We have been twice in this Restaurant during our stay in Donnas. Very friendly personnel and guests. We had different Hamburgers with fries the two times and both were great, meat from local cattle, absolutely delicious and prepared on point. The chips where amongst the best I ever had anywhere. Highly recommended if you are in Donnas or around the area.

A friendly and welcoming place at the beginning of Donnas. Plenty of parking nearby. Delicious burgers. Tried the Fontiburger with Fontina cheese. A winning choice. Lovely platters and salads on the menu. Fish and vegetarian burgers are also available. You can eat outside on a pleasant veranda or inside. Professional and very friendly staff both at the tables and at the cash register. Recommended.

I didn't like the service. Almost everywhere these days, when you order an aperitif they give you appetizers. Here, just a few chips and a few taralli. I expected something more, considering it was 6 PM! If you want something other than a drink, you probably pay! I personally didn't like it!

Nothing special. We found nothing negative, but nothing that would make us want to return. We tried the mustard-and-pear steak, a hamburger, and two first courses: pappardelle with venison sauce and gnocchi with fondue and mocetta. The meat, ordered medium rare, arrived overcooked, but that was probably the least bad thing, even though there was no mention of pears. The hamburger, ordered large, was indeed rich and voluminous, but unfortunately, it looked better than it tasted. Unfortunately, the first courses didn't satisfy us either: despite their inviting appearance, the substance, or rather, the taste, didn't live up to the appearance: they seemed like rough-and-ready dishes with industrial ingredients, prepared 'at home' by someone who hasn't yet acquired much experience in the kitchen. The honey and chestnut panna cotta turned out to be a brick. Too bad... judging by the look and the courtesy of the owners, it seemed promising.

Weekend montano Andiamo a mangiare in ristorante a questo su consiglio della struttura dove abbiamo dormito e siccome era convenzionato decidiamo di andare a mangiare. Quindi per correttezza e rispetto disdiciamo dove avevamo prenotato in precedenza. Seduti alle 19.30 ci siamo alzati ore dopo, per un menù degustazione 2 primi e 2 secondi. Il primo pappardelle al cinghiale era presente prezzemolo non scritto sul menù. Nell'attesa arrivano le patate fritte per mia figlia al posto della polenta nell'attesa arrivano delle verdure grigliate chiedo se erano presenti sul menù mi rispondo di no per non trovarmi di pagare un piatto non ordinato (pensavamo fosse per l'attesa). Fine cena mi chiede posso offrire un limoncello addebito sullo scontrino. Prima di andare in cassa chiedo scusa per le verdure grigliate ma non avevamo capito lei mi risponde le ho mangiate io ed erano buone. Ovviamente nessun sconto anche facendole presente che aveva prenotato la struttura. Bisogna sempre dare una seconda possibilista, mi dispiace ma stavolta bocciato!!! PESSIMO MAI PIÙ...

All the prices listed on the blackboard next to the fridge said €3.50 for table service... When paying, it was €5.50 each. Well, I pointed out the issue, it wasn't €3.50 for a cup because that's the small one for children... Well... the idea of ​​making a fellow mountain local look like an idiot as if I were a tourist isn't very good... Given such honesty, I don't feel comfortable recommending this place. The owners certainly rely on artisanal products, but packaged ones. Not even at Cannavacciulo's do you pay €5.50 for a bartered semifreddo! Sooner or later, you pay for being crafty! NOT RECOMMENDED.
