My go-to place when traveling. Unfortunately, they are closing in the Central Texas area, so when I went to Denton...it was Fuzzy's hands down 😋
Fuzzy's on Industrial has a fun staff that takes great care of their customers. I've also met many good friends hanging out at this Fuzzy's. If you are in town, go check it out and hang out for a while. You're bound to meet some good people and have a good time.
Very friendly place to eat and visit with friends. Maxwell is the best. He is very friendly and wants to make sure you have a great time. Looking forward to go again
Food was great, and the beer cold. Weird that you have to order food in one area and then beer in another. Got the usual shrimp, egg and cheese tacos with bacon and a Miller Lite pint. Simple and delicious
Fuzzy's is sooooo good! They have a wide variety of food options available to you. Not a lot of vegan options, but it is a taco shop so what do you expect? Lots of vegetarian options, though. You can also grab some really delicious tacos for a very good price.
Great food... beers prices are amazing, for the size... bar tenders are always smiling and happy and look out for you... the cooks are great... been coming here every Friday after work for the last 3 years...
Please bring back the fried avocado taco please please please this is my 13th reason
First time at this location. Very clean with plenty of tables. Outside seating as well. Childs menu. Staff was friendly. Medium sauce is hot. We sat outside and their speaker was broken so our food had started cooling off. Great food and pricing tho, we would most deff recommend it.
If you want some absolutely phenomenal tacos at a great price, you need to visit Fuzzy's Taco Shop in Denton. The taste will blow you away. The staff was very friendly and helpful during my visit. The restaurant is clean and I love the modern way of notifying you that your food is ready. I highly recommend that you stop in at Fuzzy's if you want awesome tacos at a very reasonable price. You won't regret the trip. A+
Fuzzy's has a great variety of delicious food options, including a few vegetarian and vegan dishes. Their staff is always friendly, their cooks are always nice, and there are options for eating outside. Jenny, one of the managers, is one of the sweetest people you'll meet. It's clear she wants to make everyone's experience at Fuzzy's a great one!
Great place to go when you're in the mood for some Mexican food that's not as expensive as Mi Cocina, and not as cheap as Taco Bell! They have good seating inside and out to accommodate different party sizes. One time I even got a cooler from Fuzzy's because they were doing contests and giveaways in the store, and I won!
I'm pretty sure my entire cup collection is from Fuzzy's. This location especially is super funky - to match the rest of Denton. The staff is always friendly, and the food is always good. Lots of space - even some outdoor seating!
I love to eat here on Thursday for their Nacho Thursday special. I get an order of Chicken Nachos for $4.99. Other times I get their drunken pig to go and enjoy at home. Pet friendly. I sit outside with my pooch and they give me a bowl for some water for him.
Dalton is by far the best bartender that I’ve experienced at fuzzys. He’s hilarious and his smile and jokes are immaculate. 100000/100000
The Hispanic bartender wouldn't stop throwing limes at me. Idk if he thought he was being funny, but it was honestly just so wasteful. And he was just... so sweaty. For no reason. I was cold but he couldn't stop sweating. Management should really do something about that.
We decided to take a lunch break and go to Fuzzy's. The food was good and service was pleasant and prompt. I had two shrimp tacos, very tasty. I will certainly go again.
We absolutely love this location and come here often. We only sit at the full-service bar so can only review on that. Cannot say enough about the amazing service we receive from all our bartenders/servers David, Emily (general manager who wears multiple hats and kills it), and Shana. They’re all just so fantastic! Service is always consistent & fun due to the great staff and we really enjoy the “Cheers-vibe where everyone knows your name”. Food is great, price points are unmatched, and the best happy hour/daily specials in Denton.
Every location I go to always makes great food.
Shout out to the manager on duty! Sweet guy! Training a new front person headed directly into the kitchen to help them out! And even hooked us up with some chips and cheese 🥰 THANK YOU!!!
Traveling in from Kansas City and this is a great place to finish the day. I had the brisket burrito and it was very tasty and had lot of meat in it. My partner had tacos and enchiladas which he liked. The margaritas are plentiful!
Food is always good, especially the enchiladas but with the fire roasted salsa. Sometimes loud inside when a group in the bar is yelling. Comfortable back patio for our dog to join us. Drink refill cups are a BIG plus.
Ordered take out and the kitchen only got the bean and cheese taco right. This location is constantly not meeting expectations in quality or even giving the correct orders. We have complained to management before this 4th experience within the last 3 months. At this point we will try to other locations, but it sure is a shame this used to be my favorite breakfast place. The kitchen staff needs more training and a manager should be double checking their output.
Visited Fuzzy’s Saturday early evening with 2 friends. We each ordered something different and each of us agreed all the food was spot on & delicious! You can’t go wrong at this particular Fuzzy’s Restaurant. Love the food, team spirit & location.
There are certain things in the country that make you happy. Like good food and great customer service. This Fuzzys location is something that will make you glad you walked through the front door. Walk to your left and be greeted by one of the best bartenders in the business. Cassie. Depending on her mood could be Sassy so stay your distance at that point in time. 😀 Either way you'll be welcomed with a smile and perfectly made drink. Thank you for being there when I needed to get my FUZZ on. Much love:Brent
Grabbed a quick dinner here before a show at Rubber Glove. The tacos were delicious, stuffed with food, and a great value for the money. They don't skimp on anything. The happy hour priced beer cannot be beat either.
An awesome place to have a cheap outing with friends, or even just have a quick economical lunch. I have visited this Fuzzy's dozens of times over the last 4 years and I can always count on their fast, and friendly staff. The environment is well decorated but not too chaotic. The community is laid back and easy going.
This is my favorite Fuzzy's! I meet my friend there every Thursday for lunch and drinks and have the best time. Cassie is the best bartender and takes such good care of us! She truly makes it more fun to go there!
Love this Fuzzys!!! Food is quick and tasty and its great for kiddos!
Rueda greeted me and my friends with warmth and kindness. Thanks for the wonderful dining experience
Don at Fuzzy’s provided superior service from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. You can tell he takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond for customers. He’s an all-around amazing worker and a huge asset to the Fuzzy’s team. Service like his makes people want to come back which is why I’m coming back tonight!! shoutout to Don for doing an excellent job!
The place was full and lively. The manager, don, was so friendly and helped deliver us our food so quickly. I don’t often leave reviews but the staff was so kind, especially the manager so I felt compelled
I recently visited the Fuzzy's Taco Shop on Industrial Street in Denton and was absolutely blown away—not just by the consistently great food, but by the incredible management team that makes this location truly special. This is easily one of the friendliest restaurants in Denton! The service here elevates the entire dining experience, and the credit goes directly to Ray (General Manager) and Don (Assistant Manager). These two are the definition of hospitality. From the moment you walk in, they are prompt to greet guests with incredibly welcoming and friendly smiles. Their commitment to great customer service is apparent in every interaction—they make you feel like a valued regular, whether it's your first time or your fiftieth. A huge shout-out also goes to Taylor (Bar Manager). She runs a fantastic bar, ensuring drinks are mixed perfectly and service is efficient, all while maintaining that chill, fun Fuzzy's vibe. Between the legendary Baja Tacos, ice-cold FuzzyRitas, and the warm, high-level service provided by Ray, Don, and Taylor, this Fuzzy's location is a must-visit. You can tell they have fostered a fantastic culture for their team, and it shows! Keep up the amazing work!
Alyssa is the best bartender! She’s so attentive and makes the best drinks! If she’s tending the bar, that’s where I’m sitting! My favorite person to see at this Fuzzy’s location!
I wanted to thank the manager my nachos showed up without cheese When I called he made a fresh order and brought it to me. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.
I come here every now and then to get a drink and bite to eat. The food always come out good. My favorites are the protein bowls, birria tacos, and seasoned ground beef tacos.
I just moved to Dallas from Chicago a year ago and just discovered Fuzzy’s last night. I had an issue with my Uber eats order and contacted the restaurant. A wonderful staff name Taylor picked up the phone and assisted me to perfection last night. She has such a beautiful personality and her ability to solve problems effortlessly has to be acknowledged. She has no idea how grateful I am for her assistance as I was having a troubled day overall. Shout out to Taylor for her amazing customer service. She has definitely shined a light on this business and tonight I plan to order dinner for my entire family of 8. The food was amazing and it was near closing time. Everything was exactly how Taylor told me it would be. I look forward to putting you guys in rotation for our family lazy meal days. Thank you Fuzzy’s and thank you Taylor for your amazing service!
Grilled shrimp, egg & cheese tacos were the bomb. Very cool atmosphere. It was our first time there and Katy showed us all around, she made us feel so welcomed. Can’t wait to come back when we have more time to spend. Hope Katy will be working :-)
Rayshun the manager was so helpful!! He most definitely catered to our needs and made this experience the best. Taylor, the bartender, made the best drinks I have had in months. Thanks to both!! This is the best Fuzzys in town.
Our first time ordering the food from fuzzy was epic then we ordered again some time down the line, they had forgotten a few things and though disappointing the food was again epic. Today we ordered and ty so much for the food, once again is epic! Keep up the excellent work but one tiny gripe I have is utensils and napkins. I did ask for them the last time. Other then that we are very happy with your food! Thank you!
This Fuzzy’s location is great! The waitstaff was busy but they still made us feel like valued customers with quick and friendly service. My friend and I just came here for drinks and we were not disappointed! They have so many delicious options it was hard to choose and I could definitely see myself coming back for another!
Had a chance to eat at Fuzzy's the other day and ordered their Combo Nacho plate. The order was HUGE! No way I could eat all of it. The Queso wasn't my favorite but the meal was good and priced really well. Will be eating here again.
PLANT-BASED/VEGAN OPTIONS! We love the vegan food at fuzzy’s! I would have given 5 stars except the service is so sketchy. Almost every time we visit we are missing items and have to go back to the register and complain because it was left off our order. 🤦♀️
I've been here a lot the last few years and it rarely disappoints. I've had one or two times my food took a while to come out but overall a very good track record. A bit more on the expensive side, but definitely worth it. Try the cheese and chicken enchiladas, and the nachos.
Fairly priced, relaxed atmosphere. I can say that I enjoyed all my tacos and the service was pretty good too. Tends to get busy, so just remember that when you show up during prime hours as it might be a little bit slower. Great taco shop!
I recently visited with a couple of friends and was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, the tastiness of the food, and the great value. I usually go to the Fuzzy's on I 35, but if you like inexpensive, tasty Tex-Mex and you're in the neighborhood you should check out Fuzzy's on Industrial.
A great gourmet taco shop located just past the main downtown square in Denton, Texas. This Fuzzy's has been in the same spot for ten years and it's still great! I ordered the baja tacos, pulled pork, chicken, and great fish. They have a patio for eating outside and a great selection of beer. . This is a great place to go and have breakfast or lunch anytime of day with friends or alone.
This was a nice experience. My first Fuzzys experience was at a different location years ago and I didn't like it. But I found the ground beef taco and beef fajita tacos to be wonderful today. I'd be happy to go back.
Usually a great spot. Last visit was to eat before a July 3 drone show. They were slammed but were nice and kept it together pretty well.
I enjoy most of the Fuzzy's restaurants that I go to in this area. This one is nice, the staff are friendly, service is fairly prompt and the food is what I've come to expect from Fuzzy's. I love their shredded chicken tacos. The white cheese queso is pretty good as well. I also enjoy the margaritas too. Good place for a low key date night or hang out with the girls.
It was a busy night and I had to wait a bit for my food but the margarita kept me company and the food was hot an fresh when it came out. Music was good and just the right volume to allow for conversation and plenty of screens with multiple sporting events. I will definitely be back.
I don't get it? What is there to like? The service is on par with any fast food joint, the food is too salty, and they only have one hot sauce option. Fuzzy's hot sauce sucks! The seats are incredibly uncomfortable, too. It's very popular so I tend to end up here with friends, but I would never come here on my own.
I love fuzzy's tacos. The food is always good but the service at this location is spotty at best. Every time we order (which is often), there is something missing from the order -- we joke now about what sacrificial offering will be taken from our order this time. It is almost always 15 minutes later than the pick up time stated on the order. I've been there on a Friday night and there is only 1 person manning the kitchen! How can one person handle the kitchen for a popular downtown restaurant? I have tried to reach out to Fuzzy's directly (as I always do before leaving a less than stellar review) but have received no reply.
Music was so loud he couldn’t hear my over the phone order and got the order wrong
Good food drinks get you there but service is next to nonexistent either ignored or they stay in back so never see you
Disappointed in the bar staff during this day-visit. Seemed more interested in visiting with each other and the regulars than tending to our party (many of which had never been there before). We would have eaten and drank a lot more had we been checked on a couple of times. Drinks and food decent.
Normally a great place but this time we were missing multiple items from the to-go order. Discovered after we got home, so partially on me, but they would not refund the missing items when I called. Not tipping before receiving food anymore.
My grilled shrimp salad was good. My friend ordered sweet tea and was given her cup at check out only to turn the corner and find the tea was out. When she asked the girl at the register if they were making more she was told they were out of tea. Kind of annoying because she spent $2 on a drink she didn’t want, if she was told they’re out of tea she wouldn’t have gotten a drink.
Below average food... Ordered on door dash, got the order in under 15 minutes!? That's from placing the order to delivery at our door, and it was a big order which was already a bit concerning to get the order that fast. Sure enough it was not cooked well at all: Churros were dripping in grease and raw in the middle. Burrito tasted off, like the ingredients had gone bad, and was cold. Enchiladas looked like they were made an hour prior and just sat, they were cold when they arrived. Chip seasoning was all over the place, some chips had none while others were belligerently covered. Just all around not worth it, go somewhere else. There's just better options in the area for the same price with better quality and standards.
Fuzzy's as a chain is one of my favorite hangout spots for tacos and beer. I want to make it clear that my 2 star rating is not for Fuzzy's overall, merely the rating I give this particular location. The quality at this location has been steadily dropping over the past year and a half and the drink options are limited compared to what you can get in a Fuzzy's in McKinney or Frisco. I think the final straw that had me give this poor review is that we were up-charged due to the cashier's misunderstanding. I don't blame the cashier, order taker, she was lovely and apologetic about the mistake, but the manager insisted we pay more to cover the mistake, and insisted that she remove the the food that was served to us by mistake. This is the first time in my entire life that a restaurant has not only demanded a mistaken back from us as customers but also insisted that we pay extra for the correct order. The food quality at this location has been diminishing for years but this service experience has driven me over the edge and I know consider this particular location as one to avoid. There is another location on 35 which has slightly better experience but I would whole-heartedly recommend you only get Fuzzy's if you are in the McKinney/Plano/Frisco area. I don't know what has happened in Denton, but it is no longer worth the money or trip.
Food was good as always. But ordered the bottle caps as always and they gave me maybe half of what I would usually get. I thought maybe they ran out of jalapeños so I asked and they said that’s all it comes with. We also seated at the bar so we could watch the game. And not once did the bartender ask if I would like another adult beverage. It was a gentleman wearing a UNT sweatshirt. He stayed on his phone or talking with other employees. Won’t be coming back to this location.
This is my first trip to a fuzzy's in over a year. Sadly, fuzzy's has devolved from what it used to be. Bring the old menu, and the old fuzzy's experience back.
The staff were friendly and the service was very quick, but the food was not very good. The meat was juicy and cooked very nicely, but nothing seemed to have any seasoning/spice. The potatoes were so bland that I had to get my friends to taste them to check I hadn’t caught a certain taste-altering virus. The most flavourful thing in my taco was the lettuce (that’s not a joke or exaggeration, unfortunately).
Food is generally good but the experience is ruined by their tortilla chips. The oil is stale and old which leaves a long lasting funk taste which is unpleasant. I haven’t experienced this at any other Fuzzy’s.
I used to be a big time Fuzzys fan, I would frequent 3 to 4 times a week for the first 3 years they were open. Now their food is overpriced and lower quality. Also they don’t get your order right. So I stopped going there because everytime I went they would mess up my food. I went yesterday and they disappointed me again. I thought my food would be good because they made it as I got there, I had to wait which was no problem but… My tacos were not made right, the meat felt cold to the touch, I ordered two garlic sauce (which they charge now for) and only got one, the queso was cold and overly gritty. I will not be returning to this restaurant ever again.
Usually is perfectly fine and great however we ordered online as many do to be able to have our food ready as soon as we got there. Upon arrival they told us they didnt have it. We had to show our receipt that we placed the order and were indeed at the right location (normal and understandable) however they told us because we were late they had gotten rid of our food. We placed it at 7:20 arrived at 7:45. 5 minutes after it told us it would be ready. Then we had to wait for new food to be made which is the whole point if ordering online to not have to wait. I feel like there could have been either more accommodations or something more done to fix THEIR mistake.
This fuzzys is the worst one I've ever been to. Customer service blows, their margaritas are horrible. They don't even make them in front of you if you get on the rocks, they are "pre-made the night before." They also have NO alcohol in them, you're paying $6 for sweet n sour. The frozen ones are the same, quite honestly unbearable to drink.
Do not ever order takeout from this restaurant! They will mess up your order 2/3 of the time.
Not so good lately. Everything was dirty. Forks had old food on them, bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days, spouts on sauce bottles were filthy and plugged up, queso was cold, chips had a rancid oil flavor, and the busing station was filled to overflowing, all at 11 am Saturday. You need to do better.
Ordered Delivery from the Fuzzy's website. They failed to delivery all of my order. Store phone number just goes to voice mail when you try to call it. Fuzzy's website has no option to report missing items.
Walked in to order breakfast shortly after 8 this morning. There was no one at the counter, so we waited patiently for about 10 minutes before the rudest person came out to take our order. She didn't apologize for making us wait and when we tried ordering she was extremely hostile and unfriendly. We decided it wasn't worth the hassle and walked out, after which she literally followed us outside yelling "thank you, have a nice day" in a sarcastic way and watched as we were getting into the car.
Really disappointed with the quality of the food as of late. The queso has been watery and flavorless the last few times I've ordered. Nothing seems to seasoned either. I don't know, maybe they changed suppliers or something. I'll try again someday because I usually really like Fuzzy's, but for now I'll be sad about it.
My sister went to this location and seemed to be targeted by a young white woman with brown hair around 5’7’. My sister didn’t buy any drinks but was carded within her group and threatened to be kicked out bc she was only 20. She did not purchase anything besides food. My sister proceeded to ask the same person for a to-go cup and was then cussed at by the employee and told to leave the location. She asked for a bag for her food and took it from the employee. The employee who cussed at her was backed up by the manager. This is not acceptable in a customer service setting. She was then kicked out after getting her bag for being “rude” to the employee who cussed her out. The whole group then proceeded to be kicked out of the restaurant. Do NOT go here if you want good customer service bc they apparently don’t have it at this fuzzes location.
Worse experience ever at this location. I ordered 2 of the brisket nachos to go. The chips where hard, there was nearly no meat on the nachos just plain horrible they didn’t even put napkins or utensils on a to go order. Staff was rude specially the cook or guy that’s making the orders so unprofessional. I don’t recommend coming to this location at all. I love fuzzy’s if it had been my first time having fuzzy’s I would of probably never had it again. Shout out to the fuzzy’s in Carrollton and Addison ♥️ the best customer service and food is always hot and fresh!
Never have I ever ordered a margarita and multiple chunks of tortilla came through the straw. Absolutely one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever experienced. Still can’t get the taste out of my mouth, just imagine how filthy a place has to be to allow this to happen.
Store hours say open until 10:00PM. I walk in at 9:30 to order and the night manager tells me they are closed. When I ask for contact info for the store manger, he goes to the back office, then returns and says he can’t find anything. Still looking for a store manager or corporate contact to discuss the incident. Update: the store manager replied the next morning with: “My name is Jayden Davidson and I am the General Manager for Fuzzy's Taco Shop in Denton on Industrial St. I received your email about your visit last night and I want to assure you that this is not the standard for us, nor do I find it acceptable. Our hours are posted for the ease of our guests and should therefore be followed. I will be speaking to my staff that was working last night to find out their reasoning for making this call without my knowledge. Thank you for taking the time to reach out and I do apologize for your experience last night. If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to reach out.”
I came in fifteen minutes before they closed. The open kitchen made it very obvious I wasn’t welcome even though I came in before closing time. The lady at the front told me it would be better if I took food to go. There are sooo many options on hickory street and yet I feel that y’all have superior product, it is blinded by the staffs self regard on closing times. I know/ and I do run a restaurant and I will take all the sales I can get until posted times. My staff know that for sure. Thank you for making me feel like a hindrance to your operation. Will definitely be going to Rusty Tacos from now on EDIT!!! Tried this place again at 10:30Pm. The manager rushed to tell me that all three computers were down and she couldn’t take any more orders. Honestly I gave this place a chance. Glad there was Roosters next door to get me fed. And I hope the impending Torchys sends this establishment to the shreds!
Took over an hour to get food. Bartender claimed they didn't have water that's why the couldn't sell soda. Bathrooms worked just fine though. Everything was filthy and no one was cleaning the place. Couldn't get a drink until I told the Manager they can't operate a restaurant without water and amazingly everything started working. Absolutely horrible experience.
The food was standard as expected. That I miss you was okay, but the place could have definitely been cleaner. But the service was abysmal! Not only did our food order take almost 40 minutes for four items, our drinks order took 38 minutes where I watched nine other drinks dispensed waiting for two margaritas. The service was terrible and some of the worst service I have ever had in my life. A pretty face during service does not denote how the quality of what your work is.
Steak tacos are not good at all! I don’t know why they taste different per establishment but best Fuzzy’s is in Roanoke !
Edit: Restaurant responded to this review with an email to reach out. I sent an email. They didn’t respond.....won’t be back. Bartender manager with bangs seemed to hate me as soon as I walked up and spoke. Not sure if it’s a bad day or what but I was really taken aback. My ID apparently wouldn’t scan, so she wasn’t able to serve me. Despite being almost 30, I was fine with this. I understand the rules are the rules. She was just so mean about it all. Really disappointed. Expo man and blonde cashier were much nicer.
Came in a little after 3 for lunch, sat at a bar side table and that was it. 2 bartenders, a server, and the manager all passed by and said nothing. No greeting, never asked if we needed anything. Waited for about 15min before we had to leave because we were both due at work within the hour, to which we were then "greeted" with, "thanks guys, have a great day!" as we left. Normally we have amazing experiences here, but this was just ridiculous
This establishment has gone completely down hill in the past year. The food is not worth the price. Order a bowl, and remove a few items you receive 2 tablespoons of food but for the same price. I just paid $14 for 5 small bites of food. Not to mention the wait time was over 20 minutes for the 2 orders prior to mine. I ordered over the mobile app 10 minutes before I arrived and still waited 15 minutes before my $3 per bite of food arrived. Time to go elsewhere for more dinner since I was just served a snack. When I talked to the manager about the matter no refund can be made and the amount of food I received would not change. Never going back and deleting the app with $14 in rewards. This place is not worth spending money at. Some other local place should replace this Fuzzy’s!!!
I told a worker very nicely that my food was wrong and she literally snatched my food and receipt out of my hand and told me that I was wrong. Then refused to give me my second order of nachos that was clearly on my receipt. I then went to another worker and they got my second order of nachos for me. The service was horrible. Not how you should treat a human being.
I was walking to Fuzzy’s when the general manager, completely unprovoked, took upon herself the need to come outside to yell and curse at me. She called me names I will not repeat, accused me of harassing people on the street, and threatened to call the police. Really, out of nowhere. I immediately filed a complaint with the corporate office (she kept yelling that she is the general manager and there’s nothing I can do about her behavior) and was contacted by the district manager, who said he was taking what happened very seriously. But I haven’t heard anything since. What is management doing to ensure people walking by and/or trying to go in are not going to be berated by a general manager who simply does not know how to behave?
Very disappointing with the order. Got the two taco special and when opening I had one taco in each box. Sadly this was the second location I had to order from as the first did not have avocado tacos. My experience with the Denton locations has not been favorable with my orders correct half the time.
I ordered through Uber eats when I received my bag drenched at the bottom from an item in the bag leaking. I saw the burrito I ordered and saw the foil wrap was ripped leaving my burrito exposed in bag and ask for no onions, that I’m allergic to, and it had nothing but onions I couldn’t even eat. When I called the lady said I don’t know what you want me to do? I could’ve had a health issue because of this.
Ordered nachos and sopapilla bites asked for no pico on nachos I can't eat spicy they "fixed" them but as I was eating them realized they took top portion off but didn't make a new one and pico juice got down on chips. So as Im eating them my mouth starts burning. That's when I realized what they did. Horrible. Mess up you make anew one. Someone tells you they can't eat spice. Fix it right.
Horrible service and horrible food. The wait was about 30 min for our nachos and the place was about half full. The girl at the front taking orders was new but not able to take a nacho and beer order correctly. Very disappointed when paying that amount of money. Dont go there!
I’m speechless. I gave this place another chance and NOT to my surprise, it disappointed again. How do I order the EXACT same thing as last time and end up with one less quesadilla? Did the cook take it or was it a smaller tortilla? Regardless, won’t step foot in that location again. Cashier and manager were very nice but I can’t understand the inconsistency of my order every time we go there.
Came with average expectations, left disappointed...Nacho chips smelt stale, food was not tasty, person taking our order was not friendly to us. Fuzzy 's at Fort Worth was much better...I'm hoping it's just this location that didn't match up to standards.
Placed an order on the app and upon arrival they didnt even have my order. I read my order to the lady at the counter she took a picture of it with her phone and they still got it wrong. I specifically requested chips and queso with ground beef and NO PICO. Got all the way to work and low and behold there's Pico in the queso. The chips and queso was literally the ONLY reason I went to fuzzy's today.
Weird experience with the bartender tonight. Came in, ordered a to-go margarita, was told it would be $20 (ended up being $11.99). Paid for it, no big deal. Then some apparent regulars came in and asked the bartender how she was doing. In no uncertain terms, the bartender made it clear she didn't wanted to be there. After they left, she sat at a table with some random guy and mocked a table of older patrons as they left the restaurant. I will return for the food, but not the bar service. Also, the quesadilla I received was basically quesadilla soup. They're usually okay but not tonight.
