King and the ten piece chicken nuggets. Both items were good for their price, but nothing special. The guy taking my order seemed tired of his job, but he had a relatively good attitude and even cracked a friendly joke. It’s a good place if you want to fill up pretty fast. Not the cheapest fast food, but not the most expensive either. However, just based on what I’ve seen from other reviews, I’ll say this too. Come at your own risk!

If corporate doesn't act quickly Burger King is going down and rapidly. They have severe personnel issues. I also went to a brand new BK on their 2nd day being open. Same issues. The cashier in the drive thru at this new BK openly and loudly admitted she can't add and subtract. Not her fault management put her their and had to stand their with her to make sure she didn't keep showing she didnt belong there and had customers waiting in the drive thru for around 30 mins. I was one of them. The BK this review is on is site to be seen. The morning crew not too bad. Afternoon and evenings be prepared to see things you don't appreciate. Employees arguing with each other, standing around on their cell phones doing nothing, not even acknowledging customers that just walked in. How about mopping the floor in front of the fountain drinks with a mop that had been used to mop up grease and not rinsed out properly. Had to tell an employee you guys are begging for a lawsuit. I believe it is a store management and district/regional management problem. They are not doing their job. If these two BK's in question are franchise operated, then corporate is not doing their job. BK has food that is too good and a great variety of items to go down in flames because "Someone is not doing their job".

This is the worst BK I've ever been to! The place is always filthy. And I mean gross, filthy. High chairs probably haven't so much as even been wiped down in years. Drink station always is covered in spilled sticky drinks. I think its just may be the iniformd but the employyes always look so sloppy. Then add to that food quality and accuracy. Today, even tho my receipt said how I wanted my burger it was not made correctly. Then I got a halfass apology that I barely understood from the manager. A couple days ago all of our fries and chicken tenders were cold and the employee almost got an attitude when we asked for fresh fries. The only reason I even come here is cuz BK is my fave and it's the only one anywhere near me. And only reason it got 2 stars is cuz when the food is made correctly it is good

The customer service was poor. Very short spoken and rolled their eyes at me. My burger was literally thrown together without care. I get it’s fast food but as someone who has worked in fast food for 4 years, the presentation, food, and service was horrible. Management needs to do better and so does Burger King.

When you get a sandwich you expect fresh lettuce not brown dried lettuce. Fries are never full in the container...there was so much mayonnaise on the sandwich couldn't taste the chicken.. pay almost 8.00 for a meal expect a little better food. Lady giving the food out could of been a little bit nicer.

I stopped by Burger King off 288 and 35E in Denton for a quick bite. I got 2 orders of 10 piece chicken nuggets and a bacon cheeseburger. I started on one of the children nuggets order and it was a bite into a puffy grease ball. There was no chicken just breading and oil. I tried another one and same thing. That whole first order was all the same. I took one from my other order and it did have a thin piece of chicken in it and it did have a different taste to it than the other one. The oil left a bad taste in my mouth and stomach. I had the bacon cheeseburger that help get a better taste out of my meal. Overall I give it a failing grade as the nuggets failed on both orders. One for no chicken and the other for barely having any in the so called nuggets. The bacon cheeseburger was a bit of a save for it but that that it.

I've been here many times and have always been pleased. This visit however, was a disappointment. Waited in drive thru for 33 minutes (including waiting to order) before getting my food. Drove to parking lot of biglots to eat, the order was correct, but both sandwiches were barely warm and rather smooshed in thier wrappers. There was a help wanted sign in the window and they did apologize for the wait...but the food should have at least been fresh. I hope they get some hellp.

We ordered 2 LG drinks & 2 LG fries for the 2 people in our car in the drive through. - I gave them my phone at the window, because I had a code / coupon for a free any size fry on the app. After we left, I opened the bag & there were 3 LG fries. I still got charged for the 2 LG fries, and was given the 3rd for my coupon. Lol I just wanted 2 orders total - not 3. Complete waste of my coupon. - And then to top it off - the fries were luke warm at best, and tasted gross. Like The oil tasted burnt / hadn't been changed in a long time. And we were headed out of town so I couldn't turn around. Bummer. Usually this place is pretty good.

Went to order a burger, but no cooks were there so had to order chicken sandwich instead... typically not a big deal, because I usually enjoy their chicken sandwiches. It’s a 10 minute drive to my house, so I expected the food to be hot and fresh.. The chicken was way overcooked & very hard and dry; the fries tasted hours old, they were very hard & cold. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is that usually they don’t disappoint, I feel like they must’ve been having an off night. The lady in the drive thru was short and snappy.

At first the person taking my order was friendly and quick at the first window everything was fine but what I didn’t like was the young gentleman at the second window he didn’t say anything to me at all and I was wanting sauce and all he could tell me is a “well ima have to charge u .” Just didn’t like the service I got from the second window .

Ask for fresh.i have had this problem before.grill man cleans the grill to early.leave a corner of the grill to cook good product without holding you up from getting out of there.im grill man for 21 years,even as a GM I still worked the grill.dont cook a bunch of meat and hour before close so you can get out 10 minutes early.it kills the food cost and your come back consumer.do better.

Every morning I come around 7 the person on duties is never prepared as if they just opened the store. Waiting time is long and English is horrible . This morning I get to the drive through around 6:35 and age states sorry not open but unsure why she said they not open cause her English is horrible . Needs staff that can speak English and knows how to work the cash register .

They never get my dipping sauce right. It was empty and they had me wait at the first window for some reason. I get they both start with a b but one is 3 letters and one is 7 it should be easy to get my buffalo sauce, especially since it costs money to get more than one (with the meal I got)

Am I the only one who noticed rude customer service at drive thru? The guy did not say word. All I got was a very mean face. Like he was bothered to take my order. Needless to say, he looked like he just woke up, no face mask and you should take a look at the drive thru window. It is filled with dirty finger prints. Discusting. Makes me wonder how the food is "really being handled". Never again!!!

Went through the drive thru. Fries were over cooked, most were crunchy, darker and only room temp, at 10pm they were out of BBQ sauce, out of spicy nuggets, and shake machine was conveniently down. Our burgers were room temp, cheese was not even close to melting. The only 2 good things were the soda,(it was cold) and the temperature on nuggets but were still Not the nuggets we wanted... not giving this place a second chance. Thru the food away and cooked a frozen pizza instead when we got home.

This is the most nastiest BK I’ve ever been to. Starting with the employees. We where having dinners in the lobby when I noticed that one of the employees was constantly scratching and tapping her head like if she had a bad itch and then handling the food. Very unprofessional and disgusting to see while eating. All the other employees with no customer service. Honestly we left so disgusted and kinda sick to my stomach. Not coming back.

Food was undercooked and cold when they have it to me. I asked for my onion rings to be cooked extra crispy and they taste,look and feel like they were thawed out and put in the fry box. My burger was the same. The patty was cold and disgusting. I haven't been to Burger King in several years. Now I remember why. I will say that when I lived in Grand Prairie... The burger king on Pioneer next to Walgreens, always gave great service and Food. This one on loop 288 in Denton next to discount tire... Is a huge disappointment.

Took me about 12 minutes to order and about 15 minutes for me to actually get it. All i had was 8 piece jalapeno cheddar bites. I'm pretty sure those are just in the warming drawer too. The only thing this place has going for it: "Is a burger king"

This place deserves zero stars but I have to give it one to post this. I waited in line for over 45 minutes with only two people waiting in front of me. When my food was finally ready it was cold; the burger was room temperature with the cheese not even melted and the fries were stale. The drive-thru is absolutely the filthiest thing I've ever seen in my entire life (and I'm the one who always has a messy room). The menu board is broken and tapped with cheap tape. I HIGHLY, and I mean H.I.G.H.L.Y do not recommend ANYONE eat here. You're wasting your money, your time, and risking losing your mind for how poorly operated this restaurant is. Give literally any other restaurant a chance, you won't regret it.

Absolutely terrible service. The woman taking the order through the drive thru was rude, impatient, and had a terrible attitude problem. Turns out she was the manager on duty. Will not be coming back. Burger King is already going out of business here in Texas. Honestly, they deserve it with the poor service and managerial skills they provide. What a shame.

I dont like leaving bad reviews but this place needs some serious help. My family came in and the floors were disgusting the walls were falling apart and the play area was so bad I wouldnt let my son in there. Honestly, these things could be fixed with some elbow grease and plaster. No, what bothered me was that all of the employees were careless. None of them smiled or seemed to want to be there. There was only one person who seemed put together in the least. 3 out of the four customers in front of us were missing things in their orders but every time they reported it none of the employees mentioned it to another it wasnt until someone asked for a manager than it started to get fixed. The woman at the counter said their soda syrup, tea and ketchup was out for hours but she never moved to refill it. Again it wasnt until the manager got involved that anything happened. Our order took ages to get out and was so poorly made we had to take a few minutes to reconstruct our burgers ourselves. Again, I'm not one for bad reviews but this place could easily be turned around with some simple communication and motivation. As a store manager myself it was very painful to watch.

Ok so I will take this to corporate this people don't give you your RECEIPT they always say the machine is not a working it like 4 times In a row I try to put a survey of how rude and unprofessional the manager is and call corporate and it asks for the transaction number at bottom of receipt thats why they refuse to give receipts the food is dry hard and cold and the girl was extremely rude and unprofessional shut the window on me this burger king sucks!

This location treats its customers horribly and serves old food that’s hardly ever made fresh. Service takes 10-15 mins to get your order. The general manager Jorge is disrespectful. They mostly hire employees who can’t communicate well because the language barrier….there was a pregnant woman who was overworked there as well. The general manager called her fat on a few occasions and i guess he assumed the few English speaking employees could figure out what the cooks were saying but it was impossible for them to even communicate

Working close to this place is nice because it's cheap, but if you ever actually want what you ordered, be prepared to check and make sure it's right. When they mess up your order and fix it, the line cooks like to correct your sauce on your burger by literally dousing the burger in it. Had to come back to get my order fixed just like every time prior, and have just lost my appetite from it after receiving my "fixed" product. Even tried to wipe off some of it with a napkin. I'd go in and request a refund if I hadn't already been there 2 times today for a total of 30 mins to get a double freaking cheese burger. I get its burger king and my expectations shouldn't be anywhere remotely high, but I do expect people to have a certain level of competence and the ability to read accurately. I also don't appreciate the retaliation for me simply coming back to get what I ordered. All good though just won't go back, just thought this may help someone else who is thinking of going here.

Asked for a bacon cheeseburger, this is what they gave us but we paid for what we wanted. This place is absolutely terrible gave us a mini cheeseburger?

Absolutely abysmal service, this particular franchise needs to be either shut down permanently or taken over by totally new management. I've been to this location twice, once as a customer and once as a dasher for doordash and both experiences were horrid. I went a while back to order and no one was attending the drive through, so I had to go inside and when I walked in the place had plenty of staff, they were all just lazy and not doing anything. Even when I got my food it was definitely not fresh and tasted terrible. Then today I went to pick up an order for someone and walked in to find that none of the employees had any idea how to run the place, there weren't any cooks and no food was getting made. They couldn't even figure out how to lock the door so that no more customers could get in and eventually I was told that I'd have to tell my customer to cancel their order. Please never give this place any business and find another place to eat.

I’ve stopped by this Burger King before for their special two for four dollars sausage egg and cheese biscuits. Been great up until recently. This morning the biscuits were so badly burned I returned them requesting that they make me another batch of sandwiches with biscuits that weren’t burn. They replied we can’t all the biscuits are burned. I asked for my money back. Never going back.

Today was the Last time I Will go to this Burger King location. Every visit seems to get worse and worse. The service is horrible. Their food is almost cold everytime we are served, and the fries are never fresh. They never have their "NEW" items, but always displaying them. The lobby is always dirty as hell, and the employees are always yelling loud and cussing at each other. I am never happy or satisfied with my visit and will never come back. Thank God Denton opened a new one.

Got the order wrong multiple times. They didn't correct it. Can't return because I swing by before work. Takes about 15 minutes in the drive thru. Employees complain to us (customers) about the other people they work with. They are SLOW. Food is stale...if you can eat it because it's usually wrong. (I have an allergy so when I ask for something specific, please make it that way).

Don't get customer service from the manger he doesn't the difference between with ice and without ice. I asked for two coke cola and got 1 right coke cola without ice but 1 root beer with ice and asked for a water but got spirit instead. I heard someone tell the manger 3 times no ice, two coke cola, and water. He then asks me if I wanted a cup tray 3 times, I didn't think much of it at first but I remembered that the speaker sounded very low and I had to go to the window to hear because of it. I highly don't recommend this place

I love Burget King so I am sad to have to give this location 1 star but it is terrible. The service is always slow and the food is either cold or over cooked. The last time I went I ordered a chicken sandwich deluxe. After waiting 25 minutes for 1 sandwich I was given a charred/dried up piece of chicken with literally 1 tiny shredded piece of lettuce and no tomatoes. That was the last chance I'm giving them. I won't be back.

SALMONELLA PLAGUE I ate chicken nuggets here on Friday, June 9. It was a HUGE mistake. I woke up at 2am and suffered from severe food poisoning symptoms for the next 16 hours. When it comes to fast food, no one really looks at reviews, but I wish I had. Avoid this location. Corporate should shut this place down. It was the WORST experience I've ever had. I will never forget the terror of sitting on the toilet and holding a bucket in my lap. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone else.

Ordered the Garlic Bacon Whooper meal. It was the worst sandwich I ever had in my life. It has slivers of dried garlic with a couple of pieces of bacon. It was so dry I couldn't eat the whole thing and was more than happy to put it down and even happier to toss it. Yuck 🤮 won't go back there again.

Ordered a firy wrap "completely plain besides the firy sauce/no lettuce, royal sauce or tomato"- add bacon and cheese. They gave us a regular wrap, no firy sauce. We went back in, asked for just a side of firy sauce because they messed up the wrap and they said no and also refused to remake it. Receipt said "firy wrap, no lettuce, tomato and royal sauce add cheese and bacon" Still said it was our "fault" for ordering it "wrong" and made us pay for a new wrap. Staff should be fired, horrible service.

Today I decided to get burger king, 2 lane drive thru, I took the 2nd one, dude told me hold a min, 2 cars on lane 1 went thru even after they moved forward still waiting, dude forgot about me. I do like their food but this burger king has the worst service, Id prefer the one on 35. Good thing we can always count with Chick-fil-A. 5 stars even when they are busy.

If I could give negative stars I would! I went to this store on my 15 minute break, expecting to get my food and be back in time. That didn’t happen. I am a first responder and had to juggle problems with management and work. I ordered my food. They charged me for it. Then my order was wrong. They would not give me what I asked for, then I gave them a few back and ask for my money back. Which I did not get. And then they refused to give me the number to corporate. Two managers. And one window employee. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a Burger King. I will not be returning. Which really sucks because I love Burger King. What makes me angry us is that they refuse to give me the number to corporate. They are a restaurant. I know for a fact the number to corporate is somewhere in there on that restaurant. The manager even told the lady at the window to give me the number. And no one would give me the number.

Watch out what you order and what you get. I ended up getting a beef whopper when I had ordered an Impossible burger. May not be a big deal to many, but could impact many vegetarians and their religious beliefs. Honest mistakes are acceptable, but the staff did not acknowledge their mistake as well as the Corporate Office did not care about my feedback. A franchise owned store such as this should also focus on customer service and not them for granted.

The worst experience ever, attached to this review is a picture of what they called a receipt which does not show prices for any of the items I bought, I ordered a combo priced at $6.49 and paid $9.87 and when I asked for the receipt I was told Burger King by corporate policy does not provide customers with a receipt including price for their items, also was told by manager on site that I couldn't order more than two items and that I had to go back to oeder something else if I wanted it, honestly I believe that I was overcharged and customer service at this place was ridiculously bad, the food is decent but they need honest people taking care of customers and not someone pocketing money on the side from overcharging clientele, I called corporate customer service numbers to clarify the situation and I was left waiting for a call from the legal department team, I'll update my review when I get the call if ever do.

Same as others.... the workers have the sign off saying they are closed at 11pm. Go to the window and they are actually open. It would be nice if they didn't try closing early all the time. This has happened to me before and the workers ignored the window. Not good for an already struggling business.

My wife ordered the Philly melt & I ordered the bacon Melt, the Philly melt had only 3 pieces of red peppers & no green peppers. Both burgers were lazily put together and it seemed there was no pride in the work.

This is absolutely the worst ran business I've ever seen in my life. Going off other reviews it makes sense. I went there 2 nights in a row. The first night the woman tells me they're not making Whoppers and only accepting cash. The whopper is the most basic burger but ok. I leave. The very next night I go back. Order 2 Whoppers. This is where I'm amazed in how lazy people can be. She tells me word for word no exaggeration. "We aren't making any food. We just had a rush." No give us 5 minutes, 10 minutes. Not resting half the staff. Reminder it's just my car. This is a fast food restaurant. They just shut down because they had a rush. I'm mad I had to give this place a star. Horrible.

First we waited 19 min for someone to wait on us, then when we did order. My chicken was old and nasty and my onion rings looked like they had sat there for hours. So I went back up to get it replaced and the lady was rude as hell and got mad and said it was fresh which was a lie.i used to work at burger King and is one of my favorite fast foods but I will never go back to that one.

Walked in to order since the drive thru takes their precious time. As soon as I walked in, I noticed that the staff was not in the kitchen. Not a single one because they were too busy messing around in the dining area with friends who were visiting them. Also the dining room was a mess! Clearly the tables were not wiped down nor trash thrown away. The staff is just a bunch of ghetto kids just using this place as their hangout. I warn everyone to just not go here

I love burger king and I go alot, but this is probably the worst burger king I have ever been to. I have literally never come here and not had some sort of problem. They take forever to answer the drive through, are very unprofessional and routinely get my order wrong. The food is often cold even if you tell them to make it fresh and it takes so long to get that you wonder why and how it could possibly come out cold. You literally have to check everything, I once ordered two of the same burger checked one and when I got home they had somehow messed up the one I didn't check. Do not go here if you can help it.

Waited over 25 minutes for our order, half of which was cold, the other half of which was wrong. Management didn't acknowledge me standing there for correcting the order until I started speaking into the back of the kitchen past her-- while she was facing me. They weren't busy, but everyone that was in there seemed to be having the same issue. Management was pausing the orders in order to cheat the order time for their recognition from corporate. Tried to contact their survey link to review it but this location has that disabled, for the obvious reasons. Will never, ever return here.

Worst Burger King EVER! I wax craving the Big fish sandwich one day and dragged my wife and kids to go with me. So we get there no one is there and we order and 15 minutes go by and we still haven't received our food. No one else is in the restaurant and so I ask how much longer it will be and I was told in just a minute we are waiting on burgers. I'm like ok great fresh food I'll wait. Another 10 minutes and our number is finally called and so I ask for the manager to explain to me why it took 25 minutes for fast food? He says your food is ready now. That's it, it's ready now!? I said I want a refund for waiting so long and he asked why? Really, because of your terrible service and lack of customer service. I boycott this Burger King and will never return to this location.

Just had dinner there. (7/30). The young female employee working the front counter around 5:30 pm was very unwelcoming. No greeting. No thank you. You could feel her frown from behind her mask. I began my order with asking for a whopper no cheese. She later asked if I wanted cheese. I again said no. The whopper came out with cheese. The manager did fix it very well, but that young lady, the Face of Burger King needs to realize that a friendly attitude would go a long way, and build their sales, help food cost by reducing remakes. I do not think I will return.

Went to Burger King today with two friends the women working the drive thru. The person taking our order had an attitude with us it was my first time at burger King I needed a second to look at the menu. When we got to the window she did not give or offer us our receipt. When we looked at our order, Not only did she make one of our double cheeseburgers a regular they forgot to give us one of our burgers and The large fries were a medium. We went back to get our burger and once again she had an attitude. We notice the people in front of us had to give back there dinks because they were wrong. When we got to the window the lady didn’t even apologize for forget the burger. As someone in costumer services it was honestly disheartening and we will not return. We weren’t rude once and did not deserve an attitude for wanting to give y’all business money.

I like BK. But this place is disgusting. The floors haven't been mopped in days. The ketchup dispenser is gross and sticky. The high chairs look like they've never been cleaned. I was here two weeks ago and pointed out that the soda wasn't carbonated. They didn't fix it, so it's still bad 2 weeks later. The food is dry and old. Looks like it's been reheated 5 times.

My wife made a special trip to Denton for me and this is one of 2 identical whoppers she brought back..... They didn't give her a receipt and no one answered the phone. If you're out of tomatoes, lettuce and almost out of onion just tell us so we can go to Carls Jr so my wife doesn't feel like it's all her fault because she should have somehow known to open and check each burger. Thanks for making my wife feel bad

Is this really a fish sandwich....I thought getting out of PA in TX my fish sandwich wouldn't be double cooked...nah double cooked, dry, and no flavor. Do BETTER BK...not a repeat especially since I'm not a fast food eater anyway.

This establishment is such a disgrace their are too many complaints to start with let’s start with the simplest ones there were to young coworkers saying they were managers by the name of (Sofia) (Carlos) In my opinion every time me and my significant other goes thru their drive thru which is rarely busy they seem to lose steps today they got a simple order wrong and we had to turn back that’s a waste of gas and a build of mileage that’s what some people working under such great companies don’t understand My partner and I absolutely would love to see better management if they are actually the manager they say they are this brings a bad name and reputation for the monument of what Burger King brings P.s the place isn’t to clean.

You know, while I don't eat hamburgers all that often I do splurge and enjoy one once in a while. As fast food burger go, Burger King has the best in my mind. I had been eagarly waiting for their whopper Wednesday $3.00 whopper deal. I rushed over anticipating the flame grilled goodness just to be met with both the employee and manager (Sophia) telling me their system was down and they couldn't honor my deal. They were, however happy to get me a combo meal for a "deal" price. I'm trying to stay somewhat healthy so fries and soda are off the menu currently. Accepting this offer would have been a waste of money and food. I had to leave without anything. My experience today left me disappointed and hungry. I'll have to think long and hard when considering revisiting this restaurant.

After working eight hours in my first job and four hours in my second one, I was really looking forward to getting a Bacon King meal. So I plotted a course to this Burger King l. I saw on google that the restaurant was open until midnight, and it would take me ten minutes to get there. Got that at 11:33PM and the drive through was blocked by a delivery truck. I tried to go in and the doors were locked. The driver of the truck said he would be leaving so I could use the drive through. He moved and I got to the drive through at 11:40. The signs were turned off and I got a recording saying that the store was closed. As I drove through I was actively ignored by the workers inside even through the open sign was still on. REALLY AGGRAVATING. Don't worry though. I drove to a Wendy's that had a sign that said they were open and when I pulled up, WHATAYA KNOW? THEY WERE OPEN. This particular Burger King at this location has always struggled. When it come under new management a few years ago, I thought things had changed. Not so much, the place is still run by people who close when they want too regardless of that the sign says or what google says the hours of operation are. And the following review was four years ago under the previous management. The more things change the more they stay the same. Drove to this Burger King because Google said it was open until midnight. Got there at 11:30PM. No one answered me in the drive through. Drove around to the doors which also said they were open until midnight. Yet the doors were locked. One woman was mopping the floor in the grill area and some guy walked out of the bathroom while I was sitting in my car. I understand that it was late, but if google says you're open until midnight, and the schedule at the door says that you're open until midnight, be open at midnight.. Went there tonight at 8:30PM figuring they would be open. They were, but the service was just awful. I waited for thirty minutes, got the wrong order and didn't care. This place needs to close.

My wife and I went to this Burger King for dinner some time after 5pm. We had to wait a few minutes to go inside because there were trash bags sitting unattended right in front of the doors. There was no issue in ordering our food. Our food was made correctly but only after we had to wait 25 minutes to receive it. An employee actually had to take our receipt to get what we ordered. Our food itself was not that great. The fries were fresh, but the salt was at the bottom coating mainly one or two of them. My whopper was warm enough to not taste cold, but nowhere near made recently. The wife’s chicken fries were warmer but not by much. We are appreciative of the fact that we were given an apology for the wait. Considering we saw the fast food line being served far more efficiently while other customers inside were waiting the same if not more time than us, this location needs to improve their customer service.

Restroom floors where slipper due to floor cleaner.. witnessed cook coughing with mouth open… they dropped a piece of equipment from the food line and didn’t bother picking it up immediately. Got my food and left and it was still on the ground so I don’t know if they picked it up and cleaned it or replace it. I’m not from this area so I’m glad I won’t have to come back here any time soon.

We've been coming to the 288 location for a while because of where we are located. Came to Burger King tonight, and was not impressed. The menu was not updated so we were charged a dollar than expected due to lack recent menu prices, the food was not made how we ordered it to be and the quality was poor than what it has been the previous times coming to this location. Not worth the price for what you pay.

2nd poor experience with the night crew. First experience was a few weeks ago, cashier had a bad attitude from the get go. Rudely interrupted as I was trying to order my food and seemed annoyed/disturbed that I was actually placing an order for more than 2 items. When I got to the window to pay there was no greeting, just immediately placed his hand out signaling for my CC, he ran the card, handed my card back to me with no receipt and then shut his window. No pull up to the next window for your food.. nothing. I get to the second window and the guy pretty much throws my drinks at me, the carrier is clearly overloaded which causes the drink to spill all over my arm, the cashier is unbothered and proceeds to close the window. Fast forward to today when I decide to try them out again, pretty much identical experience except today the manager tried to say I was lying about missing one of the burgers I had just paid for. After she looked through the bags herself & realized there was something missing, she handed me the missing burger and sent me on my way. I will never go to this location again, would rather drive to the BK in Corinth before I have to deal with these rude, unprofessional employees again.

I’m currently here and paid receipt says 2:45p. Took 20min to get my food. Walked up to the counter to ask about it and they said they forgot. I’m sorry you forgot. Then he said we were busy. No you weren’t. Yall was ghost because I was at the counter 5min before I got acknowledged. They were all in the back. These kids are the worse but yet they want 20$+ to work. Ridiculous

Last night we got handed someone else's order. They ordered through either door dash or Uber eats. The delivery driver handed it to us without confirming. I tried calling burger king 3 times and they didn't answer. I guess I can't fault them for the delivery driver messing up but they should've at least answered their phone so they could be informed. The number on the bag was burger kings number so I couldn't even let the customer know we accidentally got their food. Strange thing is we didn't even order from burger king.

I came to this Burger King 7/10/25. The guy who took my order was very sweet, but once I got to the window the manager Xochila was very rude. She didn’t greet me , didn’t smile and her attitude was very nasty. I’ll probably never come back again.

My husband ate an impossible whopper and got food poisoning within a hour. I had to go pick him up and take him to the hospital because he was vomiting and having diarrhea for more than four hours after eating. When I called this location to speak with someone no one ever answered. I just want yall to know I will calling the health department since yall are not answering .

Good god, this is the slowest Burger King ever. The car ahead of me waited ten minutes (yes, I counted) just to order their food at the speaker... what the heck? No wonder there’s a line. Drive thru is horribly built as well so once you’ve entered the line and a car comes behind you, you have no choice but to wait. Ridiculous.
